Reason for the lower stars is that even though is a newer location, the shower looked like it was falling apart, plastic shower pulling from the wall, cracks etc...I was surprise AC was a window unit. We also were charged $10 for parking, I called and they said no charge, my BIL called and they told him there was a charge, is an open parking lot with no security nor a reason to be charged. Front desk also told us check-out was at 11am on Sunday even though confirmation and hotel website stated 12pm. We were there for one night for a funeral so not big deal but for a longer stay this could have been an issue.

Booked a King Studio and was given a double queen. Staff had no explanation as to how or why it was given away. Was not happy about this.

The biggest issue was the shower in room 300. We could only take baths or use the hand sprayer. The top shower handle was broken.

Pool wass dirty and staff including onsite manager were not very friendly or helpful

The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.

Overpriced. There was a huge, empty parking lot right in front of the hotel. But yet, they still want to charge $10 a day to park in their lot.

I didnt like the bathroom being so close to the bed in the suite. There was a little hair in the bathtub. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants.

I love everything about our stay. This is our 2nd year staying at this location and we'll be back next year. Our stay is always 10 out of 10. My only complaint if any is that I wished the breakfast was until 10AM.

Very happy with the hotel, the amenities, and cleanliness! Location was great to see family in the area. Staff was friendly. Laundry facility was a bonus. Only issue was front desk personnel seemed not to be present a lot of the time. Would stay again.

Things happen.. found used condom on bedroom floor which they came the very next morning and cleaned our entire suite for us. The staff and housekeeping were very nice. The pullout isn’t for an adult. Had stains which I bought stuff to clean it but my 18 year old son had to sleep on small couch with legs on floor and he is 6 feet tall and scoliosis so basically no bed. The mattress for the pullout was very thin and bar in middle of it stuck in his back. The gym was nice and we liked the hotel being tucked away.

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and the room amenities were good overall. The TV was in an odd position. Decent sized bathroom, but I hate an open door shower. It's cold, but it also gets the flooring wet, so it is curling up near the shower entry. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance. Speaking of which, breakfast is kinda meh. Hotel breakfasts are usually pretty underwhelming, but this one was maybe just a bit more disappointing.

There were some good facilities in terms of a pool and gym too. Really liked this hotel. Nothing at all, everything met my expectations, it was great.

The location was excellent for what we had to do and where we had to go. We weere there for 6 nights. The GM , Morrison Chukwumobi, rectified an issue that caused us a level of inconvenience. He was friendly and efficient. He is value added. The suite was nice, clean, and our location was quiet. Thank you I do not understand why we are charged $10/day for parking in an open parking lot! It's not a enclosed structor with observation and limited access. We feel the reason for it is because of one of the worse reasons...you can.

This is a great hotel, we stayed only one night but it was perfect, the room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, we only had coffee and a banana, but it seems pretty complete. Staff was nice and installations were excellent.

Plenty of lighting outside for safety.

I liked the kitchenette in the room and the size of the bathroom. I didn’t like that they did not serve breakfast due to something being wrong with the kitchen. The staff wouldn’t say why or what was wrong. No breakfast on either day. It was very inconvenient and upsetting because the “included breakfast “ was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there since I need to take medicines with food. I had to go buy breakfast every morning instead just to be able to take my meds.

As noted by other guests, paying for a parking space in an open, unsecured lot is ridiculous.

We chose this hotel because we are Marriott members and it was 10 minutes away from where our niece and her husband live. It was so well priced and was absolutely exactly what we needed for this short stay. This is where we will be sure to stay going forward every time we come to visit them.

The hotel was generally very nice. Mattress was a little soft - felt like we rolled toward the center. The cover was warmer than we like. Toilet seat was broken at the back -- had to watch to not fall off.

No one was a check in desk any time we came up and we had to wait. Manager was rude. Did not give us the right rooms that we had booked over a month in advance. Was not told of the $150 pet fee for 1 small 5 pound dog also they added $7 parking fee that we were not aware of until checking in. We will never come back again.

