Need to update website, this location don't have a restaurant, stated parking was included and it was not.......other than that everything was fine.

The only issue was our door kept jamming up when we tried to close it. We tried getting it fixed, but apparently there was no way to fix it. It was just how the door was. With two female staying in the hotel room we didn’t feel as safe as we normally would because of this. To top it off, I was hit with unexpected parking fees on our final bill. The lady at the front desk never mentioned a fee for parking when we checked in, so finding out I was charged on our last day was a very frustrating surprise.

The only complaint is the restroom in the suite. There is no place for toiletries in the shower. Also no separate light for the toilet and shower area vs. the sink and counter, so if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night it lights up the entire room.

Plenty of seating area in the lobby, where you could be comfortable sitting by yourself. The outside patio was very comfortable as well. A nice simple map outlining would be helpful of the local stores and restaurants in the area so one could easily decide what you wanted to eat and where to go!

Air Condition was not that great. All else was fine.

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was amazing, they were very helpful and remembered our names. Greeting us as we stepped off the elevator. We had a request to adjust the air conditioning and they immediately sent someone to the room. We also extended our stay and needed to get new keys but had to rush out before we could get them. When we returned after midnight , the late shift staff was informed we would be coming in and when we walked in they knew exactly who we were and had the keys ready. The Hospitality exceeded our expectations. The price was super reasonable Especially since this was a spontaneous stay during a holiday weekend . They will definitely be on the top of our list for future trips.

Location is perfect to walking distance to several restaurants and retail. Staff was friendly, room was perfect. They even included a sound machine in our room. My cell service was so good I didn't even need to connect to their wifi. Will be back!

Location of the property gives access to a wide variety of shopping in amenities. You don't even have to drive. You can simply walk. The property is new with cheap parking overall a plus

I spent 2 nights for a business trip. I have stayed here before and I like the central location to shopping and dining. Once you park you don't have to leave. I was disappointed they are now charging for parking. The parking garage is near to the hotel which is nice.

The hotel was amazing. Clean rooms mg most of all the air conditioning was great. We got breakfast vouchers which was absolutely amazing. It's walking distance from all the stores in the area. One thing I wish they would've had was valet, but they do also have a space reserved in the garage for the customer.

This was my first stay at an Aloft hotel in the Domain and it was an excellent property priced very moderate and right in the middle of the retail corridor of the domain. The room was very clean. Well laid out , all staff very friendly. I will stay again.

Breakfast was cold and not very good, and they were out of coffee by 9:15. But the location is superb! Especially if planning to enjoy the Domain shops and restaurants.

Two issues with the stay. If you like boy racing all night long on the weekend then this is the right place for you. You can hear cars racing up and down the street all night long even if you are on the 5th floor. As a matter of courtesy they give you ear plugs in the room. The other issue, there is no shelf to put your shower items in the shower. SO on the floor it goes. A no go.

Bathroom tile floor and grout was very dirty and shower pressure was very low. Also did not like the pocket door for bathroom, very difficult to pull.

The staff was great and helpful. We enjoyed how several restaurants wereclose by. The rooms furniture are little different then most hotels so if one likes the new vibe look then its ok.

Beware, this place is noisy! They even put ear plugs and a white noise machine in the rooms. Also, the door going into our room was extremely hard to open and the sliding door that closes off the toilet and shower was extremely hard to close (might have been off the track, but I don’t think so. The Domain area is nice, but far removed from downtown Austin. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful time celebrating his birthday! The staff were amazing and Chris the bartender was the absolute BEST! And the experience around the Domain was a bonus! Thank you Aloft staff for treating us with such kindness and taking care of us! We will be back! ❤️

Everything was great overall. I appreciated the $15 breakfast vouchers and unlimited coffee. Especially for a hustler like me who's always up on the grind ya know? The rooms were clean and very well designed. One recommendation I have is to put a phone stand in the shower so I can watch the Sopranos while I shower. Thank you.

The room was clean but had problems with the tv working staff came to fix but it still was not working to be honest for the area this hotel is in it could have been a lot better I stay at aloft hotels all over and this was not the best one especially for being a lux high end area the hotel vibe did not match

Great breakfast, host were phenomenal, very helpful and courteous. Wish there was a microwave in room or in lobby since its located in a food district, reheating leftovers would be great.

The rooms were new and clean. I loved it. I specially loved the dry bar shampoo and conditioner and soap. High quality stuff. The staff however one time she said she will send somebody to clean teh room and when I came back the room was in the same condition as we left it. On a second ocassion I asked for a late checkout and I told her that the fridge has some food and when my husband entered the room the housekeeping lady was already emptying out our food containers in teh fridge. So in my observation there is lack of coordination between the front desk and house keeping.

