This hotel has very serious problems. Tenant 130 is very rowdy. Loud music all night, doing drugs and drinking not letting tenants sleep. This is a terrible place to stay i will not recommend. This tenant alone will make this motel lose business. The owner cannot control his unruly behavior. Very bad motel stay away. Somewhat clean but the atmosphere is terrible with people like this.

I missed breakfast. Staff were great-- very nice gentleman at reception when I came in late. I did find the pillows to be really just too firm. Had to remove and put towels in pillowcase so I could rest my neck.

I understand a 2-star hotel is not extravagant but would expect at least cleanliness.

Was well lit up at night. We walked to McDonald’s next door, and after walking up to the McDonalds property, noticed a big “hole” (was concreted like dome kind of dump pit” to the left. It had trash and a shopping cart thrown in to it and the bottom board of the “fence” that was around it was broken. There were shrubs around most of it I assume to hide it, but you could see it and it looked terrible. This is probably McDonalds property but regardless it needed cleaned up. It was approximately 10 ft deep and someone could fall in.

Great location. You can walk to Augusta National if you don't want to fight Masters traffic. A nice older hotel/motel that could use some updates in the rooms.

Price was great and it was very close to the Masters The no smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in several times. Ceiling was peeling and falling and the faucet leaked. The place needed some updating.

The breakfast room was great. Joyla was.an excellent host. Shower curtain missing. Bath towel bar missing. One bed was not secured to foundation. They did fix the bed and added a shower curtain.

We stayed 1 night. Had tickets to the women’s amateur golf tournament. Perfect location and the staff was friendly.

The water pressure and temperature were so excellent BUT there is a definite need for a curved shower curtain to help keep the curtain from wrapping up against you while showering.

Owners kicked people out because the masters. Morally and Ethically wrong. When everyone money spend the same.

The dust ruffles on both beds looked like mildew was growing on them. Thw bathroom door wouldn't shut, the hair dryer started making a loud racket and you could smell burning wires. Also itnwas supposed to be a non smoking room but somone had been smoking.

The room was way better than I expected it to be. If you were going by looks alone you would pass by it but the inside was magnificent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and for once I found a shower in a hotel with an excellent water pressure.

The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress on the bed wasn't the best, but it was okay. The staff was helpful. The location was excellent! It is located in between many eating places which provided great variety. It was also very convenient to the interstate onramp.

The wife (owner) harassed us for 3 nights. She said we smoked inside the rooms and we didn’t. I have given this property so much $$ per week and to be treated as such is an understatement. She told me she’s blocking me from staying there and I said ok because this will for sure be my last stay. I also was given a room my last 2 days that smelled of a very loud Odor of urine and the carpet was wet of it. I never was given another room and they wouldn’t allow a refund. My room had roaches and also two rooms down they were not BLACK and they allowed them to smoke their cigarettes and stand out and drink their beers but she told me and my boyfriend not to smoke on their property at all. They should be shut down for the racist rude behavior as if my money isn’t what helps keep them afloat. Customers is what help you keep your hotel. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone of the African American community.

I always bring disinfectant and Clorox wipes to any stay and the only other surface that didn't seem clean was the AC unit buttons. However, that was another thing. When I turned it on, it emitted a horrible smell. I ended up just turning it off. Overall, I can tell the owner have done a great job renovating and it is perfect for a recharge stay while traveling. Blindsided by the 8.2 rating and actually seeing the property. There was a blood stain on the bed cover, filthy trim on the walls, the office chair in the room was heavily stained on the back rest, the carpet had torn up areas, and the curtain was broken so it didn't close all the way. It was detached from the track. Someone could have easily creeped into the room at any time. I tried to hang the curtain on a lamp to cover up the window a bit more and it just wouldn't stay. I was honestly afraid to walk around without shoes or socks on. The door wasn't super sealed, so there were little (what I think were) fruit flies hanging around. Any little bugs could have gone right under the gap under the door. This sufficed for a place to sleep over my car for this roadtrip but I heavily debated sleeping in my car and just using the shower here. Never again lol

It’s an older place but the people working there are so very nice and friendly and helpful. It’s clean and everything works. It was very reasonably priced so I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely try to stay with them next time I’m in the area.

