The mattresses were terrible; old and spongy. The bedsheets were stained and cigarette burned everywhere, including the drapes. The positives: the AC was good.

There is no pool. It is filled in with dirt. This is an older hotel that would benefit from remodeling or updating. The Staff was Great

I asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes so switched with my son. That room's toilet wouldn't flush and then overflowed. There were prison towels and we only got 2 total. They were tiny. They switched us to a 3Rd room with no hot water. By that point I was done. I suffered through cold showers in 30 degree weather. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I won't be staying there again.

The bedding was stained. No shampoo, no drinking cups. No kleenex. No hair dryer. The tv did not work at first, and the attendant did come into the room after teying to explain how to set up. Unfortunately it was not plugged in. And the plug was inxonvenient to get to. But it was priced maybe accordingly. Dont pay much dont get much I guess

Dirty spots all over the pillow cases and sheets, the bath tub hadn't been cleaned properly and had dirt scum all up the sides of the tub. The room was not well maintained. The light fixture next to the bed did not work. Worst hotel experience!!

Not only was it closed, it's run down with cracks in it. So dissappointing and misleading. We only had two towels and two wash clothes, but 3 people in the room. Next day, they took the dirty towels, but didn't replace them. Not such a good part of the area either.

I liked the location, very close to restaurants. I liked the staff they were very nice and helpful. The breakfast accommodations and the kitchen were very nice and clean, more than I expected. Lastly, The bathroom inside the room would have to be my favorite part, it was very nice apart from the water pressure on the sink. Multiple things are influencing me not to choose this location again if I can help it. Firstly, the walls are very thin and you can definitely hear conversations in the next room if they are loud enough, as well as the people smushing next door, almost made me want to hang out outside because of how uncomfortable it made me. Speaking of uncomfortable, there is a door that connected my room to the room next door, that's normal for hotels I feel like, except this one did not have a lock on it at all. You could open it from either side and just waltz into the next room if you wanted to. I asked the staff about this and they assured me that it was not possible for the next room to get into our room, which was just a blatant lie. This made me unbearably uncomfortable to the point that I wanted to get a new hotel altogether, but I dealt with it nonetheless. Literally just put locks on the damn doors like c'mon. Lastly, just the quality of some of the guests at the hotel, nothing the hotel itself should fix because of course they need to run a business, but still.

Dump! Shame on bookings for rating the property as good. Rust in the tub, roaches on the bathroom floor, furniture was old and cheap. Staff would not let us cancel 2nd night. Abandoned car with flat tire parked below our room. Sketchy! Stay away from this property. Location is in a rough part of town. We felt unsafe. The staff claimed there was a 90 day cancellation policy when we asked to cancel the 2nd night. We forfeited the 2nd night and moved to another property.

No tissue, no hair dryer in the room, so we needed to ask. After flushing the toilet, water spilled on the floor, so we changed the room. The shower water wasn't hot. Everything was outdated.

I've been to a lot of different hotels! My husband and I needed a hotel for two nights after a 16hr drive and this was the closest we could find and affordable prices! This was the worse experience!! Staff was weird and when we got to the room all dirty , walls were dirty and bathroom was disgusting!! Roaches and lies!! Couldn't sleep we had to get out of there first thing in the morning, we paid for tonights and no refund!! Conditions at this hotel are disgusting!! So dissapointed and I lost my money

The check in process is not inside of the waiting room/office, it's through a window that you can barely see through. The property itself smells like pot and cigarettes. The walls are so thin between rooms that we could hear the conversation between mom and child in the next room extremely well. On top of all that, the beds didn't have a fitted sheets over the mattresses, the sheets that were on the bed had cigarette burns in them, and instead of a blanket on top like a normal hotel/motel, we got curtains, and they weren't even clean. The room in general wasn't clean. Also, the TV didn't work.

The room was pretty dirty and run down. Some items were not adequately stocked. The beds were OK, but one had a loud plastic cover on it that the kids complained about. The only reason I chose this motel was proximity to the airport. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Small hotel in a humble part of town, but closest to the airport. Room seemed very clean except for grungy chairs. Door chain lock broken, so gave the appearance that was unkept. Comfortable beds, quiet night. The add said breakfast included, but hotel lobby was locked down.

Management was excellent. They were so responsive to my needs. They were polite on check in, telling me where my room was and where I should park. When I reached my room, the smoke detector was chirping about every 30 seconds. When I called the front desk to report it, someone was at my room within 30 seconds to fix the problem. They did not leave my room until I was completely satisfied.

The room was not clean upon arrival. Dirty tub (the front of the tub was also falling off), floors were not vacuumed (our feet were filthy from walking on the carpet). I called Expedia to cancel as I had only just walked in my room and was probably there all of 20 minutes. The front desk told Expedia that I had been there for 2 hours and they would not refund me. I will never stay at this hotel and I will never go through Expedia. They did not help my situation.

