Great location with clean facilities. Right off of 183 with easy access to 35 and Mopac. Clean, up to date facilities and great breakfast options. Wifi could be a little spotty at times.

Well everything was 5* except the grilling station , I decided to cook for my family outside while they enjoyed the pool , there was only one grill working and then that grill started to.catch on fire , I turned the propane off and it still didn't cut off lol but my food was ruined but I would suggest buying new grills all the way .

Our family loved the outdoor Pavillion with TV and mini fridge. Made it a perfect family event to watch the game

I thought the hotel was good for what I was in Austin for. I was in town for a celebration of life. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet. What stood out for me was the breakfast had excellent choices …a little different each day, which I loved. The hotel is located right on the hwy (but set back away from the road and away from all the noise), so when you are exiting from the hwy to get to the hotel, you have to immediately get on the right lane because the entrance is fast approaching. It’s very difficult and dangerous when you have incoming cars in the middle and right lane. Otherwise, you’ll have to continue on to the stop light and turn right and then turn around and get on the feeder to get to the building.

This place was fantastic. Having the option of doing laundry on the spot, a nice hot tub to unwind after a long work day, and a great taco place next door was a plus. The breafkast in the morning had a big variety, and having options for purchase at the lobby was also nice. Taylor was fantastic in the nigth shift.

We rented 2 rooms. In one of the rooms, the tv didnt work. In the other room, there was no hot water. We had to all take showers in the one room with 6 people. it was not a pleasant stay.

Bed was comfy - just right. Pillows good, flat fluffy and puffy fluffy. Window coverings nice and dark at night. Breakfast was good, we were able to invite our two adult children to join us for breakfast. The only bad thing was the toilets are the standard lower toilet. We like the slightly taller elongated ones. That is all.

I appreciated the kindness of both of the staff members I dealt with. They went out of their way to be caring and kind. Both the check in and check out experience was magnificent. I commend your hotel for hiring them. The beds were cozy, and the coffee was terrific. It was a cold day, so hot coffee was great. It smelled bad!

Great property, clean with friendly staff. I was on the 1st floor near an exit door. The particular date I stayed, the hotel was hosting several student groups so I could hear talking and exterior door closing all through early evening through about 9:00.

Quick turnaround trip over weekend. The hotel was located in a great area. Food and restaurants close-by. We didn’t eat breakfast because Ruby’s was close. Hotel was clean and quiet. Good night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It was far better than the typical hotel breakfast—great variety, fresh options, and everything was well stocked and delicious. No recycling in the rooms, and the recycling bin by the elevator doesn’t really stand out as Recycling, so it tends to just accumulate trash as well.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Too hard and a bit lumpy.

Friendly staff, pretty clean. Noisy since the freeway is right next to it, not sure why it's so noisy, I guess the windows aren't thick enough. Pool was closed for renovation, problem is that it was closed for the same reason last year?! I look for pools in hotels for a reason, and I hate paying for amenities I can't use.

The staff here is SO friendly and accommodating! Our kids have a wonderful time at this hotel and the pool + cabanas are a blast, with lots of floats available. It is a little home away from home!

It was one of the only places in Austin that doesn’t allow pets which was a huge plus for me because I am very allergic to cars and dogs even after a place is cleaned and vacuumed. Everything was spotless and well appointed. Will stay here every time I visit my family in Austin.

The staff was extremely nice. The young lady that checked us in was kind enough to sign me up for the reward program. Jose was extremely kind late in the night to help with multiple items. We’re not a traveling family but we enjoyed this hotel and had us considering other trips as long as we’re staying with similar amenities. Thank you!

Room was clean and the staff were great! I have to be in the area one weekend every month and will be staying here again! The only suggestion I have is to start breakfast earlier (before 7) or have items out for a grab and go option.

The front desk person was accommodating. His name was Adam and he allowed me to check in an hour early, which was great because I was really tired from being on the road all day. He was friendly and even remembered who I was from my phone call.

The fountain in the pool did not work or was never running. Every night was so loud. My daughter and I were woken up many times to loud voices qnd doors slamming through 1 am.The area was good with lots of shopping around.

The hot tub was beyond murky and then we realized it was COLD and not working whatsoever (no sign or anything saying it was broken or closed). The pool was also so cold we didn't have much interest in swimming without a hot tub! The outdoor space had a lot of potential, but it was just a bit neglected!

The fitted sheet was dirty with pen marks and other stains that looked like human oil body. The shower had no water pressure. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. We’ve stayed at other Holiday Inns express and never have run into issues as these.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property & will definitely be coming back! It was well kept, clean, quiet, close to restaurants & shopping, great pool area with hot tub, as well as good complementary breakfast. Pictures online did not do justice & rooms were nicer in person.

We came in for the State Cross Country Championship. The hotel was nice and quiet and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that we were out by the pool watching the college football game in one of their cabana like spaces. There was only 6 minutes left in the game and the employee lady came and told us that she was closing the pool area and we had to go inside. That wouldn’t have been bad except they didn’t have a tv in lobby anymore and there was 10 of us watching the game so we wouldn’t fit in any of our rooms.

Stay was ok- lots of construction going on in the hotel that went on until 9:30pm. Front desk staff was kind, but it would have been nice if the noise had stopped earlier in the evening. Room was clean- everything else was nice.

First room smelled like smoke and they were quick and happy to move us to a different room. Very accommodating in a variety of ways. Walkable food options and other big stores nearby.

Check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. We went from the front desk to the room in a matter of minutes. The room is clean and comfortable and the pool area is a big hit with the kids.

The staff is very welcoming. The breakfast was well stocked. Price per night is on the high side. Our room was comfortable but people above our room were very noisy walking around their room 2:00 am.

Been here twice. Consistently very clean, no odd smells, great breakfast & 24/7 coffee. Also front desk help are always friendly & helpful. Will keep staying here on future visits.

Both elevators were broken. Carpet in stairwell and hallways was stained and visibly dirty. White bedsheets had spot stains (reddish). A clean hotel is my expectation. This place was not. I would not stay here again. This is twice now that a Holiday Inn Express was just dirty and gross. The other time was in ABQ.
