Pretty good stay, was clean, quiet and comfy.

Location, easy to get to, safe area. Quite hotel. Help staff throughout. Eddie the maintenance man, Marlin the bar manager are very welcoming to guests friendly and helpful.

When I arrived, the whole hotel room booking system was down, so I had to wait alongside another couple for nearly 30 minutes, to get keys to my room and the front desk agent put me in a room with two queen beds, when I booked and paid online for a room with one king bed and a balcony. Because their system wasn’t working she couldn’t put me in the room I paid for, and wouldn’t refund me a price difference, so I got a crappy room with 2 queen beds, no balcony, that reeked of mildew and overnight the bathroom ceiling started leaking water from the CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE and flooded my bathroom floor so I had to check out at 7:00am to get the hell out of there. I took a video of the ceiling waterfall in my bathroom and showed it to the front desk agent and all she offered me was free snacks from their stupid “store” for my “inconvenience”. I’m NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

The staff was amazing! Especially the receptionist Amber. She had amazing positive energy each time we came in. She gave us great recommendations of where we should visit. I felt like the parking spots were a little tight, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Great staff and a very pleasant stay overall. Everything was good, but the bathtub had some unusual stains and marks which could do with a bit more attention.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. When I booked the room I payed for the balcony and in the picture on booking.com on the balcony it showed a big enough balcony for a table and chairs to sit out side when we got our room the balcony was 2 feet big and definitely couldn't fit a table and chairs.

The room Needs a full sized mirror for sure. My sliding door wasn’t working properly, but the staff was immediately willing to help me, but declined cause it was no big deal.. Until I had to keep using it.

The property was a little hard to find but well lit up. Parking was easy the first day but ended up having to park way in the back when we returned for the night. The staff was super friendly and paid great attention to detail. Everything was super clean and pleasant smelling. We were a little shocked that there was no full length mirror in the room and no LED mirror. We asked for a room with a balcony and were shocked to discover that it was barely enough room to stand. Overall very nice hotel and decent for the price.

Great location. Rooms were clean. Each room had a microwave and fridge which was very convenient. Very limited and small parking lot, with tiny spots you have to squeeze in to. They share a lot with a neighboring hotel. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Plumbing is a little old so we had some toilet issues. Only negative thing I have to say is that the tv is not a smart tv so no streaming. We bought a device to hook up the computer to watch movies but the tv was older so not compatible. Also there wasn’t even a tv guide so you have to actually flip through the channels and figure out what’s on. Very old school. Other than that our stay was amazing.

The AC unit constantly kicked on and off and never really cooled the room properly. I also found a small cockroach in the bathroom, which was obviously concerning. The toilet didn’t flush effectively, and the TV wasn’t a smart TV, so there was no ability to stream anything … just basic local channels. Parking was another issue. The spaces were extremely tight and compact, making it frustrating to get in and out. The only real positive was the shower. The water pressure was great, and the hot water was consistent and comfortable. Overall, it just wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I expected better for the location and brand.

While the lobby was clean and fun (it was around Halloween), the rooms felt drabby. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The staff was amazing and friendly.

The area was perfect for us with plenty of eateries close by. My hubby enjoyed the onsite bar and my son enjoyed the pool and basketball court at their sister property next door I am still upset that the check in clerk charged my credit card the full amount after I've already paid Booking.com. I'm still disputing the transaction.

Perhaps that is inevitable with that type of floor. Overall, the hotel and room seemed clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

I love everything about this property. It is beautiful and my room had a balcony. The bed is facing the window/sliding glass door leading to the deck and you can see the sun rising over a forestry of trees. The room and the hotel is clean. The staff extended the friendliest greeting I have experienced. The entire experience was exceptional!

Customer service and location are good The smell of the hotel. Smelled old and molded. You have to walk to the other property for the smallest pool in the world.

Clean. Charged twice on two different cards. Multiple front desk staff assured me the payment would be refunded, only refunded the $20 incidental fee. Still charged $116 for one night twice. Phones now not working, they absolutely will not answer a customer service message.

The rooms are recently done and the hotel is very clean. Also the staff is wonderful. Air conditioning I am guessing is still work in progress. While the rest of room screams renovated but the air conditioning was still vintage. The rooms are a little small for a similar style hotel.

Overall great experience, room was super clean and looked a lot more modern than the pictures. The only thing that needs work is the elevator, some parts are kinda falling apart but it does the job. Great area and walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Room was awful. First room we went in had hair in the bed. Second room had a strong mold smell. They had box fans blowing down the hallway about every 20 feet. The smell was awful. We all woke up with horrible sore throats. Would not recommend.