The Hotel is clean and Comfortable. Also in a great location. We also really appreciate the ability to check in early and check out late, as our hours of arriving and leaving were very unusual. Everything was great. Nothing that we didn't like.

I was very impressed with our stay. This was our first time staying at an Aloft hotel since we booked our trip on a whim. It was clean, great customer service, had awesome amenities for the price, a nice gym and outdoor area and indoor area. We even forgot our toothpaste and the front desk gave us a whole kit that included toothpaste, toothbrush, and mouthwash. I loved the food section that is 24 hrs if you need a late night snack or refreshments and breakfast open in the morning. We will for sure be back to this location and are open to try other Alofts in other cities.

Loved everything about this property, the location is perfect if you want to be right in the heart of the domain , everything is walking distance , place was very comfortable and clean and we loved the complimentary water. The staff was what really made this experience a 10 out of 10 , they where very informative and so helpful with any questions I had for them. Overall we loved everything and we will be coming back to stay with aloft.

We have booked at this hotel twice already, the first time was a great experience, friendly staff, quite nights, and great area, walking distance for food and shops. Booked here thinking it would be the same.. Noo... this time there was drunks being so loud that it was hard to sleep. They gave us a room right next to the exit, 2am in the morning people were slamming the door, yelling and screaming so loud it was ridiculous. Called down to talk to the staff and complained.. she recommended juat going back to sleep . Okay how can we do that with slamming doors and yelling. Then we were laying in bed and a guy was yelling at a female they were fighting in the stair wall mind you door was open we can see what was happing thur the peep hole.. not sure what escalated there argument but something did.. and yet these too yahoos yelling screaming fighting.. he slaps her.. then walks away and back down the stairs.. we called the front desk to let them know whas ia going on again.. her reponse. MA'AM i suggest you go back to bed and worry about your bussiness... oh and when they tell you to park on 2 and 3 for the floors for your car.. good luck cause there was so many people with out a parking pass in the aloft parking. When you call to ask where to park they just say good luck.. staff dont care and it dont help that this place is all around DRUNKS. and people that think being loud is okay

Clean and new Bar sucks, no resturans, 279 a night for a bed is a bit crazy. Rooms are small and half the view is a wall. Discount thise rooms.

The girls were awesome especially the bartender. Very friendly and welcoming. There’s nothing to dislike.

My wife and I decided to stay at the Aloft in the domain since we wanted to shop and visit a few stores in the area. They hotel staff was very nice and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend staying here but depending on the night it can be a bit noisy but the too..comes with ear plugs and white noise machine.

I called the desk at 10:30 am to ask for housekeeping, returned to room at 5:00 and they had not come, called the desk again to let them know I requested housekeeping and they did not come they again said they would send them but again they did not come. Received a note saying there would be no hot water at 10:00 for a few hours but there was actually NO water. Could not wash my face or go to the bathroom before I checked out.

My stay was phenomenal. The location in the Domain is prime z. My daughter and I had my 10 month old granddaughters and my Yorkie. The staff was so accommodating. Fantastic experience!!!!

The room was nice and the location is excellent and is very walkable. It’s nice that they have complimentary waters and their bar is responsibly priced. I liked how spacious the bathroom is and how the toilet is separate. My only two cons were they didn’t tell me we would be charged for parking and there is no AC on the elevators. Aloft Hotel Domain Austin. Great location and nice accommodations. Breakfast was fantastic and everyone was very attentive and cordial.

For the price I was surprised at below avg breakfast. The internet was terrible. The location was 100%. Dining and shopping was SUPERB. Can’t beat that

This will be my favorite hotel going forward. I’ve been here for several nights while my apartment is being prepared. I’m so comfortable here. I’ve extended my stay by a couple of days. I love the affordability! I live here now, but I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

Great location inside the domain. Courtesy water is great. Management team was very polite and courteous. This was my second stay Aloft and will stay there again next month.

The staff here is wonderful and the location of our hotel was great but the room itself was a mess. The carpet on one side of our room was soaked from an apparent shower leak, the thermostat didn't work properly and the ironing board would not stand up.

The room was a great size and beds are very comfortable for a hotel. Love the black out curtains that helped us sleep in a bit! Property is surrounded with many restaurants to choose from all in walking distance. Quiet location as well. And loved the happy hour each night to grab a cocktail or glass of wine at the property. A++ def recommend.

Great hotel! Friendly staff. I wish I would have known that house keeping came every other day and if you wanted them to clean your room you needed to contact the front desk. They left a little card with this information on it but it placed underneath the phone so I never seen it.

This was not the hotel I thought I was booking, but it turned out fine! Because it sits in the middle of The Domain, the area around the hotel is quite busy but there was no problem with noise. "Snack Bar" is handy and the breakfast offerings were quite reasonable (2 of us ate for $15). Marriott beds/pillows are always comfy and I really liked the room and bathroom set up.

