Stayed only for one night but wish we stayed longer. Room was a good size and very clean. Staff was helpful. Pool and hot tub are a plus.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Darren checked us in and made the process so easy even though I messed up booking because we didn't get in until 3am due to train delays. And the breakfast accommodations and options were great. Not to mention it was the perfect location if you don't have transportation. Everything was in walking distance. This is my home away from home. Soo Comfortable!!! I had to leave.

2 beds and pull out couch is needed to fit 5 people. This is hard to find. Room was very quiet and clean. Beds and pull out couch was very comfortable. Room was on the larger side for a hotel. Restaurants are nearby. Night manager was also very helpful upon check in.

This place is very old. And I gave it a benefit of doubt but it was dirty beyond measure. The carpet is FILTHY. I mean stains everywhere I was afraid to walk around with no socks or slides. But the worst part of it all is I was asleep and around 4:45am I roll over and see a shadow of a huge bug. So I immediately get up and turn the light on it’s a HUGE ROACH. I tried killing it but it went to the back of the bed. At that point I was stressed out because I was not going to sleep with a roach near me. I went to the front desk and the guy tried to come and kill it. He blamed it on “Texas weather” smh. Anyways he couldn’t find it but found a dead cricket . My goodness so this place isn’t deep cleaning at ALL. So he moved me into another room and at this point I have already started to record. I go to the other room. And exam this too and it’s literally old food under the bed. Ugh! I was so grossed out so overwhelmed that I could not go back to sleep AT ALL. I asked for a late check out but I was ready to leave by 9am. It’s not that it’s outdated it’s that it’s outdated and dirty as heck. I will be posting these videos on social media including that roach

This is an excellent hotel for the price managed by a team that clearly cares about the hotel. It was a comfortable bed and very clean room. The pool was good but a little small, the hot tub was excellent with very hot water and good jets. The breakfast was typical. Well kept area and food was fine for hotel breakfast food. The gym had a little improvements needed. The outside was a little unkept like little bits of trash that could be picked up better but all in all a great stay and would stay again.

We stayed in this hotel for seven days in April 2026 and we had a wonderful time visiting with family. The room was excellent and the staff was so friendly all the time and the breakfast was excellent. We had enough of a selection that we didn’t get bored with breakfast. We could have biscuits and gravy one day and waffle or yogurt the next day, danish, etc. and also the pool and the hot tub were amazing in the evenings we used it every night. I sure do miss it now that I am back at home. Wonderful place to stay.

I didn’t use any of the amenities but the hotel was quiet, clean, and in a convenient location. There’s an HEB across the street, Taco Cabana next door, and easy access to 35.

Was there for 2 nights, basically to sleep. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, cereal. Loved it because saved me money! Our room smelled like wet dog, but was comfy and clean. Notified staff upon check out so we didn’t get charged for it.

The hot tub was perfect! So often we book a hotel.based on a hot tub and most of the time it's not working. This one was hot and bubbly.

It took 24 hours to get warm. One nice point is that they leave a spare wool blanket which is a rarity. Other than that I'd compare it to a room that cost $250/night and that's no exaggeration. I live in hotels due to work.

The stay is great my car got broken in twice there they need to protect the parking lot more they very unconcerned about when your property is damaged the rooms are great the food is great n bed the costumers service is pooly. The breaking in cars n costing ppls unnecessary money

Don't let the pictures and rating fool you! It was a miserable experience, so miserable we left 2 days early of our 7 day trip. The pool has holes in the bottom of the concrete and sharp pieces are scattered all over the bottom making it impossible to enjoy the hot tub had some sort of chemical or soap on it that made it foam like a bubble bath this is not normal. The whole hotel including the pool area was dark and gloomy, doors rusted. I went to the desk for change for the laundry room and the desk attendant was litterally asleep so I walked away and went next door for quarters. Under the carpet throughout the building there's holes in the sub floor which I almost fell stepping in multiple times. The towel rack fell off the wall and struck my toddler when we hung a towel on it. I will never again step foot in this place you probably shouldn't either unless you wanna terrible experience.

You get what you pay for. The room that we stayed in was dated. Unfortunately, the carpet was dingy, the bathroom malls looked like they had mold, the curtains had something disgusting on them and the bedding was dirty. However, the staff was very attentive. Housekeeping changed our bedding immediately. We didn't eat breakfast there as the coffee wasn't strong enough for our taste. However, I think the breakfast is something that children would enjoy. It was affordable, so I appreciated that during these challenging financial times.

Came in from another property where I didn’t feel safe. Everyone one at this property was so welcoming and friendly.

We have been staying there every month some times two or three weekends a month because our grandkids live in Hutto and this is the first place that we really feel comfortable. The beds are terrific, if I could I would buy their bed. See y'all for Halloween.

While the staff was very friendly and bed was very comfortable, it was hard to enjoy stay because of overpowering musty/moldy smell from the minute you walk into the lobby even in our room. The hot tub was dirty and foamy and luke warm. Pool was small and not so clean. Breakfast was decent with warm waffles, sausage, cheese waffles, and biscuits and gravy. I wouldn’t stay again because of the moldy/mildew smell.

The rooms were huge and didn't have that disinfectant smell. Staff was cordial, friendly, professional, and efficient. The breakfast area was clean, offering typical fare for this type of hotel. The only thing was that it is slightly tricky to get to their lobby parking area. Once you figure it out, you are fine. The mini fridge had a larger-than-normal freezer area. You could put a gallon ice cream container in it. :)

We have stayed at the more expensive hotels and non of them have true handicap rooms like they do and they are big rooms so my wheelchair has room to get around and doesn't block everyone. My daughter and grandkids love the swimming pool and I love the hot tub. They also have a decent breakfast.

