This was a great place to stay for the weekend: convenient to the freeway, plenty of parking, and not far from restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was near the staircase and so shielded from a lot of the freeway noise. The linens were clean, the bed comfortable, and the fridge worked beautifully. If you're looking for a nice, basic place to stay, this is a good choice! We stayed here last year and had a good experience then too.

1st of all i got to the place at 8am from long drive i did state when i made my reservation that i would need the room early. I even called and they said yes that 8am was fine. I show up and the RUDE MAN IN THE FRON SAID NOO CHECK IN IS UNTIL 3PM. I SAID WHAT . I A EXPLAINED TO HIM he didn't care and was rude about it. SECOND OF ALL Rooms had old furniture seriously looked like furniture WAS off the trash sheets and blankets had cigarettes burned holes. Looks like room was NOT clean. Omg I had such a bad experience was not worth my $ money . I asked to get my money refunded and was told i wasn't One of the workers did offer another room she was nice to let me see other rooms to pick the one I wanted , but seriously all the damn rooms were the same disgusting. I really dont know how this place is even renting rooms looking like this. THIS IS FAULCE ADVERTISING ON LINE ROOMS LOOK ALL NICE BUT WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GET THETE ITS SOO DISGUSTING. Fridge in room didn't work as well. This place is trash i only slept there a few hrs and left couldn't stay in this feeltie place. $260 to the trash you can see im not lying with my pictures and thats only some couldn't upload them all. The outside looks nice and clean but once you open that room door SURPRISE

This small motel was clean and friendly. Close to supermarkets, 7-11 and starbucks. They had smoking rooms which was nice. They have danish bread coffee oj and apple juice in the mornings. Be aware there is a 100 cash deposit for this hotel.

The location was great for our purpose in being in Azusa. They did accommodate my sister when she requested another blanket and towels. The breakfast and a small packaged danish. The room looked like it wasn’t finished painted where some work had been done

There were lots of gun shots 2 different times we stayed. Black mold was all over the bathroom and windows. Even if you prepay the rooms, there is a $100 cash deposit required for the remote and key cards.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The room was generously sized and well laid-out. For a property so near the freeway, it was quieter than anticipated. There's plenty of parking, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and the staff are pleasant. About the only minor drawback is that the breakfast options are limited (coffee, juice, pastries), but there are so many restaurants in the area that it isn't really an issue. The refrigerator in the room worked well and was slightly larger than average. Overall I'm quite happy with our stay, and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced option.

Miserable low quality showerhead. Staff demanded $100 cash upon arrival then withdrew the request. Felt extortionist. Staff calls you 20 minutes before checkout like it's a minimum security prison. One of the worst hotel stays of my life.

I could park easily The room was very very basic- no way to make a hot drink, no side table lamps by the bed, no way to air the room safely. Poor mobile reception and very poor WiFi connection.

Parking close to my room. That fact that because I book one more night online, front desk did not let me stay in the same room and make me go out and return at 3pm to check in for the second night. Plus rooms 125 and 125 had duty chair, furniture falling a part, door handles not closing properly, and cockroaches crawling on the table at night.

I didn't want to take the room They are fraudulent companies. On your website they don't say that you have to leave a deposit and when you arrive they demand it and when you tell them and explain that it wasn't said when you made the reservation, they very rudely tell you that it's the policy and if you don't like it, go somewhere else. That's what Indian people are like.

Firstly, there’s a $100 CASH deposit that I wasn’t aware of through booking. It was refundable but still, I could have got something so much better. When I got there it was NOT like the pictures. The fridge didn’t work and was dirty. There was hair in the shower. It was awful! It’s a motel not an in. I took videos but I hated it so bad! I didn’t complain to the desk because I wanted to make sure I got my deposit back. The little breakfast area doesn’t look like the pictures. I don’t know where they got those pictures from but it is NOT accurate. I booked through Expedia so I recommend going to the hotel’s ACTUAL website and read the reviews! They were correct. I promise you.

They also charged .25 for half of a provided ice bucket of ice. Maybe 32 ozs. The Continental breakfast was sparse and limited. I had to give $100 cash deposit for tv controller. I do not advise staying here and shouldn’t even be available through Expedia Just an awful experience.

The room was decent aside from the aesthetic. There was a part of the wall that was missing and the sink was bs king up when the barely started running, but if you’re just using it for a place to sleep, it’s good.

It was very close to shopping and Azusa Pacific University. With a few cosmetic fixes it would be nicer. Simple things like tile fixes and covering old switch plates with a pretty plate.

In the mist, lying there all by itself is the America's Best Inn. It is safe, clean, quiet, affordable, and not to far from all of the major attractions. IE Disney, Magic Mountain, Hollywood, Universal Studios. A little, tucked away jewel.

