Spacious, comfortable rooms. Cozy bed, great shower. Very good stay for the price. Elevators were slow, was a consistent issue. AC would automatically turn fan off and thermostat had to be adjusted at night to stay cool.

Very disappointed. We informed Expedia three days in advance of the location problem. Expedia declined to assist and sent us to Hampton. Hampton also refused to help. We elected not to check in because Hilton informed us that we would only be charged for 1 day and taxes. Greed over customer service is never a solution. I have fired Expedia and affiliates, and Hilton over this. I won't use either one of them again. It's a money game. The manager at the Hampton was HORRIBLE. I would not stay here under any circumstances. The location is horrible, there are abandoned buildings, low rent atmosphere. We did not feel safe.

The facilities needs remodeling. Placing appliances in the rooms was an after thought. The fridge and microwave in a cabinet with the TV. The microwave was only 8 i ches from the floor.I had to ask for a 2nd trash can in the room. Breakfast offering needs to be improved. A larger variety of fruits,plain yogurt, egg white omelets. The one positive was the parking and location at major hwy interchange. I would not choose this location for a week vacation.

We’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. This one was okay - clean and a comfortable bed. We stayed three nights and the breakfast choice was the same every day, nothing remarkable.

Although not in the best part of town. The staff and cleanliness is what gave this a FIVE STAR review. The * only thing I would have changed are the pillows I would have preferred a bit more firm structure to the pillow to provide more support. But I have nothing negative to say about the staff and how well they communicate ant the desk and housekeeping maintain the property. So grateful for these folks! It shows their hard work.

As usual for the Hampton Inn, the room was clean, the breakfast good, the staff friendly and polite. The broken elevator and poor, jerky, even scary condition of the other elevator was worrisome. That management taped up a notice warning that the elevator might be slow to arrive and that its doors might take a minute to open suggested they found this condition acceptable. There was no indication of any plans to repair it. Surrounding the bathtub were appropriate safety bars yet the tub’s bottom had no strips or mat designed to help prevent falls. My only other concern, rather minor, was a bedside clock that emitted a strong white light. Perhaps some would not care but I had to throw a couple of towels over it in order to get to sleep. Otherwise, this hotel seemed satisfactory to me. But note, the location does not offer any walkable restaurants or bars

It was a very nice environment. Quiet and peaceful. The staff at the front desk both in the evening and morning was very kind. The breakfast was a nice selection and the location was very convenient to so many venues. I’m adding this one to my favorites for future stays, Lord willing!!

Breakfast was good. The lady running it was super nice. It was far enough off the highway that it wasn’t loud. The location is very iffy. It’s riddled with homeless people and next to a questionable abandoned building. There was a homeless man waiting in the parking lot one of the nights we got in. They charged a DAILY deposit which is absolutely insane and not mentioned anywhere. We stayed 3 nights so we were charged THREE deposits. So prepare for that. It smelled like moth balls so bad it was pretty unbearable. It’s a very old, dingy hotel. And you get charged a tourist fee for I guess all the beautiful homelessness and threatening graffiti so… it was definitely interesting.

The hotel is older but the bathroom had been redone, it smelled great(no bad smells), the evening snacks were excellent and the parting breakfast was even better. The staff were very nice and it was a great price. Will be back.

It is definitely not a 3-star hotel, all the furniture were old and it smells bad. We requested a room change and still the room was bad. Not an ideal experience for a 3-star hotel. It is basically a costly motel.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! The area around seemed sketchy, but the hotel itself was extremely clean and the staff were friendly! My wife is very particular about staying in hotels and she took a wipe to the desk and it was cleaned! No dirt, no dust! I had a hard time finding the hotel. There is a tall Hampton Inn sign on 183 by a church. The hotel entry is off I-35 south of 183. Other than that all was good.

FIRST OFF, I needed a vehicle charging station and long before i booked the hotel i was told they had several. So when i get there and ask the front desk where they were located i was told that they didnt have any at all smh. So from there i was disgusted with the whole stay. I liked that the layout was different than most Hampton Inns. Overall a good stay. There was a loud drilling noise above me during the day and the body wash ran out while I was taking a shower.

We were in a room on the first floor. In the morning my son spotted a roach on top of the closet and then when we returned from town there was a huge roach in the bathroom. We killed it and notified the front desk. The front desk moved our room to a different floor and location. Later on that evening someone else had already moved in to the room we left because of roaches.

This property was very underwhelming it was very promising in the pictures but when we got there I was very dissapointed. The hotel was hot, especially the 4th floor the ac was not good in the halls. The rooms had a weird smell and you could tell the floors had not been sweeped prior because there was dirt and small items left over from previous tenants. The pool was very dirty and had not been cleaned and I didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it. The breakfast was also very dissatisfying as well, but decent for free. Overall would not stay here again and would say it was not worth $108. Luckily we only stayed one night.

The room was big, 2 queen beds, fridge and microwave.!AC struggled a bit during the day,but considering it was over 90 degrees it cooled off at night. There is a small gym and outdoor pool. The entrance isn’t huge and you will miss it if you’re not paying attention.

The breakfast was very pleasing and the dining area was spacious. I could hear the sounds coming from the other bedrooms that were nearby very clearly.

We did have a great stay. I did have to pay an extra 50 dollars a night, for some kinda room insurance, that I was supposed to get back, as long as there wasn’t any damages while we stayed in the room. We left basically the same as it was, apart from the bed not being made. Still haven’t received that money back yet.

My girlfriend booked this room for her and myself, another mutual friend booked another room a few doors down. In the morning we decided to stay another day but were struggling with the 3rd party site. I got a late checkout at noon.. at 11:45 i got a call on the phone saying my friend was in another room (the pther friends) and we werent allowed to stay over and i had to leave too and i had less then 10 min to get packed out and out. They then proceeded to bring 2 adult males and 3 females to the door and stand over me as i packed. And escorted us out.. we did nothing wrong. I slept the majority of the time. So rude and absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary

The only affordable hotel i will trust for my stays in austin! Its not too far and it was very clean. I felt good and safe staying here.

Tye location was right off the parkway, pretty small parking lot but I did like the fact that they have a parking pass for an additional $5 so they don't tow your car and to know the cars that are from the hotel.

We stayed two nights, they dont come give towles, nor clean out trash everyday. So if it is an off day, be ready to take the trash out your self. I know, First World problem, but for 200usd per night....

I stayed for SXSW. As budget hotels go, it's definitely value for money. The location didn't matter as I was jumping an Uber into town every morning. Breakfasts were great. 24 hour tea and coffee. Safe and clean. I'll stay again.

I would not give it high reviews because of the lack of water in the fitness area when I went to workout early in the morning. That seems like a necessary thing for guests.

This location has seen better days. It looks a little tired and could use some sprucing up.

I loved the contenantal breakfast

I have no complaints about the hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was hot and fresh. However, I did experience an issue during my stay. I reserved and paid in full for a king bed suite. When I arrived at 6pm, 3 hours after check-in, I was given a two queen bed suite. The front desk staff said that my reservation had been changed because the hotel was full. This was very upsetting because I did not receive any type of notification. I was told to contact Hotels.com to resolve the issue, which I did. I spoke with an agent for a few minutes, was placed on hold for another 10+ minutes, and then the call discounted. At that point I was exhausted and frustrated. I just wanted to check-in to my room and get some rest after a long day of traveling. The agent did call back with 2 options, move to a different hotel or get a refund.
