Great property, clean, and good staff

The only minor issue was that the air conditioning unit was not cooling the room as much as expected. I reported it, and the staff responded promptly and worked to fix the problem, which I appreciated. However, I believe that particular unit may still have some underlying issues that could benefit from further inspection. Aside from that, my stay was great, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the staff for their assistance and hospitality.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Doubletree hotel. The staff were awesome, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We ate lunch on Friday and the food was delicious the service was awesome and very friendly. We made a new friend!!!😇. Parking was great, safe and little pricey!!!

Parking garage elevator was a bit run down and the hotel room had some loose electrical outlets.

Very beautiful place to stay. Very cozy and safe. I really enjoyed the art on the walls and the arches. The restaurant inside and Pappadeaux next door had amazing food. The landscaping was really pretty, the courtyards were a treat for the eyes, and the pool was a great place to cool down from the heat.

You can tell the property was remodeled. It was nice but still had some oldness to it. We had a premium room and it was huge. The two things I was not happy about was how far the room was from the parking garage. Felt like the longest walk of my life. Also, I let the staff know that a few of our pillows smelled like feet and I asked that they change all the bedding. When we came in from an outing they had cleaned the room but 2 of the pillows still smelled like feet. It was disgusting. The bed was not comfortable and the room would not cool off properly. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating.

Property was nice, clean & sufficient, However, I discovered that someone had charged over $100 at the bar to my room. They did eventually refund the total amount but they need to find a better way to police this type of thing.

Tried to do early check-in front staff had the audacity to tell us that “we can not guarantee room availability before 4 o'clock.” Shoooot that place was a ghost town. So she wasn't helpful at the time. No options were given.

Although the facility was clean, there was a few maintenance issues that could be addressed. They had minimal impact of the lodging but don’t reflect well on the overall attention to detail.

We have stayed here many times. Very convenient because of access and nearness to freeways to go in any direction.

Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady serving in the bar. Evening meal was very tasty. Room was a good size with an excellent coffee machine. Hotel is a bit far out to explore Austin in the evening. Was not able to use the swimming pool, I was looking forward to a nice dip as gardener's were cutting bushes down all around the area. This also meant it was very noisy in our room.

We were at the Doubletree for a 3-day stay in Austin. Bedding was clean, but the carpet was stained and crusty in places. Sofa and desk chair also stained.

We had 2 queen beds wich would imply we need multiple wash towels. After the first house cleaning we were left with 1 wash cloth for multiple adults. The sheets had blood stains and were clean but dingy. Never again

The sad part is they have their own parking garage and there’s plenty of room, so there’s literally no need to charge for parking except for overcharging customers for your room.. The staff was nice. The place was clean, no complaints about the room, but I really don’t like the bait switch on the parking. The listing says self parking available, it doesn’t say self parking is $25.

Staff made me wait about 30 minutes after the check in time to get a room because apparently the cleaning staff was behind schedule. Then the room that they gave me had a half eaten bag of chips in one of the cupboards as well as a used towel under the sink area from the last person to use the room, which tells me that the room is not thoroughly cleaned.

My son (15) and me decided to get breakfast at the hotel for 3 days stay. When we arrived I was told at the counter by the hotel employee that I can only get only 3 breakfast tickets for adults. She would not give the tickets for my son. She said breakfast charge is only for adult not teenager. Also they never had buffet only you had to pick up breakfast items from the menu. I paid 91 dollars for breakfast buffet , but only received 3 tickets entries for me not my son. That is 30 dollars per day.

The room was huge and clean, the bar was great, the pool was great, overall we really enjoyed it! Only downside is the parking fees but they don’t try to hide it so you know what you’re getting.

At a minimum, there should have been security present to stay that kind of behavior. Ideally, we would have been notified in advance of the conference, giving us an opportunity to book elsewhere. In sum, we typically very much like the hotel, but this past visit was a disaster, and it's unclear if we would book again in the future.

The breakfast was great, dinner was great. As we chose to stay and dine at the hotel, the prices were reasonable. The waiter and bartender friendly and accommodating. We came from Fort Worth to visit family and arrived the day before. My sister and I enjoyed the quiet, "Me time", spent at in the room and restaurant. Just what we needed before spending the next day driving and visiting. Parking charges. Wasn't aware there were going to be any. Added to the room charges it seemed high for one night. Where would one park if they chose not to park in your garage?

The location was pretty good and the room was clean. We loved the stay. We were trying to call the front desk around 8:30 in the morning sadly nobody picked the phone. We called them like 7-9 times but there was no response.

Starting off with the previous visit to this hotel, the shower didn’t get hot and the AC in the room did not work properly moving to the current stay at this hotel. The bed was concaved in worn out. Pillows were flat in the bathroom smelled like sewage the whole time.

