I love the location, not far from shopping or the highway When I checked in I had the WORSE experience ever. I paid before arriving to the hotel several days before. I received an email saying it's time to check in. But once I arrived the desk clerk talked to me very rudely, telling me I didn't pay nor was my information I received from Booking and Marriott correct. After going back and forth in front of other guest I called Booking and they called the clerk and fixed the issue. She never tried to hear me, she talked over me saying I was wrong and I need to pay for the room. It was eventually fixed, but experience was awful.

Loved everything about your property. I was a DOS for 12 years for a Management Company in Alaska. Marriott brands are my favorite. The closet door was taken off the the rails. It was open is this the new standard.

Everything was good except the pool was dirty can't go to swim with the kids.

The property was quiet, the staff was nice, and the bed was comfortable. I wish there were more breakfast options (I don't eat pork), but overall it was a great stay.

When got to check in they moved us to a different hotel across the street. It was spring hill suites. Paid for a 2 bed with separate sitting area, only got 1 bed and separate sitting area. The couch had holes and rips in fabric and was dirty. Also, no hot water. After trip I contacted hotels.com and they took care of us

The staff was super kind, and the breakfast was pretty good. The overall hotel is pretty outdated, and the rooms had a very interesting smell (as did the hallways walls). It was not in the best area in Austin, so be careful walking at night.

The last storm took out the tv and phones but understandably unavoidable and uncontrollable on your part.

I picked this place because Marriott Residence Hotels, specifically Suites, are perfect for my small family. The staff at this location were very friendly and helped us feel welcomed. Thicker blankets/duvets would be nice.

The property was in a good central location which was nice if you needed something from a grocery store, Walmart, or wanted a quick bite to eat. The beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed). The breakfast was actually a lot better than I expected and had a good range of items. The staff was for the most part pleasant although I’m sure I scared a few at the desk when they were focusing on something. The young woman with glasses who works in the evenings (she looked to be a student because I think I saw her studying or doing some work) she was very helpful and very personable. OMG…if you are here for an extended time..you will get 3 channels on the tv (doubled with I’m sure an HD channel). Holy smokes this is terrible that you can’t unwind and relax because you have nothing to watch. I mean, not even a smart tv where you can stream!! I’m pretty sure I saw a big building of glass that says ROKU on it and the owner of this location can’t work out a deal to make everyone happy?? That’s crazy!! I mean, if your internet goes down in the place..can’t even watch anything on the tv (I asked about it and was told that the service was bad and that some rooms may get 4 channels and some others 5). BTW..internet did go out one day due to power outage which didn’t last long and staff did call room and we were notified that they were working on problem but afterwards, we could not connect to internet once restored. I had to have a staff member help (she did and was wonderful about it so kudos!!!)

Absolutely amazing stay! This will be our go to in the Austin area from here on out! From the front desk staff to the pool and basketball court- it was all fantastic! They have a basketball you can use to play which my kids were ecstatic about. The gym is small but very well kept. The beds were great. And the breakfast was hot and fresh!

It got all the basics right. I only wish they had more 2 bedrooms and there were a few places it showed a need for general remodel, such as door handles that seemed rather old and the hot water in one of the bathtubs didn't have very much pressure.

Property is good. Nothing about the property, but Booking.com did not process my original reservation well, did not confirm the date and price 100% in advance.

Wonderful, friendly staff here made my near two weeks day very convenient. Housekeeping must be reigned in. Lazy.

Well kept Worker lied about the pool and my kids couldn’t swim we had to go nexted door to use the pool amd we also couldn’t get a key to go in and out our room we had to keep going to the front to get clerk to let us in…… no one came change our sheets r offer to clean our room throughout the two days which was unexceptional

We decided to stay at residence inn on our trip to Austin. We had a superb time. Staff were super nice and polite. They were more than happy to serve and help us. The rooms were just as good. Super clean. Beds were very comfortable and it made me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious made with fresh ingredients and had a variety of options. The hotel was equipped with ice machines, a gym and a Swimming pool. One concern was the Pool’s cleanliness. The pool had a lot of bugs and ants.

Very accommodating staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

I paid in advance for 2 day, not knowing i had to arrive before midnight , after a 9+ hour drive i was told my stay was canceled and while trying to get refunded for the 2nd day the internet was disconnected stopping the chat between the agent and myself....so in out $250 plus the money spent on a different hotel....not pleased at all.

