The hotel was clean, nice staff. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ok, but good. Bed was not the most comfortable, but the extra pillows made it better.

I’ve stayed here b4 the staff is friendly and helpful the room is huge the amenities are perfect for my needs it’s close to family. I wouldn’t change a thing. No complaints at all. I’ll stay here agian and agian aaaaaand agian ✌❤️

The room was really clean and spacious. Parking was accessible and the hotel was easy to find. All staff was friendly. The only thing that didn’t make it 5 stars was the breakfast wasn’t great.

Breakfast was good each morning with egg patties, rotating meat option (sausage patty, chicken patty or ham slice), sliced cheese & assortment of breads/biscuit and several sauces, hard boiled eggs, yogurt bar, hot oatmeal, 3 cereal choices, a waffle station, Apple & orange juices, milk, coffee & hot tea. Food & coffee were kept refilled nicely. On-site guest laundry and gym on 1st floor with lots of seating in the lobby. Plenty of onsite parking as well. We didn’t use the pool area at all, but saw several other guests going to/from the area. Quiet and safe area just off the highway, close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again & look forward to our next visit.

Every location I’ve visited has had friendly, accommodating staff. On this trip, I arrived early & they still had my room ready with no extra charge, which was a lifesaver after a long road trip. The gym has everything I need for a solid workout & the washing/drying machines are an added plus for sport tournament weekends. This has become my go to hotel whenever I travel!

The property was welcome to pets. Breakfast was okay but could have had more choices.

Stayed here after canceled flight. Very close to airport, but not so close you get as much traffic. Extremely reasonable price. Staff was wonderful and very helpful and kind! Stayed in King suite and had tons of space for 2 adults and 1 teenager. Room was very well thought out especially if you were staying for a long duration. Possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Nice shower. Easy access to several restaurants and close to shopping which we needed as we did not have our luggage. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again or suggest to others.

Did nothing to help us as customers or even as follow human beings. Actually left 2 items there and when I called they did nothing to help get them back to us. I stayed in a hotel that was WAY cheaper and left a car seat. They shipped it back to us and paid to do so. As a matter of fact, they sent it overnight (they understood how important it was for us to get it as quickly as possible).

Great value! The suite was very large. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The bed and couch were comfortable. There was a roll out table under the desk. The bathroom door swings in and makes the bathroom cumbersome. There was a vent just above the desk that blew out cold air, I assume for fresh air. This made it uncomfortable to sit at the desk, I just moved over to the other open counter space closer to the AC/Heater. That was enough to not feel the cold draft. Normally probably not an issue but it was winter and got to 17 Degrees that week.

They advertise high-speed Internet which is a lie when you connect your phone and run speed test your only getting 5-10mgs if you actually want high-speed Internet, you gotta pay for they also have a firewall on it where you can’t connect your PS5 or Xbox to it . The breakfast was absolutely garbage not a big selection to pick from very unsanitary. Now let’s get into the rooms. The first room they put me in the AC did not work. Room was dirty. Had a funky smell to it one down requested to be put into a different room which they did. The second room wasn’t any better the carpets in room felt nasty due to pets. He tried to cover up the smell of animal with fresheners. The Chair in room arm rest was destroyed mattresses were terrible if you wanna wake up every night with back pain I recommend you stay here

Even though I did not make use of the kitchen area, I did lay the the room key card on the counter, I left this morning 10/24/25 at approx. 10:45am, and I felt something like salt or sugar left on the counter. Not noticeable to the eye but touch. The bed slept well, the room was otherwise ok. I made due by removing the pillow.

We were not impressed by this Home 2 Suites. Stains on the floor, we had to move rooms because our first room smelled horrible, the sink in our room wouldn’t drain. Beds were clean and comfortable though.

The breakfast was the worst of any hotel I have been in their hot breakfast was worse than any continental breakfast horrible disappointing! The coffee wasn’t very hot and they didn’t even have a microwave in the breakfast area to warm up your food. I had to get the staff to take my plate in the back just to warm up my food.

We booked and paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch to comfortably fit our family. When we arrived to check in, we were told that our room had been given away no explanation, no apology, nothing. Instead, we were stuck with a cheaper room that only had 1 king bed and a pull-out couch. My husband had to sleep on the floor just so our kids could sleep in a bed. Then, after I was trying to check out and found that i was already check out which means i was again vulnerable to someone having access to my room when i was or wasn't there. No, i did not feel safe from that perspective. Also the breakfast was the same the whole time i was there no scrambled eggs i did care for that. Just my experience.

Staffs were great and location was good for me. Just make sure that the speed limit in that area is 30 and surrounded with municipal building.