Mix up at the front desk took an hour to check in..throughout the whole stay I was promised a call with manager but never happened. Repeatedly misleading info. Promise for compensation which hasn’t happened still. Horrible service

The hotel was so beautiful & the staff was very sweet to us. Check in was super quick, I appreciated the front desk lady putting us on the highest floor. The room was relaxing. Me & my boyfriend had such a great time for New Years. I would love to come back again!

i have searched as a Breakfast and Parking included. Paid for Breakfast to expedia additionally. They asked 20 USD payment for parking. İ have paid. Now they are asking extra payment for breakfast. Asked why. Because there is no buffet today. It is totally fraud

Terrible. The lobby is nice but the room has cheap furniture, scratchy towels and uncomfortable beds. The fire pits didn’t work. They charge for parking but the garage has very low ceilings so you can’t open the hatch on your SUV. You can’t go anywhere without your room key card. The security guard hassled us about parking even though we had a parking pass. Really awful hotel.

I booked it for the pool and hot tub. Pool was freezing and hot tub was filthy and not hot. My biggest complaint was that housekeeping failed to come for days. Trash overflowing, no clean towels etc. the girls at the desk were nice and helpful. Not the typical Hilton experience

The stay was just okay, the hotel itself is older than the appearance on the website. The elevator from the garage had duct tape on the walls inside. You have to pay $23 for parking, the parking garage itself is VERY tight, so be mindful of this if you have a large vehicle. When we entered the room, the temp was perfect, but there was hair in the sink, shower and on the ceiling of the bathroom. At least the cookies were warm and fresh, lol if we do visit Austin, TX again, it won't be at this particular hotel.

The feather pillows did not smell clean; several had a rotten, trash-like odor. While eating in the room, we noticed gnats flying around and getting into our food. Housekeeping removed our used towels but failed to replace them. The parking situation was also inconvenient. The garage had very low clearance, and we were told our truck might not fit. We were instructed to park in the gated oversized lot, but it was locked early each night. Anytime we wanted to leave, we had to wait for staff to unlock it for us. We had to call the front desk multiple times during our stay. Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating stay. Despite reaching out multiple times, management has yet to respond. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel.

The property is absolutely beautiful. I love the design of the building and really enjoyed having a room where when I stepped out of the room I was outside with a beautiful view. After I finished working, I enjoyed getting some food and reading a book out by the fireplaces/outdoor couches. I loved being able to purchase a Starbucks coffee in the morning. I wish there were casual breakfast options sold with the Starbucks coffee. I would have purchased a pastry and fruit or something like that. I did not have time for a site down breakfast I wanted something grab and go.

Front desk staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was generally clean, but spots on the bathroom mirror made it seem less clean. AC worked well, but I became immediately congested while in the room. Not sure if there was mold in the system. Parking was reasonable in the attached garage and easily accessible. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub needs a refresh. Overall it was a nice place for our visit.

Room was very comfortable. The breakfast waitress Mary Ellen was exceptional. The front desk receptionist was very kind. Only thing that upset our stay was the fact that the next-door guest tried to open our connecting door. It scared us as we returned home from visiting the city.

Breakfast was good, standard buffet with a freshly cooked omelette, coffee, juices - the facilities seem pretty new, the bar is fully stocked and the staff there are very friendly, the room was spacious and looked well maintained, my plugs didn't fall out of the sockets and everything worked as it should At check in the person behind the counter was an absolute thundercloud and made me feel like I was disturbing her, in her rush to get rid of me she forgot my breakfast coupons, couldn't have been less friendly - and then there's the parking charge $23 for a night of parking - in an oversized lot, that isn't gated except for a few cameras - that's a bit much...

This DoubleTree is one of the best I’ve stayed in! Very clean and very nice. The parking garage was safe for parking ($23) I really loved the layout of this hotel it was very pretty I love the balcony we had right over the pool. 10/10

Excellent, from housekeeping to the hostess at the restaurant downstairs. The art on the walls the welcome staff at the front desk, the view from my room to the sounds of relaxing music playing. Wish I was there for a vacation!

Everything was great. My tv was not working properly and they fixed that right away. Would absolutely stay here again. One of the best stays ever.

My son had fun in the pool while my favorite part was that it was right across from Pappadeaux!!!! The staff was also very friendly.

Even after adjusting the temperature in our room, it felt felt humid throughout our stay. The only reason we didn’t complain was because we were so tired… but we should have complained. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Woke up with an achy back and I’m not 40. They have updated the lobby area and inner area of hotel, but the are you visit most, elevator area to get to your room, was outdated and felt dirty.

Exterior rooms were hard to get to with luggage on a cart. Had to manage several self closing doors and go down exposed walkways in atrium. Weren’t really made clear that even/odd we’re atrium or exterior.

Great Hotel

The room's ac didn't work. It ran nonstop but did not cool. I call the from desk and all they told me was "I'm sorry". We checked out at 4:45 am versus our normal check out of noon. My wife and I were celebrating out anniversary and it turned out to be a horrible day.

I loved the set up with the patio doors all leading out to the balcony which overlooked the pool.

Parking is NOT included with the stay. We were told we would need a key card to enter and leave the parking garage but not that parking would be charged to the CC on file as a separate charge. There is no other parking on the property so you are stuck having to park in the garage. So beware you will have to pay an additional charge, I wish they were upfront about that.

