Reviews
The hotel is generally clean and the staff is friendly, but there are issues with maintenance and cleanliness in some rooms. The location is convenient for some guests, but not for others.

Both rooms we were in smelled musty. Not enough towels for 4 of us. Pool had green algae in some areas and didn’t have pool towels. When we asked we were told they hadn’t been washed. Staff was friendly and tried their best, but hotel is just rundown. Owners need to do a better job at overall maintenance. Breakfast was a nice addition and restaurant next door was good.

The first room they initially had me in the shower was not working and they don’t like to answer the phone when you wanna call down to the lobby they will have you call 4 to 5 times and till they answer the phone then when they switched me over to the second room. It was no phone in there for me to contact them anyway so I still have to go back-and-forth back-and-forth to try to get what I needed in my room. It was just a bs experience and they just don’t care for real. They just care about the money as long as you keep giving them money that’s all they care about they don’t care about how you stay was. They don’t care how clean rooms are they don’t care if anything works in here and it shouldn’t be like That. Also, I have my reservation from Wednesday to Saturday and Friday. My key wasn’t working if I’m staying till Saturday and I gave you the money for Wednesday to Saturday why would you do that to my key?

Room was clean and staff was wonderful! I love the location of the hotel but I’m not sure I’d book again as there are no emergency exits or stairwells. The only option is to use the single elevator for all the … 6 -8 floors. This is an extreme fire hazard and really puts the hotel at a disadvantage.

Tv didn’t work. Got switched to a different room that was worst than the one with the broken tv. Desk clerk didn’t know how to call guest services and said that it should be on the phone. He did figure it out and let me know though. Called for towels and the never came. Sheets had holes in them. Elevators are sketchy and it smells like mildew. Also the ac doesn’t work very well. Trash hasn’t been taken out in the front since we arrived on Sunday and has been overflowing with trash.

I was on the first floor and right next to the pool. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. It wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed at but far from the worst for the price it served the purpose. Pool Actually had a deep end. 6/10 The bed was hard and uncomfortable and Breakfast was decent.

Good location close to town, that is the main point I liked about this. Its quite close to town, shopping and airport. Breakfast is good. Pool is good. Nice decor and art through out the building. Very nicely decorated. Nice lobby area. Dirty entrance. Over flowing garbage cans that no one seem to attended to. It is in the town. I saw some people sleeping on the pavements of the hotel rear entrances. There are many good things, However, with being in a town comes issues with cleanliness and quietness. It is a good place for a night or two but I don't see me being staying there more that. Breakfast was limited and choices are not so great compared to other "Ramada" brand hotels we choose to stay and pay for. So value proposition is poor. Hotel is old, low ceilings makes you feel crammed. Gym is very dated and equipment are broken. Pool is sub par. Expected more for the price I paid. I booked for the brand and trust.

Unfortunately our visit didn’t start out great. The phone in the room was ripped out if the wall. The fridge didn’t work. The tv remote was missing. We were promptly shown 4 other rooms with working phone/tv/fridge but sane run down look. The pictures that were listed of the property on the website is overly AI glossed over. The property is run down and needs major maintenance. The walls had cracks in them. The wallpaper needed replacing in multiple spots. The pool had noticeably peeling plaster in the bottom and didn’t look sanitary. I can say the breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. Luckily we didn’t see bugs. The property was just in need of major updates and repair. The restaurant attached was awesome. The bartender who served us was very nice and the food was great!!

This is such an excellent hotel. I have stayed here 3 times now and it is always a wonderful experience to stay here. Most hotels in Austin are pretty ratty. This hotel for the price is the best hotel I have found to stay in Austin. The staff are always friendly. The hotel has an excellent free breakfast and is always very clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard to relax by the pool. I highly recommend it. It is all excellent nothing bad.

Not much The floor was sticky and dirty. The plug in the4 bathtub was broken and didn't hold the water. I couldn't take a bath because of this and had to take a shower. The shower head was awful and water went outside the tub onto the floor. Check the bed and sofa. My husband and I both began itching a couple of days later and have bites all over our bodies consistent with bed bugs.

