    They wouldn’t honor late checkout even though they said it was available at an extra charge, which I was happy to pay. I was called 2 hours before checkout to ensure I leave. Not a great checkout experience.

    Overall, the stay was pretty good! We did have an issue with the water getting hot. Also the carpet in our room could have been vacuumed and the carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned. The one chair for you to sit in was dirty! I would stay there again.

    We arrived at 8:30 pm, to a lobby full of people waiting for a front desk clerk. We waited yet another hour before one showed up, and then just looked at all of us and said ‘Sorry’. Then I was told that even though I had reserved a room with one bed, they only had two-bedded rooms available and they would be putting me in one of those, to which I said was no problem. But then they had the audacity to tell me they would be charging me the difference in price between the two types of rooms!! And said nothing more than ‘talk to the Mgr in the morning’!! Hotel protocol and customer service skills are not at the top of their skills set.

    The app booked me a room when there were no rooms available because the hotel was at 98% capacity. I wasn’t notified about anything so when I. Get there my reservation was canceled because I was a no show and I showed up before midnight which was about an hour and a half after making reservation.. the hotel does their audit at 11:00 pm and not at 12am like it should be done. So the reservation was cancelled and I was still charged the price for the room then had to go find another room to rent and pay for that. Waiting to see if I get refunded the money.lll

    I had out of town family there to check them in at 3pm. There was no staff, no front desk staff. It had a sign that said we’ll be back at 430pm. A young man had to FaceTime someone to walk him through the process.

    There were no dishes, silverware or cookware in the kitchen. I specifically booked the efficiency knowing I'd be in town for 2 weeks, and did not want to eat out the entire time. It did not need to be fully stocked, but something would have been nice. If I had known this was not offered, I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise it was clean & comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

    Dmar was excellent! He was friendly, happy, helpful and so funny. He made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the front entrance until we left a week later. The room was no frills but very clean, we couldn't hear our neighbbors at all. Lyft service was available so we could go out at night and have fun without worrying about driving. We had a great trip, and having a comfortable safe home base was a huge part of that. Thank you Extended stay and front counter staff Dmar!

    Overall, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. While housekeeping didn't come every day (which seems to be common during Covid), I was able to get extra towels very easily. In fact, the staff was exceptional. They were always available and addressed all of my questions/concerns satisfactorily and quickly.     I booked a last min deal around 12 am and i read in the conditons that it was 12am expired for free cancelation. I called the hotel immediately. The cust service was closed. I had to search for a local number. On google got another cs number when i called. Searched more online and finally found a direct number to front desk. Gentleman told me it was full and they would not be able to offer a room. All rooms are occupied.

    Everything was great except I didn’t have small nor medium towels and I was told I had to sign a 30 day intent to stay even tho I reserved my room for only 1 night. I went to check in and was I had to sign that 30 day intent to stay to get my room after driving up to Austin. I was asking a lot of questions because I didn’t have to sign that when I stayed the previous weekend’nn

    We needed a place to spend the night for 4 adults, which can be tricky for those who don't enjoy sharing beds. I booked this room specifically because of the couch shown in the picture, and thank goodness the room was exactly as pictured! All components worked well, and since we were located at the far end of the hallway, there was easy and secure access from that end, so we didn't have to go through the front desk each and every time. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I was charged the exact amount provided through Expedia.

    I like having the full size refrigerator, as well as the cooktop. My stay was mostly quiet (except for the last night). For the price, this suited my needs.

    This hotel exceeded all expectations. The room is beautiful and relaxing and good for doing work. The amenities such as the gym are some of the best I’ve seen even from “better” chains. The staff is also some of the best hospitality I’ve encountered. I give this property 5+ stars.

    The pros are this place is new, clean, and has nice looking furniture and a mini-kitchen. And it’s quite inexpensive for what it offers. The cons: Internet sucks. This place advertises as having “really fast internet.” I ran a speed test one evening on my phone and got under 2 Mb/s download. So web browsing wasn’t too bad but certain sites did take a while to load. The really annoying part is that they have a semi-Smart TV but because the internet is slow, streaming video would constantly buffer. Not a big deal if you are there for a night and not going to use the tv, but I was there for a week and this was a big letdown. Second, the bed had a white blanket that shed everywhere. On my clothes and all over the room. I could not leave the room without spending a few minutes with a lint roller that I had to buy to get the white lint off my clothes. Third, the bed came with two incredibly small pillows! I’ve never seen pillows so small that weren’t just for decoration. Lastly, I was on the first floor which I requested to make loading/unloading easier. All throughout the week it sounded like someone from above was stomping all over their floor. It was very loud and annoying to hear late at night or early in the morning. For $50/night taxes this place is better than other I’ve stayed at.

    The hotel was clean and looked brand new on August 2019. The laundry room had plenty of washer and dryers that ran off credit cards and detergent was available in the vending machine. The room had a full size refrigerator with freezer and a Kurig coffee maker. There was no breakfast buffet but McDonalds is in the same parking lot if you want to eat breakfast.
