Didn’t like that they charged for parking

i messaged reception at 2am and no one responded even in the morning. tbh I have not expected much: the guy on the reception was not the type who is capable of any kind of enforcement. the cherry on top is that the rooms window doesn't block any noise from the road at night, and there I stayed on the weekend, that might be the reason, maybe it's better on weekday... anyway my recommendation would be to stay away if you need quiet and family friendly place.

Our stay was enjoyable. We had issues with the parking website but a staff helped us in resolving the issue.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, but neither TV worked, both remotes would not talk to TV. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast disappointing, except for the decent selection of fruit. Paying for parking was a bummer too. Won’t stay here again.

Variety of breakfast options with fresh fruit and healthy choices. Coffee is very good. Air conditioning is very cool, although a little loud when on. The water pressure in the room was very low in the shower. Over it was a good stay.

Location and cleanliness. Staff was nice. You have to pay to park. I’ve stayed here a few times before and this stay was the first time I had to pay to park. That was never mentioned until my day of arrival.

The front desk staff were professional, kind, generous in giving my sister and I attention we needed . The restaurants recommended were excellent . The cleaning crew were thorough and also delightful! We had an excellent experience and will highly recommend this hotel to future travelers. The membership is in my husbands name but he didn’t join us this time

This hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was friendly. However, I do not like that they make you pay for parking on an open parking lot. There is no garage or valet so why I am paying to park and I already paid for the room!

Even though the water had to be shut off for several hours in the hotel, they were amazing! The manager, Marci, was absolutely the best! Highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast is amazing!!!

One recommendation. I love the idea of building your own breakfast sandwich. Great idea, not so great execution. The layout had everyone standing on top of each other and waiting for one person to go back and forth. A more sequential layout would have made it perfect. We'll stay here again for sure.

Other guests leaving their barking dog unattended is a problem. Manager's attitude when we, as Hilton Honors guests, requested an extra 20 minutes to checkout. Both of these issues easily fixable. The design of the breakfast bar made it difficult to use. Having people trying to go high and low in the same place due to design does not work. Also hard to find dishes and silverware.

Fridge had a funky smell and was not very cold. Parking is no longer free if you stay, $7 a day. The breakfast spread was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rude staff and indolent house keepers. My wife called to ask about charging on property immediately after check in and the desk clerk was flippant in response and hung up on her. We tried to get a house keeper to turn over our room and they said they wouldn't unless we called the front desk to schedule it; we stayed 5 nights. They charge for parking, the Residence Inn that shares a driveway with them does not. The breakfast attendant was awesome though, super sweet and helpful.

Some of the chargers/outlets didn't work. The fan in the bathroom was glitchy. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it didn't.

They charge for parking--it feels like a money grab. It would make more sense if it was prime real-estate but it feels next to the domain and not actually apart of the domain. Most of the lot was empty next to another lot that's mostly empty, so it seems like some manager brainstorming more ways to bring in money. Wish they had mentioned it before we chose to go there. Also, Expedia listed roll away beds being available, but by that they meant one pull out couch.

This hotel surprised me. The staff was very friendly, everything was very clean. The breakfast was great. It's very close to the Domain and the surrounding area is super quiet. I will book again when I visit Austin. Everything was great

The hotel is very pretty decorated and clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was large and spacious. We had everything we needed. The kitchen....wow! I didn't leave my toiletries, but was thrilled that I didn't have to use them b/c you all provided most. In the morning the breakfast was packed, but it was kept with plenty of food. The attendants were very efficient providing plates and replacing empty food trays with new ones. All was very organized and the food selection was great with 2 separate waffle stations. It helped with the line. I will 100% recommend!

We did enjoy the location being close to the Domain and food options. The beds were very nice and cozy. The tvs are big and had lots of viewing options. We wouod stay here again but just ask to stay on the other side of the hotel.

Our room was very clean. We liked the televisions being Large. The kitchenette helped a lot. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place to stay. My husband and I would recommend highly. The Domain is a fewminutes away.

Clean, spacious room. HVAC was a bit loud and sound traveled easily from the hall. Kitchenette with dishes available, sink, dishwasher and a 3/4 size refrigerator with separate freezer. Lots of storage. Pull out table for dining but only one chair. Well lit bathroom. Overall, very happy. Would stay again

My room was ready esrly and was able tobdi a late check out. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast AND hot cocoa bar. It was nicely decorated for the holidays and very festive. We loved that we had a couch and kitchen so we coukd relax and enjoy a night in celebrating the holidays.

Room was OK with normal supplies (glaringly missing a wine opener though). Breakfast was average - they have breakfast sandwiches but they were not tasty. Coffee was good. Convenient to the Domaine area. Nice sitting area outside. Walls were a little thin.

This is a really nice new property. The room is spacious and we can walk to all the places we want to go. The breakfast is really good.

The room was spacious, clean and had lots of storage space. Multiple drawers and cabinets as well as a full kitchen. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Staff was pleasant from check in staff, house keeping and breakfast crew. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about our room. Nice little kitchenette with a good-sized fridge and real dishes. Lots of space, nice bathroom with storage, comfy bed and couch. Very quiet area, yet easy walk to Q2 Stadium. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The fan in the bathroom is a bit noisy. Safe in the room would be nice. The room is large, nice desk, good bed and clean.

Also interacted with the ladies serving breakfast and they were very accommodating. At check in they were quick to tell be about the construction and that it would occur early morning every day of the week. Knowing this made it understandable when the hammers started Sunday morning at 7 am. The room was great with a living room area, kitchenette and comfy bed. I will certainly stay there again when visiting family. Can’t wait to see what the new look is when complete.

We loved our room. It was only for one night, but I can tell you it’s got comfy beds and great water pressure for showers! It’s really close to shopping and restaurants AND there’s a Top Golf literally right behind it. That’s a fun place to go with family! We will definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night. They put us on the first floor! Don’t recommend being on the first floor unless you are ok with people bringing animals with them. For us, it was too noisy and dog barking throughout the night. We spoke with manager in the morning and they refunded our stay. It is still a nice hotel! I would consider staying again but next time, in the top floor!
