    The first time I checked in was wonder the lady was very friendly and helpful but the second time was actually a nightmare not only did I lose 94.00 but I lost the room because they wanted a 50.00 deposit which I did not have when I asked where it said I needed a deposit was a small printed paper than no one would see if they have bad eye sight. You should take the off immediately

    This place is the worst place to stay at. Not higyenic at all. Barely any service and super rude people. The place it’s nasty and smells bad. There was even blood marks in the floor. The towels were dirty and no security at all. When checkout was close the recepcionist opened our room door without any permission while we were in bed still. He was literally screaming at me telling me to get out already. DONT STAY HERE.

    This place is the worst. I stayed there maybe an hour after checking in. I was walking to the bathroom and where the carpet meets the tile stepped on a nail or staple and punctured my foot the bathroom had mold all over the place.

    The toilet seat was broken. The sink was broken. The carpet was dirty and full of hair! The walls were dirty—smeared with food, I think! The microwave was filthy; it even had spoons left inside. The drawers were disgusting and also contained spoons. The lamps were all rusted and covered in grime, and the curtains reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom towels were of very poor quality and stained. The bedding smelled terrible, and the sheets were stained. The internet wasn't working. The hot water in the shower didn't get hot enough. And the showerhead sprayed water everywhere, soaking the entire bathroom floor! The refrigerator didn't cool sufficiently; our drinks stayed warm. And the air conditioner was very noisy and didn't cool the room enough! I complained to the staff and voiced my grievances, but they offered no solution. They told me I could go to another hotel if I didn't like this one, but that they could not issue a refund—and that they didn't have any other rooms available anyway! I believe this hotel does not meet the necessary standards to provide hospitality services! A horrible experience. I always book my hotels through Expedia, and I have never—ever—had such an outrageously bad experience as this one!

    The room had a terrible mode problem. The first room they tried to put us in. They were kind of rude when it came down to understanding my frustrations honestly charge for a $50 deposit that should not have been charged if you ask me with the conditions of the room overall I have no idea how they’re still open.

    This is not suppose to be used, very dangerous, the whole place is falling apart and nothing I mean nothing is clean. Got sick from molds, cuz the whole place is to be tear down. Just stay in your car if that's the last place.

    Room I was first given was horrible, walls and ceiling peeling, floor not clean, chair broken... Asked for a different room ... manager says he has no rooms avail although parking lot empty.... had to pay 1o dollar mor e per night to get a slightly better room.... there was no refund available... ... not friendly... do not go there...

    They took my money and made me pay for a deposit then keep me out a hour later because I had a guest over and then still called the cops on me and Expedia refused to help me in anyway I would never rent a room from them both Expedia or village motor inn.

    When we went to our room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes, there were hairs on the toilet seat, the sink was broken, and there was dust everywhere. It was clearly not cleaned properly. After we complained, they reluctantly agreed to change our room, but the staff seemed annoyed by the request. The second room was slightly better, but still far from acceptable. It was still dirty, and the sheets had an unpleasant odor, almost like urine. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

    Don't stay here. Everything about this place is disgusting. EVERY SINGLE THING IS DISGUSTING. The manager, the property, the other people staying there, the room, the smell, the walls, the bugs, the hair everywhere, the stains, the shredded cheese in the already slept in sheet. And they force you to sign a paper saying there are no refunds no matter what. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

    Heat and ac worked which was a pleasant surprise. No blanket. Just 2 sheets. Tv was over the air not cable. Ceiling was falling apart. Stuff from previous resident left in drawers. Broken glass all over outside the room. Black out blinds were decent. Hot water was sporadic. 50 dollar deposit was refunded quickly. Holes in doors. Door lock was broken. To make it worse as we were leaving we watched the guy from the front desk go in our room and remade the bed with the same bedding we had just used (unwashed). We have stayed here before. They do have rooms in better condition. Also worse. Stayed a couple years ago and microwave and fridge and heat did not work and they did not help me out. But this time seemed better. Until watching the bed made reusing my sheets I would have still stayed again.

Same thing in the bathroom, bugs scurrying away from the toilet. The air conditioning unit had mold visibly growing in it, and I had to turn it off because I could feel my throat becoming irritated by mold spores/mycotoxins in the air. A person with mold sensitivities could have been significantly harmed by that level of exposure.

    If there was a negative star, I would have given that. It’s just torture and waste of money. Cockroach in the washroom, bad smell from the room, and feels like living in an indian slum (may be because the owner is from there). You will get sick. Don’t fall for the price. No wifi, nothing. Believe me you won’t stay for free here.

    I only chose this place because it was near the venue i was going to. I will not be staying here again...i would rather stay in San Antonio and drive to the venue from there than stay at this place again. I felt dirtier after showering it was so filthy.

    Room had mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom, water damage and sagging ceiling and smelled of mold, door jam was busted and held on by screws, secondary lock not working fir the same reason, torn furniture, stained mattresses, damaged walls. When asked for a room change due to mold they tried to tell us to take a single king room for me and my husband and our 5'7" 11 YEAR OLD to sleepnin together. Second room also had mold, water damage that was painted over and a secondary lock that didnt work, roaches all under the beds we bought roach spray ourselves to kill them and left it for the motel since it looks like they need it, found a rotting rotisserie chicken in the microwave left that on the porch for them.

When i went to front desk to inform her about the broken stuff, she tried to tell me it was me who did it. I took pictures the same day i arrived and she was very rude.

    Worst hotel experience of my Life. The room was dirty. I lifted the tpilet seat up and there was dookie stains allmover it. The shower had a moldy rag wrapped around the knob. I asked the staff to clean the room or switch me rooms the next morning and they refused to help me. And then they had a staff member come to my room and cuss me out. I ended up checking out 2 days early and when they gave me my checkout receipt it said i checked out 2 days after. I asked them to gove me an accurate check out time and they saod they couldnt alter it. Shen i asked the housekeeper to clean my room because it was already dirty he already knew which room I was in without me having to tell him. He was already aware that it wasnt clean,

    I got off work late last night and booked for that night. When i tried to check in the guy at the front was very rude and refused to check me in. I tried to explain and ask if i could rent for the night. And he was just rude. He told me to contact Expedia for the refund and then refused to answer when they tried to call the property. So i had to sleep outside and they kept my money. Im not in town tonight just as i tried to tell them and i want a refund but they refuse to answer for Expedia.

    Disgusting room. Blood stains everywhere, smelled like urine. Air exchange blew hot stinky air into our bathroom. We didn’t want to take a shower because of how filthy it was (also used soap left in bathroom) toilet paper roll was almost empty and air conditioner was disgusting and moldy. Hair was in the sink. I have bug bites from the room. Wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. This place should be burned to the ground

    Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for 3 workers. This hotel was TRASH! All 3 of them refused to fight the roaches for a space. Emailed and messaged hotel about getting refund for at least the 2nd night. No response. Hotel staff refused when I called. The misleading reviews and pics lead me wrong. Got no refund for 2nd night (3 rooms). They didn't even stay the first night!!! HORRIBLE!!

    Not so much the property, but the hotel was horrible. There was a used dental floss stick on the table stand, a lot of mold on the shower curtain, no WiFi, no breakfast, no pool, the t.v. didn’t work and we arrived to police officers taking care of what looked like a dispute between the hotel workers. I had booked three nights but left after the first night. I was charged the full three nights and haven’t been refunded the two nights I did not stay.

    1st room I was given had bugs running across the bed when I turned on the light. 2nd room I was given had bugs on the walls and under the pillow. They would not issue a refund or voucher. The 3rd room was an upgrade and was bug free
