The hotel is conveniently located off I-35 close to shopping and restaurants. It’s about 15 minutes north of UT-Austin. The room layout worked well for us. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchenette was useful except the burners on the stovetop are small and the pans they provided are much bigger. We couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature so we either turned off the AC or turned it on until it the room cooled off. It worked well other than that.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and the evening food was good! I didn't even have drive to get dinner. And the extra plus was a "good" Walmart on the parking lot!

There was hair left in the bottom of the shower, although everything else in the room appeared to be clean. There was no powdered creamer in the room for the coffee provided. When I went down for breakfast, it was plastic forks and paper plates. But there were also no cups out for coffee or tea. And there was no tea left out. It took an employee 10 minutes to locate and restock supplies. Breakfast options were highly limited.

No issues for a week long stay. Our only complaints were the couch, which is very very broken in and uncomfortable and the slamming of the door at the end of the hall since we were at the end of the hall as well. But staff was nice, breakfast was good.

Seamless check in and their staff is so kind. Also, very close proximity to various attractions. The room was clean and super spacious; well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plus, I love their attention to detail they designed tissue paper into a mini ghost, so cute. Overall, a great experience! Love that they’re pet friendly.

Asked for a quiet room then gave me a room.. super humid, strange w/ air condition machine next to my pillow.. narrow window with no sunlight… yes it’s quiet though…causing me whole day headache during work… the hotel breakfast is awful.. last time in June I was here WiFi had no internet .. took 8 hours to recover in 2am … using my data plan for evening meeting… this time, front desk gave me internet provider customer service to report and feedback is, the whole resort has no internet… good for your budget hotel

Reception here was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was pretty comfy. It was great for a last minute stay between vacation rentals. The area is safe and quiet as well. My kiddos enjoyed the indoor pool and basketball court as well.

The room was not serviced well daily and items like dishwasher soap were not restocked and surfaces were not cleaned. I could also tell that the pillowcases were not changed as they were wrinkled from the previous day. There were weird stains on furniture and large discolored spots on the carpet leading to the room. The AC seems to only go so low, no matter how cold you set it. The amenities were not explained at check-in so I was not sure what was available and the frequent sirens from the road behind the hotel made resting complicated. The TVs were hard to operate and the remote in the main tv area seem to be on the way out. All in all, for the price, they could do a lot better and I would not consider this a 3 star hotel for the reasons stated above.

There was not a fan in the bathroom. Our room faced I35, which resulted in a lot of traffic noise. We found the HVAC had a fan on switch with helped with the noise.

Staybridge suites was absolutely amazing, I really can’t fault it. The room was great with everything you could need. Lovely and attentive staff, brilliant breakfast, amazing social nights on Monday-Wednesday! I would definitely recommend. Loved everything

The hotel was CLEAN, beds/pillows comfortable, bathroom very clean and plenty of space. We had 6 stay in this room with plenty of space. Looking forward to our next stay here. We were looking forward to the all year swimming pool but the heating element was out and we didn't get to swim. There is also a $50 hold that I didn't know about so, keep that in mind if you're budgeting.

I also appreciated that the living room/kitchen had french doors to the bedroom/bathroom so I could watch tv or visit w/ friends while my daughter was napping. I should have been staying @ Staybridge Suites all along for out of town volleyball tournaments. Also, the complimentary breakfast was really good. Love the Texas shaped waffles!

The property is getting old, and the bed mattress needs an update. Two live roaches were found in our suite during our stay, which shows that the rooms were not cleaned properly before our stay. The breakfast menu has various options, and the staff who attended the breakfast area were nice and greeted us every morning during our stay.

Was charged almost $700 additional to my card after my stay, and the hotel refuses to even acknowledge that I stayed there despite me having dates/time/room number/confirmation number. I even have picture proof that the room was in clean order when I checked out. Simply ridiculous that this happened, and they won’t work with me.

We've stayed in many hotels. This was by far our favorite. The thing for us that stood out the most was the complimentary dinners. It's a way for the guests to meet and greet. We've stayed in many hotels. This was by far our favorite. The thing for us that stood out the most was the complimentary dinners. It's a way for the guests to meet and greet. The hotel is very nice and parking is free. The hotel staff are nice and professional and always asking if there is anything else they can do. It’s very nice set up so you can hang out downstairs and eat breakfast, that is provided. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There were homeless people all around the property. Also, like many hotels these days, they had the "fire" doors that slammed shut if the guest wasn't considerate enough to catch it. My dog was shaking hearing the loud banging from one neighbor so I left early

It is an awesome hotel, i loved that they had almost everything available in the kitchen from cups to cooking pot, also walmart is so close. In general i loved it.

Clear, clean, and cool pool. Great outdoor sitting areas. The only dislikes I have are the doors slammed shut. They were heavy and loud. I also didn't like the shower. It was unco.fprtable spray. Even if i changed the setting. It hurt rather than relaxes.

Overall, great hotel. We were very happy with our stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast included every morning - and it was pretty good food, standard hotel fare. Also free dinners Mon-Wed with beer and wine included, which was an unexpected perk! Room was clean upon checkin but daily service just included fresh towels and they made our beds. Parking was great - never far from an entrance. Good location - 20-30 minutes to downtown Austin or Round Rock. Pool is small but we had it all to ourselves the entire week so it was perfect. Our room was at the end of a quiet hallway. Only heard some neighbor noise one night and it wasn’t bad. Definitely would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again if needed. I forgot the lady that checked me in but she was so sweet and such a pleasure to work with, I think it was Rachel. It makes a world of a difference to have a good first encounter and she made that happen. The first room we were assigned had a funny/mildew smell so I called down and she changed my room immediately, with no hassle. The rooms come equipped with everything— large fridge, stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes and dishwasher. We did not have to ask for a thing. They also have a full breakfast with eggs and all. This is what I consider a 5 star hotel, even though it isn’t “upscale”. I would definitely recommend!

1) On our last night in the hotel, the fire alarm went off at 2:30 AM. We woke up, threw on our clothes, and ran outside. The fire department came and said everything was fine, it was just an alarm error. We went back to our rooms and tried to get back to sleep. At 3 AM, the alarm went off again, and we again got up, dressed, and went downstairs-- an employee was trying to shut off the alarm but didn't seem to be able to. The fire department came and got it shut off again. We went back to bed, again, worried we wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. We had only just started to doze off, when ~5AM, the alarm went off yet a third time. We were checking out that day and had to catch an airplane later that day, but clearly weren't going to get any more sleep, so we just packed our things and left the hotel-- the alarm was still going off as we left. We only got a couple hours of sleep, which was not how we wanted to end the last night of our vacation. 2) The curtains need to be longer in the left window in room 211-- they don't reach the top of the air conditioner and are too short to block out all of the light coming from the very bright light on the side of the building that illuminates the pool all night.
