Called ahead to make sure hot tub working. Checked in and hot tub blocked off. Was going to be out of service for both nights we were there. Was very disappointed. Other than that, hotel staff were nice. Lobby bar was great.

The front desk was nice and friendly and the place is well kept. They told me that the swimming pool was not available, but we don't swim anyways so that was alright. The room was excellent, clean, modern. The television worked fine and the bathroom was very good. We forgot our toothpaste at home, so I went down to the lobby to see if there was a vending machine or convenience store that might have some. When I could not find it, I asked the person at the front desk and they gave me some single use toothpaste sachets. That was unexpected and nice.

The room was clean & the staff friendly. I didn’t stay long enough to use any of the amenities.

The beds were harder then expected but everything else was excellent.

Front reception were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Downside was coffee/food not available after 9am I believe? Everything seems to have had a facelift. Property parking is safe. Hotel and rooms feel clean. Food and coffee options are great also. My kids loved the pool.

Staff at the front office was rude and cleaning lady kept trying to come in before checkout when I told her to come at 11am. When I was getting ready a man tried to come into my room saying someone told him I needed conditioner when I NEVER called the front rest and requested it. Disappointed

Poolside seating was very comfortable although I felt the beds were very hard. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

The situation quickly escalated. The staff member did not properly identify himself and, while outside smoking a cigarette, told us to leave the property. Before we could even understand what was happening, the police were called on us. We were then forced to leave the hotel at 11:00 PM, despite having paid for the room. This left us in a very difficult and stressful situation late at night, with nowhere to go except to find and pay for another hotel. Based on how we were treated, the situation felt discriminatory and deeply unfair. We were respectful guests and did nothing to warrant being removed from the property. I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the way we were treated.

My mom and I stayed one night just to enjoy girl time, and a soak in the jacuzzi. The grounds were clean, and the pool and the jacuzzi were very nicely kept. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The room was clean, but the only 2 things that would need improvement is the beds could have been softer and there could have been complimentary water and bath products in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Why would you need 3 motion detector lights in a hotel room ? Everytime someone gets up to go to the bathroom everyone sleeping in that room wakes up. Not fun when you have 2 small kids l. Will never stay at a property with this “amenity” ever again

Last minute decision to stay due to outpatient surgery nearby. The price we found on the Courtyard by Marriot website was reasonable. Our stay was easy and pleasant. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

For the price point I expected higher. Other hotels in the same class have liquid hand soap while this hotel still had the crummy bar soap. Charges for parking, no free breakfast and since we booked 3rd party you don’t get the Bonvoy points.

This location was convenient for us to visit family in the area. We've stayed here several times and we've never had any bad experiences. This is a very good place to stay.

First of all, the staff was amazing, we were greeted and taken care of immediately after arrival. I chose to get ready here for my wedding and stay a couple nights and it was Great! Once the staff knew it was my wedding, they went out of their way to give me a little gift. They were also very accommodating to my guests. The remodel looks great, it's been years since I've been to this hotel and everything was very clean and updated nicely. We will definitely stay again!

They charge for parking which seems bizarre since they are surrounded by strip mall shopping parking lots that are free. They have motion detectors on several of the lights in the room which is somewhat aggravating in the middle of the night. This is probably great for old people but not that cool to be woken up by three different lights turning on when someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I booked double beds but front desk sounded rude to me that no I booked one king bed . No sorry after found out I was right . She also got me wrong key card to other room . I had to call front desk and fix the problem . The hotel was so noisy after midnight , there was a party there.

Second time staying here! Room is nice. Bed is comfy. Convenient location. My only complaint (which didn’t affect my ratings) is I think parking should just be included and not have to pay extra for parking.

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway. Parking should be included in the cost. Maybe some extra amenities in the bathroom (door hooks for hanging, toiletries). The shower design is awkward. Otherwise, very clean and well kept.

We got there the didn’t have the fold out couch , my 16 yr old had to sleep on the floor , they didn’t have a roll away bed for him. When I booked it was to accommodate 5 people. Had their ages as well. Check out next day . We spoke to management they said they would refund my account. You spoke them as well. Don’t see my refund yet , I’m waiting. They also said it was close to the Rose Bowl Stadium it was 45 min drive app. Said like 2mi. Drive nope . Know I’m just waiting for my return to go back .

Loved the cleanliness, the girl at the front was very nice and the man they had working with her was a little more dry. I wouldn’t have hired him. We stayed at another Marriott last weekend in Phoenix Arizona and we had the best service so coming to this it was just unusual. Other than that the cleanliness and Starbucks barista were nice.

Even though we didn’t eat at the restaurant, it was a nice option just in case. I did use the fitness room and it was clean & had enough equipment for my workout. Overall, this Marriott location gets two thumbs up. Will definitely stay again if necessary.

Nice hotel, roomy for 2 kids with 2 queens. Close to all the food places, within 15-20 mins driving distance to San Gabriel, Rosemead, etc. Pool was clean and great for kids. Parking is very secure, but woth a fee ($10 per day).

Location and cleanliness They charged us a $100 deposit upon arrival which was expected. However, 1 wk later that charge still has not been refunded and there was a $10 charge for parking which was not disclosed either while booking or from the front desk staff. Both charges should be refunded.

My daughter's BF joked and asked why I was staying in the "hood", when he found out I chose this hotel, but it was not like that at all. The facility was clean and organized. I felt safe and comfortable there. The room was nice and odorless. The water was hot while taking a shower!! The only thing I did not like was the parking. Had to pay and when leaving there was a big back up so it took us ten minutes to even get out the gate. Looked like a couple of managers came out to fix the problem. Good sign.

i didnt like that i reserved the room thru expedia and it said a total price including taxes and fees was 1 price but i got charged more. onlyva few dollars but the point remains the same. then to get there and get charged a parking fee. 2 problems one, if fees and taxes were included why an additional fee? 2nd why is there a parking fee most people arrive in a vehicle and for the cost of the room parki g should be included. ive traveled all of the country for work and never paid for parki g except at big resorts on rare occasions

Our shampoo and body wash dispensers were totally empty. Our conditioner was almost empty, but pumped out watered down conditioner. Rooms were extremely small albeit clean and newish. Our particular room view faced the parking lot and the back yards of the hotel's neighbors (and their barking dogs).

The property is new and clean. It is close to a shopping area with Starbucks and a few restaurants.

Thos was our second stay. The staff are always freinly and helpful. I do have one minor complaint. Right at the entrance to the courtyard there is a sago palm thats fronds are at face level. It is am insurance claim waiting to happen.
