The staff was always cheerful and helpful. All facilities were clean and well maintained. The best part of my experience was the shuttle driver. There was a multi vehicle accident blocking the highway to the airport. Without GPS, he navigated a complicated route on backroads and got me to the airport in time. His dedication and on the spot innovation was exemplary.

Amazing place. Sometimes places by the airport can be risky, but not this place. It was a great place to stay. Great staff. Great rooms. Every amenity you’d want, including a full and fun bar area with good food.

Very nice property. Nice store and restaurant wasn’t too happy not having free breakfast on the website when I booked it said it had free breakfast. Very disappointed

There was nothing that I can say that I didnt like.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, they accidentally double charged due to a mix up but instantly fixed it. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing. It was quiet during the night and service quality was excellent. Easily accessible to get to and will definitely be staying there again on the next trip to Austin, and anyone else traveling there I would highly recommend staying here. There was nothing that I can say that I didnt like.

We got to the hotel late because of our flight. We were able to get something to eat, which was a life saver for us!

The location is next to the airport, which was good for our purposes. Even so, the noise control is good -- only on occasion was the airplane noise objectionable. The check-in staff was able to get me a room prior to official 'check-in' time. The bill was accurate. The room was clean, comfortable, and had working amenities. Wifi is good. The breakfast was good, but took a long while and part of the order was missing and had to be redone. Also, I chose a reservation that included breakfast, verified this at checkout, but this information did not get to the restaurant. As a result, I had to go back to check-in and get this fixed.

JD, Devin, Tina were OUTSTANDING. Tina shuttled us to airport safely, warmly, no stress, GREAT DRIVER. Devin made the BEST QUESADILLA EVER. JD was so kind and sweet registering me quickly and gave me a courtesy gift of water. I was thirsty. I will stay here again. I would have liked a hot soup and a big garden salad but when I arrived, only meatballs and quesadillas were available. Bummer. I had no car to drive for food and was craving veggies.

I booked this hotel because breakfast was included per the web site - only to find out that break fast was an $18.00 per person extra charge. I will not stay in a Marriott property ever again. That is bait and switch

Everyone was very nice. The room was clean and looked nice and was well stocked. The restaurant was very pretty. The chef waited on us and took excellent care of us. The food was excellent. We have been looking for a hotel in between Home and Houston which we travel frequently with our dog. This is the 6 place we had tried. I believe we finally found our home away from home. We will see you in a couple weeks

We wanted a hotel close to the Circuit if the Americas. It was. Bed was not as comfortable as I like. But room was clean. Took forever for water to get hot in sink and shower and water pressure was minimal. We didn’t get breakfast because there were minimal choices.

Very nice breakfast and coffee selection . Need to be open earlier than 7am. 6:30 everything should be getting ready to be in place or options for early risers. Having to wait or eat elsewhere at this fine establishment shouldn’t be an option.

It was all nice nothing to brag about it was the “didn’t like”that was a bummer. The shuttle bus took super long to pick up at the airport (over 30 minutes when quoted 10. I saw other same shuttles come and go repeatedly. Once the shuttle arrives the driver was totally un friendly and barely said a word and the A/C was broken. And sure these things happen. And it could have been excused easily with some conversation and a simple explanation. “Please pardon the inconvenience ladies, we are experiencing some technical difficulties today” would have gone a long ways.. But we got nothing. Except the feeling we were a bother. Then to top it off NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER!!! When I booked I saw that a woman had complained about 3 to 5 months prior that there was no hot water in the shower and she was really upset because she had called ahead to make sure because she had seen a review prior about no hot water, but she assumed it would’ve been taken care of by then but she did her due diligence and called ahead and they said it was fine. She wakes up in the morning no hot shower. Well I trusted that this was probably just a glitch and I went ahead and booked and sure enough I wake up and I had had to cut my short because I had a really bad head cold and I needed a hot shower desperately to clear my head from the sinus congestion to get on the plane yet NO HOT WATER. So I could not shower at all before I got on a plane from Texas to Honolulu.. this was horrible! I had to take a sponge bath. So they definitely have a major issue. I told them at checkout and they did absolutely nothing for me… I even called to address the situation with them and they emailed me later with 3000 Marriott Bonvoy points again this did nothing to make me feel better whatsoever. If this was something that I just happened once I could’ve easily forgotten it but the fact that this is an ongoing situation and they’ve done nothing about it speaks volumes don’t stay here!