Room was clean but floors were not. The staff was very friendly. The entrance by car was steep and our rental car bounced hard as we entered. There was no elevator to the second floor making carrying bags difficult, otherwise not a bad place to stay for the price if you can cast these issues aside.

I wasn’t sure about this place at first glance. After parking and actually looking at it, it’s a very pretty property. The staff were all super nice. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. Right near many places to eat and the highway. It was perfect and affordable and I would definitely stay here again

I was in the room only five minutes and killed two roaches. The toilet seat was filthy and had pubic hair on it also. The tv remote appeared to have blood or something on it that had been partially removed. The refrigerator had roach debris in it and the electrical outlets were not working properly. The shower was dirty enough I didn’t want to use it and the hairdryer was broken. When I spoke to the manager she offered to go clean it but it was already late when I arrived from a long road trip and didn’t feel like waiting for her to re-clean the room. I had made a reservation and the Inn was filled up so no extra rooms available. Convenient location and the manager was friendly and the air conditioner worked good but I will not book it again.

Overall my almost two week stay during our trip for basketball went quite well, the owners and staff were always very accommodating, and they were obscenely kind and patient with my kids as well. I will definitely try staying here again for any future trips to Augusta……

This hotel was a surprise. It was very clean and the lady in the office was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was one of the best i have ever seen. Well definitely stay here again when I'm in the area

I actually use to stay at this location 3-4 times every month. But , I PROMISE I WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING AGAIN. The owner stood at the bottom of the steps that me and my fiancé had to come down to get to our car and when we got down... I’m not going to mention the specifics of what the owner said. But , he made a comment to my fiancé about us requesting a late check out the day BEFORE , as we were checking in! While also saying he didn’t want us there ever again. Simply because we got late check out and it just so happened that everyone else had checked out at normal check out time. It’s not like I didn’t ask for late check out. Anyways , let’s just say that what he said to my fiancé absolutely set me off. It ABSOLUTELY set me OFF!! AND YES, I went off on him BUT, say what you want about me going off on the man but no one, and I mean NO ONE is going to disrespect my fiancé.

I always stay here when I come to Augusta. However this time first room dirty bathroom second room air torn up, no microwave, and refrigerator didn’t get cold. Third room they moved me to was much better. But the owner husband smelled like alcohol and made it seem like I was lying about the condition of the other two rooms. I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and I always ask for a late check out! It’s never once been an issue before. Until the last time I stayed there. For whatever reason they were banging on the door at 11 am telling me it was time to check out. I informed them I requested a late check out and I was told that was okay and the lady was friendly with me and said she would be back at 12 after late check out time. Well me and my fiancé were loading our car and was out of the room by 11:50. For whatever reason the owner decided to come out to our car being extremely disrespectful and rude. Then proceeded to tell us that we were not allowed to ever come back and stay there. Well I’m not going to lie, he set me off and I got rude back. Either way I’m not at all sure why we were told not to return. We checked in late around 11:30 PM and asked for late check out, we were out of the room before 12 and we also were staying at this hotel about 3 times a month for the last 5-6 months. But this place has lost my business. There was no need for the disrespect or for us to be told we weren’t allowed back. ABSOLUTELY NO REASON.

The room was clean, smelled disinfected and even the sheets had a hint of bleach on them. It is older but it looks well maintained. Surprisingly, it was very quite when the doors were shut. I would happily stay there again.

Everything went smoothly and great. They even upgraded my room to the first floor because they saw all my bags. Front desk women was wonderful and helped me out so much

The front desk lady was very rude. I requested a handicap room online and when I got to check in she refused me and put me on the THIRD floor.
