ARRIVE Austin

We were schedule to stay two nights but had to check out that next morning and find a quieter place. The front desk apologized but would not remove the next day charges as we had "committed" to two nights. We won't be back and won't recommend this hotel to our worst enemy. I think her purposely put us in one of the loudest rooms. We felt not wanted at ARRIVE.

Clean spacious rooms. Super responsive and friendly staff. Great location.

Location was within walking distance of food, clean, good atmosphere with good decor. Valet seemed to be the only option, was not aware of the nightly charge before arriving.

Service was absolutely terrible. There’s not even a phone in the room. You have to go down to the lobby for everything and majority of the time there’s not a single person at the desk. They’ll also charge you an extra $100 per night for absolutely no reason, they say I’ll be getting it back but it’s been 5 days so who knows. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The place was an amazing stay had a great time. Only downside was the valet smoked my clutch and had to spend $5k to rebuild it. Their insurance paid for it. Automatics only.

The rooms are very big, only wish is maybe a dresser or more spaces to hang clothes for a longer stay. I wanted to mention one of the staff who went above and beyond- her name is Bella and she worked at the reception area. We needed some last minute printing for our daughters wedding and she helped us get some items printed. Also gave us waters for drinking as we had to rush out for an event. The location is great, lots of coffee shops, food, bars etc.

Very cozy and well designed hotel. Rooms are beautiful and very clean! Staff also very nice and professional! The hotel is located in east Austin, in a street full of good and nice restaurants and cafes! Unfortunately even if we were in 3 (family with a child) we had to stay in a room with just 1 bed (very big). This because the rooms with 2 beds are located in the noise part of the hotel. The receptionist was really nice and explained the situation and we preferred to stay in the silence part!

I got erroneously charged to my room from a patron at the restaurant downstairs but the front desk refunded it quickly.

We only went for one night to visit old friends for my fiancés birthday and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location boutique experience. The staff was so friendly and professional, even went as far as to decorate the room before our arrival for the birthday celebrations. They used messaging in the Expedia app and texting to check in and remind us about check out and it made it seamless. Great experience and the rooms were beautiful! Will be coming back to stay!

Loud music at 7 AM blasting into the room. 10:00 AM Yoga 5 feet from our window with speakers set so loud you could hear the class one block away. Music blasting right outside our window past midnight.

ARRIVE is our go-to Austin hotel! Love the texting system to communicate with the friendly staff quickly. On our most recent trip, one of the room's AC was out, but the staff apologized, speedily relocated our party, and comped our parking. Very nice rooms with comfortable bedding in a fun, colorful part of the city!

My second stay at Arrive, but won’t be my last. Great night of sleep on a very comfortable bed and soft, not squishy, pillows! My room was clean and much quieter this time. It’s a perfect location near the park with several restaurants and bars around. I do miss the kaftan robes and the granola at check-in.

staff was not at front desk when entering the building about 50% of the time. coffee was lukewarm and was likely from day before/sludge . weekend staff not very welcoming.

The room was spotless and very comfortable! The staff was super attentive and I got everything I needed. The location is perfect considering I wanted to be near the bars and restaurants. My only issue was that my room wasn’t ready for about 3 hours after check in.

Bella at the front desk advised me that our room was ready early. She was helpful during our stay. Finding the hotel entrance was difficult as there is no sign only a door mat. We opted for a corner room. It was very spacious and about the size of a studio apartment.

No coffee in room, couldn’t control the temperature in the room, no gym at the hotel and I asked for water and didn’t get until 4 hours later. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great location if you are looking for nice bars, restaurants and entertainment. It is a bit noisy so if you are looking for a quiet environment this is not it.

This is a regular stay for us. They have large rooms, priced well and welcoming to pets. Love walking over to Suerte for dinner and heading to Whislers for a night cap.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. There is a lot of nightlife in the area so it is loud at night but it wasn’t a huge issue. Sharon at the front desk was great.

It has a hard to read entry point so the folks at the front desk are very helpful to welcome you in. I just wish the daily parking fee was on the Expedia site. I was not intendin to pay $50 a day. The beds were comfortable and bathroom is clean. Enjoyed using the bluetooth speaker and having choice of drinks in the refrigerator was great. This room was better than a previous stay done here in a single bed room as it did not feel so bare, couldn't say exactly what was so different (possible that the reception this time made the experience much better haha) n/a

Loved the location and the size of the rooms. Very walkable for food and an easy uber ride to plenty of downtown spaces. The room was a bit echoey, but had an amazingly huge shower!

The rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant is really cool. Staff is great. However, not having coffeemaker, kettle, hair dryer, work desk, lamp, reading lights or any other basic hotel appliances beats the purpose of paying hotel prices for campground like experience.