Chairs and couches covered in stains from cleaning staff being too lazy to actually clean them. Tried to ask for someone to wipe of the chair but from maids to maintenance everyone kept making excuses for 3 hours before someone actually cleaned it. Go somewhere else!! for this price it shouldn’t run like a scuzzy motel

I like the hotel and service for the most part, especially for such a low price. The only downside was maybe the location was right in the business area so there aren’t much to do. But otherwise, a great place to stay!

Went for family weekend, the location was great near IH35, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. Close it mopac to get to the Domian, Zilker Park, barton springs. The pool is small but there weren't any ppl in it when we used it. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and in good condition. Will return next time we are in Austin

It's a great property, the only thing is that you won't see on Expedia is that there is a $100 deposit no matter what, and if you extend your stay you have to pay the deposit again. So pet or no pet there is a deposit and depending on who's at the desk you may or may not be told why you're swiping your card. Location was ok. Front lady was very rude. Got into the room and let just say everything was broken. Went back down and lady said too bad just deal with it. So I paid so much for no tv, stove and plugs didn’t work.

Overall a good stay. Front desk staff was very friendly . My only complaint is that my room smelled like dog urine. Clearly had a dog in it and didn’t get cleaned up appropriately. Needs new carpet. or, even better, no carpet at all. The full kitchen was great and very spacious room. Would stay here again

This was my first time at this hotel. They’ve got all the bases covered. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. The water was hot and the ac was cool. The people were friendly and helpful. My only little nit pick was that I was assigned a handicap room. Not my favorite.

This is, by far, the absolute best hotel I ever stayed at. I will definitely exclusively stay at residence inn from now on. It was clean, the kitchenette was amazing, the rooms were amazing and the lady who checked me in was so nice & sweet. I loved the experience. I only wish I would have stayed longer than one night.

When you walk into the property you notice a bad smell throughout the hall. I booked this particular hotel for my daughter’s birthday and I loved the way the pool looked in the pictures when booking. Upon arrival the hotel pool was out of order and unable to be used. We got to our room and noticed that the light in the restroom was broken and the toilet was broken as well. The amount of mold that was noticeable in the restroom was ridiculous. The lady at the front desk informed me that if we needed anything such as towels to press zero on the house phone and she’d bring it up, our room did not have a phone. I informed front desk and her response was “that room’s phone jack doesn’t work so there is no phone in that room”. All in all we made the best out of our stay but will never book at this hotel again.

Loved this hotel and highly recommend. Very clean large rooms, friendly staff, good location.

Front desk was exceptional and helpful I called a few times to help my brother who was arriving out of state from being on the road driving and they answered all our questions and concerns politely. I booked based off of my experience with the front desk they were all great!!!

We had a 2 night stay for our wedding anniversary. Overall it was great. It was mostly a place to sleep. The only thing I thought was odd was that there was no water the morning we checked out. Luckily we showered the night before. But it was unfortunate that I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth and wash my face before leaving.

Everything was mostly up to par. However, the one thing that was not is a biggie on my list. There was a light flow of water while trying to shower and the water was not hot enough for me.

This is an older hotel. Everything is dated in the hotel and the room. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable - we could feel all the springs sticking out. The main bed was comfortable. The shower faucet was falling apart and coming off the wall. It was difficult to turn on the shower due to this issue. The lady who greeted us at the front desk was really nice and welcoming.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the most lovely Irish girl! She was absolutely amazing and made us feel at home. I can’t tell you how much her presence just made me want to stay forever! I loved our room plenty of space to relax in the one bedroom suite!

The young lady that checked us in was exceptionally pleasant. That was pretty much the best part of our stay. There were only 5 working stations on the TV and when we asked the clerk the next morning about it, we were told old TVs were in the room. The kitchen table and chair had food on it when we arrived in the room. The rooms definitely need some upgrades. The vent in the bedroom area was totally rusted out. We were told that housekeeping would come every other day. However, upon returning to our room the maid had not come. We had to call to the front desk to get the maid to return. We had to call to the front desk, when I pushed the front desk button on the phone, the phone rang to another guest’s room. The phone was not programmed correctly.
