all good, we did not have time to use the facilities but the room was spacious and clean which is what we were looking for and value most.

Room was quiet. Shower temperature was reasonable. Beds fine. Internet worked. Wife liked breakfast and coffee. Room available before check in time (great). Soaps in the bathroom and showers in dispensors. Love the smell of the shower soap. Ice machine was in a good location and worked well. No noise on 4th floor. Room Thermostat not sensitive enough. Temperature swings too large before kick in/turn off. AC noise not too bad, but not quiet. 1 of the outlets between the beds not work. Pillows are terrible (zero firmness).

The staff is overly professional and go out if their way to make me feel special!!! This stay was my granddaughter’s birthday and the desk girl brought put a box of gifts to choose from 🎁 this made my day !!! I do stay a few times a year at this location & might ask for a room with a bath 🛀 next visit 👍

The beds were comfortable and the room felt clean overall. The staff was kind and the breakfast was good. There are no luggage carts and the air conditioning unit made a loud annoying noise the entire night. We could not switch rooms because the hotel was booked but it was apparently a problem with several of the rooms.

Room was clean. There was a howling sound at the window that kept us awake. Didn’t use pool or the bar.

Property needs an update. There is a $10.00 parking fee that was not listed in the price of the room. This wasn't covered parking or valet, just the parking lot. The cook was involved in an accident so there was no super meal available. This location needs some attention.

Property was not the issue. I was looking forward staying at this place. Everything looked very nice and great. I didn’t like the attitude of front desk agent when I spoke to him over the phone. He didn’t even try to help us and he also showed he didn’t care either. Vs Booking.com. Representatives they went and above to assist me the best they could.

When we checked out , there was a surprise parking fee. At check in and on the website there was never a mentioned of parking fees. In all the years that we've traveled and use the hotels never has there been a parking fee?

Staff appears to take items left in the room. I was not let into the room to recover items left behind on accident, and was told to call the next day. Upon calling, I was informed they had no record of them. Appears the cleaning staff is free to pilfer rather than ensure left items are returned.

We have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn a couple times and give it high marks for friendliness of the staff and really comfortable beds with excellent sheets, comforter, and pillows. I am pretty fussy about bedding and found it wonderful, including the pillow which was very soft. Also the shower towels were thicker than at similar hotels. Our only disappointment (and it was a small one) was that we purchased the hot breakfast buffet option but it didn't include freshly made eggs. The hot portion included a choice of prepared chafing dishes of scrambled eggs, sausage patties or turkey sausage links. There was no bacon or condiments like shredded cheese or salsa (this is Texas after all). There were biscuits and a gravy. My husband asked the cook if he could have easy over eggs and learned that would be an additional charge. Otherwise, the breakfast was good with several bread choices, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, etc.

While the rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are very tiny. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn on certain lights or they just did not work. We wanted to have a soft light on for while we slept, but the only option was to leave the bathroom light on and shut the door. The property is beautiful and it was a bit high cost. We will probably stay at our older Hilton with free breakfast next time. This was closer to our event we were attending.

Bathroom was super nice. Door going to/from kept sticking which made it hard to open and harder to close. Pillows were flat. Bed was comfortable. Chair was as well. TV was nice size for the room and there were plenty of channels to choose from. I would stay here again.

Convenience I'm not happy with my stay! Your plugs ? right next to the bed on both sides don't work. The TV remote does not work properly as it took us 20 clicks back and forth to get it to go to the guide. But more importantly! I reserved a room and paid for it yesterday just to get here and be told I didn't pay even though I showed the confirmation email that I paid $139 and some odd cents and the confirmation number. I was told that it's on booking.coms fault and that the confirmation # I have is different than what the hotel has. And the worst of all that I would have to WAIT! until yall could get Booking.com on the line and that I couldn't get into my room until then so we ended having to pay AGAIN! and I've still yet to hear from anyone! about where my money is or what happened!

The pool guy decided to clean the pool during prime hours of the day whivh meant we had to wait. Elevators broke down while I was there too. I asked for a room away from the elevator and got a room right by the elevator. Room was nice and big, smelled and looked clean.