Everytime I walked in my room a smell would hit me. The best way I could describe the smell would be a very hairy wet dog. I was scared to take off my socks or go under the bed sheets. The pillows were very small. The bath tub looked gross. The room had a walkout patio to the parking lot which in my option was a security risk as the only thing separating you from a person with bad intentions was a breakable sliding glass door. If you wanted to use the workout room you had to go to the front desk as no ones key could open the door. The only good thing about this stay was the people at the desk. They were all very nice and helpful but wow this place was disgusting. DO NOT let the pictures of the lobby fool you.

During our four-day stay, the hotel ran out of sheets and towels - how does that even happen? They shut down the elevators because of a rain storm. The in-room iron stained their pillowcase (because I was smart enough to test it on the pillowcase before trying it on my shirt). The continental breakfast was lacking, although a young girl did inform me that they were the best pancakes ever. The dry bagels (no cream cheese or butter) were fine, but definitely needed a spread. The eggs were powdered. The sausage was good, but spicier than reasonable for a crowd of strangers. There were huge bowls of something, maybe yogurt, that no one was eating because it was at room temperature (single-serve containers in the fridge would have been great). The balcony doors to both of our rooms were extremely difficult to open. The Internet was out throughout our stay, so no WiFi and no streaming on TV. The bathroom was very small. We had an unfortunate spill on the bed and were told there were no sheets or towels available to clean it up or remake the bed. The desk clerk was disinterested and unbothered. My husband insisted that at least they could take the sheets and towels from an unoccupied room, at which the clerk offered to move us to a new room. It was a pain to move all of our things, but it was better than nothing All in all, it was a passable place to sleep for the night, but not much else. The attached restaurant was very good. We would return to the restaurant, but not the hotel.

I did not like how we prepaid before we travelled and then had to leave another deposit again at the property that is double jeoaprdy. I did not appreciate that at all.

There's not much we didn't like. Only small details that aren't that big of an issue. We asked for extra towels and never recieved them, but we made it work. There wasn't anything else that stands out as negative.

Great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and out process. This is our second time staying here. Lighting was low in room, no exhaust in bathroom...it steamed up from shower. Breakfast buffet was very small as was the eating area. Had to ask for an iron. It seems overall that some bad things have happened inside this hotel for them to be protective of certain items( had to ask for an iron) as well as a deposit in case of damages??? Ramada use to be known as a prestige hotel, this one was good, but not as a ramada that I remember

I liked that the balcony faced the pool even though we did get to use it. The was a very bad musty spell when we got to the room that never really went away. We asked for extra towels and only received them one of the three days we were there. It was extremely hard to communicate with most of the staff due to language issues. Most of the staff did not speak English. The provided breakfast had very little to choose from. It was in a space that should have been a closet. There was no cable TV or the ability to stream on the TV, only a digital TV signal. I found a power cable with exposed wires under the bed side table and didn't find an outlet to plug my phone into.

I loved my room and the view; the balcony was nice amenity. The AC worked great, the bathroom was bright and spacious, and I had no issues getting restful sleep. I only wish the body mirror were not placed in direct line to the hanging station. There's bad lighting in that spot and it doesn't allow for full body pictures which defeats the purpose of the mirror.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay.
- 3/5
Just OK. For the price we got compared to the surrounding hotels it was fine. To start with the whole property is old. The outside and the grounds are not very well taken care of. The parking lot needs a seal coat and there were rocks and debris all over the pavement. Exterior lighting out. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The furnishing in the room is on its' last legs. It was old, worn, scraped, stained but functional. No smells in the room but I will agree with others that at times the hallways smelled not bad but funky. It doesn't help that the hallways don't have air-conditioning so they can get hot and therefore smelly. The smells were not overwhelming. Staff provided the minimum of perfunctory work. Interactions were not bad but no one was going an inch above the basics. If price is your main concern it will be fine. Otherwise I would try somewhere else. I certainly will.

