There was bed bugs and I didn't get refunded they did offer another room but the room had roaches in the refrigerator about 2 in the morning I discovered a bed bug crawling on my friends shirt that was on the chair an the 30 min later there were 2 more bed bugs that were crawling on the bed

Staff is nice. No vending machines. You have to ask the front desk for ice (no ice machine available to the guests. They put the ice in a plastic back. When you check in you get the TV remote and towels.

Very quiet! And I asked the not to be woken up at 11 am because I work late ours. The house keeps always came after I left. I didn’t know that they are renovating their rooms. I asked if I could get a room with a fridge and microwave prior to checking in. They moved a fridge and microwave. The staff really goes above and beyond!

More than anything, I like and appreciate the staff. They constantly ask if we need service of any kind unless I tell them at check-in that we won't be needing anything; then, I'm left alone until I approach someone for help. These people are awesome. Prices really aren't that bad either. The fact that my time here is coming to an end soon. I'm running out of money.

What's not to like? My son has mental issues and at this time does not have a phone because he keeps losing them; so Sherry, the manager, allowed him to use her personal phone to call me. What other motel or inn is going to do that? From staff to housekeeping to the price for a two bed room, this is a great place to stay. The fact that I ran out of money and had to leave.

The staff are some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They worked with me with the security deposit. I wish they'd at least offer a continental breakfast.

The pool was clean. Very Rude staff, place was infested with roaches and there were bugs on the bed, when I addressed the staff at the front desk she stated she couldn't give refunds that I had to speak to a morning shift staff member Sherrie. And I'm still waiting for my refund. Then she proceeded to get very rude with me when I let her know why I needed a refund(infestation) and because I claimed to see bedbugs she began getting very angry, and I then walked away

$70 for one of the worst motels I've stayed in. And I've stayed in some pretty bad places lol. I would have no complaints if it were like $40... But it was $70 for a disgusting, mold-filled room, walls covered in holes, knife marks all over the room, and slurs written all over the walls, with no sheets or pillows on the bed. Yikes.

It looked like there was moldy food and all along the back of the headboard on the floor. My son would go up to get ice and they would inform him of when our checkout was which they should not be discussing with an 11 year old. I am contacting the health department. I have never stayed in a more disgusting room than this one. They should be ashamed and embarrassed to rent their rooms out like this.

Good parking lot lighting at night made the place appear safe. Too long to describe...short version Bugs in bathroom and sink area outside toilet/tub area. Stained sheets, disgusting toilet, etc... Hadn't a clue when booked. Misleading property pics online.

This is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever run into. The room I was given was beyond filthy, the bedsheets had not been changed and there was sone sort of unknown debris within. There was dirt and garbage all over the floors and cockroaches running everywhere. I was a given a different room that was not quite as horrible but still dirty and unclean, I only saw three roaches in it before I left to sleep in my car

The bed literally looked like it was picked up on the side of the road, the counter had soap marks from the previous occupants containers (signifying it was not cleaned), there were several roaches in the toilet, the carpet was filthy as well. I took pictures and would love to upload them.

Smoke alarm was dying and they didn’t have a battery to replace it so I was told to just take it down (like that’s safe) so I just dealt with the beep ALL night long. Worst stay in awhile by far. Only saving grace was they lady at the front was nice.

When I first entered the room, I had to use the flashlight on my phone because no light worked (once I found it, I saw it was unplugged, high by the ceiling where no one could reach it). Then as I slowly discovered more of my room, I was horrified by how dirty and run down it was. Someone had written “Smoke Rock” on the toilet seat, which was not cleaned off. The tub was filthy, and the drain was not even attached. There was no toilet paper (I later discovered a partial tp roll on the floor behind the door). There was some kind of weird hair or thread clump stuck to the wall above one of the beds. There was trash on one of the nightstands and on the floor, which looked like it had never been vacuumed. There were no amenities, the counter was dirty, and there were about a dozen small, round holes in the top of the dresser. The mirror was dirty and had lipstick or something on it. The old bedspread also had a hole in the middle of it. I could go on…I was afraid to touch anything! The whole room is dirty and messy. There’s a toy on the floor when i first walk in to my room and when i checked the restroom there’s bunch of little cockroaches on the floor and bathtub and the toilet sit turned to yellow cause it’s so dirty and it got vandalized too and the whole toilet is shaking like it’s gonna fall down anytime soon. The tables beside the bed are all dusty more like sandy and the drawer for clothes is dusty and sandy too you can’t even put your clothes in it cause it’s so dirty. My bed smells like cigarettes smoke and there’s bunch of wholes in it i don’t know if it’s from the cigarette or insects. The front desk lady gave me my smelly towels when i get there to check in on my first day together with the tv remote that almost split in half. The room had a smell to it. Just stale and kind of bad, but not wholly offensive. The beds were hard and the pillows were more like bags of cotton balls. Our car was broken into nearby, so it didn't feel very safe.

So check in at 4 pm walking up steps to my room and dog crap all over steps..wow ..so I go into room ..dirty as heck ..deside to leave for a while and visit friends..had a great time and was ready for a little morning nap ..it's 6 am I'm going up stairs to my room and open door ..only to find 2 guys sleeping in my room..I go to office and ask why was my room given away ..lady at window says I. Mistaken..ok go look for yourself...5 min go by she goes to look but they are gone ...says no body there nothing I can do ..wow..so I take my deposit and laugh all way to my car..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I found a crackpipe in one of the beds. I carefully took it to the front desk, the person behind the desk offered to let me switch rooms. When I looked at the other room, soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a wall of cigarette smoke. There were cigarette butts all over the floors, I didn't bother looking through the rest of the room. Went back to the front desk and said I'd keep the original room since it appeared cleaner, had a mini fridge, and a microwave(that I would discover later was broken). I was only there for the night so I just used a blanket I had and slept on top of the bedding of the second bed(my room had 2 queen beds). Definitely would not stay here again.

To be brief: they didn't know I had made a reservation. The room he gave me had more graffiti than a truck stop bathroom. The bathroom door had been punched in. The electricity in the room was unsteady. I found a used vape pen outside my room. I'll be sure to come back here if I start doing meth.

this place could be great. There are hookers that come every night. The room was dirty the first night and no T.V. people were running around and screaming. fireworks going off late a night each night. Then there was car alerms going off as well. The only way I would come back here is if I was homeless.

This place was a total dump.For starters the clerk refused to scknowledge my reservation.Finally sends me to a room that hod no t.v. or towels there were roaches,the garbage can between rooms was overflowing with beer cans all around ,some guy was hovering around outside allnight asking for cigarettes and money.The place looked like a war zone.there was no hot water. And when i sat on the bed something bit me..i left and slept in my car.This place sucks!

Its outdated which isnt a problem its just not eye appeasing. But there were roaches alot and it was damp and humid inside. The carpet was digusting.to the bare foot it was moist and samp felt swampy

overpriced crap I know cause I practically live here well over half the room air-conditioning doesn't work ive counted 6 rooms so far that don't even have a shower curtain I'd advise coming here only if you absolutely have to
