The hotel is in a really great location for bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to Target also. We stayed for the F1 Grand Prix weekend and was great for Ubers to the Hard Rock Stadium. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

This is Hotel is extremely well located in Ventura and extremely well managed by Brandy. The staff is extremely supportive (specifically Atifah) and this is definitely the go to place while travelling in southeast Florida between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Will if you come back here.

While removing the sheets from one of the beds, we discovered a large dried urine stain on the mattress. This was not a minor housekeeping issue—it was a mattress that should have been removed from service and replaced. Had we not removed the sheets ourselves, we never would have known what we were sleeping on. When we reported the issue, the hotel offered to move us to another room or provide complimentary parking. In my opinion, neither response addressed the real concern: a visibly stained mattress should never be used for paying guests in the first place. To make matters worse, many of the towels throughout the hotel were also stained, which further raised concerns about overall cleanliness standards. The staff was mostly polite and did apologize, but cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, this experience left us with little confidence in the property’s housekeeping and quality control practices. Based on our experience, my family will not be returning.

Excellent location near shopping centers in the area, about a 30-minute drive from the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. There was also a great bar and an excellent bartender.

My only negative on this trip was a rather loud air conditioning system in the room. But really it didn’t disturb my ability to sleep. Plus would like a little more water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable pillows and down comforter.

Always a great stay. Room is clean, the location is the best, and I dont have to go far for what I need. Food is only steps away and the pool area is so inviting. I love it there 💓

I called he hotel to let them know I was booking the night before as I was arriving very early. They finally gave me the room, but initially told me the reservation had been cancelled! One of the beds in my room hadn't been done

I got charged twice. I spoke with Brandon in the front desk the next day and he said management are going to send me an email. I still haven’t received the email or the refund for the double-charged. Also, I paid for the parking in advance. The girl that charged me twice validated my parking receipt so I could get out of the parking but instead she kept the paper and told me she sent me a virtual one to my email. She sent me the email but there wasn’t a scanning machine when I got out and I had to pay AGAIN for overnight parking since she kept the paper to get out. Horrible experience

The property was very nice. I had a place I can park and places I can go an eat Only thing I didn’t like is the location because the road is narrow. If you park ok the side then someone can possibly side swipe your car, however that is a risk if you don’t want to park in the garage

The plumbing seemed bad. The bathroom shower water was cold. The toilet barely flushed.

Garage is from a third party, major issues with it working well, plus $ 20 per day that was no specified during booking. Lobby was loud and messy. A package arrived and the guy at the front desk said it had not. Pool was nice. Location is nice. Would not recommend this Hotel future stays.

The hotel did not let a majority of their guest check-in until after 6:00 PM. They had extended late checkouts and did not have the rooms clean for more than half the guest. It was an awful experience. I had to get ready in the bathroom downstairs general bathroom downstairs for A wedding rehearsal dinner and leave my bags at the front desk because my room was not ready this was 5 PM.

Nice, clean hotel centrally located in Aventura Park Square (near restaurants, Whole Foods, Aventura Mall and Don Soffer trail). Pool was fab and room had a mini fridge and coffee machine. Would recommend and stay again.

missed our check in by a day because flight was cancelled. room was prepaid. Checked in 1 day later at 10 pm and they said - " you should have called. Your room is now occupied. Take it up with expedia. Then when the hotel was contacted by expedia they denied this and said we had checked in our room was ready. Then had to fight with both expedia and the hotel to get our money back. horrific service from everyone.

Not enough light in a room and bathroom, if you leave it on the fan in a bathroom on the same fixture and very loud, The process of checking in was not a good experience. Arrived at 3pm but rooms were not available till 6pm. Was very disappointed. Thanks to Tia, she offered a free breakfast and lots of appetizers.

Figuring out where to park and nobody on the first floor for guidance was confusing the first time we stayed. Valet would be great in that congested area. It was pricey but we're staying again next week for a much better rate.

Then checking out that early ended up being a hassle with getting our parking validated since the front desk woman was looking for keys. Ultimately I probably wouldn’t stay here again especially at that rate.

Staff is so friendly and helpful my stay was lovely. The location is amazing for shopping and convenience in Miami and living in a safe easy part of Aventura! My 2nd visit to this hotel the rooms are so dark and lightning is terrible and connected to a loud bathroom fan.

Kinda wish the parking was in the same building but it is what it is. Love the little "neighborhood" surrounding the hotel with the buzz of the nice mix of restaurants.

