    The room and towels smelled horrible like a mix of cigarettes and dog urine. Every time we would enter the room I was disgusted. The floors were also sticky. If a hotel allows pets they need to clean better between customers. The location and price were great but I would not recommend.

    This is a new motel. Rooms are clean. Large frig, stove, and microwave in the room. Coffee downstairs was not very good (powered creamer…) But overall a nice place at a good price.

    They said my room had been given away even after I had already paid for it and reserved it days before. Was getting another room at another hotel when the guy came to my car 30 mins later saying my room was there after all. Got to my room with no sheets, blankets, soaps, not even the freaking shower curtains were there.

    Everything was great except for the staff. The 2 ladies at the front desk were rude to me, an elderly lady, and anyone else who “bothered” them. Glad I booked through hotels.com so I had to deal with them very little because they were just rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to have to do their job.

    My family of 3 checked in, only two towels in the bathroom. Either I pay $5 for the third towel, or I shower return that towel from the 3rd floor. Then I would be given a third towel. I've been a platinum choice Member for years. . NEVER HAVE I EVER

    The shower control limits hot water. They don't believe in hand towels because we are staying longer. Parking spaces are all for sub compacts. Smells everywhere. Nice housekeeper and man at front desk. The Rest SKIP!

    Location, price, free coffee in lobby, working elevator and a exercise room Smell of cannabis through hallways, garbage in hall, one small bar of soap, one plastic cup, one towel, one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Stayed there for three nights and no fresh towels or room service. Garbage started to smell. No iron in room. Had to switch rooms on first arrival due to highly concentrated cleaning smell overpowering first room. Amenities are so low in room that barely enough for 1 person let alone 2. And no room service to get more or fresh towels. Hotel should be called Bare Bones Suites.

    The Hotel itself is good, but their reservation system is terrible. I had a confirmed booking and had already paid $94.00. but when I arrived, they told me they had no rooms available and would only refund my money'. This situation is known as being 'Walked'. I have more rights than just get my money back. like my taxi from the airport. they should find me a comparable room instead. to make the long story short we did not agree and Ms. Dian is an exemplary employee. provided a decent room accommodated us.

    First of all the state never actually occurred there's two different addresses for this property and 8110 and 8103 the staff at the front desk was horrible I took two Hoovers to this facility and would never told that it was the actual place I was supposed to say out I was also then requested to lead a property by Austin Police department based on a disagreement that I had with the front desk staff as well as management banning me for a year based on me paying my $69 and not getting any accommodation that I paid for

    I liked the location. It was less than five minutes to the family I was visiting. It was also less than fiv e minutes to a grocery store making it easy to get supplies. The young ladies at check-in and out were friendly. Did not like that there were no towels in the hotel room. It was my first stay at an extended stay hotel. Housekeeping services were not explained to me until my second day. Staff was courteous but did not explain.

    There was no laundry service. When we got there, the property had no water and no hot water for hours when we were able to take showers later in the evening there were no towels absolutely no towels. We didn’t even get towels the next day before we left. I would never stay there again.

    this hotel is such a great price for the location, parking was easy and not to mention free! the area felt safe and comfortable. i always expect to have a bad time if hotels don’t have roku, but i was pleasantly surprised with the channels, there was a good chunk of channels that were right up my alley. there’s also a stove top in the rooms that would be super convenient for long stays. my only complaint was the weird smell in the hallways that kind of smelt like dog pee, the room was fine but the hallways had an odor. also if you want to shower i’d bring your own supplies, i only noticed one bottle of shampoo and hand soap. but other than that the ac/heating worked great, and i’d recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a stay in that area.

    Had to deep clean our own rooms, they had pet hair, they were short on toiletry, someone stole our groceries, and nothing was done about it, people would listen through the walls, didn’t have any privacy, I watched somebody from another room walk and listen to another persons from the out side of their door, some staff member were cool but others were all in your business, had a verbal disagreement, an they kicked us out with out reimbursing us for the 4 nights we still had left, and I had to move to another location and had to spend money I was saving, as well as stayed at this location for more then a month and never received our money from paying taxes or any type of discounts, and we got kicked out but there’s people that scream in their room and yell all day long and they don’t do anything about it they pick and choose, people need to mind their own business especially when your paying almost a grand for a stay

    Bathroom - had mold on the bottom of the mirror, mildew smell would appear after a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain correctly. Hotel- smelt like weed and cigarettes in the elevator and on our floor. Also a fried fish or fish smell on the floor. Brought up to the nighttime receptionist asking to move or something to be done about the bug since I have asthma and the smells and mold were effecting already after the first night. Just got brushed off and now i’m fighting a nasty cough from it all.

I've had this happen before where accessible rooms are booked on outside sites and Woodsprings have switched my room no problem without an additional fee. The lady at the desk told me that if I switched there would be a fee because I only paid a room rate of 51.00. The rate I paid was 63.00 room rate plus taxes for 74.00 in total-which I told her. She was unwilling to place me in a regular room even though I told her I would rate and was insistent that I didn't pay enough to be in a regular room. I stay at this hotel at least once a month and the amount I paid on this trip is the same that Ive paid for regular rooms in the past in fact it's a tad bit more. I should have been switched to a regular room without an issue.

