    The hotel was clean and newly remodeled, and when an issue with the toilet flushing arose, it was fixed immediately. The staff was very helpful and provided a toiletry item when I left it at home. The bed was a little creaky, but very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

    Comfortable rooms but not a new property. The room was clean but lacked a carpets. Ammenities are decent. I had some small issues with my room and had some noise issues during one of the nights. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

    I only booked this hotel because they offered FULL Breakfast that included Bacon as shown in their description. When we went to Breakfast, there was no bacon, just sausages, which I don't care for After expressing my disappointment to the kitchen staff, Keisha, she went above and beyond and Cooked some bacon just for us,.     Our visit went very well. The only thing that was an issue when we got there was no shuttle service to The Bell Auditorium. 24 hour shuttle service was advertised and was not available so we had to drive. That was the reason I booked this hotel. Make sure all of your amenities are advertised correctly

    Check in was easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the air conditioner was much louder than normal and the bed had a terrible creaking sound when getting on or off the bed. This made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of space in the dining area. The area around the hotel is not the greatest as there is quite a bit of construction happening. Nearby are some good eateries as well as a river walk along the Savanna River.

    This place was spotless. I’ve never seen a hotel cleaned so much. Bed was so comfortable and pillows were great. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Ms Dee at check-in was a delight and the kind of person we should all strive to be. Next time in Augusta we will definitely be there.

    The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the cooks were definitely making sure there was always hot and fresh food. I appreciate the attention to detail. The staff, especially Ms. Dee, was exceptional. From the minute we walked in until we left, she was phenomenal. She made sure we were taken care of during our entire stay and gave us some information about the city and places within walking distance of the hotel. We're making another visit this summer just to stay in the hotel to see her. We met so many friendly people there. That my stay wasn't longer.

    Room was very clean, the BR was also clean with enough room for all our toiletries. The shower was refreshing and the vent worked so no steamed up mirror. The breakfast had many offerings to a variety of tastes. The selection of teas was perfect, both with and without caffeine. Front desk staff were professional and attentive. The location was very near the Riverwalk and to Nort Augusta.

    The hotel itself was pretty clean. In our room there were spots from the previous guest that were not cleaned up and the thermostat in our room needed to be replaced, it literally fell off the wall. The breakfast was disappointing. Most of the business in a 3 block radius are abondoned.

We chose to stay at a Holiday Inn Express specifically for the breakfast, and this one didn't even have milk in the cooler for cereal. The only hot items were hard boiled eggs and sausage patties. No scrambled eggs, and no pancake batter for the automatic pancake maker (but the syrup and chocolate were plentiful). When another guest asked the woman who was setting out food "Is this it?" she replied with "Well there's eggs and sausage." Every time I walked past the kitchen, the woman putting out food was sitting there on her phone and would occasionally come out to walk to the reception desk, then back to the kitchen. We were looking forward to so much more for us and our toddler!

    All of the employees nice and professional. The breakfast crew were extremely friendly and took care of all of our needs. This hotel is on the far end of Broad St, but never felt unsafe and was convenient to walk for events, dining, and shopping.

    Ebony and Osha at the front desk are amazing, greetings with a sincere smile, friendly, professional and has exceptional hospitality. My stay along with my families was awesome. Also Haraoce during the hours of serving breakfast has a wonderful personality, full of joy and good laughter… He made our stay one to remember, all the food fresh and hot. Great sense of urgency.     Front desk team is very courteous and professional. Check in was easy. I also liked that the parking is behind a gate for added security. There is a club on the other side of the street but you couldn't hear it any of it from the room. Bed were very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are there for a weekend.

She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported during a time when I needed some extra assistance. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression on me, and I will never forget her exceptional service. I also want to commend the transportation staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) who was always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. His attitude made getting around easier and more enjoyable. My only issue during the stay involved a housekeeping interaction between June 5th and 6th. I had requested a replacement for a malfunctioning shower soap dispenser. The replacement was eventually delivered, but rather than being installed with the other two existing dispensers, it was simply placed on the shower shelf. I tried to communicate (by handing the bottle to the staff member) that I would like it mounted properly like the others, but unfortunately, that request didn’t seem to be understood or acted upon. However, Augusta downtown feels quite deserted in a normal day, even though it’s where all these recommended tourist attractions are, like Riverwalk and the Morris Museum of Art, etc. The biggest complaints I have is the breakfast — the milk they put out (in the refrigerator) had past expiration by one day. The one I opened had visible signs of turning bad. I threw it away, and just had some bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, and I still ended up having stomach problems and had a couple of runs for the restroom an hour later.

