Enjoyed the stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but the air conditioning did not cool the room and there was very noticeable signs of damage on walls and water damage on doors. The breakfast was awsome but rooms are not soundproof you can hear everytime someone shut there doors. But over all ot was an ok stay

We had arrived for a graduation for a 1 night trip and right off the bay had a lovely experience checking in with Tatiana. She was very pleasant and made our check in great! Also we were greeted every time we had ran accrossed a woman named Aisha, which now we know to be the manager. Jazmyne was our breakfast attendant and she had the greatest attitude. She stayed refilling and cleaning and answering any questions that anyone had for her. I've stayed in many many hotels and have never ran across a staff that were more helpful and just go off joy! I will definitely make this the hotel I stay when I come back to visit family.

This hotel was very clean and had enough towels. I didn't give all stars because on the website it should state their pool is down for maintenance so kids don't get their hopes up. Overall great hotel and area. Lots of restaurants near.

The room we were in was right next to the Breakfast and reception area, so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Would have liked an extra side table for the 2nd bed.

This was an excellent overnight stay. Definitely would stay again if ever in the area. Staff went above and beyond to make the kids feel welcome. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable too. The only draw back to the entire stay was that portable cribs or pack and plays weren’t available for babies to sleep.

I tried to extend my stay, and they wanted to raise the room rate by 50%. So, I went somewhere else.

When I checked in the staff was very pleasant. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the remote control did not work. And I am sure that it would have been rectified if I had let someone known. Otherwise, it was a very good stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable, tossed and turned due to sagging mattress. Our room was on the first floor next to the lobby and around 3 in the morning the music in the lobby was blaring waking me up. I did not go out and say anything because my son was asleep and I knew if I opened the door which you had to slam to close, then it would wake him up. When I did bring this to the attention of the desk attendant in the morning he stated that he had been telling his boss that the music keeps getting really loud overnight. He said he would mention it to his boss when he arrived so that "maybe you can get a few bucks back." Never heard anything.

All the staff was friendly and nice. Everyone seemed happy to work there. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The pancake machine doesn't cook the pancakes very well. They were gooey in the center.

Room very clean. Good Continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful and kind. I had stayed on second floor my last trip there and it is much quieter on second floor than it was on first floor. No fault of the hotel. I will continue making this my hotel during my trips to the Atlanta area. Great people!

The only problem was that there seemed to be a mentally disturbed person that keep returning to the front area hanging out in the parking lot, talking to themselves and drinking. Then they would shout and use profanities if my television wasn't on i would have heard that person most of the night

We were just uncomfortable with a person that was hanging around the hotel sitting in front of the door cursing at people that were coming in. The individual had bottles of alcohol surrounding her. By 4am we were waken by that person who had made her way on the 3rd floor still cursing and screaming. Due to safety reason, we won’t stay there again.

Parking was great. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with answering questions. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were spacious. The only minor issue was connecting to the wifi and the toilet handle being loose. Other than that my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Broken bathroom door. Someone kicked it in at some point. Sink faucet completely spun around when using hot/cold handle. Tub faucet handle would spin freely unless you positioned it just right. Toilet handle would not reset the valve automatically and would continue to run until you manually reset it.

The only exception was the night clerk who checked us in -- he was distant and cool as if we were bothering him and he got mildly irritated if I asked question about the document he asked me to sign concerning liability for any damages. The location It was not clean. Room was noisy. Had to renew my key 3 times.

Location was a bit far from downtown. Bad customer service with night staff. Very unprofessional! That experience took away what could've been a pleasant stay. Would not return to that particular property in the future. Very disappointed.

A paid option to check in early would be great. I was unable to check in early and when I did, there was a dirty cup under the bed, and the carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed. Everything else appeared clean except the microwave door.

The first rooms we were in had bugs ( lady bugs and stink bugs) everywhere. The doors looks like they had been busted through to the point they had gaps between the frames and the door. The bugs were so bad we requested to be moved rooms. The lady mentioned above handle our request to move with care and promptly. Once moved the rooms were a little better as far as the bugs went however later in the evening my toilet wouldn’t flush and the water continuously ran. I called the front desk ( speaking with a different lady than the one who checked us in) and was told there wasn’t maintenance on site so I would have to wait til morning. So any business to be handled on the toilet #1 or #2 had to sit in the toilet for hours including overnight.

Needless to say someone said they would be investigating and I’ve yet to have a call back or email. & I also sent pictures of everything including incident reports

Had we not woke up to ants in the bed and other places this would’ve been a great stay. I don’t usually make reviews and I understand things happen but there has to be some type of extermination system in place. I more than likely won’t stay again because of the ants.

I’m usually in Atlanta for my birthday every year. For now on, this is where I’m staying! The bed was so soft, I felt like I sank into it! Breakfast was on point! I only had one complaint in my entire stay and it was to room service allowing to doors to slam against to security lock to keep the doors open, but once I mentioned it to her she was more aware.

Problem was with the accessible room - specifically the bathroom. The accessible shower was not friendly to someone that cannot stand since the shower wand would not do more than drip. The hot water was lukewarm even when turned all the way up. We paid MORE for an accessible room.

We needed a place to stay a few days and Holliday Inn Express was right where we needed to be. The building is like new and the staff was awesome. They were friendly and professional. The room was big and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. My family and I sometimes travel and we'd look for the most inexpensive places to stay but the sacrifices are not worth it. We got excellent bang for our buck here at the Holliday Inn Express and we plan on using them for our vacations from now on.

The staff were very professional and friendly from check-in to checkout. I felt very safe and comfortable the room was very clean. The complementary breakfast was AMAZING. I highly recommended this for anyone traveling to Atlanta and wants a nice place to stay on a budget.

I like how quiet the rooms were but i didn't like that it was a tub shower instead of a walk in shower for the suite.

a bug was in one of the beds in my room
