The elevator was not working, the bathroom was very small, and the mirror had many handprints on it, which made the room feel unclean. Overall, the property appears to be poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Didn’t appreciate arriving about midnight and front desk clerk saying I didn’t have a reservation. He had nothing else going on as he was sitting at desk. But only glanced at the screen. Tried to provide him with info and he just took a quick glance and was very confident. Sat in the parking lot and reached out to hotels.com. Once I got someone on the phone 30min later that person spoke with front staff and turns out my reservation was there the whole time. I got a “my bad” from the front staff person and a grumpy check in. Very bizarre. Hotel was fine otherwise.

The room felt like a mini home. The gym was clean anmd modern. The front desk staff was engaging and friendly. The breakfast included a waffle bar and everything you would need to fuel your morning. Free Java all day long!

Staff were great. The fire pit did not work, the jacuzzi didn't work. And from the picture what's one of the reason I picked that hotel, also the outdoor furniture waa not taking care of, dirty and broken up. I also picked that hotel because we thought from the picture that it had a kitchen in the rooms where we could cook and not have to go out to eat. There was no burners to cook on, but the room has a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and everything you need to cook and eat, but no burner, no pots. I called to the front desk and they said I would have to come to the desk to get a portable 2 burner and pots and pans. Very inconvenient for us, picture waa reviews inconsistent and we were disappointed about the lack of amenities that was not accessible to us.

Okay place. Stayed two nights. First night an alarm kept going off somewhere. May have been the elevators because next day they were not working. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff only cleans rooms every other day so if you stay two nights, you'll need to re-use towels or request fresh ones. Amenities are what customers pay for.

Its was a quite place clean and everything needed was available I arrived early and there wasn’t any rooms available for my reservation yet i had to sleep outside the hotel for 5 hrs and i was calling several times to remind them i was still waiting. I do understand regarding policy but we had a long trip and all we wanted was to rest.

Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, and with the induction cook top loaner, I cooked and ate all my meals in the room during my stay... very nice to have that option. And the dishwasher was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, I slept better there than I do at home.

The property is in a good location, surrounded by countless restaurants and shopping. The property itself, however, had a horrific smell that they tried to cover up with air freshening devices. The swimming pool was absolutely dirty and smell like urine, I don’t know why they don’t maintain a better it’s a great amenity.

Price, convenience. Dated flooring, bathrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Night clerk was not available when I checked in. He came in from outside after about 10 minutes of waiting. Other than that, he and everyone else was pleasant.

2. Phone was missing receiver, had to go down to front desk to get them to schedule someone to fix. 3. Carpet in hallways and room smell. Suspect a better cleaning product should be utilized. 4. Bed is very hard. 5. Provide enough pillows and blankets without having to go back down to front desk to ask for them.

The stay was fine. It was during bad weather so I am sure they were short handed. I stayed for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. That was fine but after the second night I asked for clean towels and for the trash to be taken. I said I understood they were probably short staffed and I didn’t need the room cleaned. Elevator button was broken, room was older, needed a little updating, breakfast didnt have as many options as other home2suites. The lobby and the hallway smelled musty. However the room was clean, didnt smell, and everything was in working order. The location was perfect for us, 1/2 way between airport and Santa Rita Ranch. Its right on 183, so it was easy to get everywhere.

The room was not very clean. Some of the furniture probably needs to be replaced. Shower was very dirty. During my stay, the power went out for several hours in the middle of the night. Room was a bit damp. Silverware and plates were not clean. There was also a loud screeching noise seemingly coming from the pipes in adjoining rooms. I stayed here a year ago and did not have any of these experiences which is why I chose it again, but this experience was disappointing.

Only 1 elevator was working which made the wait time for an elevator sometimes 20 minutes. The breakfast was very poorly stocked every morning and when we asked for anything, were told what they had was already out (with several hours left to go). The room had 1 fork in the drawer with 2 spoons & 4 knives. The bathroom door was almost impossible to open and close!

The staff was really helpful! The front lobby was nice and appealing. The room was very nice and I slept very well. The window blinds were wonderful as they kept out the light. I also liked the curtain between the spaces. Overall, just a wonderful room! I wasn’t impressed with the egg things. They were super dry. The orange and cranberry juices were very watered down and not tasteful at all

The air conditioner was great. My last hotel never could cool down in the room and this was frosty! Packing was super easy. It also had a small kitchen which would been needed if my conference wasn't providing meals. I'd stay here again.