We liked the free breakfast. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Our 9 year old loved the little pool and hot tub. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of several convenient stores, a grocery store, fast food and casual restaurants.

I was only there for 1 night. The check in was easy and the staff was nice. The bed was comfy. I didn't make it to breakfast. If I'm in the area again, I will stay there again.

The room overall was in clean condition. We stayed in a suite. The bathroom had some flaws. There were mold stains by the bathroom exhaust vent. The water itself felt what I can only describe as slimy. In the shower and the sink. I did find a small roach in the restroom and ended up killing it. The breakfast was okay. Normal breakfast foods. Overall, it was an okay stay. Nothing horrible to complain about, but small things that can be improved upon.

Pros- The property was nice overall, the staff was nice, the rooms had good layouts and I loved that they had a fridge and microwave in the room. Cons - The hotel smells of mold when you enter and the rooms wreak of mold smell. The first night, I arrived late and was tired so I just dealt with the rooms horrible smell of mold which was worse every time the A/C kicked on. I woke up with sinus congestion and headache. I asked to change rooms the next morning. The second room still smelled but not as bad. The wall paper in the bathrooms are peeling off and have mold as well. The bath towels wreaked of urine in both rooms. So gross, don’t they use bleach? The soap does not wash off at all, it has some oil in it that stays on your skin no matter what. The breakfast food and coffee and tea was gross.

Greeted as we walked in. Friendly staff. Late check in, family showered and went straight to sleep. Coffee was ready early and good! No frills but good sleep in good hotel for a great price!

The beds were comfy. The rooms were pretty dirty, and the property was run down. The area it’s in is decent and close to Austin, but I wouldn’t come back due to the cleanliness of the property. The front desk people weren’t the friendliest either.

Rooms were very clean, it was nice and quiet.

Located within a walking diatance to gas stations, HEB and multiple restaurants. Front desk was great and very helpful. Property has an indoor pool, onsite laundry (which is extremely convenient for longer stays) and parking was no hassle. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone was really nice, the pool was always empty so the kids loved it. Breakfast was really good especially the biscuits and gravy.

Front desk attendant was so curtious and kind. Shocked pool in am so couldn't swim till later then check out time. Didn't seem efficient to me. Free breakfast made me sick and my son. Not sure what we had that upset our stomachs. Rooms needed updating and it was picked up not cleaned. Couch had stains .. corners had hair and such.

Everything was good except the breakfast could of had a little more of a variety.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean. Breakfast was good. Only problem we had was that our air conditioner did not cool the room properly. It was late when we figured this out and just dealt with it.

Well we checked in they had 4 buses after us that checked in and of course pool jacuzzi was extremely full way to many kids there should of limit that cause my boys never got to swim after we went to eat waited 2 hrs and nothing so loud smelled nasty in there

Great place to stay! Beds were very comfortable and food was good and plenty of it. Staff was very nice!

We are from Chicago, and very excited to come to Texas for my son’s soccer tournament at the round rock sports complex. The hotel accommodations were excellent! The room was gleaming clean! Much appreciated after a 17 hour drive. Had a shower and comfortable bed to sleep. The front desk lady at check in was so kind and offered us silverware and plates to eat out KFC. The breakfast was literally the most impressive included with stay breakfast I’ve EVER had…not just toast like other places, we had biscuits and gravy, sausage, omelettes, and more! The service was above and beyond what was expected. The ladies kept the dining room so clean despite it being full! I saw them wiping down high touch areas, sweeping up spilled cereal, ext. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing! I will be checking out more comfort suites in the future for sure, I joined the choice rewards program as well because honestly, I was really impressed by the affordable yet awesome experience we had.

I have to admit I did not really expect a whole lot from this hotel because the price per nice was so low. I was absolutely surprised when we got there. Our room had an extra little room with a full size couch, refrigerator and larger size TV. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had an amazing breakfast compared to most hotels. The front desk guy was super nice too. Oh and did I mention they have an indoor pool and hot tub? Definitely a great hotel for a great price

I was satisfied with my stay EXCEPT for the toilets. The toilets were so low-flow it required 2-4 flushes to get anything to flush. When I let the front desk know in the morning .. he said “Thanks.. have a great day”. Laughing and giggling. Not the response I was expecting or hoping for. Check-in clerk the night before was amazing…even making fresh coffee for me. I would stay again but perhaps pack a plunger … just in case

Great room and hotel

This is where I prefer to stay when in town. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the beds are comfy, and the location is ideal for my needs. Parking is easy and I feel safe.

Check in was easy. Place is clean. Pool was very nice.

Bed was comfortable, but room was hot. Turned A/C way down to try and cool the room down. I think the problem was that one of the beds was literally right in front of A/C and thermostat, causing the A/C to think it was that temperature. Also didn’t help that the bedspreads were really heavy.

The elevator was super slow in operation and the property in general was not very clean looking. The coffee in the morning tasted stale.

Checked in very late after walking in to another hotel( a different chain) and last minute. Robby was extremely kind and helpful. He treated me as though he really appreciated my patronage. Every time I walked in or out of the lobby he always said hello and asked if I needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again. I was made to feel special. The hotel was clean, it smelled clean, it did not disappoint.

Outside noise. Noise levels from adjacent rooms. Otherwise everything was fine.

Beds were very comfortable, and we were able to adjust temperature with a cold front coming in. Shower leaked and the shower head newds replacing.

This property was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only drawback was the pool/hot tub was out service during my stay.
