TV is bad roches hosekeeper to slow

No office, just a small.window to deal with the only person on the premises. Refused to give me a second floor room while most rooms were empty, insects and roaches inside the room, dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, broken, hawks in the bathroom, broken shower drain, no iron or table. The worst part that Expedia said I can't get.refund for the second night that I was planning not to use

It was nice and clean, but although the towels were washed that they did have stains on them. Other than that, it was great.

Hotel was good. Considering it was on the service road of hwy, it was quiet in the room. It was kept up quite well eventhough the rooms were a little dated. The beds were great

Rooms are very clean, area around the hotel seems safe and the staff has always been great. If your looking for a simple room and good internet this place works well.

Parking was good, cleaning staff was great, Bathroom was clean. Befs were comfortable. One roach was crawling in a drawer, but only one in a week stay.

Had a 2 night stay. Beds wasn't comfortable. There was black mold on the shower curtain. The tv remote wasn't working correctly. It needed to be reprogrammed. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The location was nice. I won't be staying there again, though.

Towels were stained and dirty. I also asked for an extra pillow and was told no. The mirrors had handprints, smears and throw up splatter. I can send the pics. Both the base of toilet and the tank had cracks. The folded washrags were wrinkled, yellow in spots, and still pubic hair on one. There was also long hair still on one of the bath towels that was also wrinkled and had black stains on them as if they were used to shine tires, we asked for additional towels which were also dirty. Crusted boogers on the bathroom wall and bloody boogers on the tub itself we decided not to shower there. Unfortunately we took our shoes off before seeing the filth and realized our feet were incredibly black within a short time so we stepped in bath just to wash our feet, and the tub suds up, as if it was leftover shampoo or soap from whoever used it last. We considered not staying the night but knew we would not make the 12 hr drive on only 2 hrs sleep, so we reluctantly stayed. At about 645 am I took some luggage to the car from the second floor and the staircase was not lit, entirely dark. Before checking out i rung service window and they refused to turn the step lights on bc "its 7am and the suns coming up". I let them know id be complaining but it wasn't until several hours after checking out i now have have bites on my lip and arm so im certain they also have bed bugs. I definitely want a full refund.

The staff was locked behind a window. The bath towels were very flimsy. You could barely dry yourself off before the towel was completely soaked. You could walk around barefoot or with just socks on before we noticed are bare feet were blackened with dirt from the floor in our room.

The lady in the front desk was very sweet it was her first day on the job. She was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the price was reasonable. I would definitely book again.

The price was budget friendly. Them overall appearance was a bit rough. Liter in the parking lot. People in the stair well smoking while guests were trying to walk by. Our room was nice. The shower curtain was moldy and had black stuff flaking off the corner. Overall for a quick overnight stay. It wasn’t horrible.

The tub had a black ring around it. The towels were so dirty as if they were rags. I wasn’t able to shower The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I’ve machine was not working had to wait until it made ice. This use to be a nice hotel years back but the furniture needs to be updated and they need to get new towels I will never stay again

The bedding was dirty. It had stains on the sheets. It was so gross we went to Walmart and bought new bedding. The towels were stained and there was hair hanging off them. This place should be a 1 star.

Checked room before we even brought the bags in. Didnt even use the room. Turned around and left. Bed was dirty and stained. Bathroom was dirty with crusty towels and washcloths. Not a good experiance at all. Should have figured you get what you pay for. The place from the outside looks ok but its not.

I booked a room as a last resort due to airport delays and rainstorm. It was a late check in with 2 small children in the rain. The kind lady got me checked in with a free room upgrade. The hotel from the outside is tidy and quiet. The room was clean kept and no bugs in site. The sleep was uninterrupted and quiet.

The first room we were in was the nastiest place I’ve ever been. I travel a lot and don’t have high standards. I’m fine as long as things are clean and safe. They moved us as soon as we said something and were apologetic. The second room was fine. The bed is one big spring, but whatever. That room was clean and smelled like pine sol. I wasn’t even going to leave a review until my husband had to FORCE the shower to come on. And I took a cold one because there was zero hot water. The photos are of the first room that was made up like it was cleaned and had new toiletries, but was clearly not cleaned. Ever.

It was pretty good. One problem we had was that there was only one small trashcan for three women... think about that. Second was that there was someone near our room smoking weed. The door was bowed so we could definitely smell it. Other than that it was pretty good.

It was terrible. You have to pay $3 to use the ice machine. The front desk was very rude and acted like their paying guests were an inconvenience. The refrigerator was broken and the toilet did not work. Horrible experience! I would NOT recommend wasting your money here, no matter how cheap it is

For not being a new property the room and grounds were very clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The only things we would like to comment on is that the room did not have additional seating, the office desk had a leg broken (we did not need the table).

