I have been coming to this hotel for about 6 years I have always had a good stay don’t be discouraged by the location they do a good job keeping the location safe . Always a pleasure to stay

Really appreciated the staff changing my room to one with outside access; I have some mobility issues and it really helped me out.

The staff at check out tried to accuse me of taking face towels when I brought my own face and body towels also covers and I offered for her to check my luggage and I told her there was none in the room when we checked in and also the housekeeper did not add any in the room when she came to take our old towels and trash

It was an okay place to stay for one night. The hotel is quite outdated, especially the pool and bathrooms could use an upgrade. The area is a bit sketchy..

Affordable and a very good deal for what you are paying. Lots of amenities provided! Overall not clean, bathroom and the room. Luckily the bed was clean and comfy.

Check in was fantastic! For the great price, I’m very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and other areas of the hotel. The hot tub was a perfect temperature and quite relaxing after a long drive. I’d choose to stay here again.

Loved the indoor pool & hot tub! The surrounding area was pretty quiet. There were nearby options for breakfast, lunch, dinner (the inn does provide coffee in the mornings). The shower was a bit tricky to work with, shower head would shoot out water & probably needs tightening! Occasional cold water would occur if you’re showering but nothing too unbearable for the average cold water user! Overall, it’s a good place if you’re traveling from long distance and need to unwind.

Quiet place,has parking , nice room,it was clean and AC worked good,it warmed up room very quick, they gave us baby crib as we requested, for free. Bathroom was really small and door made noise, pillows were very high so in the morning we all had a neck pain and as fir blanket it should be better condition as for me.

The room was clean and everything seem the usual except the bathroom door kept getting stuck when opening it so I didn’t want to cause any damage which lead to less privacy for bathroom use but other than that everything was splended. I wish the laundry hours were moved to open all night as I work and sleep diuring the day.

Quiet, clean They advertise a heated pool and jacuzzi, that’s why I chose this, No heated pool, cold, had to ask the staff., 30 min. before, to turn on the heater for the Jacuzzi, I deserve a partial refund, false advertising. I will go elsewhere in the future. No breakfast, just coffee What ?

Nice and quiet place to stay while visiting my daughter and family. The area has several more local food options within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are consistent and clean. Staff are very friendly and the front desk has been the same gal as I travel through to see me family. I would recommend.

Stay was expected for the price. The huge highlight was the indoor pool and spa. You need to ask the receptionist to heat up the Jacuzzi and it takes around 1 hour-1.5 hours to heat up. You also need to ask them to open the pool for you. Location is a little iffy and remote. Although there are some dining options nearby which was a plus. Paid extra for a Jacuzzi tub room, but the water wouldn't even heat up that much and jets were weak. Room and hotel could be cleaner, but it was old so seemed like the best they could do. Also saw a small cockroach in my room and don't open the balcony because flies come in fast. Thought the bed was comfortable and liked that you were able to control the temperature of your room. Another plus was the fridge and microwave in your room. Two negatives were that the TV took forever to turn on, it did some sort of setup and our room key would deactivate every time. They said it would do that if it was next to a cell phone, but was very inconvenient. Would probably look elsewhere for next time, unless the price is unbeatable.

Upon arrival I opened the drawer to the nightstand and found drugs right next to the Bible! I had no time to change hotels or rooms because I was on a business trip and couldn’t afford to run late. I accepted the fact that I was staying in the same room as a drug addict was and obviously wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Also, the room looked like it had flooded before because the bottom of the wall next to the floor had water damage all along the bathroom and vanity area. The nice thing they did let us check in a half hour early. We weren’t able to check out until 9am, when I wanted to check out at 7am. But do to her being the only staff, I had to wait for the housekeeper to come in. She ended up being late and the staff gave me my deposit without checking the room. We didn’t go swimming because the water looked very murky.

Its a 3 out of 5 for the price you're paying. The fridge is big and spacious with a freezer. The pool is heated and relatively clean. The blowdrier has a light that never turns off at night. The comforter has cigarette holes. The fridge was not properly cleaned because there were bottles of water, housekeeping clearly didnt do their job. Crumbs of god knows what in the drawers. The toilet was not properly scrubbed. No one has access to the pool. You constantly have to ask them to open the door for you. They are strict with specific swim wear. My husband wore a polyester swim shirt. It wasnt until the second day they decided to complain about it even though they only said no cotton. Its creepy that they constantly are starring at you while you swim. Thin, but very thin walls. You will not sleep unless you're used to sleeping in an apartment. The only reason we came jere was because our preferred hotel was booked. It was decent for what you pay, but if you dont mind spending more for an overall better all quality, do it.

Arrived and they said they did not have me on the system. They didn’t even try showed them my confirmation and confirmed the address. Had to go pay another hotel .

I had to change rooms twice because they couldn’t get a television to function on the channel that I desired, which is a standard cable cat channel that they had running in the office, but it wouldn’t run in the room. I finally asked for a refund, checked out and went to a hotel that had a television that worked.

Exterior is so bad...I drove up and thought it was closed and ready for demolition. The room door lock didn't work. The walls are paper thin and people were yelling past midnight. The paint is peeling off.

Check in , went smooth , the room was clean and presentable, everything I needed, a refrigerator, a microwave , hdtv , AC/Heat. They had a small balcony, which was nice. I couldn’t figure out the Wi-Fi but it was fine without. If I’m in the area again I’d definitely stay here than most of the other hotels/motels in the area. 4/5 stars overall.

Nice place to stay With family. Indoor pool was great for the kids. My only complaint it we were next to the washer and dryers. Well then we’re going all night long. The worst part was when people would put their money in. Bang bang bang is all we heard off and on all night. Pool is closed at 10 so should the masher and dryers. So if you stay here be sure to not get the room next to the washer and dryers.

The staff is really friendly and approachable! The rooms… eh they’ve seen better days. The walls are paper thin - earplugs are a must if you aren’t a heavy sleeper. Lots of late night and early morning noise along with trains. We were on the first floor and had some bugs visit our second night. Nothing awful, it’s the first floor in CA, but it’s just ok.

The front desk guy was a breathe of fresh air. Super nice and went above and beyond our expectations and guided us through to escape other location...

We were not allowed into the lobby but had access to a phone outside which connected us to “headquarters”. They told us that we had to wait 30 minutes because the office person was on her “security round”… We waited to find that person high out of her mind and slurring her words. When we finally got to the room we found greasy door handles and cockroaches so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Horrible place, nothing like their ad - stay away!

Great strategic location on edge of town and close to freeway. Kinda sketchy neighborhood, limited food options. Friendly staff, not a great bed, but newer furnishings and everything clean. Better than expected for the price!

I didnt get their names but the lady at the front counter when we checked in was very nice. In the evening my kids wanted to use the pool the lady opened the pool for us and we had it to ourselves, She was very friendly and helpful. She brought us clean pool towels. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again.

this stay was Disappointed because we Order Non Smoking Room and the Bed Covers had 4 Cigarets burns I call the front desk and the gentlement said that's Okay, and didn't Offer to Replace the bedding. we requested extra towels and they told No your room already has Two towels for two persons, so we keep using the Pools Towels in the Room.

Welcoming check in. Older building and rooms. Comfortable bed. Computer desk and dining table well arranged Kudos to Chester in Maintenence. Light fixture did not work. (No it was not the bulb.) He was there in a few short minutes and took care of the problem. Need grab bar in the shower. No breakfast. You get what you pay for.

The parking lot was well lit. The front office had high res cctv video of the parking lot. I was impressed. It was close to RR tracks but the trains did not bother nor wake me. The bed was comfortable. Wifi is excellent.
