    I rented a room for a friend for a month. They entered his room when he wasn’t there, and found a weed pipe, asked him to leave immediately 2 weeks in. Cool, your property - your rules. However they refuse to refund the extra 2 weeks of paid time for that room tha was never used because of this. If you want to sue him for extra money, go for it. But dont steal it from me - someone who was never even there. A refund would be nice.

    It was be nice if breakfast was offered. Also if management would have stricter rules on ppl smoking weed on the premises. At least 3 times I saw ppl smoking weed outside and also smelled it in the hallway when going to my room.

    Staff was nice. Carpet was filthy. Walls were dirty. No bugs were seen. Under the sunk was dirty. Tile in bathroom was coming up. No pots, pans, cups or any essentials of any kind. No housekeeping if staying less than 14 days. No towels, linens or trash pickup. .

    I went to my room. There was no remote control. I went to the front desk and the lady gave me a different one. I went back to my room and found out the remote did not work. I called and went to the office. No one was there. I called the company and they said no one could help me till the next morning. So I was in my room without a TV. I believe I should get a refund.

I had room 217 & it was suppose to be non smoking, reeked of cigarettes & strong musty male cologne. Shower rod ripped out of wall so much i thought it was gonna fall off & hit me in the head every time i used the toilet. Tv remote did not work. Had to get up out of bed to turn volume up or down or to change channel. Phone did not work, alarm clock did not work. Not worth the $89 when i checked in at 8pm - will never return to this property

    It was a decent location, and the price was good. I won’t go too hard on this, because at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. It was a cheap hotel, so I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. I will say tho, it’s kind of just a dirty place. From the parking lot all the way up to the room, everything was dirty. And just a heads up for people that need to check out early ( before 9am) the concierge desk will be closed.

    I'm completely disappointed with this hotel. First of all the hotel was nothing like I expected. When we arrived there was homeless people in the entrance of the hotel. When we entered, I was charged for the hotel and given my key. When we arrived to the room, the room had a terrible smell, the carpet was damaged and full of stains and the room was nothing compared to what i saw in the internet. Because I was in a rush, I left for the day and when I returned to the hotel at 10pm, I regretted my decision to not walk out earlier that day. I slept with my clothes on because I was afraid the bed was infested with bed bugs, and as soon as the morning came, I left to locate another hotel to stay at for the remaining of my trip. When I checked out, I was charged for two day because I checked out pass checkout time, i was okay with that. But to be told by concierge that I will not receive a refund for my remaining time and I had to contact Expedia upset me. After speaking to a rep and learning that the hotel is not refunding me at all was a huge disappointment to me. I will never stay or recommend this awful hotel to anyone EVER!

Hear another customer ask for more toilet paper. The hotel personnel tolded her she'd have to go Walmart to purchase some. The hotel was not kept up very well. Also one light bulb was out.

    They will steal your money and blame it on you! Booked a room through Expedia. I came in at 2 am, gave them my card, was given a room key. Went up to my room, only to be woken up at seven in the morning by an extremely rude front desk female clerk. She told me that there was “supposed to be nobody in the room, good thing had the deadbolt on the door because she just barged in then asked me my first and last name and told me that there was no reservation on the room. I told her clearly there was a reservation, because otherwise, how did I get a room key? I told her I made a reservation with Expedia the night before and checked in and if there was some sort of problems with her computers that she needed to go fix it and leave me alone because I was extremely tired. She called me back 20 minutes later asking for a confirmation number and then told me that my room had been canceled. And that she would look into it further and call me back in an hour. I was exhausted, tired and couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up and left. Figuring they would deal with their own technical difficulties later. Two or three hours later and they charge me for two nights instead of one. I then went to the location only to have them argue with me about their errors in their computer system instead of apologizing for only allowing me to get five hours of sleep they just kept going on and on about how their computer system works. I eventually had to call corporate and that is how I got my money back.

    Shower head was spurting out water from where the head was connected to the pipe. There was lots of plumbers' tape or white putty visible, but nobody tested the connection or they would have been sprayed in the face, as I was. I don't think there was a trashcan anywhere in the room.

    Nice little hotel, everything is really old. Hotel could probably use a new remodel. The only thing that was frustrating is that I booked a room with a king sized bed in advance, and when we arrived they put us in a room with two double beds saying the kings were sold out. The a/c and heater works nice. They advertise breakfast but all it really is a brown bag with a little something in it. The price for the hotel wasn’t bad at all for the room I got. I’ve paid for more expensive hotels that were worst. Overall, we slept comfortably and felt safe. I wouldn’t mind staying again if we were in the area!

    The room was not clean, nor was the carpet, AC barely worked and definitely was not the temperature we put it on. Sketchy people all over the parkign lot and hotel and the whole place smelled like weed. Would NOT recommend, nor stay there again

    I'm sure the hotel was very nice but we didn't get to stay. There was an issue to be fixed and they didn't know if it would be fixed that day or when. So, they were unable to check any visitors in. I'm just hoping that I'm not NOT charged for that 3 night stay for we had to locate another room at a time when there were no rooms available. We were lucky to find a room 2 hours later. almost twice the cost and we are 75yrs. old, on fixed budget and in town for a funeral. Family plans were made for each day. Thanks but no thanks.

After multiple attempts and calls to both Expedia, this hotel, and cooperate extended stay America, I was finally able to get my refund.     It looks way nicer in the photos. When we got into the room it stunk like mildew or something. The carpet was so dirty and stained. The shower wasn’t cleaned. There was no breakfast like they said there would be. The whole room in general was just so dirty and discussing.

    Due to the snow storm that took place in January, the power went out throughout the area, and I was unable to complete my reservation. The staff was nice, but I wish Expedia would have reached out to inform me that such hazards existed so that I could’ve made arrangements elsewhere. because of this, I was unable to find another hotel in the area with vacancy at such short notice, and had to drive four hours back to my destination instead of getting a full night’s rest, like I had hoped.

    When we were when we arrived, there was no power due to the ice storm. The gal at the desk was extremely helpful in working with Expedia to get us different accommodations.

    Staff so sweet. But this property is a halfway house for people getting back on there feet. :-))Should not be rented to regular business travelers.