El desayuno es ofrecido en un area pequeña y un poco incomoda pero tiene lo basico . El servicio de staff es muy deficiente

Great for the price. Very close to airport. Our only complaint was the parking, front of the building parking was full and all the side doors had signs saying Exit Only so you had to park towards back of building and walk all the way around building with luggage.

The air conditioning in our room made the carpet immediately in front of it damp, so we needed to avoid that area of the room when walking without shoes. The breakfast is small, but we had to wait a long time to get food because the staff was making waffles and getting coffee for themselves during the breakfast rush. It's in a convenient location and a fairly clean place, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Please please please do not stay here. I literally had my IPad stolen by the staff and ended up in a 24 hour long battle to get them to return it. I showed management the “Find My” app to prove they had it, but they continued to say they didn’t. It took me threatening to call the police for them to go “Find” it magically.

The temperature of the water, Bed was comfortable & The Location. Room was a little dirty- couch , walls by couch, floor. Lots of cigarette buds outside door. I had requested in advance before my stay for an extra blanket and they did give me one after going to front desk and asking for it but was burned, I still used because I was cold at night and just threw it over bedding and I also requested 4 extra towels before my stay and they didn’t provide any extras the house keeper said they didn’t have anymore. So we only had 2 towels which I use my self for hair and body. There was 2 of us each use 2 towels each I suggest bringing some of your own towels. Especially if going to pool they have none in pool area, more extras on rooms. Also husband bought ice cream cake, placed it in fridge/freezer but shorty later noticed it wasn’t on or working so cake started melting, I then asked the Man up front if they by chance could hold the cake in freezer so that it wouldn’t melt because ours in room was hot. Long story short when I went to go ask for cake he had put it the fridge so it melted. ? was very upset $35 dollars went to waist and we had no cake to sing happy birthday. Had to go out and buy a new one to replace to take.

The hotel was out of towels, when I asked for towels after checking in I given less than needed. They had no extra for the pool. They did not clean the room nor provide more for the second day. The room was not clean.
- 2/5
It felt unsafe. All the exterior doors, except for the main entrance were exit only to avoid non-guests from entering. There was also a fight that happened on the 2nd floor which the single employee had to leave the front desk to deal with. On top of that, they have an outdoor pool but no extra towels available in the entire hotel. Some rooms from our group didn’t have enough towels for the number of guests and when they asked for more, there were none available.

Not bad, just older. Next to multiple highways, and they don’t have a mini store in hotel. Going to the gas station next door at 1a when Mother Nature hit, was extremely sketchy. The room was not bad per se, just old. Lots of wear and tear on everything. Super convenient to lots of places if you don’t have a car. Great budget choice.

The staff and location Disappointing stay with my family. The room was overheating upon arrival, and the AC took until 3:00 am to reach a pleasant temperature. Staff mentioned this is a building-wide issue, and common areas have no AC at all. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, and we had to deal with marijuana smells coming from other rooms in the morning. On a positive note, the breakfast service team is wonderful and very hardworking.

However; the shower tub had no rubber or silicone mats or adhesives. I slipped and almost fell several times. Very unsafe! We checked out at 6:30 am and returned the luggage cart. The on duty clerk took our key cards and the cart. My husband got a cup of coffee and we went to our vehicle. My husband went back in and asked if he could use the lobby restroom and he was told no. The male clerk claimed he didn’t have a key to open the bathroom door. So I guess since we were no longer guests it was off limits or he really didn’t have a key. There is no place to sit down and eat breakfast, it is only a grab and go area with prepackaged pastries, fruit and some juices and coffee. This particular hotel is in an area where we observed many street people. I assume they were homeless. We did worry about our vehicle, nothing happened and the hotel parking is well lit. There is a restaurant located right next door. You can walk there and it seems to be on the same property. Terrible service. One waitress. They were not busy. The food was not that good and it was pricey.

Hotel is being refurbished, dated, elevator was down, entrance to the hotel was blocked and water lines being worked on, not much in the immediate area since to drive at least 10 mins to decent choices on restaurants, the back entrance was gated off and had to only use front to drive into. Overall not a terrible stay for price but definitely was expecting more.

