Ok place but just needs to address cleaning and bad smell. Fairly strong musty and other smells if I’m holding back. Good 😌 lace to survive for the night.

I got one of the new renovated rooms. Very nice!!! The floors are nice and the kitchen is in amazing shape. The bathroom was great as well. Very impressed, especially for the price!

This was a great low price option. The room was pretty good, the bathroom worked, there was a kitchen, and the bed worked great. The place doesn’t smell the best all the time, but it met my needs and the staff was great. The WiFi was also pretty reliable as well.

Room needed some paint. Stove was dirty. Everything else was great.

But very nice staff. Would not send my worse enemy.

I have to say that they have the best staff, very kind and understanding but the room was not clean and had roaches, like a lot. We were planning to stay two nights but had to leave because it was too much. The place was quiet, the locations is very good, quick access to the 183 and plenty of restaurants and stores around.

Beautiful property with lots of trees. I requested and stayed in tge same room on my previous trip. Private and quiet. Convenient location.

Neighbor next door yelled and screamed at thier crying child for hours. I went to the office to tell them and the young attendant was hesitant to do anything. I explained I was concerned for the child’s safety. I called 911 around 11 PM as the yelling and screaming crying started back up. There was no shampoo. Only 2 bars of soap. Obviously this room was previously neglected/torn up. My parents stayed here a few years ago and a friend in town as well. Both those rooms and experiences were positive.

For one person who was out and about in the city, I didn't mind this option for myself during the weekend. I felt safe coming at night. I would say the area is about 25 mins away from downtown Austin activities so I was aware of that prior to booking.

This place is a dump. Only stayed the night as no place else to go. Room reasonably clean. Bed okay but up against the air conditioner. Difficult to get out of bed and nobody needs cold air in their face while sleeping. Staff okay.

No breakfast I like the price and the staff was there and nice They put me in a run down room and the cable channel did not have any female channels no bet VHI bravo but there was news channels sports only no table no chair broken shower and toilet didn’t flush but this was the second room I switch to

Our stay was good! The man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze! Our room was nice as well. The curtains were very wrinkled and the two covers on the bed had holes in them, but they were clean. Also, there was no iron in the room. I also forgot that we needed our own silverware and dishes. Other than that, I will stay here again. I also liked that they had bbq pits on the premises.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property has clean rooms, beautiful trees and is well maintained. My room was nice, quiet, and private being an end unit. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff notified me 'after' i booked the room online that I was that I was not welvome back. They did not take my safety into consideration when I expressed it. Instead they threw it back at me. If you are in danger and or need maintenance or need customer service 'properly' this is not the place. When I asked if they had also spoken to the bothersome neighbor, their response was no that I needed to leave. This is the short version. Twice this property failed at good customer service and that is in essence why they have a job to begin with! The 1st time staying Manager was rude.

The staff is excellent at assisting me when.i need help. Their patience and kindness was outstanding. The location fit .h needs bus service close by. Food within walking distance. The mirrored closet had to be rearranged so that no one could look through the window for privacy.

AC Was not very powerful and took a while to cool or heat. But did get it cold and hot eventually. Inconvenient if you are planning on visiting and having family/friends stop in. All adults have to sign in if visiting even if just 15 minutes. Staff was accommodating enough to move me downstairs when asked. Water temperature in shower was very tricky. Either hot or cold. Bathroom sink came out like a pressure washer and soaked everything every time I forgot to not use it and ended up using kitchen sink. Stove and microwave and fridge/ freezer worked well and were nice. Plenty of outlets and lighting. Curtains did well to keep light out of room.

The room was horrible. I had to change my 1 at room because there was no hot water. I changed rooms and the 2 ND room the toilet never flushed properly after having someone come out 4x to fix it. Both rooms were in very bad repair and dirty. The stove was broken, i had to request a microwave brought in, the smell was awful. I had to purchase and burn a candle the entire time i was in the room. I purchased my own sheets and and blankets because i refused to sleep on the being and the bed was very uncomfortable. I stayed there a total of 9 nights and not once was my trash emptied, sheets changed, room cleaned or anything. The staff was very nice and helpful when there was a problem, but nothing was ever fixed and no attempt was ever made to offer a discount which i found to be very disappointing. I am staying in Austin for business until mid January but have obviously upgraded my hotel stay and will not be returning to this property or another one under this umbrella. Very disappointed that i wasted my money and would have left sooner had i been able to get a refund.

If they attempt to place you on the backside of the middle building, immediately request a different room. I was in 205 and smelled everyone’s weed, heard their arguments, partying, and bad ass kids running around throughout all hours of the night.

