The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. My only issue is that the water didn't get as hot as I would have liked. It may be beyond their control or a regulation. It wasn't a deal breaker. This hotel is very nice, and the prices are reasonable. I do recommend and would stay again. And I love that they are pet-friendly! I'd give them bonus stars for that if I could! I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Got a decent rate last minute. near shopping mall & restaurants. 15-20 min drive from Mt Bonnel . My guest complained about a weird spell in the room & ice machine was out of order.

The property is within close range to many shops, and just about 10 minutes away from the HEB center arena! With its cheap price it’s the best location for those who have a concert at the HEB center and don’t want to pay a lot for a hotel. The only minor complaint I have is that the elevator is scary sometimes with the loud noises it makes when moving. Other than that I have no complaints.

However, even though the eggs, sausage and hashbrowns were in heated servers, all items were barely warm. Did not finish the meal. There was yogurt and fruit cocktail though. The TV was a bear to use. No easy way to access the channel menu, no instructions, no current TV shows on stations. Could not even find FOX news. Clicked on everything to bring up menu, got it occasionally. Very disappointed.

It was clean , friendly and helpful employees . Well, sound going through the walls, neighboring tenants heads TV so loud that I was not able to sleep till midnight. And maybe better tasting coffee. But for everything else the place was really good.

Even though the hotel’s only elevator was out of order the staff made sure we intended to keep our reservation before we got there, and we were given a room on the lower floors. The room suited our need perfectly and breakfast was so much better than we were hoping.

The room itself was beyond filthy. There were white stains all over the floor and even on the side of the bed, which was completely unacceptable. It didn’t look like the room had been properly cleaned at all. It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly disgusted. We went to the front desk for help, hoping to switch rooms or get some kind of resolution, but the night shift employee, Melanie, was no help at all. She told us she couldn’t do anything—no room change, no contacting anyone—and said we’d have to deal with Expedia ourselves. The only thing she offered was new sheets, which didn’t fix the problem at all, especially since the stains were on the bed frame and throughout the room. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere clean and professionally managed.

I can see why this hotel is rated so well. Staff were kind and considerate. The breakfast options were plentiful. For late sleepers, it's nice that it's available until 10, and the late check out is at noon. The fitness center & pool were in great condition. The only thing I would have changed would be getting rid of carpet in the rooms. Hotel carpets always smell like stinky feet, and there's really no way around it, but to get rid of it. Thankfully our room had a window that cracked open and it was cool enough to leave it cracked in the evening when we arrived to help the smell dissipate.

We had a wonderful stay during our anniversary trip to Austin! Our room was incredibly tidy and clean—I usually worry about hotel beds, but these had brand-new, fresh linens that made me feel right at home. A special thank you to the two Filipino staff members who were so kind and professional. Their hard work and friendly faces made our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!

The room was huge. The suites are so big, it was magical. The bed wasn’t super soft but it was more comfortable than most hotel beds are I didn’t like that I couldn’t get the tv by the couch to work properly. It said it was a Vizio tv so I assumed it has apps like the other tv did but I couldn’t get it to work. Which sucks because I got the suite because I love sitting on a couch and watching tv

Everything was stained sheets looked like they had blood on them same as the curtains. Everything was dusty. We took off the pillowcases due to how dirty they were. Then we noticed roaches crawling on the walls and on the cabinets. We checked in and within 8 minutes we checked out !

They also have microwavable popcorn, coffee/tea in the room. The dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner were also great touches. The hotel is next to Texas Children's Hospital which is great for us because we were here for an appointment. The snacks and drinks sold in the lobby were also a great convenience.

The facility itself is nice, modern and clean, but they only have local TV channels in a lot of the rooms, no cable TV at all. I haven't seen or heard of that in years, certainly not in a better hotel like this! We were told we just happened to be in one of the rooms that didn't have cable, but they are trying to update all the TV's. I would suggest asking for a room with cable if that is important to you.

The front desk staff were awesome. One young lady helped me late one night to get the kids in the room above me to stop stomping on the floor. A pet friendly hotel. It was a great stay.

Clean, friendly, open parking. Pool was dirty but it is December.

Everything was nice and clean. Room is starting to show some minor signs of aging, such as broken trim on cabinet, small hole in curtain, door doesn’t close all the way unless you pull/push it. Staff was friendly, breakfast was hearty and always stocked. Exterior was clean, well lit and made me feel safe.

I never stayed at the LaQuinta because they say they didn't have a reservation for me. I'm sure they sold my room before I checked in!

The property was comfortable but is undergoing renovation. I booked here because I could walk to Texas Children’s Hospital

check-in experience was terrible. The young man at the front seem to have no clue what was going on. Had to wait at the counter five mill minutes while he texted on his phone. We were finally checking in. We were supposed to have a room with a tub and he did not know which ones they were once he gave us our key we went into the room. It only had a shower, went down to another room and they didn’t know if they had any tubs available and may not be able to have one I explained to him I had already paid for a tub. He finally found one and give us the key for those in the room, the remote control for the TV did not work , and as we just let down to take a rest after our trip housekeeping knocked on the door and disturbed us and said that they had this room ready for check out, and I totally just checked in not a real great experience will not be

Only reason for 4 stars on some items = they’re in renovation process on lobby (which will look great when finished). Room could use a renovation as it was “well loved”, but clean.

TV did not work on arrival. When house keeping cleaned our room they threw away all of our soaps and did not leave new ones and did not leave any towels. We had to go down and ask for some. Lighting in room was not great.

This property is what your looking for if, your looking simple and clean. Staff was friendly. I would upgrade the breakfast area and food selection a bit.

For one night stay, everything was good.

The hotel was clean and hotel staff was attentive and friendly. We have an issue with a locked bathroom door that was taken care of by maintenance. I certainly recommend this hotel.
