    It was as expected. A little dated. The elevator made strange noises. The hallway floor had some loose towels but overall a decent clean and affordable place to stay. The lack of attention to the wear and tear of the place. Repair things before they become a problem.

    This is convenient locastion to DFW airport, all kinds of restrurants and some really nice parks not too far away. My family lives in Colleyville which is right next to Bradford, so itr is vewry convenient for me.

    The area was nice. Near lots of restaurants The hotel was dated, the floors upstairs were soft didn't know if i would fall through. Very old looking. Somewhat clean. When you walk in the hotel had the most horrible smell. The room was really small and cramped.

    Anna the made me give this review all I can say is run. The stay if you have to nap is OK. She should NOT be in hospitality. Eats and on her phone entire time. Mocks and does NOTHING to resolve any issue you may encounter. They give sex workers the perfect environment but don’t accommodate actual “guests”. Would choose motel 6 over this for cheaper because at least you get a cheaper rate for same experience.

    I booked the room on line about 11:55 on thec 01.39.2026 and I received a message saying my check inn would be the 31st at 15:00. I contacted the hotel, I send several messages notifying this issue of I need a hotel to sleep in thi moment, wich they didn't answered. I took the shuttle transportation to thee hotel, and at the arrival the receptionist told me my check in is at 15:00, and I said I have send several messages about I need a room now, and she said, I will give you another room but instead of 75DLS that you have already paid It would be 110 plus tax. So I have to accept and paid the extra. Now in the room, I had to turn on a big machine attached to the wall, that was noisy, in order to raise the temperature in the room. In addition The bed was hard, The wc was unstable from the base, so it was moving every time I use it. There was a very brigth ligth coming from an alarm watch on the night table. There wasn't cafe in the room nor water. And there was some little things here and there that needs maintenance. Next morning at the breakfast. They have very simple food, cereal, milk, and packs of sandwiches waffles and eggs, to be warm in a microwave, that by the way, it has a warning that reads: if you warm the eggs more than 10 seconds will explode, if so, you have to clean all the mass you have done. Tha was hilarious and wire at the same time. In conclution, I will never get back.

There was stains on the sheets and the bathtub leaked. It was a clean room so there is that. For i have paid less for better amenities. At least the staff was friendly. It is an ok place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep.

    It was a decent hotel, but I did find two bugs in my room at 4am. That’s when we ended up leaving. The beds were decent but we stayed only one night. The website said the pool closes at 10pm, but front desk lady said it was 9pm which bummed my kid out. Front desk had a big strong smell of tea tree oil. Also when we left this morning you open your door and the front desk had music blaring while getting breakfast ready. (we stay on the first floor)

    I had a reservation booked a month ago for 2 nights, got to the front desk with all our luggage & was told I had no reservations & they were full due to a commitment with American Airlines. The lobby smelled funny & front desk person was extremely rude for no reason. Expedia took care of me & got us a hotel close by. I will NEVER book a Super 8 again. If you do, call the hotel before you go to confirm your reservation

    She suggested me to checked me in only for 1 night instead of 3 nights of my booking due being sold out the next day. Why would you confirm somebody booking for 3 nights knowing that you were sold out?? And she said to checked me in for 1 night and the next day she’ll call police on me to check me out😂😂😂 very unprofessional staff and customer service.

    They say they have free airport shuttle, they do not. They left us at the airport for 1 1/2 hours without answering their shuttle or direct hotel line. We had to pay 46.00 for an Uber. Upon arrival we tried to arrange shuttle back the owner said only if you check out 2 hours early at 9:00. We said you advertise free shuttle. He said only when we want. Also free WiFi a lie. No WiFi in rooms doesn’t go there. They know it. Lies and rudeness unmatched by owner and his family. Unethical establishment. Beware they false advertise with no consequences to them.

    When asked for towels the lady gave us so much flack just asking for 2 extra towels. Breakfast was very limited and the people who run it are just cheap. They’re say is “1 per person” That’s with all things, from a towel to toilet paper to everything else… we stayed there 2 nights in 2 different rooms and they either had a broken toilet, broken door, or a broken tv… bed linens were dirty and overall room was disgusting.. will never book again and I’ll post this review everywhere

    Young girl at the front knew nothing and could not answer questions. Manager needing to enter apt while I was in night clothes to check for what new things they needed to order. That should have been done before I checked in. Bed linens damp due to housekeeping not drying properly. Not worth the money, small, old furniture etc. Breakfast was ok , but juice machine was down and clerk was missing half the time. No ice machine.

