    Location was minutes from the conference I attended. The odor of the room was not inviting. The carpet felt dirty and the floors had a sticky feeling as you walked on them. Everything seemed terrible and will not come back.

    Filthy room. Not just old but not clean. Toothpaste on mirror. Fridge top and stove top overhang so much dust and particles. Blood on drapes. The bed sheets weren’t wrinkled so I think they had been washed but long curly hair when pulled back sheets and other hairs.

    Only that my level got me a good rate that was all. The staff were so un classy and did not go out of their way to go above and beyond for the guests. They were not very friendly, and the house keeping O’ my goodness they need to learn better cleaning the floor was so dirty and there was crumbs on the counters, I was booked from March 9th 2026-April 1st 2026. And I bought a shark vacuum mop combo and every time I vacuumed multiple times a day the floor never emptied clear clean smh. The breakfast was a complete joke they did not offer a hot meal they only offered 2 instant mixed oatmeal packs, and tiny size muffin I’m not joking at all about how small the muffin was so small. And a mix granola bar also small and was so hard I didn’t even open or eat it. The hotel only has 1 guest cart and it’s NEVER available. Someone always has it or it’s “m.i.a” the front desk won’t help to get it back from who ever last took it. (Which I wouldn’t know who that would be) there is no cameras in the hallways in any of the upstairs hallways or near the elevators or stairwell. There is also no cameras around the outside of the property either. Shady people are always hanging around (staff actually posted a sign saying only guest are allowed in / on the premises. Then a guest pulled the fire alarm all because she wasn’t getting her way (no one was at the desk to get her a replacement key it was only around 9 something pm. So someone should have been there, but like always no one usually ever is.

    They lost our reservation and we had to spend an extra 30 minutes having to do it and then on top of that the hotel is really rundown. The rooms are not very inviting. We had to switch our room because our toilet didn’t work and it has a very, very weird smell in the hotel.

    Hotel was run down and dirty. The hallways smelled like pot. The first room they put me in had a broken AC/heater that made lots of noise. The second room they put me in had clearly been broken into before because the door frame was bent open and you could see the hallway even with the door closed. The "breakfast" that was supposed to be included was my choice of a small muffin or bag of instant oatmeal. Both of which were behind the front desk, so you had to get the person at the front desk to get it for you.

    As soon as I walked in, it appeared to be a refurbished building. It had an odor of smoke, but maybe that was from someone passing by. I gave it the benefit of the doubt by checking in. I entered my room, it seemed like a room from the late 80's. It was muggy and stuff, I turned on the air unit and began to cough excessively. I've stayed in refurbished hotels in New Orleans and they looked vintage and classic and by the outskirts and inside, I expected better or classic. Whatever is inside of the room or someone's room, stepping off of the elevator it stunk. What the website tells and upon checking in, it does not match. For 100.00. NO! I had to buy other medicine because of whatever smelled. It gives muggy and stuff.

    Incredibly dated. Rooms are gross. Bathroom counter scuffed up, bathtub had black spots in it. Closet "shelf" falling off wall. Weird furniture. Not enough outlets. No hairdryer. Lobby is nothing like the photos, looks like a hostel. Felt sketchy.

    There was one Hispanic chick in front desk i believe her name was Ann or Anna, told me I had to take my own trash to the Trash Room when ive seen guests put theirs outside their door. Now I've never been told that, and I dont have an issue with throwing my trash If its true, but if not, don't lie to guests about what they're "supposed" to do.     The staff was terrible . Took me 30 minutes to get checked in. The hallway i was in was loud and it was really late ..could not accommodate me an extra 30 minutes to check out .said it would be an extra 25 dollars . work was delayed an hour .     I booked over hotels.com but when arriving there at 11 pm, they said that the the hotel is sold out and I had to spend the night in the airport as all other hotels in Austin were sold out. The hotel personel was just saying again again " we're sold out" whatever I ask for a solution. Horrible hotel and horrible experience.

    For a bargain hotel, this is an excellent choice--everything worked--it was clean and spacious, with good wifi, showtime, and dish network, an iron, hangars, and plenty of towels. Good safe parking. Corporate run. Climate control--excellent heat and cooling. For the price of a converted nursing home or a zombie semi-salvaged formerly abandoned motel you can have a decent room here in a modern building. Recomended in the under 70 dollar a night category.

    The person checking me in was very kind and very understanding. I was a little sketched out when I arrived. it took about 10 minutes to get some one to let me in as it was after 10:00. I found my room, walked in, turned on the lights and heater. It was clean, but extremely dated and when I turned on the heater, it hadn't been used yet so the burning smell was overwhelming. I was in the room for only 5 min when the smell of marijuana infiltrated my room and I could hear people yelling and screaming outside my door. I opened it only to find no one was there, they were in fact in a room down the hall. I proceeded downstairs to the lobby and checked out.

I was in the room for only 5 min when the smell of marijuana infiltrated my room and I could hear people yelling and screaming outside my door. I opened it only to find no one was there, they were in fact in a room down the hall. I proceeded downstairs to the lobby and checked out.

    We had emailed days prior about an early check in and recieved no response. So we went straight to the hotel to see what they could do for us. The team lead at the front desk did not allow us to have an early check-in and was quite rude about it. Our room was never clean, no bed made, no fresh towels, no toilet paper. Not impressed. Only good thing is that there is a plaza across with restaurants (20 min. walk, 5 minute uber ride).