I Won’t stay here again even though it’s a great location. Parking is dreadful. A total mess. Everything in this property is complicated like check in, room access, lighting and even the window shades. Terrible shower. We don’t have to compromise ease and convenience for style. When you go there at night to check in, there isn’t even a spot where you can leave your car for a few minutes.

I can’t believe I paid for the breakfast to be included. It might be a click above a 711 hot bar. Disgusting. Hardly could be called breakfast or a restaurant. They heat up a burrito for you in a microwave.

Also an alarm went off on my floor for several hours overnight and no one was able to get it turned off. The ground floor lobby is a mess too. Dirty and messy. Gives a bad impression upon arrival.

Was a little outdated, but pool area was often not picked up. Loved Leon…super friendly and helpful. Also love the woman who cleaned our room. Funny and kind. Overall, with the people, it was great. Rude manager. Major water leak in the room. Were put in a the wrong room. A two bed room was booked and were put in a king room. Said it was expedias fault. Threatened to have my reservation cancelled.

Brandy was very accommodating when it came to our room not being ready due to plumbing issues. I appreciate her willingness to help make our stay the best experience it could be inspite of the unforseen circumstances.

The rooms are cleaned frequently, the beds are comfy, I only wish there was a couch in the bedroom

Happy welcomed us and was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat.

This hotel is absolutely charming. Friendly staff, great bar with fun cocktails, amazing breakfast options, beautiful pool, clean room, and a nice view of the city. The AC was powerful, and I often found it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in my room. Fortunately, I brought a sweater, so I'm not complaining. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. But I should warn those of you who are unfamiliar with Miami that this area is very congested. While the hotel was spectacular, be prepared for LONG drives/rides, even to locations that are only a few miles away.

The stay at Aloft Miami Aventura was good. I didn't utilize the amenities outside the hotel room because I had a short stay, but the room was worth the money.

We liked Aloft Adventura Miami, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We got free parking because we stayed there, but the only thing was you had to be careful because the kids would drive fast around the corner in there. Also, the area was kind of confusing to navigate because a lot was happening right there. A lot of shops and hotels were in that neighborhood so it was hard to find stuff. But that’s about the only bad thing about it. All the rest of the stuff was good.

We only stayed the night as we were here for graduation. We were hoping to use the pool as it looked very enjoyable. We booked the hotel because there are little bars and restaurants in walking distance. The bed was comfortable. I’m 6’5 and struggle with used hotel mattresses.

Everyone was great and the staff were kind and ensure to answer all of my concerns and questions

There are downsides, though: No bell service, no room service, and the only places to park and unload your bags are 15-minute street parking slots — not convenient. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay again.

My review is mixed. When we arrived , we were told that the hotel was overbooked and they had cancelled my room. After 20 minutes of running around and making phone calls to make other arrangements we were told they found us a room. Our stay was quick just 2 nights. The hotel is nice, staff are very friendly. It is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of food and shopping nearby. Great location

This is a great spot. Unfortunately, the person that we interacted with at the front desk was not positive. When we asked for an extended check out till 1 o’clock, she said no without even looking her associate next to her said oh of course you can let them stay till two. Then she went off to Treat her ASSOCIATE poorly in front of us. It was very disturbing scenario and uncomfortable. This is a well used hotel and it shows the public areas could use a deep cleaning. The room seemed fine. Not a lot of dining options in the hotel but lots around it. Very close walking distance less than a block great restaurants.

Went for the Orange Bowl event at nearby Hard Rock Stadium. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were all so helpful and kind. Parking was in next building parkade and easy to get in and out of & easy to get to hotel entrance. Parking was validated. It was not warm enough to swim but pool area was well kept and we spent some time in the lounge chairs. Dining options around the hotel were great. We especially loved Graziano’s. Shopping mall in walking distance. 15 minute drive to get to a public beach area. Would stay again.

However the property has a maze layout. Shower faucet too high; I'm 5'5" and could not adjust it. Did not know where to park to checkin. Acces to parking facility in close proximity was good but if purpose of trip is shopping, this arrangement is bad as you will need several trips to parking garage to offload packages, if traveling alone. Would not stay here again

Disappointing experiences lately.

The area is very good, but the room was very dark and needs more lights. The door to the room had problems, it was difficult to open it both from the outside and the inside. There was a dog next door that I could hear barking while sleeping.