The worst hotel stay ive had in years.. completely the opposite of a Marriott class hotel. The staff was extremely rude, gross, and unprofessional.. the condition of our room was terrible.. im not making it up when I say the room looked like it belonged in a crime scene. There were bullet holes covered up paint as well as a funky smell in the room as well as around the hotel. The maintenance guys were cleaning our door and just our door most of the time as well as just I don't know, it gave a very creepy vibe to the hotel in general. And last but not least, the hot breakfast that didn't exist. Marriott always does a good job, and this was disgusting on how this hotel could even be accepted by marriott's quality. It should have been a Motel 6 or even an extended stay or a travel lodge or something that's what this hotel? Advertises itself, the pool is gross. The rooms are gross. They don't have towels the market's never stocked, and it's overexpensive, and despite the gentleman behind the counter, openly scratching his a** in front of my wife was kind of icing on the cake, if you will, I will not be staying here ever again. And I honestly questioned marriott's quality after this experience.

Hardly any utensils in the kitchenette. No extra pillows and blankets for the sofabed. Bathroom sink was clogged and wasn't repaired until late the 2nd day. Just avoid this property.

It was so clean and felt so safe for me and my teenager. The room was equipped with a small stove top and almost a full sized fridge with all the dishes and utensils you'd need to do a little cooking if necessary. We only spent one night after a music festival, but it was perfect for what we needed. We'll definitely be back!

No hooks or adequate towel rods in the bathroom. Several of the kitchen cooking utensil/spoons/etc. were dirty and the heating/cooling system very unresponsive. Also the TV in the sitting room didn't work. Called the desk but the young lady explained that she was alone and would try to find someone to help, without success.

The clerk at the front desk told me he needed to charge my credit card for incidentals, BUT INSTEAD, he charged my credit card for the full amount of the room that I already paid for through Orbitz. Then he said only the manager could process a refund, but the manager was offsite and never came in to process the refund. I will not stay at a hotel again that doesn't empower its employees to process refund transactions.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very conveniently located and I liked that there was an option to visit the movie theater right next to the hotel. I loved the cleanliness and the modern feel. My one complaint is lack of variety in the breakfast but other than that, I’ll definitely be staying again.

I booked 2 double queen bed rooms. When arrived at hotel, front desk told me they only had single king bed rooms. If booking through Expedia, they can only guarantee a room not the room type even double queen bed room is more expensive than single king bed room. I then contacted Expedia and was told the room type is guaranteed. Otherwise , customer pay more becomes meaningless if hotel has right to change room type. I passed Expedia’ words to Hotel and the hotel manager said this is dispute between Expedia and customer and nothing with them. This is first time that I have had ever experienced that hotel changed booked room type without consent from customers

This hotel was a good value for the cost. The building and room were in good shape. We especially liked the bathroom setup. But don’t expect much from breakfast as this hotel has very limited offerings.

The actual hotel was very nice, but the hotels near and around this one were not the nicest. There was a large homeless population around the property and the surrounding hotels were not family friendly. I liked this hotel, but would not stay again due to the surrounding area.

Upon arrival, it was immediately noticeable that the islands around the parking lot in front of the hotel were overgrown and not being maintained. They may have belonged to the BWW next door, but it impacted the appearance of the hotel when we arrived and we immediately thought the hotel was in bad shape... but I was pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel was maintained on the interior and the cleanliness of my room was impeccable! The area behind the hotel and around the pool was better than the front, but could still use a little care and watering. To the east side of the hotel where we parked, the islands were better with exception to the old posts left from tying off trees these should be removed... Get with your landscape group and make a good experience, great!

While first time the bed seems comfortable, during the nights I woke up couple times and I could feel the spring mattress underneath the pillow top. Some of the staff at the front desk were nice and friendly, some of them not at all. Overall the place is good for it’s value.

Easy and quick access to freeway. Facility was average. Major turn off was the front desk personnel. The two we encountered had no hospitable bone in their bodies. In fact we received more hospitable efforts from the cleaning staff. Apparently hanging out at the office directly behind the front desk is more important than servicing people waiting for front desk service.

Car was broken into. No security onsite and outdated cameras nor enough around premises. I was notified by staff that night manager witnessed break in. Claims she heard window break but has no information on car. Only that vehicle pulled up and two guys got out. Mind you I was three cars parked from front door. Why weren’t the police called? Why was there no police report? How could you not have more information concerning the manager was right out front smoking cigarette??? BEWARE!!!

Great place to stay and relax. Short or long term

Nice hotel in a quite area and well located.

No complaints besides the humidity in the room. The beds were wet it was so humid.