The worker at the front desk amazing super sweet, very kind and helpful but with that being said there was mold in the restroom parts of the tub were falling off I found a injection needle on the floor blood stains on the sheets dust all over the walls blood on the walls holes in the walls very much not safe nor kept up to date I regret staying there

I’m not a huge critic of the cleanliness of hotel rooms but The room I stayed in had a bunch of burn holes in the bedding from someone smoking (I had a non smoking room) and the smell was terrible worse than most public bathrooms… the room wasn’t swept properly a lot of small debris on the ground.

The floors are hardwood(or a reasonable facsimile)and after walking on them for just a few minutes barefoot the bottoms of my feet were BLACK! Internet was not good. Most of the time I couldn't get online at all and when I did it booted me off after pausing my usage for just a few minutes. No coffee in the room. Had to go to the office to get some. The arms of the one chair in the room were filthy. No microwave. Had to flip a light switch to turn on the refrigerator, which would have been okay if we had been told in advance. The one thing I did like was the bed and pillows. All in all it is a pretty dreary place. We would have moved except for the fact that we had already moved from another hotel that was worse!

I had to switch rooms because the shower was terrible, one line of water, the bed was dirty, there were random hairs in the bathtub, and in the bed, once I switched rooms it was a bit cleaner than the other but the shower still had the same problem, I used to stay with this company often but never again they have gone cheap.

The motel room was so dirty! The toilet seat was falling off and then bathroom sink was clogged. Thick old dust everywhere! This place needs a very deep cleaning! The sheets were clean and the water pressure was good. That's the best I can say and that's being kind.

This hotel was one of the only affordable hotels not too far from the Rose Bowl. Service was super and the area is safe. The hotel shows it’s age and the room had dirt on walls, dust on the floor boards and random hair in the bathroom. It wasn’t super clean…but the sheets, toilet and floor were which worked for us.

I went to check in and the male clerk was very rude and unwelcoming. I’ve never had such a bad experience with just trying to check in. Asking for only cash at check in is ridiculous and very shady. I didn’t even get a receipt of the deposit. The room was beyond dirty, only throw pillows provided and the bath faucet was dripping water all night, walls are thin and outside was so loud.

This was by far the grossest stay at a hotel in my life. Never returning & appalled that Expedia would even question my comfort. There were bed bugs.. water stains on the roof. Old candy on the floor from previous stays. & the room smelled absolutely terrible. Never will I suggest anyone to use Expedia or to stay at the America’s Best Value Inn

The staff is professional and nice. Clean, and Covid-19 standards. Rooms have a refrigerator and they dont charge extra its already included in room rate. Like how close it is to everything. Food, shopping, easy access to frwy, and public transportation.

Our room was reserved as smoking (I might by mistake book it like that ) and she kindly offer to change it to a non smoking room. At first sight we didn’t like the appearance of the hotel but once we got into the room our mind changed: very clean and nice . Yes we go back again .

No coffee in room. No continental breakfast served. Continental breakfast was advertised but they closed it off and did not disclose that when making reservations. That should have been disclosed.

Very Dissatisfied, They made my guest get out of the pool because they said only the ones that are booked in the room can use the pool and not the room people guest , the man was very disrespectful and didn’t go by the llegal rules and regulations..... I would not choose to go there again and would not recommend it to anyone....

What I liked about the property is the location. Close to frwy, and walkable or close drive for shopping, restaurant's, public transportation. The staff is friendly & professional. And they all try and keep the place clean and quite. I feel safe here.

Bad experience, request for non-smoking room and I was put into a smoking room. Receptionist was telling that there’s nothing she can do, if she can find any room I have to take it like that, with no apology. Another room she gave, still smells of smoke and not properly clean. And the toilet was so dirty. I asked for room service, she said no room service until the next day to do the cleaning. I call the front desk to ask for towels, tissue paper, I was turn down. I call in the morning asking for towels and wash cloths and the guy I talked to was telling me that I room service not available until 9:30a.m. and I was going to check at 11:00a.m. Room service or hotel cleaner did not show up until after I checked out. The room service show up after 11: 10a.m doing nothing, just to check whether the room being vacated, I know of this because I was standing in the parking lot. Tell me is this a good hotel.

The guy who checked us in wasn’t very happy to be there either and in the morning when we were leaving, we saw very weird people hanging out on the property. Huge spacious room, definitely coming back! Very quite and clean.

What i like about the property is its quite, safe and clean.

Bed was hard, service was incredibly terrible. Both the man and woman were rude and acted annoyed when asked about issues regarding the room.

Staff was professional. Like the rooms and location.

This hotel was dirty and disappointing. The sheets were disgustingly stained and the whole place was just dirty in general. The bathroom had stained toilets with hair and looked like they didn’t clean the room at all to be honest. Really concerning and wouldn’t stay here again. Thank god we had our own sheets with us. The entire room reaked of cigarettes and all of my stuff did when I got home too.

Paid hotel dot com three days prior. This hotel did not get the $ and not notifying fhe platform. This hotel cancelled my booking. Wasted my time

Friendly staff, last minute stay little pricey for the quality pictures of the rooms looked nicer rooms weren’t bad, bed was super hard.

Lady was rude and charged me 20 bucks extra and demanded a 100 dollar deposit
