We had 5 people in our family yet only 2 towels. We tried calling the front desk for more but they didn’t answer. I went downstairs to get towels and no one was there but there was a sign that said they would be back in 15 minutes. No idea what time that meant they were returning so after waiting a while I went and got towels from the pool area. The pool did appear clean but had an overwhelming amount of chlorine in it so that my kids all had super red eyes and complained about their eyes when they got out which they normally don’t do swimming. The room seemed clean enough. Couch was not in good shape because the cushions were lower than the frame of the couch.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was very clean and beautiful, staff is amazing and breakfast was good too! ☺️

This property is nice but the location isn't the best however, the hotel itself is a hidden jewel.

The moment I walked into the lobby doors I knew this was gonna be a great stay. Front desk welcome you with open arms. check in processes was quick. Room was clean with a home filling smell. Staff will text you from time to time to make sure everything was still OK. Kitchen was great. Bathroom was great. Poo was great. Breakfast was awesome. you will need a car for this property, but everything is literally around the corner. It was a great stay!

The property is well located for our use. The staff is helpful and friendly and the property is clean. They don’t take very good care of their landscaping and if you need to leave early in the morning- the breakfast is seldom full ready

The property is in an excellent location for us. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They don’t do a very good job of maintaining the landscaping. It shows lack of attention to detail. The breakfast is good but not always out on time if you need to eat early and they forgot to make oatmeal one day and the other days is inconsistent in quality.

The hotel was ok. Room was clean but the hallway was a mess. The whole time we were there they didn’t vacuum the hallway. Even after cleaning rooms they didn’t clean hallways. The breakfast was fine except it wasn’t all out when it opened. Staff were nice but overall the stay was just ok.

Loved all the extra curricular activities even if they were small. A basketball court, putt putt, indoor pool and a decent gym. Grills and an outdoor lounge area. The room was clean and had anything we needed! Quiet area, no issues with our vehicle.

The pool was great, basketball court as well. The first floor had wet floors from people walking from the pool to the elevators. Like actual puddles risking a fall. Our room was clean and spacious. Paid over $180 for one night. I expected better customer service for the price!

The suite was roomy and clean. The grounds were neat and well maintained. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and Wednesday evening social hour.

The bed was comfortable and staff was polite. Stinky trash in the hallways that was not picked until after check out. The hallway smelled horrible. The room was not sanitized well. It smelled like the guest before us had a dog in the room. I had to spray air freshener to help kill the smell of the dog.

Our room was toward the back of the building so it was nice and quiet. And we could park our car back there, close to our room. The suite was roomy with a full size couch. The kitchen was nice with a full refrigerator and freezer and a small table and two chairs. The bed was comfortable. It was nice that the shower and toilet were in a separate room from the bathroom sink area. We ate breakfast there two of our three mornings and were disappointed in the breakfast served, especially the second time. Both mornings we were at the breakfast buffet 15-20 minutes before it was supposed to be over. The second time much of the food was already gone. And no one showed up to replenish anything until almost 9:30. The breakfast is why we give this place 4 stars instead of 5.

The breakfast was amazing . It had everything. The cook was right on the foods that needed tefill and he was prompt at helping with the waffles .

The room was clean and smell really good , they do housekeeping every other day and that works perfect for us . My room had a door the separate the small living area from the bedroom. We had a small refrigerator ,kitchen stove and microwave. Very quiet, and clean place , closed to Austin downtown , malls and restaurants. Definitely will come back again

Room was clean, staff was friendly, areas outside the room had litter and trash cans were left till overflowing. My biggest issue was the poor quality AC and the "eco" / motion sensor controls. The AC struggled to cool the room and if it didnt detect motion it shut off. This lead to several poor nights of sleep due to room temperature rising to 78 despite a much cooler outside temperature.

Room was clean and spacious, l highly recommend staying here! The gym is good and the indoor pool is small but still good. There is a small 1 sided basketball court. Breakfast is good, coffee, eggs, cereals, waffles, tortillas, meats and toast are options.