Recognition-Wins: •Staff were friendly at all times and allowed me to check in early. •Always checked in on us to ensure that we had everything we needed and was willing to accommodate when/if asked. Opportunities for improvement: •On 6/1, My wife asked the day shift front desk clerk for the complimentary bottles of water that Hilton provides its Rewards Members and she was told that “they don’t do that at this location” and charged the bottle of water to the room, I spoke with the evening shift front desk clerk regarding this and he stated that that information was incorrect so he removed the fee from my room charge. •Corrective action recommended: Retrain the entire staff on the Hilton rewards policy. Needs immediate improvement: •Site breakfast was horrible each time we ate at the hotel!! Recommendation-Rotate your entrees periodically as most of your breakfast sandwiches were extremely hard and had to be split up or separated to eat them. •Automatic Blinds were inoperable twice, we contacted the front desk to resolve the issue but the maintenance personnel could not fix the issue until the next day. Recommendation-Implement routine maintenance, and check the functionality of your automated blinds in all the rooms and replaced the batteries as needed. I will be sending this to Hilton Corporate office as well.

When I entered my room it wasn’t ready. The bed wasn’t made and the room wasn’t cleaned. I called to the front desk and they came up 15 minutes later with a key to the 4th floor. It smelled of dogs and on that floor dogs were barking so I couldn’t sleep. Also I could never get on the internet even though they gave me a promo code. Disappointing!

Everything was ok, I did report the Bathroom Door insert into wall needed to be fixed because it didn't close or open all the way, the towel hook in RR needs to be fixed as well and the another item in the room that I also reported but can't quite remember what it was. Room was not ready at 3:00 pm check in time and told closer to 5:00 pm. But was given a 2 hour late check out time so that made up for it. Cookies at check in is a nice touch. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. There was not a Do Not Disturb hanger on our door or in the room. Went to front desk and they were out but person said he'd put our room on the list to not be serviced until we checked out.

The downstairs room was clean, and the couch wasn't too bad to sleep on; however, I had to go to sleep when my son went to bed at 9 because there was only a curtain to divide the bedroom from the sofa. In short there was not much privacy, and which was the reason I had reserved the one bedroom

I did not get the burner and pot until the 2nd nite. I asked at 1245pm and the desk person said that rooms are getting cleaned and i will get one. Came back late, no burner as promised. Even worse, microwave was not operational. Had to eat fast food. I dont like fast food. What a crappy experience!! Stay somewhere else.

The hotel was decent. The staff was nice. The breakfast was a one star breakfast. Tasteless, overcooked food. Coffee was decent. Dogs allowed which is great. Hotel was clean. The “pet area” needs some fertilizer and trash pickup. And there aren’t any bags in the dog waste trashcan. If they are going to charge $50 to have dogs, at least accommodate them. I paid almost $400 for 2 nights…I expect a little bit more. But, overall ok hotel!

Nice property for an unexpected overnight trip. Our AC went out, and we needed a place to stay stat. Booked the hotel at 11:35 pm, arrived at 11:50 pm, left at 9:30 am. Good value for what we needed. The room we ordered was huge. It was meant for someone who needs some assistance getting around. The room definitely was accommodating for less able bodied people.

On the day we checked in, at the front desk we are met by two hotel reps the one who chose to check us in was rude and short his first words to us are "the internet and cable are down" then proceeded to continue to check us in with no eye contact, apparently busy with something else on his computer and all his answers and responses are short and rude. As we get to our room on the second floor there is a fowl smell and as you step off the elevator and towels draped between the wet floor and carpet. Then the room had stained window covers, the sliding door to the bathroom is extremely hard to open and close and paint is chipping and falling off and the counters in the room are all full of stains. The hotel staff was told about all our concerns after arriving to our room only to get a text saying"ok sorry about all that" with no solution offered or further concern. So disappointed in the staff, the facility and room!

We recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Cedar Park from July 11-14, booking two rooms through Expedia: a Studio Suite King and a Studio Queen with 2 beds. Unfortunately, upon arrival at 3 pm, those rooms were not available. Instead, we were moved to a 1 Queen with a sofa and a 1 Queen Bed Studio. One of the queen rooms was not properly cleaned and felt outdated, with dirty sheets and a less-than-ideal bathroom. The other room, however, was clean. We were promised to be moved to our reserved rooms by noon on Friday, but they were not ready until after 2 pm. After finally moving, both rooms were clean and refreshing. A word of caution: if you book through Expedia, Home2 Suites seems to prioritize direct bookings from their members, so the room you paid for might not be available upon arrival. Despite these issues, Sienna at the front desk and Greg did everything to make our stay comfortable, providing great customer service. However, the phone lines were down, and the internet service was horrible.

Then we arrived and the front desk clerk said they cannot accept cash. Guy said they didn't even have a way to take cash. Additionally, the floors in the room were filthy dirty; as in shoes sticking to the floor as you walk. Mopped the tile in the entry and bathroom with some soap but the carpet was super disgusting and nothing we could do about that. Got tons of texts asking for reviews and how our stay was going but we were busy doing what we came into town for so not time to give comments about the room, move or to deal with it beyond bearing through and leaving as quickly as possible. Yuck!

The hotel was clean and in the perfect area for what our needs were. The biggest disappointment was that the breakfast that was supposed to be available was less than satisfactory; they were always out of everything and no real excuses or fixes. Upon my arrival, it was discovered that the general manager had somehow checked me in a day earlier than I was arriving and then somehow cancelled my reservation all together. The person at check in, Shi, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out, giving me a room and assuring me she would figure it out and followed through with her promise. In the morning, when breakfast was a mess, Regina, who was not part of the crew, tried her best to accommodate (because the kitchen crew was really making no effort) and always with a smile on her face. The general manager was less than personable and did not even make an effort to greet when standing at the front desk, even when Regina was helping multiple people, so that was kind of disappointed...honestly, the best part of the stay was the incredible hospitality of Shi and Regina. It is disappointing...expected more from a Hilton property.

For a Hilton property I was not pleased. The first room I was put in had a broken window and I was on the first floor. The staff was accommodating and apologized and moved rooms for me but the new room had a missing handle on the dresser, the kitchen sink water pressure was minimal at best and the exterior door to enter from the side (adjacent to my room) did not work my entire stay.

Run down room. Lamp missing from wall, smelled like weed, window blind messed up n water damage where the wallpaper is peeling underneath that same window.

Ice cold AC, tasty breakfast with many options. The elevators are actually nice and not janky! I have a fear of elevators but these were great!

The value for this hotel is amazing and has had me coming back multiple times already. Clean, spacious rooms with everything you need in a nice kitchenette and office space. The only thing i’m not crazy about are the pillows, but they are still good overall, just not great. :)

This was an absolutely dump. Dirty, A/C fan didn't work, shower door was off track, mattress sagged and was horrible. I woke up every morning with a back ache. And, cockroaches!!

Stayed for 4 nights with my children. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. However a few of the staff appeared totally disinterested and were rude and unhelpful. The kitchen in our room had very limited cooking utensils which meant that cooking wasn’t actually an option. The free breakfast looked good but absolutely no GF options! Free coffee all day in reception was good. Biggest let down were the fire alarms that weren’t off every morning and woke us up at 7.20 am ish each day.

The hotel looked modern and nice but some of the common areas smelled like a dog. There were only 2 full sized towels and 2 washclothes for 5 people. Also our pull out couch had a massive nasty smelly stain on the mattress.

The attendant at front desk was able to get us a room 30 minutes before our scheduled time. She was very nice and if we needed anything to let her know. Downside of our stay, juice machine did not work, room smelled funny when we got room and there was a lot of noise with the room above us.

Fridge did not work, replacement was made on the second day. Not enough pillows or towels for 4 guests and no sheets or comforter for the sofa bed

They didn’t bother to clean the room and I was there for 4 nights. Face towels are special and must be requested. Most of all, I don’t like staying with dogs!!! I’m learning not to book this brand as I’m not trying to smell dogs. They tried to cover the smell with a lemongrass scent which makes it worse. One lady at the front desk really did try to make things better.