They advise you lock the doors. Felt really unsafe. Toilets didn't flush properly on first flush etc etc. Was not a very safe experience on general.

The 6.5 rating is not real. I wouldn’t have booked if it was less than 6.5. This hotel should be rated below 5. Totally not worth its pay 50 more and go to a decent hotel with peace of mind. I had to book it for one night as there was an unusual hotel demand because of a game that night.

Bed bugs!!! Everything including the AC, lamps, fridge and microwave were unplugged when we arrived. Took forever to cool off the room. Bed wasnt comfortable and all. Lacking towels and wash cloths. Got up the next morning with bites all over our ankles! Never again!

I reserved a room through Expedia they never could find me on their computer. I rented a room with two beds they gave me one with one bed and one pull out couch that was soaked in blood. I do not recommend staying here there are many other motels in the area

No cable dirty walls in the shower. The shower curtain has snot on it. The room smelled horrible and the noise was to much. Heard people beating on the walls and all night long

The property is close to the freeway and lots of places to eat. The lobby was closed so you have to stay outside in the cold. Not enough towels were provided. Due to Thanksgiving holiday room service was not available until the next day.

The owner runs a quiet property with the facilities I like. No muss, no fuss, and just the basics. I bring all my own food and coffee so I don't pay for things I don't need. All I need is a clean room with a clean bath and a clean bed to rest my head. He has always provided this. I've used this hotel before and love it.

I didnt make a fuss, but the blanket had a big yellow stain on it, it took forever for the room to cool off, furniture outdated. Other than these sort of minor things, the overall stay was great. There were no unwanted guests (Bugs, roaches) in the room and that was a plus. I would definitely stay again.

THE STAFF WAS RUDE. I TRIED TO ASK QUESTIONS HE WOULD NOT ANSWER THEM. HOUSE KEEPING KNOCKED ON THE DOOR 3 TIMES

I was told I had to plug the microwave and refrigerator in. I had to request the do it for me. There were 2 different switches for the lights on each side of the bed. They had to come to the room to switch on the switch on the fixture so I could use the switch on the wall. No kleenex in the room.

I was very happy to have a microwave and fridge. Clean enough for the occasion. Satisfied for the amount I paid.

Overall the hotel is clean and nice. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t that great. I was disappointed in the towels. They are very small. They only give you two towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel. On our second day I asked to exchange my dirty towels with fresh ones (around 6pm) and I was told housekeeping was closed and there was no one who could exchange my towels.

Reasonably priced. Close to places to eat. The day I was there was oddly quiet, which I liked, but it was probably due to COVID. The down side was that the drink machine and the ice machine were both not working

Needed a place to stay for the night and I couldn't. When first walked in to room had a wierd smell. Turned on lights, fridge was open, and guess they unplug all equipment. Dust built up on all furniture. Went to bathroom and had fungi growing on shower curtain. Grabbed my stuff and turned in key.

No breakfast. It’s good for cancelled flight at DFW.

They made me stand outside and check in during a storm. Horrible customer service. I just came off a terrible flight and it just made things worse.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, to make it where we could sleep on it we had to buy a queen size 3 inch memory foam mattress and a queen size mattress cover with 1 inch memory foam to fit up to 16 inch mattress. The TV was to small and it couldn't be tur

The sheets had stains and burn holes. The guest next door was fighting and banging. The hotel floor was burnt. The towels were stained. The fridge was unplugged. The tv and remote didnt sync. The guest were sketchy. They charged more extending

They had me standing outside in 40 weather to check in. Could not get the room comfortable (either way too cold or too hot. No blanket. Furniture uncomfortable. Poor lighting. Housekeeping unplugged the fridge with my food inside.

Inexpensive hotel means cheap or nonexistent amenities. Linens, especially towels, are rough to the point of causing pain. Soap is smallest bar of soap I've ever seen. Shampoo comes in a ketsup size rip open container.

Room needs a complete overhaul. Toilet runs off and on, needs help to flush. Bathroom door doesn't latch or close. Linens are really old and cheap; towels thin and scratchy. No facial tissues. Shampoo and soap are extremely small & cheap. One star maybe?

Room smelled like a skunk sprayed the room! Talked with manager and he refused to move our room. Said it was probably our clothes or something we had done! He sprayed canned air freshener and gave a bag of Quinoa chips "for troubles"!! Not a 2-star hotel

Communication gap with the attendant, had to call his boss for every question , had the wrong beds combo on the reservation !!

No coffee pot but had refridgerator and microwave. Not even coffee in lobby.

very very unprofessional staff .we were woken up by our door being violently banged by the staff at 10am Sunday morning followed by the staff opening our room despite having a do not disturb sign and check out at 11 am .very disappointing
