Was a great stay and staff were super nice and attentive. Room was very clean. Definitely will return for my next trip

The rooms were a bit on the small side. No microwave for such a premium price. The pool was not in service during swim week. The TV was unwieldy and remote was unresponsive. The shower door kept on sliding. The staff was super nice, though.

Parking 25 dollars per night was ridiculous.

This is the fifth time we've stayed at the hotel, and this time we brought our aunt who usually stays at the Hilton, and she loved it. The staff, as always, were wonderful, and the Bistro staff were super attentive and helpful. Impeccable location and spacious, clean room. We're already planning our return for the end of the year. Excellent hotel in every way.

The location is amazing

I really thought the attendants at the front desk were helpful and personable. My room was clean. The pool area looked inviting and the location was in close proximity to the mall. The air conditioner in my room was really loud and kept me awake! The washing machine for guests had soap stuck in it and wasn’t clean. It didn’t appear to be working properly.

The price is high for what they offer, no clean room every day, the restaurant is open just a few hours, the pool was dirty.

For some reason every time I stay at this hotel I get a noise complaint. This happens no where else. However, I do hear people In the hall, and next door, I just am not bothered enough to call the front desk.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Aventura Mall was truly above expectations. The location is excellent—close to supermarkets and restaurants, and within walking distance to Aventura Mall. The service was amazing, and the hotel and room were spotless and very well maintained. I’d also like to give special recognition to Troebya from housekeeping- she was incredibly attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided outstanding service. Overall, a wonderful stay that I truly loved and highly recommend.

The hotel is OK for the rate. But it’s an old property a bit run down. Staff was nice. But the rooms are a bit over used. The AC unit had an old smell in the room, my shower door didn’t close well, conditioner bottle wasn’t filled, the carpet was Vaccum quickly etc.

We booked and paid for suite with a sofa bed and was told full and no capacity. Overall a very pleasant stay. Clean and very friendly. Problems were a very limited option for breakfast if you wanted something hot, and very limited front parking where it was populated and well lit.

Great Hotel with fantastic location (5 minutes from publix, Aventura Mall), good parking, excellent breaksfat (its worth to reserve with the breakfest option), staff always helpfull. its an excellent choice. One day even with the sign to clean the room, it was not cleaned.

Liked the spaciousness of the room. Friendly person during check-in. Room was clean for the most part however there were some small spots on my sheets. Possibly due to being permanent because they looked clean otherwise. If spotted it’s time to replace. Otherwise, great clean room.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the manager Yorby Urda . He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to guests’ happiness. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable—we will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!

A hotel in an excellent location, with parking available, clean and well-organized, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a clean heated pool. Breakfast was a bit disappointing since it’s based on the Starbucks counter inside the hotel—meaning sandwiches rather than a buffet. The service was excellent.

The Courtyard Marriott is a smaller cosy hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Close to Aventura Mall voted the best Mall in US! The room had a coffee machine, and balcony to pool and the bed was very comfortable. I used the pool gym and the laundry room for washing and drying my clothes. Breakfast was great and staff very attentive at all times. The Bistro was great as was the little shop by the reception. Great restaurants nearby and close to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Hard Rock Guitar Casino. I even found time to play bridge in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. Miami was also fantastic but much more expensive. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

I really do recommend this facility is close to a lot of shopping centers and markets. The facility is clean from the lobby to the elevators into your room. The staff is awesome and very friendly. I truly will stay at this facility again. It's worth the price.

First night, both air conditioning and refrigerator were not working. Second night got moved into another room with adjoining room that I did not ask for the were extremely noisy..

The hotel was perfectly located for my needs. The room was very spacious. The staff were friendly. The coffee shop in the lobby was very good. The coffee and the food were both good and not overly expensive. We had an issue with the ac not working but they were able to change my room quickly. Overall it’s a good experience and I will stay there again.

Breakfast staff (especially Laura) was very friendly, brightening our morning with their smiles and sending us off with full, satisfied bellies. Roberto at the front desk was very helpful and accomodating to our needs. And he also smiled.