    If it wasn't for Thomas it would have been a complete disaster. I had three different room on a two night stay.     It was alright i would only say I had issue is getting the sink fixed which was broken on arrival, the door knob being fixed which again was broken on arrival and more towels, rags, and a change of sheets. I was told if I wasn't staying for longer than 7 days I couldn't get it changed which I understand but it was still a hindrance.

    The table in the room is oily and hair in bathtub. I checked-in late and was too tired to complaint. in addition, this hotel scored additional points that Wifi and hair dryer are Not included. I cannot even borrow from front desk. Probably, I cannot take these for granted as these features come standard for most of the hotels. Last but not least, it is very close to highway. It is beyond words to describe how noise it was.

So, even though their site says $200 deposit and $10 fee for pets, it's actually a $210 fee which is over double the room charge. We left without checking in and found another hotel.

It is deceptive advertising not to mention that it is an extended stay.     I’ve stayed here a couple times. It’s amazing for the price and good for rest. I normally do 5 stars but docked a star or two because of the weirdness I encountered in getting clean towels and supplies on a 4 night stay. I returned my dirty towels to follow their replacement instructions at 8 am and was told by the manager in a flat tone “we won’t have towels until 4pm.” I then asked about getting them from housekeeping and she said dont take them from the cart” I was like I planned on asking the maid ma’am. I did get them from the maid but felt the interaction with the manager was unnecessarily messy and she could have helped me more as a guest. The rooms air conditioner unit was LOUD and the water pressure on the sink was so low I couldn’t wash my dishes. If you get a good room and

It was flooded from poor construction and according to staff has been that way since it opened many years ago. No TV remote in the room. But look, laminate floors, clean towels, and hot water. This is a one star hotel.

    I checked out 3 days early and the woman at the front desk assured me that l could get a refund if I contacted hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com and they could not reach the front desk for days and days. I tried calling the hotel myself for a few days at different times to no answer at all. The general manager even said they would look into it and its about a week later with no response. I stayed for over a week and I saw the hotel lobby flood when it would rain every few says and they use the towels to mop it up and make a barrier instead of just fixing the issue. The hotel front doors dont open all of the way either so that makes it a little hard to use luggage carts. It could be a good spot, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Horrible customer service. Hotel lobby floods each time it rains. The front doors don’t even open up all the way so you can push the luggage cart in/out. They also dodged Hotels.com when they would call for days. I tried calling as well and received no answer any of the times. Paper thin walls. Only stay here if you absolutely have to.

    Got the wrong room, reserved two queens and got one double. Bed was uncomfortable, tiny pillows, only two. The girls working at night were great and accommodating. The place was clean, but no amenities. Traveling for a move, we had stayed at a number of hotels that had it all - comfort, full breakfast included, and rates very close to the same.

    Room itself was ok, a good size with many storage bins, and its kitchen facilities are good, but amenities are minimal, e.g., only two bath towels, no hand towels, only one plastic cup, no in-room coffeemaker or hair dryer, only 4 hangers. Other things in lobby and public restroom were not maintained well. Fitness center had 3 machines, one of which didn't work. Much of this is probably due to the extended stay purpose (like an unfurnished studio), but since they sell it as a hotel, it could be more like one.

    Host/owners are horrible. They do not answer the business phones, will not respond to emails with issues/questions, and obviously do not care about patrons who reserve with them. NEVER again! I was warned prior to booking and gave it a chance anyway. I saw the facility, and tried to cancel the reservations for two months. They refused to reply to any requests and quit answering calls to the business phone three weeks prior to check in. Renters beware!

    Awesome property. We are not from Austin but felt safe and parking lot is well lit at night. The rooms are clean and smell great. This property looks new. As far as amenities they offer coffee but not decaf. One thing I’d like to change are the beds. I wish beds were king size. Pillows could be a little more firm. But overall we liked this property and the staff are awesome.

    Ok property but blinds in the room are anything but blackout. There are no automatic doors so coming & going with stuff is an issue.But if those things don’t matter to it’s good place.

    I first want to say I am not one to leave reviews but after my 2 night stay here i felt like I needed to say something. The first night the police showed up next to my room because of a domestic disturbance, then the room didn't have any toilet paper and when i called they said they were out in the entire hotel and the lady at the front deck took a roll from an empty room. woke up to take a shower and there was no shampoo nor conditioner, only a bar of soap and mouthwash. The next night i was getting out of my truck and the police showed up again and asked me if i heard any gin shots. When i got to the entrance the lobby was flooded due to the rain and the power was out for 2 hours so i sat in the dark until i fell asleep. It was the worst hotel experience i have had in a long time. I do not recommend going here.

    I like how everything is inside the building. It gives a feeling of safety. I also liked the wifi. The wifi was strong enough. The staff was the utmost of helpful. There was nothing I didn't like.

    This place had great reviews, I will give that it was clean and everything with the stay was easy. However for how well it was rated I was very underwhelmed, the TV didn't work and also the walls are super thin so if anyone is staying around you, you can hear them.