    There was no breakfast service provided. There were coffee urns but the creamer containers were empty. We were in a rush to get to an event in the morning and were counting on being able to grab a quick breakfast at the hotel as advertised. Parking is behind a locked gate and signage on hotel door to deter people seeking public restrooms makes it seem there are security issues in the area too.

    When we arrived to check around 5:30 p.m. our room wasn't ready!I The hotel was under renovation! So we went out for the evening they gave keys cards & said our room would be ready when we came back! They double booked the room! We walked into to someone else in the bed! They eventually got us another room! When i asked for a manager they claimed they're wasn't one on duty! They staff acted obviously to the whole situation! I will never stay here again!

    Everything was great about the room and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The only issue was that when we were checking in, there were issues with the room(s) being ready. The hotel is going through renovations and the upper management did not communicate effectively with the facility management. We had one roe reserved which wasn’t ready. They got us a different room and were told it was ready. When we got to the room it was still being cleaned up and didn’t have all the furniture/bed/linens there. We had to wait in the hallway for the workers to finish a room. However, they were very apologetic and made sure we had everything we needed. Once in the room, it was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We will stay again if in the area.

    My plans are to never stay at this property again. I was there for three days and only got a minimal of three hours of sleep each night from Thursday to Saturday. They would not accommodate our move me to another room. I was not informed that there was construction going on at the hotel. The front desk Inez never followed up with me on any questions that I had for her. I asked to speak for general manager she gave me a card and the phone number ring right back to the front desk. I never had a chance to speak with the general manager. She would never tell me when Norman R would be in or able to speak with me. we checked out of the hotel this morning and we hope to never return to this property ever again. We will let everyone know of the bad experience that we had on social media.

    staff was very polite and friendly, not professional at all. when i complained that my room was filthy, the nice young lady at the front desk went straight to the housekeeping supervisor and told her, in front of me, the supervisor reaction was what put me off, she confronted the situation with her staff in front of me, there was an exchange in front me in spanish, where they assumed i didn't understand, even if i didn't, which i did by the way. the girl that supposed "cleaned" the room the previous day deny it and try to insinuate i was lying, that's when i spoke in spanish so was understood, and explained that the room was indeed dirty, the carpet was sticky, you can "vacuum" the carpet but that wont make the carpet 'clean', but that wasn't the case the carpet was dirty and sticky as well so was the floor in the hallway and the bathroom. they even asked why i had waited until the next day, again unprofessional, i am not staying at my aunts, i am paying for the space therefore i expected a clean and inviting space, but like i explained to them, i had been driving from CT for the past almost 40 hrs, i was exhausted and did not have the energy to even speak, so yes i waited until i woke the next day. the issue was "resolved" after the exchange, however just because that exchange had happened in front of me and not in private like it supposed to i will not be staying this specific location again, any future business i may bring will be lost to another hotel in the area.

    The hotel is undergoing renovations, and it was a bit noisy. The noise ended at 6 pm and did not start until 9 am. This was reasonable. I stayed in one of the updated rooms. It was clean and comfortable. The artwork was not up yet, so it was a bit stark. The results should be great.

    When we entered to check in, people were talking and no one looked up to say hello. After we did check in, one of our rooms was Not cleaned. It was extremely noisy and we spoke to front desk. The only staff that was incredibly friendly and helpful was the kitchen guy Horace. He welcomed us with a big smile and was wiping down tables and talking with all the guests. I was very disappointed with my experience

    Everything new and clean. Location conveniently close to Arena and Stadium. Many drinking and dining options in the area and the breakfast was great.

    Only one person was working the front desk and we had to wait about 15 minutes just to check in. The cook was very friendly and proud of his breakfast which was simple and delicious.

    We arrived only to find that even with a confirmation number from hotel.com the hotel did not have a a reservation for us or any vacancy. After a long day it was frustrating to arrive to this unfortunate situation. I will not be doing business with hotel.com anymore. The receptionist/hotel attendant was wonderful and accommodating as she helped us find another room at a local hotel.