- 4/5
There was a water main break. With that being said no water throughout the hotel so we had to check out and we were fully refunded. I will definitely stay there again friendly staff, and good breakfast. Nice clean rooms.

When I came to the front desk to check in, I was informed that the hotel had no running water but would be working in a couple of hours, but the water never came back on. I was told that I could get a refund or credit from Expedia for the inconvenience and since the hotel could not relocate me.

Room smelled. Pillows smelled worse. Dirty. Blood spots on lamp. Hair and slime on phone. Nobody answers at front desk for help concerning this issue or is there in person. Horrible experience. Especially considering I’m here for work and bc no response from front desk, now I’m just stuck with these smelly pillows and room unless I wanna pay for another hotel. Absolutely unacceptable.

Stay was wonderful. Rooms were very clean. No strange smells. Staff was very polite and welcoming. The only negative I would say (personally because people were throwing down) was that the breakfast was not good at all.

My stay was for five days. Wed Oct. 29 i was in room 305 which doesn't have a slider for balcony. Thursday evening when i got back, I asked the lady at the front desk to move to a different room with a balcony, in which she put me in room 308 then. That night when i was ready to go to bed i pulled back the blankets and noticed the king sized bed had a big dip in the bed, extremely noticeable! I was so tired at that time I didn't bother asking for a different room. Friday morning, very early around 5 am in a rush to meet my friend to go fishing, I didn’t mention to the night shift front desk about this matter. Friday I didn’t sleep there for I stay at a hotel in Aranas Pass to go fishing Saturday morning. Got back very late on Saturday and was extremely and didn't feel like packing up my stuff to ask for a different room again. Sunday left early to go see the Texans football game. so I had one night left of trip so i just didn’t bother changing rooms. When it comes to switching rooms, I’ll take full responsibility for not changing room. The issue is why did this room 308 have such a terrible mattress? Do you not check your mattress? This is not acceptable to charge your guest for this inadequacy! Also your restaurant was closed!! Keith Metzner ,

Room was ok. Twin bed rooms have full size beds, not queen. Bedding was clean, carpet looked recent although there was a lot of white hair on it. Bathroom was clean and towels were clean. We found some blood stains on the headboard and spme pf the bed switches.
- 2/5
Pictures from hotels.com are deceiving. I was expecting a very nice hotel and it was the opposite. It smelled weird. Shower pressure was low, water never got hot. Room was muggy. AC seemed just to be a fan and not air conditioning. Breakfast looked nice although didn’t get to enjoy it. Elevator smelled.front desk was nice and so was little store inside. Beds also were small. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Big improvement from the prior time we were there. Staff was a lot nicer and professional. The only downside was the issue I had wth the bathroom when the facet broke down. The chair was also broken.

Loved the balcony but room only had one v trash can

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. The flooring could use replacing in room 102.
- 2/5
Clean room. Terrible experience at the breakfast service. Foid was ok but we got treated in in real bad way. Tried to take my complain to the front desk and I did find any sympathy.
- 5/5
Thank you so much! Pamela Luddeke
- 4/5
The shower is peeling off the paint. The carpet feels dirty and it was dirty. There’s a piece of gum stuck to the carpet and is sticky for the brand and the price they should do better
- 2/5
The room was stale and musty. The entire facility was tired and outdated; photos were misleading. Complimentary breakfast was cold and not very appetizing. Next time, I'll spend a few more dollars down the street and stay at a much better quality hotel facility.
- 2/5
People were loud in the pool during sleep hours, which disrupted several patrons’ sleep, to the point that someone had to yell at them from one of the rooms. Breakfast was below average.

On hotels.com it markettd you guys as what you see is what you pay. I paid through Klarna and have done so multiple times and never had to pay a deposit. The guy at the front said $100 deposit. I did not have those funds ans was on 2 hours of sleep and ultimately did not stay there or check in or anything. One of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. I slept in my car. I would like a full refund.

