It was just ok!

The front desk was very helpful. I’m sorry I don’t remember the gentleman’s name. Room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was great!

Great hotel, convenient, reasonably priced. Nice staff. Clean. Only thing we notice on a regular basis is the AC system changes the temperatures randomly. Other weird thing, the thermostat does control the temperature in the room well despite it being on “auto”. When it comes on it’s freezing! When it goes off, it’s sweltering. There’s not a happy medium. Could be a room insulation thing. My husband stays here every other week for a couple days. Doesn’t bother him. I however joined him this trip and it drove me crazy. Overall though, nice place.

I did not receive the room that I paid for, the family Suite, with multiple beds. When I made the reservations online 2 days before my arrival, the room was available. Once I arrived at the hotel, 3 hours away from my home, I was told the room was under maintenance. It would have been nice if the hotel had emailed about this issue, as I really needed the bunk beds that were missing.

I really wish the entire hotel was non-smoking. Unfortunately the smell of marijuana was pungent throughout the elevator and the second floor. My room was on the third floor, where there was no marijuana smell, but if I was on the second floor, that smell would’ve been a issue.

Came down for breakfast Saturday morning at 8:45. There was hardly any breakfast when asked if they were going to replenish he told me they stopped replenishing in our before breakfast ends no milk no eggs no waffle mix. Arrived 12 AM on Friday night not a single bit of toilet paper was in the room. Employee was able to find only one role in the whole hotel seems they were out of it. We stayed for four days and not once did they come in and clean the room and empty the trash had to go downstairs to get a working TV remote. There were two TVs, but only one remote which worked for only one TV. why have two TVs in the room if you don’t have a remote for it. Employees were always on their phone. The front desk young man was on his phone all morning long every time I went by upstairs while they’re vacuuming employees on his phone vacuuming every time I saw him and pass by he was on his phone, most employees were nice some seem to feel like you were bothering them. After breakfast, the coffee pots were left whatever coffee was in there so when you came down in the morning, when breakfast was served, it was still leftover coffee from the day before before it was made can’t seem to think how that would be very healthy.

The staff was very nice and we had everything we needed in our room. We had brought a gaming system to play when we were in the room relaxing/it was raining, but there was no way to change the input channel on the TV.

My whole stay there did not have any keys to my room. I had to be escorted by the staffers each time I wanted to go back to my room. The staff members was very rude, very unkind, very unpleasant and I had a horrible experience in and out of my own hotel room with being escorted. Breakfast was poorly served and inside the units and as far as the customer satisfactory was just completely terrible and I want my refund. I really want half my money back. It was a horrible stay

There was no shower curtain on the shower- had to get it and put on myself- the shower floor was dirty- there were no extra linens in the room- had to get them and make up bed. The lobby was very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good so, overall not too bad but Very expensive for what you got but, hey, it was the Masters so everyone is expensive!

The location was perfect, the staff was great! And I really loved the rooms. We had our private bedroom with door, small living room and TV in the entrance room. It was clean. Wish all hotels were like this. Nothing bad to say at all. It was perfect all around.

My first visit was really nice the room was clean this was my second visit. I use my points from hotel.com. They gave me the worst room. I bet you in the building room 204 tub rusted out water dripped all night.

I wish the breakfast was a bit more robust. Like some gravy for the biscuits and some fruit.

We only stayed for one night and were informed about the amenities. Sadly we were not able to take advantage of them.

I love that the bedroom was separated. I visited to see my son graduate his AIT training. He was able to spend the second night with me and he and friends were able to visit while I slept. It was so nice. I have no complaints. It was a 2-night stay and it was a nice room and I was able to sleep well. I missed breakfast so I can't say how that was, but that was just my schedule and doesn't reflect on the hotel at all.

When you ask the staff to make sure your room gets clean and u leave early everyday to make sure your room gets cleaned and u come back room still not clean 😭😭😭😩😩😩

The hotel was a good value overall. The location was convenient. Hotel was newer. All the problems we encountered were minor. They could easily be fixed. There was a loose tile on bathroom floor in our room and the hair dryer was missing out of bathroom. The remote was tacky to the touch and had sheet fuzz stuck to it. The bed pillows were small square pillows and were really hard. There was a broken tile laying on the floor near the breakfast area. The breakfast was ok. The attendant said they were out of eggs and bacon but would have them the next day because a truck was coming. The next day they were out of regular sized plates for breakfast. They had small saucer paper plates. Hard to eat a waffle on a small plate.

Brooklyn was by far the BEST. She is beautiful inside and out and in!!! She helped me EVERY time i needed. She is just great all the way around. nothing

This place was over priced and disgusting, stains on the couch, bed, floor. Made a Facebook video and everyone was repulsed and said I'm glad you don't have a black light! I'd rather sleep in my car and save 200 a night!

The room layout was beautiful It was totally clean. I could tell the shower hadn’t been cleaned. I called and requested my bed sheets be changed while I was out, but was told there wasn’t any housekeeping there so I couldn’t.

Got upgraded, Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Food was good in morning. The only thing I had a complaint for was the fact that I could not get the TV remote to work. When I went to the desk, the gentleman was working with a new guest. He said I will get you a new remote and bring it to you. He never came as I waited about 1/2 hour. Gave up.

on your website you do daily cleaning that’s not true. You have to let the front desk know if you want clean towels every day and bed made up and the room has like a little mildew older. Need to make sure they take care of your baseboard in the bathroom. I

The only downside to the stay was the fact that xifinity on the TV in the front did not work and there was no sound on the TV in the bedroom. Informed the front desk and was told someone would look at it. Nothing was done and was not given any info before checkout

My bedsheets had a yellow stain on it and I found some dark hair in the bathroom, counters, and on my pillow cases. I don’t think they thoroughly cleaned the room. Other than that, I was happy with the stay. I will come back in the future.