I’ve stayed at the Arrive several times. It can be pricey, but when the rates are reasonable, I definitely recommend. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience this last trip. I booked a room with two doubles since I was traveling with another adult family member and needed two beds. I exchanged messages after booking confirming the two doubles and was assured the room had two beds. We were only in town for one night for a family gathering. When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby had several frustrated guests and no front desk person. We were told that the Internet had been down for a few hours and they couldn’t access any info. They also had to escort guests to their rooms and manually let them in. It was mayhem. The manager had left and there was ONE person left to escort people up and down, check people in and manage other requests. The team member was left with on supper and was very frazzled. They finally figure out rooms for everyone, but when we got to our there was only one bed. Even after showing my confirmation for two beds and the follow up text for two beds, they couldn’t help. Very very disappointed. Management said they’d reach back out to me to make it right, but have yet to hear from them. Management didn’t seem to care about the extreme stress and discomfort if one of his team - not to mention all the guests

I loved the location, it was absolutely superb. Our room was big, light and beautifully designed. I loved the products in the spatious bathroom. It felt like staying in a luxurious boutique hotel for the price of a budget accommodation. Nothing.

ARRIVE was quiet and super clean. It was near tons of restaurants and bars, and a short Uber ride from Congress Street. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. There is a nice bar downstairs and a rooftop arrea on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and friends traveling to Austin.

I love that the property had a full stock bar. I love that they gave us two free drink tickets for the bar around the corner. It was nice and clean. The hallways were really well put together a smell good everything about the hotel was really nice and it was centrally located in east downtown so it was close to all the bars and clubs and it was just a really cute.

Location is everything - and this was far enough away so didn’t have to pay 65 bucks for parking - and the room was very reasonable. Wasn’t the first time we stayed there and won’t be the last. A great kayak put in spot is just four minutes away in a park right on ladybird lake - Neighborhood is up and coming- lots of great restaurants and food trucks nearby

Great hotel right on 5th. Good price, clean room, great bar in the lobby and beautiful 2nd floor outdoor patio. I thought the valet was a bit pricey, but not a whole lot of choices for free parking on the street.

We came up for the Wutang concert and wanted to stay at a nearby hotel that was not the ‘typical’..for us. Arrive was it! Though on 6th street, It was a very quaint, very modern European style space , with room to move around easily. They had the cutest sitting breakfast nook that looks like a corner eating area at an ole time burger joint. We loved it! Will stay there again.

BOOK IT. The staff, service and cleanliness of this hotel is unmatched. At 2 am I took a shower and had an issue with my towels and within minutes Mrs.Sharon was at my door with fresh towels and the sweetest demeanor. This was my first time staying here and I will be back!! Rooms are ever better than the photos due justice.

I loved the location of ARRIVE Austin, it made my trip that much easier. The room was clean and the snacks inside were reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

Sharon was so nice!! Place was super clean and quiet. Not near anything noisy.

Great location and beautiful hotel. Loved our spacious corner room. Biggest hotel shower I’ve seen in awhile. Comfy bed, very clean and great views from the balcony on the second floor bar area and the fifth floor. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside $42 for valet parking and no option to self park! Not cool.

Great location on 6th street with loafs of coffecshopsxand restaurants.

It is nice modern rooms great area a little noisy at night because of bar in hotel but didn’t bother us, staff was very nice, Sharon was great at reception very nice

Loved this property! Super walkable to bars and restaurants. The beds in the room were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms could have used coffee facilities. Big negative! You have to text to get any service. Hotel is short staffed, and a little difficult to get good service. We payed almost $400 per and it should be better!

Arrive is a little further east than we had expected but as avid walkers it was still walkable to central downtown. The stretch of 6th St E between the hotel and downtown is full of great restaurants, bars, breweries and amenities. Our corner room was spacious and ideal for a 4 night stay. 6th and Chicon is the border for paid parking so we avoided valet and parked on the street for free.

We loved this hotel! Very clean and stylish property. room was very spacious and bed was comfortable, plus a complimentary robe. Only con was on Friday night the nightlife noise was a bit disruptive, but to be expected in the area and wasn’t a problem on Thursday.

Entrance to the hotel is poorly indicated, walk through the restaurant to get to it.

This hotel is convenient with style. Comfortable and quiet while still feeling part of the Austin scene.

The front desk is very amateurish. The air conditioning system in our room was off for 24 hours and after our complaint the technician acknowledged there was a fault condition in the downstairs panel but nobody had taken the initiative to address the fault condition until we brought it to their attention. Overall, the hotel seems quite understaffed and the quality of service is not up to the level of other hotels in this price category.

Nice and spacious rooms with all the amenities. Walkable to all the bars and restaurants on 6th street. Nice front desk staff especially shout out to Eloys each morning.

What great customer service from the front desk checking in. Nice bartenders at the bar where we were given a voucher for a drink upon checking in. The rooms were stocked more than I could have expected spacious clean and beds and pillows very comfortable.

It was amazing. I will definitely be coming here again. Was not too loud at night when I was trying to sleep.

Only minor issue is that we ran out of conditioner since they use the big bottles attached to the wall.

I was a little worried about staying here, but only because the price was so reasonable. The hotel is really nice and unique. The staff was amazing. When you check in you get a free drink and bar and restaurant is really nice!!! Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I would for sure stay here again!!!! Great place!

Area of East Austin

Loved the Arrive! Across the street from some of my restaurants and walking distance from the bars. I I we DJing in town, staff helped me with an early check in and late check out. I’ll be back again
