The property was sketchy. There was a lot of folks outside that didn’t belong at motel six. I had two different family members over through the night and one of them even was in the office with me at check in. We were in my room when the manager came to my door and kicked my cousin out and I asked him why he has to leave and they wouldn’t give me a reason. He told me that I was next then later on that evening my brother came over and about 2 mins later the manager was at the door again kicking us both out I’ve never been treated so bad in my life.

The room did not properly shut or lock. I had items stolen out of my room. The staff was extremely rude and instead of helping or showing any sympathy they immediately blame shifted. The room smelled awful, obvious cigarette smell looming, not to mentio

The two of us stayed for 4 days. The room was larger and more accessible than we expected for the price. Each day we came home to a spotlessly clean and organized room. The staff attending the front desk was very friendly.

Nothing about this place, avoid like the plague. Everything, it was dirty, smelt horrible, cigarette burns on the bedding and bath even though it was apparently a non smoking room. Honestly felt so unsafe there, strange happenings going on around, we were meant to stay for two nights but ended up leaving after one, wish we hadn't even begrudgingly stayed the first.

Our room supposed to be smoke ? free, but the smell of cigarette was awful ?. When we check in thr guy was nice but when we left next day the guy was with no manners we told him twice "good morning" he just grab our key and left. Obviously, we are not going to rent a room never again.

You get what you paid for. The room was small. It we a disabled room so the bathroom was all tile and no where to put anything, no counter space to put your toothpaste or toothbrush, your deodorant or perfume. In the main room it had a microwave but could not plug it in. It did not have any drawers for clothes just a small hanging area, so if you wanted to stay for more than a weekend then you would have to keep your clothes in your suitcase if you had more than just hanging clothes. The bathroom door could not open all the way due to it hitting the bed.

The AC was not cool enough. The lights didn’t work. The water in the shower only worked in hot or super hot. The phone in the room didn’t work. The base of the bed cut me since it was not smooth when getting off and on the bed. The bed didn’t have enough pillows. It was a horrible experience

It was good for the price and for a quick weekend trip.

The sidewalks for the 2nd floor are in poor condition. The bed was extremely loud and noisy. Couldn't move at all without it squeaking.

We’ve stayed at Motel 6 plenty of times in the past, and usually found them to be basic, but clean and friendly; just fine for when you just need somewhere to sleep. We’re from Austin, but don’t live there now, and we’ve seen this property before even though we hadn’t stayed there. It seemed fine then - but not now.

The staff was sweet and kind. The room sucked cus of no refrigerator and no microwave. The people that were in the next room smoked pot and I am allergic!! Very allergic!! Cus of the drug people there was no changing room.

The front desk lady was nice. However, the motel wise is old and has cockroach on the floor. The water and everything was not as clean due to old appliances. For $168 for a double bed room. Of course giving $30 more, you could find a better place

The water was out for my entire stay and that was stressing to deal with because apart from getting the room from a business trip I extended to take a shower and couldn’t.

Property grounds were dirty. The laundry room only had one washer that worked, & the air conditioner in there was broken as well. The pool had a lot of dirt in the bottom.

The pool needed cleaning and the ice machine never had ice. The non smoking room that I was in has a slight smell of stale cigarette smoke.

There were a lot of roaches and a pervasive smell of mildew/mold in the room that was really unpleasant. staff was great though, just not a lot you can do about those kinds of inconveniences.

TV had no working HDMI ports. Air conditioning unit didn't work properly. No venting fan in bathroom. View was a parking lot of junk cars. No parking available near rooms. WIFI signal was too weak to support any device. Front desk was unattended for whole visit. Only had towels for one person and no one at desk to get more towels.

Don't book with this chain. We canceled our reservation but not only did not they cancel but they kept it open and charged me a no show fee of $70. These people are complete crooks and will take advantage of your situation at every corner. I called corporate and got the run around and they refuse to refund my money.

Mañager is a horrible person abd has no soul and her assistant Nancy is just as horrible. They are running a sex ring out of the hotel. Ill report it to the police. Not to mention the manager refused to ive me her name.

Well I'm homeless and needed a place to warm up at so rented a room here it was cheaper out of the choices. But the room had 2 lights out, no internet, remotes don't work, and the ice machine didn't work. Service was good considering the state of the hotel.