I love this hotel but this time I got a room and didn't realize that it was double beds. The room was huge but the beds were tiny. With the size of this room they could probably fit two king size beds in here. Not just the size but they were super uncomfortable. The room has a lot of potential like for getting ready for a wedding or quince.

My stay was sooo amazing!! The staff was wonderful very hospitable, the room was modern and very clean. The complementary salt and lotion have an amazing scent. The parking was secure and private very accommodating very lovely scene 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.

Pool close at 10pm

Rooms were ok. Our bed sheets were stained and had hair on them. Beds were not as comfortable and were a little hard. Food was way over priced. I think it was $20 for eggs and sides. Pro: the water was soft water and it felt great. The personal care products were good and smelt great. Staff was nice, parking was easy. Overall, I give this hotel a 3 of out 5. If I wasn’t too tired, I would have made a bigger deal about the bed sheets. It was an easy fix where I had to go get my own bed sheets and make my bed, but I expected better from a Hilton hotel.

We had to move to another room because the bedding in the first room had blood and pee stains on it. The couch also had a big pee stain on it. The second bedrooms bedding also had some stains on it. So we only used the sheets.

Place was great, it was clean and the air conditioning was amazing. Only issue was the tube did not drain when showering. The other issue was they did not replace towels after cleaning. We used the same one for both nights.

The food was amazing! The hotel was perfect!

This is the first time I stayed here. There was a big party downstairs going on when I got there but my room was silent. I think the doors are a little outdated and super heavy. We loved the outside access to the pool and everything but it was loud in the morning when they were outaide cleaning it. Room felt a little humid but it was very clean. We got breakfast off the menu in the resteraunt and it was delicious. So much food we couldn't finish it. The garage seemed safe enough. You do need a card to get in and out. Front desk was very nice at check in and check out and helped us out with an item qe forgot. We would stay here again for sure.

Only con - the room could have been a little cooler. The air conditioner was on fan only and we had it on 65 and we kept getting hot right before the fan came on again.

My room was not ready when it should have been at 4pm, that set the mood for the rest of the stay unfortunately it wasn't very pleasant.

Beds were comfortable. Showers were toiletries stocked with the basics, which saved packing for us. Housekeeping showed up quickly with additional items we requested for. The air conditioner was the usual intermittent cooling. The rooms were cool, not cold, then had hot episodes and we waited for the a/c to kick it - which it did then would interval pause. There was no steady air or cooling like Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) for their wall-mounted units. The facility layout is as a rectangular midrise with 3 elevator access only on 1 end. Rooms either are in the interior perimeter with hallway entry or entry doors facing the open atrium (after passing doors to walk the breezeway to the room). We went when the garage elevator and access levels were broken. Each garage level did not have access and you would need to go to another level to enter, go to the 1 side elevator or staircase to your designated floor. Best was parking on ground level and entering into the hotel main lobby. Note: you have to pay a daily rate for hotel guest parking (your room card is used for in/out) which we had multiple cars. Worked fine after we figured out that the ground was the only optimal place to park. Location: close to the freeway for access. We wanted this location to be quick to family nearby. Close to wonderspaces, many parks, and areas we wanted to go but a longer drive to downtown. The courtyard was a pleasure to hang out in. The pool was enough to relax in, but not large.

Good Location!

Parking garage elevators not all working;some patrons walking their luggage down through the parking area. Unsafe. They put me on the 3rd floor which was a direct door to the room hall. Room was noisy due to the fact that it was right by the elevator.

The only issue was that I needed to leave at 7:00 AM, but I was waiting for breakfast since 6:15 am until 6:45am and the restaurant didn't open due to a staffing shortage.

LONG elevator wait every day. Hosting a conference with 100s of guests and 1 of 3 elevators was not working all week.

Staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and the room had a nice view of the courtyard..

We came to this places because we had a horrible experience at the disgusting Holiday Inn hotel across the highway from this hotel. The staff at night was extremely helpful and friendly and quickly got us into a very clean room. We were traveling with our two young kids and we are grateful for all their help that night. Very clean hotel and the interiors are very nice too. Definitely stay here again when we go back to visit Austin.

Hotel was beautiful and well kept, However we found out that there are additional charges for parking at the location when reservation said free parking. They failed to explain how the breakfast we paid for with the reservation worked at check in. We needed vouchers that should have been provided at check in. We had to call and request housekeeping our second day there as they skipped our room two days in a row for some reason. Outside of these issues it was a beautiful hotel!

This place was big and spacious with lots of room. Great find for a romantic getaway and to decompress. Lots of restaurants close. We walked to Pappadeaux next door!

Clean rooms and amenities with a helpful staff. However, my biggest gripe is with regards to the excessive parking charge ($23/night). Not to mention the elevator in the garage was out of order, so you'll have to hoof it from where you parked on whatever floor to the hotel.

The room is very comfortable and the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Meaning the food was incredible. I had a burnt brisket and omelette for breakfast. That was incredible.