The staff, Devin our Bartender was amazing! His drinks were top notch! He was happy, personable and an all around great person! Nothing, my flight was cancelled so it was just a quick overnight.

The hotel was overall good but the bar and food was expensive and the $14 drink I bought looked like someone drank half of it. It was a joke. Then I woke up early for my shuttle and had to take a cold shower because the water never warmed up. I had it started for 20 minutes before I got in and it was not warm

Kinda hard to get there if you have never been in the area. Charged $$$ for parking for Marriott members? $$ cost for bistro. Don’t eat there unless money is no problem; also surprised on how much Taxes were. Could have stayed 20 to 30 miles away for cheaper.

Awesome staff! Welcoming and supportive. I travel with 88 year mother and that is always a challenge but the front desk was ready to assist. Room was nice and comfortable. Great breakfast options and loved the onsite bar for unwind after a long drive.

Check in was easy room was comfortable pretty quit being next to the airport food was good had there burger from there kitchen I would stay here again for sure. But one thing I did notice is there is not really parking for vehicles pulling trailers

Room 303: 2room suite was nice to have extra space. Front desk at check-in was unmoved, not warm, no smile. Very difficult to understand. Young man seemed shy and incapable. At hotel's happy hour (lobby bistro) Joe Perez, the bartender/cook was welcoming, friendly and working hard. Food was typical but his effort made it seem better. Great job Marriott keeping him on staff! He was doing the work of 3 people! Someone could have helped him clear off tables though. Front desk seemed oblivious even while not having anything to do within eyesight of the bustling clusters of people. Lack of teamwork on the part of front desk. Breakfast next day (Sat) wonderful! Lots of staff walking lobby making sure to greet all guests. My coffee was made to my liking so I was very pleased. A/C unit in room was either freezing cold or heater would activate, a bit annoying.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Each time has been excellent. The staff is always friendly and professional. The cider and sweets in the lobby this trip were a plus. We will be using this as our hotel for all our future trips.

Otherwise it was ok....decent shower....breakfast and coffee were expensive but it tasted good. I'd have preferred a breakfast buffet but whatever. I probably would not stay here again because of the tv and paying for having to pay for breakfast.

There was no hot water in our room. It was lukewarm at best. My wife toughed it out. I’ve only cold showered when absolutely necessary and no other options. I brought this to the attention of the front desk for future resolution.

The facility itself is very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable. I have to hit on the cleanliness a little. Most of it was perfect. But one of the beds in our room had some cracker bits and some type of sauce on the sheets. Easy as getting some new bedding but it was 2am after a long trip and long show so I just took that sheet off and went to sleep. Everything else was perfect and they really have a nice set up. I don’t even remember if I mentioned it to them in the morning. Was still pretty tired but my only complaint and I can see it being a big point for a lot of people

So far so good. The floor of our room was soaked with water about 4 ft out from AC. I called the front desk and they moved us immediately.

The stay was fine. But it would have been nice if the shuttle would have actually picked us up. We wait for almost an hour(in the shuttle service hours, I checked after arriving) in the heat, and they never showed. We had to take an Uber instead because I was tired of sweating and the hotel also would not answer their phone. That is ridiculous

The rooms were also well equipped and beds were comfortable. The airport shuttle is on a on demand basis only. My only issue was the that the phones were down and I had no way to communicate with the hotel. Fortunately a Shuttle from a local hotel knew the situation and brought me.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Excellent hotel just far enough away from the airport that it remains quite quiet regularly. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff! While the food selections are not broad, they are well prepared and delicious! All of the room amenities surpassed my needs and and expectations so I was completely satisfied! Recommended!

turn down service would have been nice, but I guess with labor in short supply these days it isnt easy

Check-in was great!! The airport shuttle arrived very quickly, and Bob at the front desk was super helpful, and very informative. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely visit this property again. The property was clean, and our room was very cozy.

The rooms and pillows were a bit dirty and not particularly comfortable compared to other Courtyard properties I have stayed at. That being said, the front desk and staff were exceedingly helpful and wonderful. They were excellent and the best part of staying here.