The vending machines (all 3) didnt work at all. And house keeping made it a point to knock daily at 9am asking if your checking out waking me up every time. That was frustrating to say the least. Other than that, overall, 6 out of 10.

While there for one night there was 4 roaches crawling around and the room smelled like raid. This is a horrible place to stay and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. The bed was on a wood platform that didn’t even cover the entire mattress so the edge of the mattress was just dangling.

I've stayed in this Motel 6 location many times before in the past and I'll most likely stay there again in the near future. The front desk clerks and housekeeping crew have always been extremely welcoming, courteous and super friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of!!!

When I went to front desk for second room I explained I was allergic to smoke! They gave me second non-smoking room that had a repulsive smell same as first room. I would not stay there again under any circumstances.

most guests seemed to be blue collar construction worker types. . . best I could tell they all arrived about 7pm, were in bed by about 8pm and by 8am they were ALL long gone. Super convenient location, property not much to look at. . . but room was B+ clean, B+ updated-ness.

The rooms and service are fine, standard Motel 6. The row of guest rooms on the back of the building are very tightly next to a fence with barbed wire, and does not have high visibility, particularly at night. I had no issues, but would consider this if visiting, particularly alone.

Hotel room was non smoking and it definitely smelled like cigarettes upon entering the room. Leaving the next morning, my belongings reeked of cigarette smoke. Terrible experience for myself and my child who has asthma.

I was given the room in back of the hotel, it has a razor wire around the complex behind it kinda felt like I was in jail or something the door didn't shut all the way ans the cleaning lady's cart woke me up way too early on Sunday morning.

Room was good, no problems. However, getting to my room (146) from the parking lot, I had to go well around a man apparently sleeping on the sidewalk. He was still there when I left in the early morning. I didn't notify the management. Because the man's behavior was atypical, it made me uncomfortable. He didn't speak to me or in any way threaten me.

We had a last minute reservation for an quick one night stay in the city. Motel 6 was as expected. Service was good and no issues whatsoever. Only inconvenience was the location itself as you have to drive a long way make a-U turn and drive long way back just to get to the hotel.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a motel first when I arrive to the home it smells like cigarettes I could barely breathe then I talk to the reception and he switched my room to the other one however in the other room the air conditioner wasn’t able to change the temperature and it was freezing in general I had terrible experiences I had to leave the motel two hours later and I didn’t even stay the night I will not recommend for anyone to go there!!!

Then they assigned us a room that to our surprise was occupied. Bit of an awkward moment when our keycard opened a room with people in it. When we finally got an unoccupied room we realized there was no fridge, no iron, no hair dryer and no coffee maker. A mini fridge and coffee maker aren’t necessarily standards, but an iron?? Been a long time since I’ve stayed in a hotel room that didn’t have an iron. Lastly, we were there for 43 hours and we had to have our keycards reprogrammed three times because they stopped working even though we kept them away from our phones and other cards.

I wouldn't recommend this particular Motel 6 because as I arrived i saw someone refilling their car with gas and a few questionable looking individuals. There were those tiny cockroaches everywhere. It was non-smoking but still smelled bad.

This was a very clean room, it was right on the expressway.

There was no warm water . The hotel room smelled like cigs. The linen was dirty .

Room was very humid, so humid that my hair didn’t even dry completely in the morning so It felt nasty the whole day. Overall okay stay, a little bit more expensive than I wanted it to considering the room was humid

The only complaint I have is that the people next-door to room 123 came in at two in the morning there were about seven people outside of the room next to me making loud noise talking about the night that they had, no respect for the people who were trying to sleep.They finally went in around 3:30 and I left at almost 4:00.

The room wasn’t clean. There was used Q-Tips on the floor of the restroom. The way the restroom was designed felt like a prison shower. There wasn’t any wifi available. Roaches. The property was disgusting.

The shower only had cold water. I could hear my neighbors being loud at 2 am. The lights outside the room were obnoxious and didn’t let me sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and the pool was closed.

I was upset to find out that the room i reserved/booked online was double booked which had a refrigerator that I NEEDED, so i had to get anyother room with NO REFRIGERATOR. Then when I got in the room there was still drity towels left in the room. I also was disappointed that I was NOT able to use my FIRESTICK that I bought with me. That is something that is big for me. I like to be able to use my FIRESTICK when I travel. So my stay was NOT great.
