Hilton Garden Inn Austin NW - Arboretum

Such an incredible hotel!! Beautiful rooms, and the breakfast was amazing. Only issue we encountered was the pool being shut down for maintenance, as we did book this Hilton location specifically for the indoor pool. But that's nobody's fault, maintenance happens :) If we're ever in town again we will still probably book this same property!!

I asked for a room with double queen sizes bed. The beds felt and looked like twin beds.

Everything was clean. The staff was helpful even though I did not read how to get on wifi that was right in my hands. Staff, Tom was sweet and explained it for me. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety on buffet. If I return to Austin in future I will stay there again. Great access to various places I needed to go to.

I hate to be a pest, but our room was not cleaned on Friday, we called the front desk, and they said they could not do anything and that if we needed fresh towels we had to go pick them up. Also, Sunday morning there was a smoke alarm that went on about 4 or 5 times, and a crazy lady kept banging on a door and screaming very loud which made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Really enjoyed my stay.

Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.

Although the hotel and stayed was good. The staff wasn’t as friendly and helpful as expected. However, I didn’t allowed that to ruined my day!

The buffet breakfast was not hot, only lukewarm. The cooked-to-order breakfast was wonderful—-hot and tasty! The evening hamburger was good and the wine selection was varied enough for any palate.

wifi was down all weekend. AC unit in our room was not working. Had to have a mechanic in our room to repair the AC unit.

This hotel is very clean and quiet and the staff is really great! There is a charge for breakfast, but it is reasonably priced and really good.

The cleanliness of the lobby areas. And the rooms were very spacious and clean. I didn’t Ike how they charge a different price for breakfast. I do feel though if you are paying over 100 dollars for a stay then breakfast should be included. But other than that the hotel is very nice.

Would love thicker blankets on the bed. Even if you don't have continental breakfast, it would be great if there was complimentary fruit available to grab on the way out the door. Also, not tea bags in the room would be nice. K-cups for tea are pretty gross. I wish the best prices available were through you rather than through other apps. I prefer to cut out the middle man and deal directly.

Location was close to many attractions, UT, 6th street and the Domain. Room was clean, comfortable and meet all expectations.

I arrived late at night and was cheerfully greeted by Gerry and provided a nice clean room where I could take it easy for 10 hours before I checked out. Breakfast buffet is excellent but honestly there are probably other hotels with the same buffet menu included in the price. At $15 I wasn't complaining, though.

Staff were unlike any other I’ve experienced. Unfortunately Austin was not the greatest trip for me but if I go back I’m staying here! The staff was kind and funny and made it worth while. Lovely people and amenities. The room wasn’t super clean and a little outdated but the woman who cleaned my room once I got in was prompt and so sweet.

The room was very clean and accommodating. When ordering dinner and breakfast from the kitchen, everything was great. Rhonda was very welcoming during check in. The entry for parking was a bit challenging since it shares the lot with other businesses, but very quiet for being so close to the highway.

Breakfast was terrible for $15+ it was cold sausage burn bacon and hot.powder eggs. I won’t recommend it should have been continental /included in the hotel price

Three times my key wouldn't work on multiple days so coming back late at night and having to go back downstairs and upstairs again was rather frustrating. Housekeeping was not good. The first day, only half of the bed was made and that was not done very well..Washcloths were not replaced.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable . The only complaint I had is that the area around the desk smelled of dog pee. Besides that, great stay!

Clean, but the cleaning staff noise in the morning is very loud. They talk loud and they knock around other rooms loudly. The corridor and room has no noise cancellations so anyone talking in corridors can be very disturbing if you’re planning to sleep a little late.

But when I went to hotel they said you have to pay $24.00 for breakfast and not free WiFi have to pay $4.95 for day WiFi They said you booked the third party Expedia call and talk to them we can’t help Plus they charge extra $50 deposit I don’t know why they charge extra $50 Front desk was so rude my fault I get hotel from Expedia

The staff upon arrival was great. Mya or Mia was kind and informative upon check in. Room was clean and over all. The breakfast was okay but the breakfast hostess she was kind. My only thing was no vent hood in the bathroom...lol but I enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed here many time. Close to where we need to be. Freeway construction out front but our room was in back so no noise. Hotel has been nicely kept up.

Nice location as far as getting on freeway service not great at all the guy that checked me in was eating a bowl of noodles while speaking to me. Ice machine on 2nd floor did not work also was fold breakfast could be eaten @ an additional cost failed to tell the cost.all in all I would not stay here again

The hotel was very clean & staff was very friendly, however there was something wrong with our AC unit in our room. It was making very loud noises for about 30 seconds to a minute everytime it was about to shut off. It woke us up at least 5 times during both nights of our stay.

They over charged us for the room at check in. I didn’t realize it until we were in the room. We will attempt to get it corrected in the morning.

The area around the hotel is not super glamorous, it’s off the highway, and it’s not very walkable, but if you’re driving, it’s close to a lot of good restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. It was my neighbors young folks ready to partay so my sleep was disturbed from 1030-3am.

This is an old hotel with dark furniture, poor lighting, and carpet in need or replacing. I was surprised that there are still hotels like this, especially in the arboretum area of Austin. The staff was friendly enough and I was happy to get a text from a staff member who was there to answer any questions. Very nice. The bathroom sink was clogged and that was disappointing. I will not stay there again

The front desk staff was not friendly at all, breakfast was not included, and there were public hairs stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom above the sink (absolutely disgusting). There were also apparently break-ins to the cars in the parking lot in the past. Though it didn’t happen to us, we were worried about where to park.