Nice and easy check in/out
- 1/5
We booked at the Ramada in Austin but decided not to stay after seeing the conditions. The front desk was poorly managed and even had issues with our room key. The entire property smelled old and dirty, and the room itself was unacceptable — unclean, with the bed left messy. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable, so we left immediately and checked into another hotel that was clean and well-kept. Strongly not recommended.
- 2/5
This room was really not in good shape. The floors were dirty and the laminate was popping up. The bathroom wasn't clean compared to other times we've stayed here. The front desk was very nice but this room definitely needed some work. Doubt we stay here again sadly.
- 4/5
The room was nice, but upon arrival it was muggy and stuffy and humid. Being able to open the balcony sliding door was very nice and after cooling the room off, it was comfortable. The window curtain had one little crack where it did not cover the window completely, so the morning sun peeked in early, but all in all it was a nice room.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 1/5
Room not clean one day not change bed and no towels . Air was blocked not below 74
- 1/5
This property claims non-smoking. However, they allow smoking on the small 3 width balconies. So, many people smoked and this would fill our room with their smoke. Therefore, we could not open our balcony doors or use the balcony. The staff did nothing about it.
- 4/5
Near industrial area and the gas station next to the hotel was not safe The gas station had police or a vigilante keeping notice at the station all night. Locked and loaded. Was very disarming to say the least. The price of the hotel was not expensive so I suppose it matched the area and no fault of Ramada. The area was not appealing the hotel was nice and clean though

the hotel itself was perfectly fine but the store next door did get robbed so just be careful outside the hotel itself
- 2/5
Rooms were old, not in good condition and had a musty smell. Rarely did we see anyone at the front desk. No dining options after 4:00 pm. AC in room was very loud which made it difficult to sleep.
- 1/5
This hotel committed fraud with me. When I booked this property, breakfast was included. When I came here, the hotel staff told me that there is no breakfast. Expedia, you need to stop dealing with fraudulent hotels.

I was there for work. Experience was good.

Only complaint we had was the entire hotel was like a sauna, halls, elevator, lobby. Room was great, just some very unforgiving beds, slept on floors that were softer. hotel staff we encountered were very friendly, very helpful and inviting.Hotel itself was very clean and neat.

The check-in process was phenomenal quick and very informative about the amenities Ramada offers. I really appreciated the associate at the front desk he was knowledgeable and made me feel acknowledged. & well The area didn’t feel very safe at first, but during my stay, nothing concerning actually happened. The elevator was outdated and could really use a refresh that’s just my opinion. As for cleanliness, a few items in the room, like the remote and TV, had some residue on them, possibly from a previous guest. It looked like an oily substance, though I’m not sure what it was. Aside from that, everything else was okay. Will be Returning
- 2/5
Last day they did not make room, did not change the towels and the worst part, when we ask for new towels the hotel answered us "we do not have any clean towel" incredible for a hotel.
- 5/5
Nice!

I WAS CHARGED $47 for a bath towel they think I stole!! I noticed that I was charged $47 on my credit card when I got back and I just called the hotel and they said it’s because I stole a bath towel. First of all, even if I did what bath towel at a hotel is worth that much. second of all I’m traveling for work. WHY would I ever steal a bath towel. Filed a claim with my credit card, hotels.com, & a the BBB. Complete SCAM. Don’t stay here.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was super chill, I will be returning next month for sure.
- 1/5
You are REQUIRED to share your drivers license or passport to keep on file. They made a photocopy and put into a folder. Extreme violation of personal data being stored unsecured.
- 4/5
We’ve stayed at this property 3 to 4 times. We’re always pleased with the value. The staff and particularly the location to downtown and other attractions. The fact that the room has a balcony is a major plus. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Brought my 14 year old son on a road trip to Austin to see the famous landmarks and places around town. The hotel was great. Quick and easy check-in. Room was nice and clean. We had a good night sleep.
- 4/5
Overall, our stayed was good, everything looks clean and safe. However, the only thing was that the fridge was dirty and smell really bad and there is not laundry which is very inconvenient. But other than that the hotel is nice.
- 3/5
I wasn’t really happy on the first day. My tv & fridge weren’t working, also the AC was leaking water inside the room and the carpet was soaked so I couldn’t even walk around comfortably. Couldn’t change rooms either because they were fully booked. Next day they gave me a different room & everything was all good. Didn’t offer nothing but an apology about the previous night though.
- 3/5
Very average but clean
- 4/5
The staff navigated some outages nicely. Limited but tasty onsite food options for breakfast and lunch only. Convenient to downtown Austin.
- 5/5
Affordable, nice staff, clean rooms
- 5/5
Great staycleanroom
- 3/5
The room itself had older furniture that didn’t close properly and made loud cracking noises, which was a bit annoying. However, the staff was polite, professional, and provided great customer service. The outdoor amenities, especially the pool, were a nice bonus and well-maintained. Overall, not bad for the price, but a few upgrades to the rooms would really improve the experience.