I was checked in by a young black woman. She was very nice, if she was there more, i can rate it better. I was sent a text message to pre check in. The next morning I got a alert from my credit card saying I was charged on my card. I checked that morning and the asst Mgr at the front desk said it was them and I believe it was for incidental. We then went for breakfast. They had a good breakfast with many selections. Little things happened like going to the pool and when we returned to our room our keys were deactivated. Strange when you could open the door to the pool but you can't open the room key. Room was nice and spacious. Very comfortable. It was clean but it was webbing hanging from the bathroom roof above mirror. I got a little under the weather our last day there so the next morning I asked my wife to bring me something back from breakfast like oatmeal or grits package. They had it the morning before. Wife came back and said there was hardly anything in the breakfast room. We ate breakfast at the same time as the day before and it's sad all those selections wasn't available. My wife said it was a white woman in the kitchen area on the phone arguing with someone. She said that's not professional when there were people in the kitchen area in ear view. Checking out, I was checked out by a older black woman who was nice. I know this place has a lot of potential and could be so much better. QR code for tips, not a good look

The manager called me accusing me of stilling an alarm clock from the room, and told me I was being banned from all the Quinta hotels, first of all I am a business woman that owns a business, I own 2 cell phones, and both phones have alarm, why should I do something like that?. I felt very offended, and accusing without proof is even worst. This was the second time staying here and did not have a problem like this the first time. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and have never ever been disrespected like this.

2 lamps burnt out, & no-one could find bulb replacements; tv didn’t work. No directions if it did work. Frustrating. Not enough help at desk.

Enjoyed it and staff was great

Staff did quickly assist with the TV.

Several doors would not close, drawers would not close which was hazardous. And when we did close one of the doors we had a hard time opening it. But the staff was nice.

the girl with the colored hair at the desk has 0 customer service skills, my room door wouldn’t lock at all, the floors were filthy. would never come back to this location. the other 2 gentlemen who i dealt with at the desk were friendly

Very roomy and clean theoughout

Terrible customer service. The entire property is infested with ants. The pool was green. The rooms weren’t properly clean. I was very unhappy with my experience at the La Quinta.

The pool.was closed and it was very expensive

Best thing I can say is not as bad as the nights in or the Econo Lodge, lol but if you are used to staying in Marriott, Hilton, Homewood, suites and places like that that you will be very disappointed

The was one of the worst experiences we've ever experienced. I had a reservation set for Thursday July11th. I called Monday night to change my arrival date to Wed and spoke with an agent who said that he changed my reservation to Wed the 10h. When I arrive, r representative told me that my reservation was for the 11th and dismissed me by saying that I made a mistake without listening to me. After finally getting into a room, the room was filthy. The beds weren't made and there were food everywhere. When I tell the representative, he switches me into a room but the new room had roaches. At this point, I leave my name and email information asking for the General Manager to please give me a call. No one ever did. After repeated requests to speak with the general manager, my wife was once told that they have no way of getting into contact with the manager. I asked another representative to have the manager please contact me and no one ever did. This was my far one of the worst experiences and I plan on contacting the corporate office

Rooms are very spacious. Everything was clean, however the fridge has a bad smell. The staff is rude. Very rude. Pool was green and not in use. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent no complaints

The breakfast was better than what I could have gotten at a fast food place. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean and nice. I could tell that it was just standard construction when the place was built regarding walls and insulation between rooms. But it was a quiet stay. I would stay there again.

Hotel was very clean but the pool was not working so my kids could not swim breakfast was not all that good need more options

There were dead roaches in the ceiling! Was supposed to refund me, but I have yet to receive refund and it’s been over a month!!

We had a family emergency and we had to leave right after we got there and we was very thankful that we had the opportunity to cancel our reservations. They were very understanding about our situation. I would recommend this hotel, for their kindness and understanding. We have stayed at others hotels as this one and was very pleased with our experience. We had also taken out insurance on our stays at hotels when we travel in case of a emergency , it can come in handy.

Had the do not disturb sign on the door the whole stay for privacy and ended up having some of my stuff gone through and things missing. I always carry back up vapes with me in my backpack that were missing when i got back to my room, i also left a vape on the bed so i knew where it was when i left to go work (i dont brong them to work with me because i work in schools)and one of my guys staying in the room with me had a work keyboard go missing from his backpack. No room service was asked for or received so nobody should have been in our room at all. When i told the front desk the guy claimed he could see if someone accessed my room but that he was locked out of the system at the moment so he couldn't look anything up. He took down my room number and nothing else was ever brought up about it. Ive spent more time in hotels then not the past 2 years for work and ive never had this issue.

Hotel was nice and quiet..Attendant wasn't helpful for anything that we asked about.The breakfast was like it was threw together..The pool was filthy..

Simple but great. We needed a place to stay outside of Fort Eisenhower and this was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Price was great too.

It was very good. The only thing was the bathroom floor was sticky and the pool was closed.

The hotel itself was quite nice. The day manager was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was what was to be expected. The overnight staff were extremely rude. The housekeeping team was terrible. I was there 4 days. I asked twice but my room was not cleaned once nor was I given free clean towels. This really left a bad taste in my mouth about the hotel. Thank God there was a Dollar Store close.

Love the hotel was upset that I didn't get room I reserved cause he said it got double book and had take a smaller one cause it's all they had but still got charged for family room and have not heard back from hotel.com on comping me room I wanted for two days

LaQunita Inn was close to Fort Eisenhower and driver-accessible to other locations around the Augusta area.