The mattress was comfortable, the bathroom was good, just wish they hadn't removed the comfortable chairs from the rooms where one could sit and relax and study. I would stay again if I needed to.

The room was extremely worn out like it hasn’t had a single break in 20 years so everything was battered, no time for a deep clean in a while, just turned over nonstop with emergency patches everyday. Like no pride in it or the brand at all. Staff not the problem though - they work with what they’re given and instructed-they were efficient and did great. This is about a room that’s been used too much and needs a good cleaning and repairs instead of the quick fixes all over to just turn it over one more night. Please give this room a break!

Room was clean with no hairs or evidence of smoking, especially for extended stay. If the photos were current I wouldnt rent at half these places, so they def get you on that one. The, too late youre already here. The walkers on the property had that nod where a slight wind could push them over, I dont know the specific drug. Juxtapose that with the broken down cars against the shiny S500 that parks there every morning and youll be able to fill in your own blanks.

The hotel provides what's convenient for a night, but just be aware of cockroaches or any other small bugs inside the room, since they don't clean the rooms so well, the bugs or insects you might find them near the fridge. I might not come back again, even thought its the second time I book that hotel.

Our stay at Studio 6 Northwest in Austin was great! Very nice quiet hotel with lots of trees and located in a very nice part of Austin. No issues or complaints. We just stayed for 1 night as we were passing through and although The staff were friendly and apologetic, but they said they cater to companies that book rooms for their temp workers. We were too tired to hunt down another hotel, but we were eager to move on the next morning.

I book the room with hotels.com.I get to the hotel,told there is a problem with my room.Studio 6 wouldn't give me a room and hotels.com never refunded my money on my birthday.The absolute worst customer service experience ever possible.

Stayed here for about a week until my apartment was ready for move in. It was pretty clean and quiet considering it was right off Research. A lot of work crews stayed and they would grill in the grilling area. It smelled so good. Was invited a few times. If I was traveling I would definitely stay here again.

I did mention all this to the front desk twice. The did bring 2 pillows. We bought our own coffee maker. The sent someone to look at the shower while we were gone. Whoever is was left our towels on the bathroom floor and didn’t have the courtesy to pick them up. I asked for the manager or owners name and number and they would not give it to me. I would not stay there again and do not recommend it either.

I requested a non smoking room and as soon as I opened the door it smelled like cigarettes. Had to spray deodorant all over the place to eliminate the smell. The floor was dirty and the ac was on 60 but felt warm in there.

The first room I was in the door wouldn’t lock - so they moved me after everything was unpacked. The shower was COLD, there was roaches and the room had a horrible smell.

I started and unpacked in 1 room, only to leave the next day and discover my door never locked. I played with the lock thinking maybe I did something wrong, then went to talk to the front desk. When the lady at the front desk came, the door wouldn’t unlock. Apparently this has been an issue before. After finally getting the door unlocked, I had to repack and move to a different room. The new room smelled horrible.

Upon arriving, I had great difficulty receiving the keys to my booked stay. After finally getting the keys, we arrive to a very filthy room. There was no remote either, so we couldn’t watch tv. A lot of roaches from the bathroom. Also, there were a lot of bed bugs. Finally, my partner accidentally left the keys in the room, so we were locked out. While we were waiting outside, trying to figure out what to do, some homeless people outside started to fighting. This caused a lot of people to check out what was going on. A lady that works there stepped outside and got them to leave. I had asked her if she could help me with my situation and she unlocked my door, but told my partner and I that we had to leave or she would call the cops. My partner and I were absolutely dumbfounded. We don’t cause any trouble and didn’t want to escalate anything so we left and got another hotel. The only thing I can think of why she was so upset is because she was interrupted of sleeping with a guest in one of the rooms. The absolute worst experience I have ever had.

Hi some appliance doesn’t work properly

There is no comfort. Stiff beds no sitting available, no desk lamps, no lamps, also the towels are even stiff.

My one complaint would be that there was no shampoo offered. I had soap but no shampoo in the room all 4 nights I stayed there

It was good. The cold water did not work. I could not take a showerit had scalding hot water. It was clean bed was comfortable. I couldn't get ice from the ice machine because they didn't have any. They told me there was ice trays in the freezer. There was no ice trays in the freezer in my room.

Negative: coffee machine was outdated, took a long time to perk no blow dryer in room. dresser drawers were broken and wouldn't open. only 2 hangers on the cloths rack. only given two pillows. strong smell of cleaning chemicals.

My stay at Studio 6 was good. The room was clean and it was rather quiet. Just the fridge was very noisy that's why I put 4 stars instead of 5.
