    Staff Check-in was excellent. Both Precious and Candance went above and beyond to help us check-in. The room did smell of bleach. The heater was too noisy to run. The room was so run down with mold in shower, patches all over the roof, walls, baseboards. The cost was exorbitant and when we checked again, the cost had gone down with other apps. We should get a refund for at least $100 on this horrible property...Another hotel should hire the lovely staff.

    The room was very unclean, the room was infested with roaches, very unclean, the bathroom door was almost falling apart. The microwave horrible conditions not clean at all roaches inside the Fridge, The fridge stop working after the 3rd day. Bed looks like they didn’t even try cleaning it. The bathroom had horrible unclean towels. Overall Not worth the money honestly.

    Shower had cracks in the floor that caused me to have to step with caution in and out of the shower, bathroom door would not close without lots of force, there looked to be food residue on the side of the refrigerator, the toiletpaper holder was nearly falling out of the wall, and only one side of the stovetop worked

    The room was a total train wreck, which may not have been that bad for normal Motel 6 prices, but for Masters prices, it was awful. The one saving grace is that the ladies who worked the front desk were awesome.

    This property is filled with permanent residents. Room smelled like smoke. My check was horrible. Management was rude with a nasty nice demeanor. I booked a room and was told my room wasn’t available. After the front desk attendant explained what happened. The management refused to talk to me at first. I was downgraded to room that took about an hour to get ready. I arrived at after 4:30pm. I should have found another hotel. The walls were thin I could hear everything.

    So many roaches in my room I didn’t even stay for the 2 nights I payed for. I just drove 2 hours both ways home as I would rather do that then get sick and bring filth back home to my own bed. Not to mention I booked 2 rooms for me and my team and upon arrival it took and hour and a half to check me in. Also upon booking I was sent 5 “we can’t wait to see you” emails and when I get there they inform me they need 50$ cash PER room which was never mentioned anywhere. Of course they have no atm on property too 😭. Just shut it down.

    The property as a whole is in poor condition with visible cracks in the concrete balconies. The balconies and railings would move if you stepped too close to the outside edge. There was construction debris and materials located all about the property that looked as if they had been there a quite a while. We did not stay. The office staff were apologetic and offered to cancel our reservation themselves without charging us. They said that they could not move our reservation to the Motel 6 side of the property as technically it was not "the same property."

So not only was I not able to stay at the placed I had reserved, but apparently it is also impossible to get a refund for the money I spent. I would not recommend this service to anyone. From now on just book directly though the hotel. (I do not understand how this is unacceptable - it is what happened )

    When I got there lady standing outside and as I came up to the door she asked if I had a reservation and I said yes she said she sorry but it was through a 3rd party and I couldn't be there and as I went back to my car it bothered me so I went back and asked her even if my money was taken for the room she said yes she claimed she cancelled my reservation because I definitely was on the list now if she scammed me out my money while in a terrible situation we had no lights and I only tried to get a room so I could take a shower our lights had been off due to hurricane Helene I am very disappointed and the worst thing is I can't get my 72 dollars back

Upon arrival at hotel I was no greeted at the window however had to endure listening to the front desk clerk on a personal call yelling and cursing at someone. I finally ring the bell which is when another employee finally approached the window and said that they no longer had any vacancies and would not honor my reservations. Her exact words were, “we not taking any third party reservations” however my card was clearly charged. I then for sake of argument left the property and contacted customer care. I have already submitted a request to have my funds reimbursed and hope that others did not have and are not having the same issue with this hotel that I had. That whole circumstance made the whole devastation of having just been through a hurricane even more devastating.

I have already submitted a request to have my funds reimbursed and hope that others did not have and are not having the same issue with this hotel that I had. That whole circumstance made the whole devastation of having just been through a hurricane even more devastating.

    The Motel 6 side is kinda decent but the Studio 6 side is GROSS. There are roaches and my room wasn’t even cleaned. They were dirty towels laying around. The microwave clear plate was in the sink. I literally did not even sleep in my room because the bugs had me very very freaked out.

    I love that the property had an elevator due to my room was on the 3rd floor but I didn’t like that because I had 4 children with me so it was a must for a kitchen but I was shifted around giving 2 different rooms that someone else was already in due to the error in the system they couldn’t figure out what rooms will be available had to wait an hour and half after I paid $25 for early arrival check in.

    I arrived after midnight, but the night manager tended to me right away. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean also. I rate it a 9 out of 10. It looks like they try very hard.

    They were friendly enough however they were extremely slow. I had to wait at least 20mins for them to get the guest in front of me checked in while he made calls on their landline. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes while they “found” me a room. When I finally get into the room, the floor is sticky & there was only sheets on the beds, no blankets & only one pillow on each bed. To top all that off, there were roaches & other bugs in the room.