There was a loose rail on the balcony of the hotel room my 18 month old and I were staying in. I hadn’t noticed this the first 2 nights. There could’ve been a tragic event if I’d let my toddler walk on the patio. I’m angry and equally horrified by what could’ve occurred.

To short of a visit. Very busy. So stay at Hotel was very relaxing
- 1/5
I stayed at the Ramada on 6/6/25, I was not happy with the $100 deposit to being with. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have stayed, that’s ridiculous for an average hotel. Upon checking in I noticed the fridge didn’t work and when my partner showered, she jumped out of the shower because there was a huge cockroach in the tub. There was also mold around the air vents. When I called room service, and no one answered. Upon coming back around three AM from a night out when we took the blankets off the bed and laid down, we got itchy right away. We figured it was bed bugs and couldn’t see any on the sheets. My partner was scared to keep looking. When I called room service no one answered again, and I didn’t want to walk all the way up to the front after drinking and deal with the attendant. So, she went to her car and got a blanket, and we slept on the coach for a few hours and checked out. When I ask the front desk upon check out about the incidents, they mentioned I would have to call Monday to speak with a manger. When I called Monday, the manager sounded rude and gave me attitude saying I should’ve asked to be moved rooms, and I explained to her no one answered, and I was a bit intoxicated and didn’t want to deal with the front desk at nearly 4 AM. I still haven’t got the deposit back from the hotel, which is ridiculous. I would like my money back for that night for the inconvenience please.

I really like my here😀😃my two girls with me and we travel down just for the weekend it was perfect the pool was cleaning the rooms were clean the beds were super soft very quiet staffers great overall experience was excellent I will be coming back
- 5/5
Nice place to hang outside
- 4/5
The place needs a good cleaning. The room was fine, but the hallways, lobby, outside need a good cleaning.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The bathtub's faucet is not working properly and the floor is quite dirty. Needs either washing or mopping.
- 5/5
Was a great get way
- 4/5
The bed and room were comfortable. Ask for an accessible room so that we could have a walk-in shower. But it was not that you still have to step in over the tub. Overall it was just a little rundown they need to upgrade the furniture and do a carpet cleaning. Other hotels around it the area was safe enough it's about 10 minutes from 6th Street.
- 4/5
It was a clean hotel, the staff was friendly and it was conveniently located.
- 3/5
This hotel is definitely old and gives a different feel than the photos indicate. The overall condition is pretty worn. The pool wasn't very clean and heavily over-chlorinated. The room was damp and hotel gave off a musty smell throughout it, including the room which was only exasperated with the air conditioner running. Definitely a lower end accommodation / budget hotel.
- 3/5
I recently moved to ATX for work and had to stay one night at the Ramada. The smell in the room was weird, the toilet clogged on the first use. None of the drawers or cabinets in the room closed properly. There was trash behind the bed. Service was okay, I was definitely nervous about parking my car overnight as someone was reporting a stolen vehicle while I was moving lol.
- 5/5
First time in Austin I just thought the area was very welcoming and felt safe
- 5/5
Good over all stay for a weekend trip
- 5/5
Friendly staff & good amenities
- 3/5
The room was fine, clean, and the bed comfortable. If there’s a thunderstorm you will hear everything.
- 2/5
My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Austin was a horrible experience. The room smelled moldy and musty, the enamel on the bathtub was already peeling off. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. The air conditioning was so loud that I had to turn it off to get some sleep at night, however I didn't feel like it was helping to improve the air anyway. The “gym” was basically just a small room with a treadmill and some dumbbells. I was traveling alone and didn't feel safe. I tried to shorten my trip by a day, but the management refused to reimburse me for the extra night, but I left anyway. I was too worried about my well being. The only good thing was the free parking on site.
- 4/5
It's really good for an inexpensive property....the only reason I didn't rate it at the top is that is obviously isn't a luxury hotel. But it is definitely 4-5 star quality for a budget stay.
- 5/5
Good hotel, very quiet and staff was great. Hotel room has everything you could want. The most annoying thing is the back entrance is not accessible even though Google maps will direct you when using navigation to use it. I cut through an adjacent hotel property.
- 3/5
It’s ok not provide any drinking water tape water out let not have it
- 4/5
It was good stay but the restaurant and bar was closed for the weekend pool was relaxing
- 4/5
very clean
- 4/5
Was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. They also addressed an issue with the mirror in my room, and that is what I call true customer service. The only thing I disliked was the low temperature of the fridge provided to my room. Other than that everything was great, from staff to the room attendants doing the cleaning and organizing.