More choices for vegetarians at the breakfast will be nice.

There was a bad dog smell throughout the hotel. There was a large dog on a dog bed behind the front desk and dog items throughout the hotel, crate boxes, dog treats etc. May be a good place for those traveling with dogs but the smell was pretty bad.

The hotel is nice, in a nice area but our room didn’t have black out curtains, and was on the first floor by a light, so the room was so bright when trying to sleep. And if we set the AC lower than 73 the unit started to sound like an alarm, so it was pretty warm in there for sleeping.

Someone said this place felt like a hotel in the woods, which is ultimately why I chose it. It’s NOT on the freeway, which is very preferable. Everything is clean and new. The staff put this over the edge for us. They were so so so nice, attentive, helpful. Every single one we encountered. Well done, Hilton!

The bathroom doors was not cleaned the rest looked clean. Breakfast was good. My mother in law is vegan and they had quinoa, vegan bagel and fruits to eat. The Youngman with glasses in the kitchen was awesome helping us with her food. I saw how he went above his way to help others.

We had a pleasant stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin/Cedar Park-Lakeline. The room was clean and comfortable overall, and the staff was friendly. However, the towels in our room were damp and not fully dried, and there were a few small hairs in the shower, which took away from the otherwise clean impression of the room. Thankfully, we had brought our own towels. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but I wish there had been a bit more variety, especially for families traveling with young children. Overall, it was a good stay with just a few areas for improvement.

We stayed a week and it really felt like home. That was due entirely to the excellent service from the staff. They were all so friendly, ready, willing, and able to help. The food at breakfast was excellent. I do not like scrambled eggs most of the time but the eggs served here were delicious! The options were plentiful and also very good.

The double bed suite we had was nice. Unfortunately, it has being a long time since I stayed in a hotel and the sheets were not fresh. One of my friends actually slept on top of the covers.

Loved the indoor pool and amenities they had to offer. Even board games you can use if your family gets bored within the hotel. There’s breakfast was light but filling there’s something catered to everyone. Clean rooms, small ant problem but nothing that wasn’t out the normal with ppl leaving their trash outside their doors, it’s pretty common to see. Enjoyed our stay! 10/10!

We needed to use the sofa bed for our grandson. The first night the bed fell apart during the night and our grandson did not sleep much. The front desk promptly dispatched the maintenance man who arrived in a few minutes and worked diligently to repair the bed which appeared to have been damaged by previous use as a trampoline. Before booking this hotel I checked the online reviews and found the overwhelming majority to be effusively complimentary of the breakfast. I believe these are “bot” reviews as I found the breakfast to be mediocre at best and severely lacking at worst. I suggest the hotel management take a serious look at changing out the restaurant staff and especially management. The selections were meager and slow to be restocked. Immediately upon reaching the closing hour for breakfast the kitchen staff turned off the lights and removed all food, most of which was promptly disposed of in the trash. There were still guests in the dining area who wanted to eat a little more but were denied the opportunity by an overzealous staff who did not speak English and were zealously following poor instructions from even more poorly trained managers. We will probably not stay at this hotel again unless we see real reviews not written by bots.

Edward and Jeremiah were efficient, friendly, and more than helpful... and a little funny. Gym was way better than most similar hotels... Peleton was a +. Bed a little stiff for me but my partner thought it was great.

I’ve stayed here five times now. My room is always spotless. The front desk is always very friendly and helpful. They have a really good breakfast, and a cute Wednesday social. The bed is comfy, parking is usually easy. I feel safe here traveling alone. No complaints! I will continue to stay here for my future business trips.

The property and ameneties were amazing. Went swimming, played basketball. Small putting area. Great gym facility. Breakfast was great. What a bang for your buck. Incredibly clean and really up to date.