Our first room smelled of marijuana smoke and we had to request a new room. When we got to the 2nd hotel room, the hand soaps were already opened. There was an inadequate amount of towels, I found a small roach in the bathroom and the remote to the TV didn't work. I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. So much so that I cancelled the remaining portion of our hotel reservation and found another hotel to stay in. The only thing good about this hotel was the staff. They were nice about changing our rooms and was also very nice about getting my refund.

These folks need to understand that customer service is the only edge they have while there are, literally, hundreds of other hotels to choose from.

Front desk personnel was extremely rude and we spent a lot of money there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

Very friendly staff. Not the best part of town. But, close to restaurants and shopping. Towels were very small and of very poor quality.

The walls in the hotel are thin so you can hear the persons next door conversation. Also my room had cockroaches. I woke up during the night with them crawling over me.

Overall, terrible. We did not feel safe at all. We got there shortly after midnight and left at 5am. We were woken up several times by the neighbors, but the front desk did nothing and we did not feel safe enough to ask them to handle any complaints. I would never stay here again. The hotel was dated, which is fine for the price. The room was clean and tidy, but looked very dated making it appear not so clean. The beds were comfy. We did not get to enjoy any breakfast or even coffee as it was so early when we left. I should have known that it was going to be terrible when they never asked for my ID or CC when I checked-in for any incidentals. If I had not prepaid with Hotels.com, we would not have stayed the night. TERRIBLE experience. Rodeways are always sketchy!

Room was ok but the television sucked. Couldn't figure out how it worked. Hotel staff came in got it working and the bed was very hard. I have joint problem and I tossed and turned all night. They need to hang new curtains because mine kept popping open .

We got in around 2 AM and the lady was nice enough to let me in so I didn't have to stand outside to book my room. I really appreciated this, the man in the morning was short with me. We didn't eat the breakfast there, so i can't say anything about that. However the room was a little dirty, our towels, sheets, and one pillowcase had some stains. Nothing that totally threw me off. I guess because I'm paranoid I felt like bugs were crawling on me, although to be fair, I never saw any.

My work crews stayed for a week, only complaint was breakfast buffet was lacking decent variety of choices. Nothing compared to picture add on website.

Unfortunately the biggest problem I had was that my friend and date needed to iron his clothes and the iron burnt a HUGE hole in his pants. Even on a higher setting...it shouldn't get extremely hot enough within a couple of minutes to ruin clothes. The person on duty said there was nothing he could do and proceeded to give him a second iron that was also broken. I think if it weren't for that that wouldn't have been so bad because we needed a cheap hotel for one night close to our destination.

The room was a no smoking room and smelled like cigarettes which left an odor in our suitcases. On the ceiling and wall were ladybugs which I had to scoop up and put them out the room. The shower curtain had a sour smell to it behind the bed posts was dusty.

I paid $35 for a room so I had low expectations, but to my surprise it was very decent. The room was clean & the room seem comfortable though it was small, & the staff are great.

Was not pleased

Carpet had patches cut out. Furniture looked as if it was scavenged from a dump. WiFi was unusable. There was no alarm clock in the room. The room and bathroom were clean. Be linens were also clean. Housekeeping was good.

Worst experience ever since I booked through hotels.com then when my employees get there to check in I got 4 different phone calls trying to get me to cancel and pay them directly waited in lobby for one hour I will never use hotels.com nor roadway inn again it was a disaster

The staff was so polite and friendly and helpful. They gave better directions than my GPS. They made me feel like I was at home.

Enjoyed the free breakfast, and listening to the day clerk talk about the famous musicians that lived in the city. And during the 2 am check-in the night clerk, Jonathan was very polite, helpful, and friendly. Overall friendliness won me over. unlike in most city hotels where the clerks and staff could careless about your trip or where you're from.

2nd room hair backup in sink. Very few TV stations, Not but 1 chair, not very clean. I was very dissappointed because I watch the football and I could not get the station. I was suppose to get the station but I could not. Very upset about that.

Comfortable bed with clean sheets and flat screen tv. Bathroom was clean too. When we got ready to check out we noticed dirty shoes under the bed that had to have been there before we came. Did not belong to us. The room also had an odor from carpet.

The room is small but clean, the staff is very friendly, parking is excellant. Very good place to stay because of the economical room prices

Hotel is okay. First stay the bed felt like a block instead of a mattress. During the 2nd stay, bed was better but air conditioner wasn't working properly and it was not fixed during the stay. I finally had to ask for a different room.

I would like to request my money back for my stay. There was no pool, phone service and no internet. The hotel was dirty with blood on the bathroom walls. The room stunk and had not been cleaned. There where smudges on the windows. I would never recommend.

Beds aren't exactly the most comfortable and there are no vending machines on site. Shopping and restaurants are within a decent distance from the hotel. Internet is sketchy at best

Opened the door and the room had a mildew smell. The room furniture is old. The carpet had patches that moved around if you walked on the carpet. I had to keep covering it up. I didn't what to take my shoes off. Other than that it was ok. Just some where to sleep, cause we spend the day at family and friends.
