- Clean (rooms, property, common spaces) - Modern, up-to-date - Excellent Location - Staff was amazing The indoor pool was out of order, which was the amenity that I was really looking forward to enjoying with my family! My kids were devastated when I broke the news. Machines not working (ice machine on the 1st floor; along with the juice machine for breakfast. Overall, an excellent location but the non-working amenities really bummed us out.

Overall, very impressed with this hotel. Great location for convenience-easy access to Interstate, shopping and dining. The only issue is the lack of sound proof ceilings and interior walls. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and I-20 and 520. The staff was pleasant and professional. The room was comfortable and layout was nice with the areas for a coffee station, sofa, and desk area separate from the sleeping area. The TV could swivel to turn to the seating area where the sofa was or toward the bed.

Hotel was very clean. Check in was easy. Free breakfast had great healthy options. Only complaint is i wish Breakfast started a little earlier and it was usually a little late getting going. Loved the option of the living space which gave us 3 beds including the pull out couch. With two teens they are better when they have their own space.

The room was nice but they put me on the first floor, right outside was the parking lot. I couldn’t sleep because I heard people talking and starting cars all night After I finally got a few hours sleep at 6 am someone was outside laughing then the cars starting have been nonstop since then. Not a good experience.

I loved the 'extras' and 'quality' of this hotel! I noticed! Name brand toilet paper, clean and easy access to quality shower products. Soft-close toilet seat and drawers. Full size mirror with closet. I loved the work desk and all the extra plug-ins. The free breakfast had a huge, assorted selection with something for everyone! All of this for a reasonable cost. I will look for this brand first when traveling.

Drink options were quite limited as well. The pool was out of order and the elevator made us nervous, making weird noises. The pool was out of order. Nothing on the website stated this. We purposely stayed here for the indoor pool because we have 3 children. We were all very disappointed. On top of that, the Tv didn't work and my husband had to remove the cables and reinstall and get a new remote so we could watch Tv. The was one small Tv for the whole room.

The Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body was was an unexpected perk and I loved it! Too bad I only stayed 1 night because my one little outfit looked lonely in the huge closet. I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit Augusta again.

No remote in my room, I tried calling the front desk several times and no one answered so I went downstairs and the front desk employee came from he back area. She was apologetic and handed me a master remote, She seemed confident this remote would work so I went back to my room got comfortable and guess what… the remote didn’t work. I tried calling the front desk again but no one answered.

Was a nice hotel. Loved the room especially the bathroom. Loved that the tv had Netflix on it where you could sign in. Liked the area they had for you to work on your laptop. Only thing I really didn't like is that it only had one washer/dryer.

I stay here often for business. Hotel is convenient to a decent amount of restaurant options, plus easy access to the interstate. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean, I’ve never had a bad experience and I have stayed here 10 times.

The suite is spacious and clean. The pool was out of order and they offered us to go to next door to swim. That's a good alternative. Free fruity honey water is a big bonus to me.

Very clean and the breakfast was very good
