The room and whole hotel smells like you are stuck inside a Fabreeze bottle. Walls are thin so lots of noise from adjacent rooms.

But the room was clean and the area felt safe. So, overall, it was more good than bad.

We had a lovely stay. The room and amenities were excellent and it was great having a kitchenette. We were so comfortable that we actually wished our stay was longer. 😁

My daughters and I got trapped in the elevator. Some areas of the hallway smelled of weed.

I loved the variety of breakfast choices. Coffee hit the mark, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

I liked the nice welcome from the lady on the front desk. She explained everything and helped me to order some pizza. I liked the very good smell on the floor when I went to my room. I like the walk in shower with good power and heat. The temperature when I entered the room. At this time of the year the AC shouldn't be on. one elevator was temporarily out of order. Not much restaurants near by to reach by walking.

The room was great. Nice decor and space + high toilet seat & bath! Ladies at front desk were extremely helpful! Modern feel ... like a private getaway spa. I want my house to look like this :) Grits and cheese on breakfast bar were very tasty and hot. Pet friendly! The breakfast - this is the second Home2Suites where the meat is shaved so thin that it dried out and tasteless. The stacked tray arrangement for the featured hot foods makes it difficult to get the food out. We do not like the pump yogurt machine. Much rather just have individual to-go cups. We had to pump it too many times for any yogurt to come out. Food in the case was lukewarm instead of hot. Elevator outage :(

Breakfast was great! A nice selection of food items to eat! I enjoyed my stay. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

What I liked about the hotel was that you allow dogs. However, you should have one floor for dogs, not all floors. And I think you could have more selection with your breakfast. Clean the carpet better.

Convenience to restaurants, shopping, expressway We have 2 small well behaved chihuahuas that together only weigh 13 pounds. The fee for animals was the most I've ever paid to have them travel with us at $75 for one night's stay.

Unfortunately my co-worker went into her room and there wasn't a light fixture in the bathroom. They were sold out so she couldn't be placed in another room. The clerk admitted they shouldn't have put her in there. They attended to solve the problem by bringing a lap that she plugged in the way. This WAS NOT good as a woman needs the light and mirror for make up and hair. We will NEVER stay at this property again!!!!!

No Internet service. Elevator was out of service. Accessible bathtub bench was missing a white panel that you sit on; metal was exposed. Other than like, my stay was good.

Homes2 is always a good clean stay with comfortable beds and room. The kid or person in the next room was slamming cabinets at 3am. I banged on the wall, and they got the message.

My stay was from March 8, 2025 until March 10, 2025. The room was great. The breakfast food was terrible. For the room rate, I was expecting a full service restaurant. Daily rate too expensive for the service.

Great hotel and in a really good location. It’s a newer hotel and it has become my go to when traveling to Augusta. It’s right by everything (near Regal 20) so getting to the major streets and highway are all 5-7min away with many food options less than 10min away. Staff is also nice

For this property to accommodate pets, it is extremely clean!!! There was never a time where there was a bad odor. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all guest felt welcomed and accommodated

I had a great experience and for once the reviews about a hotel was absolutely true. Room was great and spacious, was customer service was professional and welcoming. I will stay here again when visiting family in Augusta. I hope to reserve the 1 Bedroom suite the next go around.

I love the stay. The cleanliness.The closeness to stores. The quick access to restaurants. My kids love the pool area. I highly recommend this hotel. Me and my family definitely will be staying here when visiting Augusta, Ga. The clerks were very nice. The young man that's in the wheelchair. I forgot his name deserves a raise. Very respectful makes you feel at home. As a man myself he is a motivation and inspiration to me and should be to others. Simply for striving. Keep pushing and God bless you all.

I can only speak for our room. very cleaned, we were given a handicap room (we are not), the room was spacious with almost a full kitchen (no stove), however there was no table to eat and it had a sofa without coffee table....the toilet seat felt like it was going to break when you stood up.

The facility was awesome, my only concern was that I couldn't access wifi. I contacted the front desk and when I tried to input the information, it didn't work. The message on my laptop kept saying "connected" but I could access the internet. No mater what I tried.

Our room was lovely but it didn’t seem clean. Bathtub had gritty feel. Carpet felt a little sticky. Breakfast was very nice!

The location was great, so easy to find. The hotel and our room were most comfortable. The suite was roomy and had all of the amenities we needed. It was so nice to find this great hotel where we and our pups could stay comfortably!

Staff was amazing . Cleanliness was a top priority at the facility and customer service was gold level.

Comfortable stay in a hotel that seems almost new. We’d stay here again. A couple of things worth mentioning: there was a spot on the carpet near the bed that should be cleaned, we were up early and it took FOREVER to get hot water to the shower. Lastly Hilton had signs in the elevator talking about their eco- friendliness including the use of CFL bulbs. LED is far more eco-friendly.

This was our first time staying at a Home 2 hotel. The room had a good amount of space. It was well cleaned. We plan to stay at this hotel again. It has no smoking and no pets. This is excellent for families and for people who suffered with allergies and/or asthma.

Clean, safe, right off the interstate, and was a great price on orbitz for such a highly rated hotel. Have not had their breakfast yet, but the coffee was good!

The shower never got hot and the toilet took forever to refill the tank. 20 minutes plus The breakfast is good and the lady running the breakfast is always amazing!
