The property overall was terrific. My only issues were that there was only 1 light in the parking lot and security seems a little lax - you don’t need to use your keycard to access the elevator and it was easy for people to come in and out. Otherwise the staff was kind and helpful and the amenities were really nice.

At the time I made my reservation, this hotel advertised that there was Free Self-Parking. When I arrived, I was charged for parking. I asked for a refund and they did try to contact the Self-Parking business, but in the end, I did not get a refund. I see now that the Hotels.com ad listing has been updated to show that the parking is not free. It showed free parking when I first reserved this room.

Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good other than the turkey sausage being cold. This hotel is a great location, this is our usual go to spot to stay when in Austin. The only I noticed is that most of the lights in the parking lot were out, so it was a bit dark in the parking lot.

The hotel was great, but the AC on our room did not work at all. We changed rooms the second night and that room was great. The breakfast was a little below average for the typical self-serve limited service road warrior hotel. But location, and staff are great, parking is a bit tight. Construction going on during the stay was disturbing with some early morning start times for the work crews on-site.

Great location, safe location only 10-min walk from shopping and restaurants at the Domain - or a super quick Uber/Lyft ride if you don’t feel like walking. Stayed in a little studio and it was perfect for working - nice desk and ergonomic chair and lots of natural light. All around great room and experience.

This is absolutely terrible from Booking.com as the hotel didn't have my reservation even though I had confirmation from booking.com. I have been charged but my reservation wasn't showing up so I had to book again in person. Customer service

We made the hotel our homebase as we’re going through a move and it could not have been more ideal for my husband and our two dogs. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. The room is clean and lovely, but the air conditioning does not calibrate well and it made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature; it was either freezing or stuffy.

Property was nice. Close enough to walk to tge shops. They did not charge for parking and there was security in the parking lot all night. Only down fall was the water pressure. Other than that I would stay again.

Hotel and their staff was great and very welcoming ! Rooms seems like upgraded recently and bathrooms were very upgraded and clean. Also, The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. My total experience was great and I would definitely recommend this location for your stay in Austin.

Our stay was very enjoyable...the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The only concern for me personally was the height of the toilet. As a person with knee issues I felt the toilet sat entirely too low. Some type of hand rail would be a pleasant bonus in the restroom. Other than that, KUDDOS to Marriott

Nice big kitchen area and lots of counter space. A Keurig coffee maker which is nicer than the little cheapo coffee makers, and you can use your own pods that way. The room was laid out very nice overall.

Loved our experience! Especially having a toddler and our two dogs with us. Felt welcomed every time we passed the front and they did an awesome job accommodating us! We were also able to use the guest laundry and had no problems with it! Hard to find! Will be staying here again!

The hotel was convenient for our purposes, clean, and had the space we needed. The parking is sparse on a full night - people were parked in the front of the hotel on the sidewalk/near the entry. Would not have been a great situation if I was by myself. Thankfully I was traveling with my husband and he parked the car. The parking lot is well lit, but divided and there are a lot of bushes that block line of sight. The staff could have been a bit more friendly. The room was still good and met our needs.

I couldn't sleep peacefully because I kept hearing knocking on the door which had me staying up all night. I was very tired the next day. I don't think that I would be using this particular hotel ever again

I love the size of the room, and the view was spectacular. There's plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. The mini waffles were my favorite! As far as the room went the bed was spacious and comfortable. I also liked the kitchenette that had the full fridge, dishes, coffee maker and dishwasher. I would've loved to stay longer. Nothing the stay was enjoyable. We didn't go to the pool but will try to go next time.

A friendly, professional welcome by someone who looked like a proper receptionist, not the usual badly dressed can't be bothered person we are used to. Fantastic room, really lovely, great location for restaurants (head over the road to the shopping area). Breakfast was ok, let down the lack of recycling and single use plastic straight to landfill. But all in all, highly recommended.

We had to get up at 1:30am and change rooms. The person at the desk said this would be in the notes and the manager should compensate us. Spoke with the manager and she claimed there was nothing she could do. This was unsatisfactory to us being that it was Residence Inn. Plan to contact the Marriott headquarters about this property.

Nice except parking and sofa bed.

The plumbing for bath tub and commode was really bad. Elevator was inoperable when I left property and it was not fun finding staircase and going down stairs with heels. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I was very impressed with my stay. The location was perfect, there is a nice parking lot with plenty of room to park, room was very clean and spacious, and breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely stay there next time! :)

This was a nice pet-friendly hotel in a good area of Austin (the Domain was fun to walk around). The staff was very nice and the meeting room for business was great. Our room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Our only issue was that there was a lot of garbage underneath the bed that our dog found and my husband had to clean out (used water bottles, juice bottles, napkins, batteries, etc) and the couch cushion cover was ripped open upon arrival.

Weather was bad so we didnt get to use the pool......overall pretty nice property, and GREAT location

I had a terrible experience due to the reservation being cancelled without refund inspite of me calling them to make sure I will come late. Poor communication. No notification of cancellation nor action needed from me.

I left behind 2 items of clothing with a sentimental coin that cannot be replaced. I realized a few hours after checkout and went there. Checked back in again the day after and somehow my clothes and coin have gone missing and house cleaning has no idea where it went. It's extremely shady. My experience was fine other than this. Really upsetting that they can't be honest with me about it. Whether they threw it out or someone took it.

Our bathroom door did not close. We were told they would either send up maintenance or change our room, they did neither. The 3 nights we stayed we did not receive any room cleaning and had to ask for towels. The maid came that night at 5:30 (because we asked for towels) we refused cleaning that night because we were in the room getting ready for dinner. Never saw her again the rest of the stay. Was this room and service worth $300 a night. NO!