I had an AMAZING experience at this hotel suite. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly and even helpful with accommodations. The hotel was clean and still appeared new. The food was AMAZING! I’m obsessed with their gym. They even had a wheelchair readily available for me to use to push my elderly mother. I highly recommend this hotel. I felt very comfortable. I loved the full-size amenities, such as a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. I will be booking here again.

The mattress was terrible. We reported it and the employee who came up to look at it said it was awful and apologized. He said something would be done to compensate us...and that is as far as that went. While it was not the hotels fault...the electricity was turned off for about 3 hours during our evening there.

Extremely clean. Spacious rooms. All appliances worked. Many options for breakfast. Putt putt and ball court was very fun for the kids! Only thing I would change is the comfort of the queen size mattress, very springy, no cushion top and the blankets are mattress skirts and a stiff cover material. It’s like the beds do not belong in the wonderful hotel. I will stay again regardless of the bedding because everything else is perfect!

This stay was not “exceptional” as Expedia makes it out to be. The property seemed older and definitely did not look like the pictures. One of the reasons for my 1 star review is for the lack of communication regarding the unavailable amenities, in our case the pool was closed during our stay. We booked this property specifically for their indoor pool since the reason for our stay was solely so that my daughter could swim. When we brought it up to the attention of the hotel they referred us to Expedia since our booking was made through them. And when we finally reached Expedia they were unable to solve our problem or provide us with a voucher for a different night etc to make up for their false advertisement. Had we been informed at check-in or had the listing been updated with the pool closure we would have booked with a different property. Overall even without the inconveniences of not having the pool available this property would get 3 of 5 stars at most. They were out of milk during breakfast hours and their fruit looked old, brown bananas, old looking apples & oranges. On the other hand the young lady that was helping in the kitchen at breakfast was very kind and helpful and so was the cleaning lady was very friendly. It’s unfortunate that Expedia will be loosing a loyal customer.

Everything was good, and we enjoyed the room cuz the kitchen and TV area separate from the bedroom. The only thing I didn't like was that the temperature was not well controlled sometimes.

The rooms were very large, much larger than we had expected, we had a suite with 2 queen beds. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again if we are in Austin, TX. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and i visited for Valentine day weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a vwey nice and quiet location. Staff was friendly. Our Room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was on point. Honestly that was the best breakfast ive had from a hotel lol. I loved that they put your name on the Tv to welcome you. Kind of a special feeling. I loved the indoor pool-which was good because it was cold all weekend! The water was warm and inviting. Parking is free and decent. Property overall clean. No complaints. We agreed that we would book with homewood again as this was our first stay with a Homewood and loved it!

The staff at this Homewood Suites location were excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and greeted us each time we came back in the hotel. The rooms were clean and in great condition. Breakfast was excellent, especially the breakfast taco bar. The fitness center had a great selection of nice equipment too. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would happily return next time we’re in the area

The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk service was wonderful. They answered my questions regarding what restaurants were nearby since we were unfamiliar with the area. We would stay again.

Quiet area for business or leisure

It was an ok start. The front desk made a couple of us wait to get key cards, took 10 minutes to get. Be careful he has a service pitbull that is NOT leashed. BUUT the room was extra clean. He was pleasant to deal with.

Great location. Close enough to Austin without the hectic traffic. This property also sat far enough off the expressway to not hear the traffic, yet close enough to jump on and off. You are within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Dog friendly and the daily breakfast was always a good selection. Housekeeping was GREAT, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

Staff was very friendly I use a walker so I enjoyed the large area to move around easy one advice there were plenty of bars in tub but for disabled showers are much easier for us

Pool had way too much chlorine

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The hotel is located near shops and other amenities. The hotel includes washing and drying facilities, indoor pool, gym and a basketball court.

Had a great 1 night business trip stay -- bed was comfy, water pressure good, & AC worked great. The only 1 little complaint was that we could hear 2 ladies next door having great laughs for about an hour - we were a bit concerned but they quieted down before 10 PM.
