I like the fact that I wasn't rushed to check out. I know that check out is at 11, some places they come to your room at 9 to let you know to check out. which is kind of inconvenient if you're trying to sleep late. People love to go in and out of their rooms and slam their doors. My neighbors did that all night but that can't be controlled.

We had exposed electrical from a missing lamp. The outlet was next to it and the hot wire touched frame and sparked. Had them switch our room. Based on the stains on the walls and doors, I believe these are mainly used for long-term living.

This property is full of homeless people and drug addicts and a hole in the wall.

I could not get into 1st room as door latch was engaged. Front desk person had to force the door open than asked if it was okay for me to stay in. I said no as door latch was not working and since it was forced open I did not feel safe. 2nd room had broken toilet set, no hot water in tub or sink, bathtub would not drain and unusable, no trashcan, and breakfast was no longer being offered. I booked this room and paid extra (room cost 69.30) for the stay to have breakfast. Breakfast is still advertised on site and I think I should get a refund (other place room cost 45.00) of 24.30 as this was not avaialbe. Also, Hotels.com should make Super8 Update website telling people breakfast no longer available, so people dont book expecting breakfast.

The room was in horrible condition and extremely run down. Did not feel like a comfortable space at all.

This property is very very run down. There is no security or any such thing. We checked in, and the female desk clerk put us in a room that is behind the property and faces a lot. People were hanging outside their rooms and in the parking lot drinking. It was the sketchiest hotel property I have ever seen. I think some people live there. Not a safe place for a mother and daughter to stay at all.

Don’t ever stay here if you can. This place is terrible. Only good thing is that the staff is actually very nice.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk and did not arrive for about 10 minutes. There was a large dead roach in the bathroom and there were no body towels. Our keys did not work so we had to return to get them updated. Our rooms were not serviced after our first night. When checking in, the front desk clerk indicate there would be continental breakfast from 6-9 am. I went the following morning at 6:40. There was only coffee.

Hair on the pillow from the guy before, sticky nightstands and dirty floor, more hair on the shower from the girl before. Non-smoking room? All of the rooms smell like wet cigarette. Left the hotel as soon as I went into the room, they still decided not to provide me with a refund. Book at your own risk.

This place is just really dirty. The staff was nice. There was mold and cob webs in every corner the papers on the wall were stained yellow. The TV was broken. It was also really expensive. There were nice Wyndham art and a lighted mirror, but the bathtub still had someone's hair in the drain.

This is the most disgusting and horrible hotel we’ve ever stayed at. There were so many things wrong with it. They advertise that they had breakfast, but that was a lie. They only gave us one towel even though they knew that the room was for two people. The phone didn’t work so we couldn’t even call the front desk and had to either go down in person or call from our cell phone. The property was in disrepair and disgusting. There was black mold in the bathroom, broken furniture, stains and graffiti in the room. The staff was incredibly rude and horrible. I don’t care if they gave this away for free., I would never stay here again and I would discourage anyone from ever staying in this hotel.

the beds were comfortable and the floors were clean it looks like it was not updated, the sink was old, no bath towels, the towels in the room were only hand towels and washcloths, the TV was outdated. To many late nighter people coming and going at 2 am. a guy was making some kind of film and hand a handgun on the bed his door was open.

If you need the cheapest available option, then this might work for you. Otherwise it is not a pleasant place to stay. The area is very rough there to be honest. You need to be OK with sex workers, homeless, and people doing "business" who are not staying at the hotel being outside all the time and walking by your door. If you're outside they sometimes talk to you or make comments. There was broken car window glass on the ground right where I parked. The room itself was OK, at least it was clean and the AC worked. It did NOT have a safety lock on upper part of the door. Half of it was broken off it seems. Bathroom was the best part. People working there were nice. I would never stay here again. The photo you see in this listing did not look like my room at all.

Property is frequented by druggies and other anti social elements right outside the room door. Take your stay elsewhere. This Property is not fit for even a distress stay.

The t.v in the room was spotty. Had white dot all over the screen. Basically, the t.v needed to be replaced.

All good for the price is Ok Breakfast I wouldnt call it like that, it’s just coffee and packaged pastries. A breakfast should be sufficient, idk, eggs, waffles or something. I understand that it’s according to the price but I prefer that it wouldnt even mentioned that it includes breakfast.

Sadly, it was not the pleasant stay i had hoped for. I made the reservation for 2 guest. Toiletries were only for 1. The AC system in the room made the most loud leaf blower noise when on. There was no trashcan in the room other than the one in the restroom. The door to the restroom was hard to open fully due to uneven floor from what was clearly water damage. The residue was shown on the floor and the baseboards. There was a whole in the restroom wall. When i called to the front desk to ask to get switched, Surprise, the room phone is not working (Dead) .. i was just so done with it all. Definitely NOT worth $160 per night. Never again.