It was a fantastic stay. All the staff members were nice and accommodating and our room was clean, comfortable, and it felt just like a second home to us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Club de Soleil in Las Vegas while scouting future rental or second-home properties and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff (especially Em) went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They noticed we were an older, retired couple and thoughtfully placed us in a ground-floor suite just steps from where we parked—so convenient! The one-bedroom suite was spacious and fully equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and wonderfully cold A/C—perfect for the desert heat. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we had a small issue with the TV remote, maintenance was at our door within minutes. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and kept check-in moving quickly. They even offered a shuttle to our room, though we had a rental car. Parking was free with a permit, which was another huge plus. While the guests above us were occasionally noisy, it was such a minor issue that it didn’t affect our overall experience.

This is a nice hotel. Breakfast is not complementary, so you do have to pay extra for breakfast. My wife and I were charged for breakfast for one of the days during our visit even though we did not have breakfast at the hotel. I noticed the charge during the checkout process. The desk attendant discussed the incorrect charge with the Manager when she arrived. The hotel later emailed me a receipt that showed that the charge had been removed. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Recommended.

Hotel was great. Staff was very polite and made sure our stay was perfect. Hotel restaurant was on point with their food. Rooms were very clean and we like that they had those hypoallergenic covers on the mattresses. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandra for making sure our stay was on point.

The service was great. Check in was very easy. Our room smelled funny and the bed's mattress was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Very disturbing. The room and bathroom was clean. From the advertisement of the hotel and the entertainment advertised it didn't match. I thought we would be able to walk from the hotel to entertainment and food near by but that was not the case.

Check in was super quick and easy. The ladies working the front desk in the afternoon and evening were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and bedding was very comfortable. Great location and a short distance from great food and fun options. Will stay here again when in from out of town.

The first room checked in had a very strong musty odor similar to smell of mold/mildew. We had to ask for a room change. They were able to switch us to a different room but the odor was unfortunately still present. We couldn’t wait until next morning to check out and get some nice fresh air. We would not stay here again.

Property was nice and clean, a little out of the way but convenient since I needed to be in Cedar Park. The only complaints were that the TV was not working and it took about 25 minutes for someone to come and turn it on and then once it was on the volume was set to super LOW that I could not hear it at all so it defeats the purspose of having a television in the room. Also, the fan in the bathroom does not turn of, ever, and so it was super noisy which in addition would not let me hear the television. Last complaint there were no stirrers to the stir the coffee left there. Otherwise, staff was nice, hotel was clean and bed was super comfortable.

The property was clean and located in safe and convenient place. The front desk service however falls below the expectation for a Hilton property in my new.

I checked out at 1030pm and drove back to San Antonio, just to avoid another night on that mattress. Take from that what you will.

Only needed one night, but the amenities were everything we needed...a comfy bed, dark room and quiet. The keyless check-in and room access were great. The App worked well. Didn't need to talk to anyone during my stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.

We normally stay at the suites next door and I have to say compared to that, garden inn was a bit of a let down. For starters, no breakfast or coffee included. Rooms are obviously smaller. Walls are definitely thinner!! Overall not tooooo bad but will probably not be making this my first choice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful though so kudos to them

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, especially the pillows, and could hear other guests and their doors opening and closing for a good chunk of the night. Did not sleep well. Also had to purchase I ibuprofen at front desk. $4.25 for 2 doses. At that price I should have gotten a full travel container, what an ripoff. Everything else was great.

The receptionist was nice and greeted us with a smile as soon as we got in. The room was very clean and spacious.

Air conditioning did not work properly during the the night. No housekeeping. Not all usb’s work in the room.

THE INTERNET WENT OUT SO WE COULD NOT WATCH ANY TV OR CABLE PERIOD!!!!THE OUTSIDE TV AND FIRE PLACE DID NOT WORK AS WELL!!!!!VERY UPSET BECAUSE THIS IS THE FIRST MOTEL WE STAYED AT THAT DID NOT HAVE NO INTERNET AND COULD NOT WATCH ANY TV BECAUSE THE CABLE WENT OUT!!!

Would have appreciated housekeeping to come in. No clean towels replaced etc

Checked in at 10:30 at night with a LOUD party going on all throughout the lobby. We asked for a room as far away from that as possible which they gave us. Problem is we walked into that room to find someone already sleeping in the bed! Embarrassing for all and completely unacceptable. They gave us a new room and comped our breakfast, but it wasn’t worth it. Overall a decent hotel but our particular experience was poor.

The hotel in new and convenient. The rooms and beds are fine. Breakfast is good. However, beware that you likely won't be able to sleep. The window mounted air conditioners are impossibly loud - it's like an airplane taking off - running all night. It's pretty much impossible to sleep. The staff is not very friendly - not rude, just short. Rooms are not cleaned and you won't get clean towels.