Great experience. We asked to be moved from a room with a conjoined room and the receptionist was friendly and did so. No difficulty. The elevators are a little stinky. But otherwise everything was good.

Should have known better. 1 night in Austin so booked a cheaper Hotel stay was ok nothing terrible with that part. Went to get in the car next morning and it had been broken into. OK nothing they can do about a crimal just bad luck. What they could haver done is at least look up from the book she was reading when I told her my car had been broken into. NO can not do that all I got was we do not have camaras. I said ok and walked out wife went back inside to get info for Austin PD and minute she walked in she gets I told the other guy we do not have camaras. Just poor customer service here we need address and want the GM's info. The way they acted and treated us was just not how you should treat the customer. Poor management.
- 3/5
Most was good for the price. The 2 complaints are as follows: If I am paying extra for a late checkout i dont need housekeeping hounding me 2 hours before i am scheduled to check out. The other is that there wasnt hot water when i showered. It wasnt even lukewarm.
- 5/5
hours total Saturday night got up early left at 6:00 a.m. I would like my $100 deposit back and a voucher of some sort maybe 50% off next Room I rent
- 4/5
Onilne checkin and checkout worked awesome! outdoor pool with patio access from room was nice. Limited dining options on property was expected, but still a little disappointing. Room was clean, all fixtures worked, had plenty of hot water and towels. Location was a little difficult to get into due to construction fences that had blocked the entrance google maps took us to.
- 2/5
Definitely will never stay there again. Access was horrible. Horribly humid in the hotel.
- 5/5
Stay was great
- 1/5
First room had vomit , they changed us to a second room which smelled like urine. Third room had a minifridge that didn't work. Terrible experience , not staying here again. It's an old hotel that was renovated but it isn't in good condition, it needs a new renovation.
- 3/5
Coffee situation was horrible
- 3/5
I didn't like my bath tub. One of the beds had brown stains on the sheet, the room didn't smell good. The wifi never worked!!! The front desk clerk Joseph was so nice and very helpful.
- 5/5
Have a nice room, clean
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly! Hotel was definitely kept up with and not dirty in the sense that no one cleaned it well, but more that it was an old hotel. The elevator smelled awful. Would not stay more than 1-2 nights.
- 4/5
One night stay, convenient location. Beds comfortable, pillows small and blocky. In room fridge was nice. Good value for the rate.
- 5/5
The check in was great and fast. The place is very safe and rooms were in good conditions.

Gentleman that worked behind the desk and checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. He was great our entire stay at this hotel.