The location is very convenient. Great price. Highway road noise is high. The room needed a chair. Some room and bathroom fixtures and items were broken and needed to be replaced. One item was the toilet seat: it was not attached properly and one atthment screw was missing. The smoke detector was broken.

Our room was graffitied and had holes in the whole the lights didn’t even work just one lamp and the walls were dirty we ended up leaving but had to pay a $30 fee to cancel the reservation there were a lot of homeless and questionable people just walking around the hotel and in the parking lot

The floor wasn't clean! The toilet wasn't cleaned, and there were urine stains around the rim of the bowl! They advertised a breakfast in the morning and there was NONE. The overall condition of the room and property was poor.

If you just need a place to sleep and you’re not alone I suppose it will do. Would not recommend for family with small/young children. We had some obvious “working girls” 2 doors down from us, wouldn’t feel safe at night by myself there. The photos on line our a bit misrepresentative.

DO NO STAY HERE! Expedia should remove this place from their site. This place is a total dump and scam. First the parking area is infested with drug addicts. The door was poorly repaired with a 2x4. The room and property was nothing like the photos.

To make matters worse, there were constant fights, shouting, and disturbances throughout the night. I genuinely feared for my safety and could hardly sleep. I ended up checking out early in the morning, completely exhausted and disappointed. It is shocking that a Wyndham-branded hotel would allow such conditions. I would strongly warn others to avoid this location at all costs.

Horrible room, the smell of taco was all over the place when the hotel was supposed to be 100% non smoking place! It was dirty and smelly! I complained about the shower faucet not working properly, and they told they were going to send a maintenance person to fix the faucet! (But they never showed up!) towels were dirty too!

I complained about the shower faucet not working properly, and they told they were going to send a maintenance person to fix the faucet! (But they never showed up!) towels were dirty too!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a cigarette burn on the chair. I stayed 2 nights and considered booking another hotel, regardless of cost, due to how horrible this was. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was friendly but it does not make up for the overall experience. The room did not look to have been cleaned thoroughly. There was bottle caps near the bed and stains in the bathroom door. There was a big hole on the closet door as if someone punched it and missing tiles. The room smelled like smoke. They did do a little cosmetic renovation but nothing to actually fix rusted features and a phone that did not even work. The area it self is super unsafe. There is a lot of outside activity at this hotel and the one right next door. Drug activity, people tweaking out and ladies walking around yelling at cars. Unfortunately for me I booked cheap, during a very busy Austin festival. I would not suggest this place. Thankfully my husband was with me and he was carrying.

Horrible don’t recommend at all. Crackheads everywhere. One car in the parking lot was broken into, drug user passed out in stairs, smell of smoke and weed everywhere. Do not recommend this place I ended up booking a room elsewhere I preferred to lose out on money than jeopardize my safety.

This has got to be the worst property I have ever checked into. I checked in and left the property with in 6 minutes. Rooms were dirty not made up. The out of rooms and clientel were terrible and very unsafe. I am trying to claim the retrain of my payment

This hotel was filthy. I used a shirt as a pillow case because I didn’t trust the sheets. The hotel across the street had a lot of sketchy characters fighting and partying all night. At one point they were walking up and down the balcony of our hotel yelling.

This place is horrible if we didn't get there so late we would not have stayed. People hanging out all time of the night and morning. Drug selling, bad dogs you know they are not well kept. We want a refund back for our stay the location wasn’t what we expected and neither was the room! We checked out as soon as we check in and was told by lobby worker to get in contact with y’all for refund.

Not the specific needs room I requested 1 month prior to travel and SECURED with payment in advance! Then no conciliatory manner, no ice machine available on 1st floor when asked for accessible room, hair in bathroom NOT mine, bugs in room and no coffee maker which is generally standard these days but least of my concerns!

The refrigerator did not work. The television did not work. There seemed to be a lot of people hanging out around the parking lot, which did not make me feel very safe. It was very noisy. I don’t believe I slept more than an hour or two all night. I definitely will never stay there again.

Very poor maintenance! No flush due to no water in the tank toilet! Damaged bathtub! Roaches party! I caught it when the outlet unplugged from the microwave and refrigerator that’s how I’ve wasted money on my chocolate milk and ice cream when I came in! I’m asking for refund!

I have traveled to more than a dozen countries, more than 20 states, and even slept outside for long periods of time due to my time in the service. I would have rather willingly broken 3 of my fingers than stay here again... This by far was the WORST place i've ever stayed. The place is riddled with crack heads, drug dealers, and any other illegal activities you could think of. Unfortunately there arent enough characters to fit in this box, if you want the full review, I left it on google reviews. More or less, someone broke into my hotel room and stole my stuff and the staff had dodged ducked dipped danced and dodged their way of any accountability and have yet to contact me about the situation even with several attempts to follow up. It's riddled with roaches and currently looks nothing like the pictures.