    The stay wasn’t the best , I wouldn’t make this a first pick there are better options . Our room was had mold from the lamp , walls to the curtains, my wife ordered room service and midway eating we realize our broccoli had MAGGOTS!!! We instantly felt sick to our stomach’s not to mention our 1 year old had some as well. We were refunded within 48 hrs I wouldn’t recommend ordering room service. The housekeeper went over and beyond so we were very appreciative of her , honestly the only reason I’m leaving a 3 star I hope this helps

    This was a very disappointing hotel stay. From check in, to the room itself, to the breakfast, it was terrible. At check in I asked if I could have a bottle of water or buy a bottle of water. The clerk said she didn’t have water, even though she had a mini fridge full of water bottles behind her. That was really odd. The room was disgusting. There was no closet, just a roll-away rack with 1 hanger. The bed sheets looked like they had been slept in, the bathroom was full of mold, including a moldy shower curtain. The light didn’t work upon entrance, I had to feel my way to a lamp. The bed linens were old and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just shocking. The coffee machine didn’t work, they were rationing out pre-packed pastries, which I would never eat, and the eating area was filled with people complaining about the options, or lack of. I’m not difficult to please, but every single step along the way was disappointing and make me feel like I was staying in an hourly rate hotel. I had a medical procedure the next morning and really needed to sleep, I only slept about an hour. I even brought my own fan, but I couldn’t drown out the noise of the elevator and slamming doors. If I had experienced one or two negatives, I would have blown it off. But this hotel needs a total and complete overhaul.

    I was stranded at DFW, so I booked this place for the low price and airport shuttle. However, they do NOT have a consistent shuttle service, it only runs certain hours. A taxi from DFW was 40 before tip and Lyft wasn't much cheaper. Could have booked much nicer hotel with better shuttle!

    This was a 1 night stay because of the proximity to a hospital for an early AM procedure. Property was dated but clean. Unfortunately the bed was like sleeping on a plank, it was hard. The bathroom doors hinges squealed like a stuck pig at the slightest movement so any time one of us got up to use it, the other was startled awake. Service was quick but impersonal.

    I arrived at DFW and tried calling the property multiple times to find out whether I needed to request a shuttle from the airport or if it would come on its own. After an hour of calling, I called the Wyndham corporate line and had them transfer me to the hotel. When I finally arrived, the check-in procedures were chaotic, the vending machines didn’t work properly, and my room had a smell I don’t even know how to describe. Very thankful this was a one-night stay because of an emergency. Definitely avoiding this place if I need to stay near DFW again.

    Guest Relationship Specialist and not one word to inquire if my husband was okay. We had to get a new key for our door every day of our 5 day stay which was such a pain as we always had our hands full coming in after spending the day with our grandsons. They called us on the third day to remind us that check out was at 11AM. We still had two days left that we paid for. The TV was going dark so we called about getting another television. An hour goes by and no one has come to the room. Go downstairs and the lady with black hair is sound asleep with her head on the counter. The maintenance guy is putting together an IKEA cabinet. When we woke the lady up and he overheard our conversation, he went to the room with us and tried to fix the TV. He had to bring in a replacement TV but could not find the key to remove the other TV.

    SHUTTLE WARNING - I booked this specifically b/c it was cheap & had a shuttle to airport. When I called from the airport the lady said to grab an uber b/c the shuttle couldnt come for at least an hour b/c ? (thick accent). So our $62 hotel turned into a $115 hotel b/c the hotel area is far from the airport. Same in the a.m. but this time I insisted so they did. Its not a circulating shuttle. Hotel is clean but smells strongly of disinfectant everywhere. Bkfst is decent and they put it out at like 3am. Beds are comfy but only 2 pillows per queen bed and they only had one extra. Found someone's leftovers in the fridge. Bar/grill right next door open late. Overall its a good deal but if counting on the shuttle go elsewhere.

    The elevator buttons had grime around the edges, the lamp on the nightstand was filthy and I used my shirt for a pillow case. We found a water bottle in the room, half full and a mask in the chair for the room. The drapes smelled like they had never been cleaned and had been there for 20 years. When the air was on, the smell of the drapes permeated through the room. Had we not been so tired and already paid for this room, we would have left.

    Disgusting. Literally dry boogers on the wall and desk when we arrived. Room smelled awful. Floor was sticky. Toilets would not flush, had to use lobby restroom. Breakfast option was toast or cereal that you had to eat with a fork because they had no spoons. Had to wait of course for the staff to make their breakfast before we could make ours. They also started cleaning breakfast up at 9:00 am. Construction going on everywhere.

I asked the following morning if they have resolved the issue but only claimed "dont worry about it". Until after they copied my ID and Two Credit cards.     Well kept hotel. Great stay. No carpet was a plus for me. Room was really hot because the AC was off but it worked great. There was mold on the shower curtain but the super sweet housekeeping lady switched it out. Only other complaint was that the room was really bright. Bright alarm clock, sun peaked through bottom of curtains. Other than that really liked this hotel and location.