It was a late night check in. We were given a handicapped room. This was fine. The only issue we had was the bathroom door did not close and was stuck. The online pictures show a pool. There was not one. I did like the in house cafe. The bed was very comfortable. Location was nice.

We stayed for 2 days. In this Texas summer heat, the air conditioner didn’t work at all for the whole time. It was difficult to sleep at night in this crazy hot weather. They only provided a fan for this inconvenience but didn’t offer to switch rooms. So it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious and had blackout curtains which were great. The sink was right separate from the shower and toilet which was nice. It made getting ready a lot faster.

This is my second time at this location. This time the hallway on the 3rd floor had a strong unpleasant odor. It crept into the room overnight. The room was clean but had mold buildup around the shower floor. This condition was not there on the second floor room last time.

We booked this hotel because of its location. We booked a king bed room on purpose. At the check in we were told that ALL king rooms are closed due to maintenance. We were told we can stay in a room with two queen beds. We asked for a discount because of this inconvenience but we were told to be happy with the “upgrade “ as the queen bed room is usually more expensive ( about $8!) and we would keep the low price of the king bed room. And because we booked through a third party they could not even give us a discount. Which - we know it’s not correct! Very disappointing experience. Will not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott property. The hotel is newly renovated and we had a small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The bed was VERY comfortable the mattress was padded and the bathroom was very clean. I loved the shower and the contemporary way they styled the shower floor and drain. We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott property. The hotel is newly renovated and we had a small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The bed was VERY comfortable the mattress was padded and the bathroom was very clean. I loved the shower and the contemporary way they styled the shower floor and drain. The property is nice . The rooms with a balcony are the best. The area is safe and many stores. The staff however when we arrived Monica was not polite, she was horrible if you don’t like your job just get another. Then Ashley came and she was very friendly and helpful. The gym is small and nice. They have patios outside where you can relax and have drinks, it was nice and cozy. The cleaning staff is great too.

Great experience overall

Staff was friendly but the property could use some renovations. Elevator was too small, there was a lot of noise around the room. The AC didn’t work properly and the shower was dirty

Guy at the front desk was very rude and refused to fulfill our reservation.

Very nice stay. Went the for a business meeting and it's a nice, clean comfortable hotel. The rooms are very good size and our had a very nice balcony . Very good option!

Staff was nice but didn't clean our room. We arrived back to our room at 9:30PM. Staff brought us cleans linen. Never did see the luggage cart which, we were told did exist!

Lovely landscaping and very convenient location. The room seemed reasonably clean except that there was an acrylic nail in my bed. Not too nasty, but it wasn’t mine, so it was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, all was fine.

I think the name is deceiving. When I booked this hotel I looked at the map and it seemed close to the Domain Area shopping, it even says “Domaine” in the name, but it really wasn’t close at all enough to walk, we definitely had to drive. We were also put in the room right by the elevator which was so loud and our entire hallway reeked of pot every night and into the morning. We also were told we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which we couldn’t enjoy because the door was jammed and wouldn’t open. It seemed like they really tried to take an older hotel and remodel it, but unfortunately it still seemed old and unfinished in places (there was a hole in the wall under our sink). Unfortunately I just don’t think I’d stay here again due to the location and experience we had, it was just disappointing.

This property was close to shopping, dining and the highway. The facility was clean and well maintained.

I’ve stayed here twice and I’ve had a good and comfortable experience both times. Hotel is also in a nice area, very safe. Would recommend and would stay here again

Dirty bathroom

Whenever I pay a charge up front for incidentals I never get my money returned. And I never use incidentals. This means rooms cost more than what is said they will cost. Is it because I am booking through Expedia?

I recently stayed here for 1 night to run the 3M Half Marathon and everything was great except for the fact that there was no hot water to take a shower after my run :(

Construction made property horrible. Very old rooms.

There was limited parking and was under construction.

We booked the hotel only to get an email after stating it was under construction. Which isn’t a major issue since the outside entrances seemed to be the only issue. We finally located the entrance and once we reach the front desk the clerk didn’t acknowledge us and was very short. Once we got the keys to the room we walked in and the room smelled like mildew. Like I wasn’t sure if we were in a hotel or 20 year old RV.

The hotel was located near the Domain and other restaurants but the hotel was under construction doing our stay. Entrance was blocked.