    We should have known we wouldn't have a good experience when we first entered. Nobody was at the registration desk and there was water dripping from the ceiling onto the registration desk. The employee who came out to greet us was surprised by the water and rushed off to check the rooms above and make some phone calls. We had to stand around a while before we could check in. There was an odd smell in the hall but the room smelled ok. The room was adequate, however we were surprised that, for an extended stay hotel, there were no glasses, plates, utensils, etc. NONE! Apparently you have to pay extra for those. Bathroom light was extremely dim, almost couldn't see. Toiletries were nearly nonexistent: 2 small bars of soap and one TINY container of mediocre shampoo. No hand lotion or conditioner. Hair dryer was missing. The guy at the front desk didn't have a spare hair dryer. I had to wait quite a while until he finally found one. Thank goodness for a nearby Target where we were able to pick up some supplies. Breakfast was not good. It was a cart in the entry with some instant oatmeal, instant grits, a few small packaged muffins, a couple of breakfast bars, and coffee. We went to McDonalds. The staff were polite. Don't think the state of the property was their fault.

    My late 1 am arrival apparently happened during a " nightly audit" that ultimately delayed my check in by 45 minutes after I arrived. Their late entry phone number was also not working which is actually what put me into the audit time frame because I could not connect to the front desk to let me in the locked entrance.

    Won't stay here again. My first experience there wasn't great, but I thought I would try again. There was a man who was at the desk wearing gloves and a hoodie. He said he could help. An employee was leaving and put some keys on the counter. The man got onto the lady about leaving the key so anyone could get it. He tried to be friendly but you could tell he was upset. He gave me my key and said it was on the second floor. I asked if there was something on the first floor handicap accessible because I had put that in my request. He was rude and told me no. Their grounds were not kept, the paint and carpet in the hallway are bad. My room didn't smell clean. The towels didn't smell clean. The toilet had urine and pubic hair on it on the part under the seat. It was black around the rim and you could tell it had not been scrubbed. My room was next to the trash room, so starting around 4 am one of the employees was bagging trash, and making that popping sound when you shake a trash bag so it will expand. That continued until about 4:45 am. When I checked out, no one was at the desk, and there was not a sign or container to leave the key. I called out, and some lady came out and said to just leave it. She did ask what room I was in, but she didn't ask about my stay.

Just because there's events coming up and prices went up . Now mind I was being held by the manager Patrica. I was charged standard rate at the price of 149.00 When I questioned her about the price being so high she simply told me she has no idea and maybe it was something I did then she said she couldn't do nothing about it I would have to call there reservation line and take care of it. When she was the one that told me that if I book with Expedia Extended Stay can not adjust or do anything with the booking. So I signed up for there website. Thinking I can deal directly with them. Since I was gonna be here a while it be more convenient. So when I book with them she still had no.acces as a manager or not even try to get in touch with there reservation line. So I ended up pay 149.00 or I would of had to vacant my room I've had for a month. Mind I'm a gold member with Expedia. She made no effort in helping or even trying to help me . It was like I was taking up her time and other customers who needed a room. Then they have all this signs and tv ad that saids if you need to stay a while no problem. Well I felt like a problem to her because I questioned the rate of the room. Everyone except the nice lady that work Thursday night and Richard plus one very nice Hispanic house keeper were very professional.

    They over booked their double queen rooms so we were offered 2 single rooms. We ended up in a full size bed. The rooms were clean staff was friendly. Not much breakfast to speak of granola bars, muffins and instant oatmeal.

    If you just want a clean room and safety, then this is a great place to stay. If you want luxury, then this is not the place to stay. It feels kind of minimal, but that's the reason the price is such a bargain. Staff was great - polite and friendly. Free Breakfast - pass

    The location was fine. The properties to the west were under construction/renovation, so there was not much to see, and the weeds and grass along the sidewalk were pretty high. The property itself seems like it is old, and some paint was about all they did to cover it up. My room was handicap accessible because I had surgery, and my balance is sometimes off. I do not use a walker or crutches, so the lady at check in kept looking at me and asking if I needed to change even though I told her I needed handicap accessible. The shower head needs to be replaced. The furniture looks like the stuff you buy at Walmart, and it was pretty banged up. I wasn't in my room much, so that was okay. The breakfast was a grab and go. There were granola bars and some instance oat meal. There wasn't any fruit or anything else. There was one spot with a bin for the dog but it was under trees that prevented any grass, and it was located right by the front door, so if your dog is easily distracted, it was a pain.

It was extremely expensive for what it was, but I got it was this particular weekend, so I was okay with it. But there was no water on the premises. The vending machine was broken. There was no ice. The TV didn't work. There was a kitchen, but no plates or cups or pots or silverware or anything to use the kitchen. Not even a coffee maker. It was just disappointing.

    A good size fridge that looked new. The room was roomy, air-conditioning was up to par even on a 102 degree day. I did walk to Domain every day (20 min walk). But as you walk next to highway, it is loud (you can not talk on the phone). The hotel itself was quite (my windows were facing the road) Cons: Desk is not open 24 hours. The breakfast leaves to be desired. Also, there was only one trash basket in the room. As I stayed for a week, it was filled up (they do not clean room during your stay).

    One of the biggest lacks in my opinion is cleaning. If you don't want carpets anymore there is a need to wet mop the hard surface flooring. The cleaning crew in general needs some serious overhauling which would make a huge difference to the whole place. Overall I like the place and the staff is very helpful and trying the best they can. All the best to the new GM on her new endeavor.

    it's my opinion they need a day &/or night enforcer because the guests sometimes try to pull a fast one on them because they're understaffed. they could use the help.

    No restroom in the lobby. Better go use one before check-in. Told the clerk I really needed to go after driving there from Houston, but it was slow checking in. A torture to seniors for sure.