Simone checked me in and was absolutely amazing - she was so kind and informative. She was also there when a super nice and fun gentleman checked me out. This was the best hotel I have stayed in in a very long time! Super clean, great atmosphere and awesome staff. I have referred the Fashion Designers that my daughter walked for in Fashion Week to this hotel next time! I hope you have a property in New York - we will be there for Fashion Week in September!

Location is great! No real parking on hotel property just few spots directly behind hotel which is where we parked. Most guest have to park in the parking garage behind hotel which anyone has access to. Our yeti was stolen from our truck and there are no cameras per hotel staff.

From the beginning to the end the entire stay was amazing. The staff was very informing and welcoming and on top of that all the shops made walking and browsing a plus. The only downside for me was the heavy traffic but that’s expected in an area like that. I would definitely visit again.

sounded like the INDY 500 as vehicles with incredibly loud mufflers raced around the hotel. I don't know if ALOFT has tried working with the Austin police but it was ridiculous. The last car roared by at 2:30AM. Will NEVER stay here again.

Only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door. It was a sliding door and truly didn’t give privacy as the door sat a bit gapped. There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom either. Bartender Mike was great. Staff were kind and helpful. Loved that water bottles were offered as when I’m on vacation I tend to slack on drinking water often. Great price for a 3 night stay. Loved the porch seating near the pool and the gym was nice.

Like being woken up at 7 am by a 10000 watt generator literally 10 feet outside your window? Well look no further then aloft at the domain. I should’ve known as when I first entered the room. The first thing I saw were three pairs of earplugs. Very disappointing as I specifically picked this day to sleep in for once in my life!!!’

Noisy! This hotel is right next to a parking garage and there was so much noise from garbage trucks, cars, etc. I was wondering why ear plugs were in the room when I checked in but quickly found out! Also there was the previous guests food in the fridge. Make me wonder what else the cleaning crew missed

Rooms are in need of updating. Shower doo was misaligned and shower handle was difficult to shut off to make it stop leaking. The bathroom light was flickering and toilet seat was loose. The room kinda smelled like mold and mildew. There is zero night light options because the bathroom is not really a separate room so it’s either pitch black or full blown lights. Also no ice machines on our entire floor.

Great location and staff! Clean, well taken care of and we enjoyed our stay. WiFi was a bit sketchy at times but overall good. I understand the loft concept but would have appreciated a small set of drawers to put things away so we weren’t living out of bags for 4 days.

This hotel is good but it is not handicap friendly if your mobility is challenged. The parking is not friendly for handicap. Other than that it is okay.

Great location for Domain restaurants and shops. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Room was a bit small and dark. Lobby was spacious and fun with pool table and board games as well as a nice bar.

This is a good area for dinning and shopping. The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. However, all of the surrounding parking garages are open therefore street racing cars go in and do donuts and rev their engines ALL NIGHT!! The last time I heard the cars was 2:45am! The hotel knows this and therefore leave complimentary ear plugs on the night stands and say that they have no control over the racers. I will not go back there :(

Loved everything about this hotel. I’ve stayed at this brand before but not at this location. I love it! Will be coming back!! Very clean and everything is within walking distance at the Domain.

No sleeping through the night at this property. Definitely a party hotel for young adults. As soon as the bars started closing, it was like a nonstop flow of loud people cascading through the halls. Everyone was definitely having a great time for sure, but from 1:30am to shortly after 3am it was one group after another. Walls and doors are paper thin so we heard every word. Now I know why there are ear plugs on the nightstand! This is a great hotel if you’re young, but if you’re looking for some R&R, this place ain’t it!!

The staff over charged us for the stay. We almost didn’t catch that we’d been double charged for the room and did not get the full refund back from the second payment

What I liked anout the property was the location, security, ammenities, walkable to shopping, restaurants, and bars. The property has professional staff and housekeeping does a great job with cleaning the rooms.

we had a comfortable stay. the room was huge and clean. reception was super nice upon checkin. the bar lady was quite surprisingly rude and my vodka burnt mu throat. i requested another and was met with more rudeness and eyeball rolling to her two friends playing snooker. i felt uncomfortable and she poured the next one from the same bottle!!! after a 35 year hospitality career i asked to change the bottle as it burnt my throat badly my voice was croaky. she grumpily agreed. i felt so uncomfortable i extra locked my door. my fave hat dropped in the foyer and it was jt returned. but nice reception again! Fantastic location and availability for last minute the price was exceptional. would stay again but would recommend having a beer elsewhere. also loud banging and fighting next door to our room and someone yelling sorry ! sorry! was concerning with my child present. slept okay but lightly.
