The room had floors not carpet which was cleaner. The room did not have a chair or table or closet which was inconvenient. The shelves in the room were to small for my bags but they were clean. I would have liked a closet and table and chair. Also, the wifi code would have been nice. The rooms surrounding us had loud occupants also.

This is a very odd motel. There is a mandatory $100 cash deposit in order to get your room key and the TV remote. You have to return them to get your cash back. The rooms are extremely minimal. I liked that the beds were king size (it's why we chose this location) but they were not very comfortable and neither were the pillows. The bath towels are just barely bigger than hand towels and very rough and worn out. Located in a place with a lot of homeless. Parking lot is small. Wouldn't stay here again.

Crazy old Indian lady at the checkin counter wouldn't let me checkin until "the booking money" cleared in their system, but it was a non-refundable reservation and thus obviously paid. Showing her the paid confirmed reservation didn't work, and she didn't pick up the call from booking.com customer service.

I liked how it has the separate room with each room their AC and TV. The pillows are sooooo comfortable and it looks really new and modern inside. I feel like maybe it could have one more mirror outside the bathroom there’s one but it’s kinda small but it’s still good. Maybe a drawer to put clothes away but either way it’s okay.

It was close to a lot of restaurants. room was big, but not enough furniture to fill the room so all kinds of extra empty space, no microwave or coffee machine, no ironing board and the ice maker was broke.

Staff friendly and efficient. Didn't give me a flimsy room card that stops working like other major motels.

I like how spacious the room is and how clean it appears. The lighting was all overhead which was a bit harsh. And I did see a cockroach.

I was give a large living room ( with bed) snd separate bedroom ( with another bed). But, absolutely no couches or chairs. The walls are bare ( no pictures). I assumed they are still remodeling? But, love the size, nice, flooring, awesome large shower and modern fixtures.

While checking in the front desk was rude. And then went to room the ac was barely functioning iwas bad they had roaches by the microwave and at check out charged me for using two towel to remove. My make up 35 dollars out of 100 dlrs deposit

The rooms are large and updated. A $100 cash deposit was required. They wouldnt put it on the card. We had to use their atm because we werent aware of the cash requirement and of course, charged $3 processing fee. Just very inconvenient. You get the $100 back once you return the tv remote controls and key. The bathroom door was lightly frosted so you could see what the person is doing in there which made it awkward. One of the sheets on the beds had stains. We almost went to complain but ended up using it over the door so we could have Privacy in the bathroom.

The noise control is not really satisfying, and ac is too loud.

Read the reviews big mistake .this place was renovated but had its issues. A/C barely cooled the room. Street noise is very loud and parking is cramped. The bath towels are like drying with a rough paper towel took all three to day. Not a place I will stay at again

The picture in the description of the hotel was not as described! The carpet in the room was ripped in certain places and dark dirty spots and the mattress full of brown dirty stains everywhere. The room stunk like smoke and had an old dirty couch in the background. I would not recommend this place I’d you want to be comfortable and safe.

Staff were pleasant. Room was great, however, lacking microwave or dining area to eat, had to sit on bed to eat food. They replaced bath towels daily which was nice. Floors need cleaning, even after asking and being told it was done, I had to use a wash cloth to reclean my feet before I could put shoes or sandles on. I shower evey night before bed and every morning, just walking around room my feet got dirty. Also needs laundry facilties.

The room was brand new with a comfortable bed and nice decor. Bathroom was very nice. Very large room. Could use a reading/relax chair. Towels need improvement but was what was expected for a middle property. The outside had a lot to be desired. I did not expect the room to be as nice as it was. The area would not be what I would call safe and definitely not at night.

I stayed for a few weeks here and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Always polite and asked if I needed clean towels or sheets when they saw me. No one ever came to or called my room during the day as they knew that I was working nights and would be asleep through the day. 10 out of 10 spot, can't recommend enough. Great service, close to food and shopping. Can't go wrong staying at the Bell Gardens Inn.

First off, whatever the rate is online, be sure to bring extra money with you as they will toss on an extra $100 fee upon check in. Claiming you will get it back, but I didn't feel so sure about that to start. (I did end up getting it back though after cleaning the room to spotless) This must be paid in CASH. Really? any real hotel lets you put the deposit on your business credit card. Not here, get ready to dig into your own pocket to stay here. They claim "every hotel does it"... No... they don't. No real hotel does. Then at check in they hand you the remote control through a tiny little security window. This is getting even more strange. Shane (the owner) is nice, but stands by his wacky rules. The room itself was nice. Not 5 star, but clean and nice. Looked absolutely identical to the photos on here. No complaints about the room except for.... The bed. The bed is pretty hard if you are used to soft and comfy.... but be sure to bring a blanket if you are staying here. I ran out to Walmart and got one after night one because it is basically only a thick sheet on the bed and you will freeze all night long without a blanket. The room was very updated and clean. It was remodeled to be very modern. I was nervous at first because it is in an odd area but it was very secure and clean in a quiet neighborhood. I only stayed one night to await my car being fixed the next morning. I would recommend this place.

Outside is a little weathered but the rooms are modern and amenities new and clean. Good wifi and good tv. Quiet and good air conditioning. Bath room new and clean. Good customer service.