Toilet was broken when we checked in after in was "fixed" same thing broke again. Shower leaked from base into bathroom when in use. Other than that our stay was good

They never fixed the shower situation but offered to let us take a shower in another room…very disappointed in the hotel and how they handled everything. The next day a guy with sweat pants, a hoodie, grill, chains, earrings and a beenie showed up at the door but didn’t knocked the kids opened the door and he was just standing there. He said he was there to see what the problem was with the bath tub. We had no idea if the guy was telling the truth about who he was, he wasn’t dressed as an employee. The hotel offered us $20 in there store. I want a refund!!!

The iron was dirty and stained my shirt. The shower had no shampoo. The desk was unmanned for 10 minutes when we checked in at night. We had no idea what to do. When the lady finally got up there she was upset I was behind the counter trying to find a number to call to get help. I called and left a message for a manager to call me back... It's been over a week and no call.

We had a good stay. Veronica was not the best person I have met but she did a good job checking me in. Maybe some customer service classes would help and a smile can go a long way. Being rude doesn’t do your businesses any favors. I will probably not be coming back to this hotel because of her.

It was another top notch stay in this clean, modern hotel! I do wish they had the water available in the lobby area like other locations do. I also wish they offered a breakfast choice other than carbs! It's a lovely space though and the rooms are always clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff is always friendly!

My second time staying at this property and I enjoyed my stay.

The stay was not as pleasant as we planned.. the room wasn’t as clean and the blinds were broken and was a huge roach in our room..

It was a good stay. Wished I could have gotten a better view.

They stay did not start well our first night because the floors of the hotel are not soundproof. Within 5-10 minutes of walking across the floor, the person below us called front desk and gave a noise complaint. The front desk said we would have to leave on the 3rd complaint. The next day, I spoke with Natalia at the front desk who was approachable, reassuring that we wouldn’t get kicked out and just kind.

Check in process was simple enough. The only issue we encountered was the TV in the room did not work so I called the front desk and they replaced the remote. Come to find out the tv was was not fully plugged in. It was a slight inconvenience to have to go downstairs to get the remote replacement only to discover that the TV was not plugged in. Otherwise, the overnight stay was comfortable and convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Though the property was clean, there was noticeable wear. There were tears in the carpet & the blackout shade was cracked. Also there was no one at the front desk when I checked in nor anyway to notify staff I was out front. I waited quite a while before someone came out.

Check in was interesting, the Lady at the front seemed preoccupied and our presence seemed to be interfering with whatever she had been doing before we came in (scrolling on her phone). The pool was closed for the weekend, no propane in the outdoor fire table or BBQ's....Having a pool closed for the weekend in Texas in August? Okay?? When asked if they were going to remedy the situation we were told "The manager is gone for the weekend, we'll see what we can do Monday"...Not catastrophic but we were definitely looking to use a pool over the weekend, very disappointing. Room was clean, the area seemed quiet, but nothing to rave about. This falls under the category of "I'd probably look for a different hotel the next time through".....Have a great day!

Excellent place to stay in every way

We enjoyed staying at this property because it was clean and we we were trying to save money on this trip. It definitely helped especially having a mini kitchen in our room as wel. 10/10 recommend and will stay again.

We love this line of hotels and this one met our expectations. Traveled with kids and was spacious enough for all of us with a full kitchen. Super clean and staff was friendly! Already booking again!

Overall the hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and spacious. The only issue we had was with the doors. The door by the elevator didn’t close all the way on the first floor. Also, the door at the end of the first floor hallway never worked with the key

Sports Tournament trip! I loved the hotel the only thing is it was hard to catch someone at the front desk no one was there or we had to come back or look around for them other then that no complaints! Good breakfast options I Loved the pool we had a good time there!!

Very nice rooms. Kitchen has dishes, nice fridge and a dishwasher. Plenty of storage.

Good location with eady access to highway. Adequate parking. 4 EV charging stations. Several restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff.

Our stay was good overall. Only a couple of complaints one of the blankets had a stain and there were not extra blankets available as it was a full house. It was terrible hot and muggy in the halls, but rooms were nice and cool. Breakfast was good. Front desk service was okay.

This hotel smells AWFUL. The 4th floor smelled like burning rubber. We complained a couple of times but the staff was not able to address it. It was truly sickening. We will never stay here again.

Check in was inconvenient because they tried giving me a single bed when my reservation CLEARLY stated a 2 bed room. Rooms were spacious but there was an awful smell permeating through the hallways and into the room (at least on the 4th floor). Breakfast is very basic; skipped breakfast for remainder of stay.

When I got up during the night, the carpet was soaked from a/c. Let the front desk know when I checked out.