We booked a non smoking room and the smell was horrible we left the ac off so the smell did not circulate in our room. The front desk staff was very nice tho. We got in really late so we did not request a different room.

Lights went out in the room for over 20 minutes after flickering several times. The only light we had was in the bathroom mirror. Bugs crawled out from the tv. Towels were dingy and stained. The lobby did not item till 9 am so if you wanted breakfast good luck

The staff was not friendly, nor attentive. There was no toilet paper in our room, and it took forever to get a role at the front desk. The second staff didn't even look at us or acknowledge we were there waiting. The towels were dirty and so was the floor. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and stays everywhere, on the sink, bathtub, door. The breakfast was not replenished when bread, yogurt, jam ran out. I would not stay there again, and don't recommend it

No real positives about this property. No breakfast, had a bunch of “dwellers”. No one bothered us but there was an uncanny amount of people walking about hotel. We only booked 1 night but I wouldn’t stay there again. Don’t be like us and book the cheapest rate, you really do get what you pay for in the hospitality industry.

1. Plumbing issues in the room. Toilet would leak from the tank when flushed. Toilet backed up and did not flush. Shower drain gurgled and was slow draining. 2. Lots of homeless using this place. Camped between buildings and hanging out in the parking lots. 3, breakfast room was not cleaned, trash overflowing, tables not cleaned, ran out of most food. Orange juice was working. 4 steel bed frame would creak, pop and bang with the slightest movement. Sheets were cleaned. 5. Towels in the bathroom seemed smller than normal.

Smelt like cigarettes and the floor left grime on our feet since it was dirty, flies in the bathroom, generally sketchy hotel and area. Staff nice though!

Property is very low rate. Possibly the worst place ive ever stayed. It was run down, dirty, lacked facilities and had several drugs users frequenting the premises. My son witnessed an argument between another guest and an unknown person who was armed with a gun. Ever single day we had to go get our keycards re-coded. Room was dirty, no one changed anything in our 6 day stay. Bedsheets were dirty, bath was dirty, shower curtain was mouldy

Advertised was a coffee maker in each room and a free breakfast. There was no coffee maker, and the breakfast was basically some muffins and a waffle iron. The whole area where breakfast was was filthy. Our room was filthy. All they do is make the beds and replace the towels. As for an actual cleaning (like the floors), not at all. There were stains on the walls. No trash can. People shouting and yelling all night, slamming doors. A lot of homeless people in the area (which is really sad). Very dangerous area. I will never stay here again.

This property is completely filled with criminal, drug, and illicit sex activities. Homeless, criminals, and sex workers have complete taken this property over. The facility clearly reflects this with its terrible condition and lack of proper upkeep. It’s the kind of location that would normally be charging hourly rates. Wyndham should remove the Wyndham name from this property. Travelocity should remove this property from their listings. UNSAFE and UNFIT for habitation!

This location we felt very vulnerable to the high amount of drug activity in the parking lot. We arrived a few hours prior to our check in an were told we could not wait in the lobby so we had to deal with people on meth and fentanyl running around throwing their fists in the air at nothing. They hassled us for wanting more towels and their ice machine didnt work. 2/10. Atleast the bed was comfortable.

Let’s just say there’s quite a bit of riff raff around the property. I felt that I was being closely monitored by the residents of this hotel. Quite a few homeless around the area in the evening as well. Definitely didn’t give me warm and fuzzies.

My stay in Austin was short so instead of leaving, which I should’ve, I changed rooms the next night. It was a little better (259). The breakfast is not breakfast, WiFi does not work, a lot of squatters. All in all, the staff and owners have allowed the property to be a piece of garbage and alright with that as long as it cash flows.

I contacted Super 8 about this and there customer service has been terrible. Won't ever stay with them or Wyndham ever again. I got a nice Hilton across town which was brilliant.

Arriving, I immediately knew it wasn’t going to be a great experience. Checked in quick. Looking for room, noticed quite a few homeless around. Get to the room, not bad at first. Go to put some stuff in the fridge, it’s not plugged in and there’s roaches in the fridge and in the room. The restroom looks like drugs were done in there and bites the shower. The lights in the room barely lit the room when it was dark. Gun shots went off our first night as well.

I knew this was a budget hotel but I had no idea how bad it was going to be. The price this hotel was charging for its rooms is ridiculous. We had to go to 3 different rooms so find something worthy of the money we spent. The 1st room had mold everywhere, 2nd room had a sink that wouldn’t drain and final 3rd room was ok. Property felt very unsafe with loud bass music until 2 am, screams, and possible gun shots. We demanded a refund for the 2nd night