    Door key card didn’t work the first time I tried to open the door. Had to go back to the lobby from my assigned room on the third floor. The whole place looked like a ghetto projects. There were people walking all over the place and there was loud music all over the place. No soap was provided in my bedroom. There was a closet with an old chair inside and there was mold all around the baseboards. There was also signs of mold or mildew in the bathroom. HVAC system worked perfectly. I will not stay at that place again.

Curtains pulled off wall, no blanket, TV didn't work (got that resolved with new remote), free coffee from 7am-11am was fiction, grounds were nasty, one of the buildings was suffering from structural damage with crews hammering away, rooms had a nasty odor (think body odor and cigs), door barely locked, very sketchy residents living at hotel, floors left my sox black. The whole place was just nasty and charged $200++/night because of the Masters. On the upside shower had hot water and good pressure. The no blanket on the bed was icing on the cake and the pillows were junk.

    It was not so good experience for me at all. it felt crowded, the bed was not comfortable for me at all. The kitchenette would not work at all. I even went there to complain about the stove not working. they said they will have maintenance man the next day but never did or came by at all until we check out. The bathroom towel were so wet and dirty when we first arrived. I woke up in the middle of the night seeing roaches in the bathroom crawling around. it was disgusting. The AC also went out as well. I was so freaking hot. I couldn’t sleep at all. I also heard neighbors fighting and loud talking. I want my full refund back. It was not worth paying those hotel for those price. I ended up forgetting to take pictures since I stay out all day.

    Roachs, no blanket, an dirty equipment. Was anong the fist things yo hit my eyes apon enterinthe room. Microwave had food all stuck to the inside and sink was clogged an had food stuck to the inside of it. When in need of wash rags and towls was often told they didnt have any available. An had to go buy my own toilet paper because they didnt have any one of my nights there. The guy who covers 3rd shift was extremely rude hard to communicate with and condescending. An at one point even aggressive in response to a simple request of providing a blanket for a my room with no blanket. Will not ever be returning

    When I got to my room, I did not have any towels. I went to the front desk and they said they didn’t have any and could give me a couple hand towels. So I had to go buy a towel to use. Upon looking through the room, it was dirty. There were roaches (not the palmetto bugs / water bugs that are not abnormal to see) and other bugs. It looked like it was partially swept because there was still dirt under the table. I found a dirty washcloth still in the shower. There was no blanket or comforter and the sheets were either dirty or stained and full of holes. Under the sink was water damaged to the point it had a hole and that hole was covered in what looked like mold.

    I made a reservation weeks ahead, staying here because it was an economical choice as a stop between destinations. 9pm arrival to check in and they had my reservation but had sold all rooms... including the one I reserved.     Booked through Expedia. Told the room wasn’t available. Got up charged. Place is a giant trap house. Tried to pay an extra night to get my things out of the room at a safe time. Got there and was physically assaulted and refused access to my personal belongings. My service dog was injured then accused of attack. Sheriff deputy helped me gain access to a few things but most of my valuables and clothing were missing.

    Went to the office informed them . The young lady's was giving me sketchy vibes. She gave me another room. Went to check it out the room was 100 percent occupied. So I went back to the office the young lady told me she was going to refund me. I asked for proof of refund. She told me she had no receipts. But instead she would send me an email. Waited for the email never recieved it. I went back to the office and the young ladies was gone for about 45 minutes. So I contacted the police to make a report, So ill be able to get my money back. So after the police pulled in they came walking back up. I informed the police I just want a report. Made the report went back to the office window. Informed her I never recieved the refund receipt. She told me she'll take a picture of it on my phone.She took a picture of a receipt but it was not mines. The total neither room matched she never refunded the money. I had to return to speak to a manager before I headed back home 1 day early

    Very dirty.smells like mold and mildew. We had plumbing issues for 5 days, toilet would sometimes flush, sewer water filled our shower. On day 6 they moved our room to upstairs, and refused to let my flush and and kids, who were on my reservation, start moving our things into the new room until I was physically on the property. I got off my second job, got up to the hotel at 9:30 pm, and Kira said with the nastiest attitude “you got 30 minutes to be out of the original room. Ima come check too” not sure why she works there when she is clearly so miserable. Seriously, she needs a job where she has zero contact with customers, disgrace.

    I booked a single bed, and was told at check-in that they had sold out of all of them and I could either get a refund or pay an additional fee for a double room. It is not MY fault that you overbooked the rooms, and as a paying customer, I should NOT be forced to pay extra for a bed that I wouldn't even use (traveling solo). 2nd gripe was that my room had zero towels or washcloths at check-in, so I was never able to get refreshed after a long day on the road. These types of things are not good for the brand, and is something that's making me reconsider booking from Studio 6 or Motel 6 in the future (even though their beds are the most comfortable of all the chains I've stayed at).

    The staff is extremely nice. The hotel has in house, roving security. The kitchenette makes for easy meals, and there's a fairly large laundry facility on site. Right across from the Mall, Walmart, and numerous fast food eateries.
