The owner is very Disrespectful and rude. Lie about his wife not working there when she work does. In also some of the room doors have a problem with staying closed due to poor maintenance team

This motel has been a life saver. It's got good food nearby at a decent price, the hotel rooms themselves are clean and have comfy beds, and the staff seem nice enough. I've stayed multiple nights in a row unplanned and they've let me keep the same room without issue. Not to mention the wifi and free cable tv. Phone wasn't plugged in, and there doesn't seem to be a continental breakfast? Not big deals. I have food and a cell phone.

When I checked in they didn’t know I had even booked online I got a different room than what I booked and when I tried to get my deposit back the lady yelled at us because I used tap pay and didn’t have a physical copy of my card so we didn’t even get back our deposit I ended up paying 100 for the room all together

The room was clean but not stocked. The refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor. As a heads up, the temperature control system reads in Celsius. Room stayed around 23* C (73.4* F) across my weekend stay. The beds were firmer than I prefer but not too bad. Overall, 4/5. In all it wasn’t a bad stay but don’t think it would be my first choice.

It was close to Augusta National and there were good food options nearby. Parking was convenient. The first thing I noticed was an incredibly overpowering air freshener used to cover up the smoke smell. It was genuinely hard to fall asleep. The sheets were clean enough, but after pulling the sheets back, there was quite a bit of visible grime on the mattress and mattress protector. This facility clearly needs a good deep clean. The bathtub is well stained and there is dust and grime buildup on the walls and behind the sink that has clearly been building for a long while. I guess the value is there considering how much the other hotels in the area were charging for the week.

Reserved a handicap accessible room. No walk in shower, no hand held shower head. No seat in shower/tub. Had to close door to get to toilet. Room still had trash in cans. Told this was their only accessible room. Was traveling with wheelchair bound person.

For the most part being last min it was ok it was better then an 7.0 hotel in Atlanta when I was there couldn’t even shower properly cause it had no hot water but at this hotel when I got back I was able to shower with hot water so it was ok The loud smoke smell and the burn marks in the sheets and cover

All of it was terrible and to top it off was stolen made to pay a deposit that was not in the reservation detsils not given a receipt !! Being lied to made to settle for less than i pay for habe no sheets to sleep with had cigarettes burns in the throw over that was placed on the bed when its supp tk be non smoking and got sick they should be glad I am not anyone else or they would have a law suite

The room was clean, well made bed with clean towels and new tissues. It was actually good value for money!

False advertising. Chose this hotel because their ad said pet friendly—we travel with a service dog. Clerk said no pets allowed and would not budge, even for a service dog.

I didn't like the fact that the tub was clogged up and took all night for the water to go down. The refrigerator was leaking. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. The sheet and blanket was to thin. The bed was uncomfortable and made too much noise whenever you turn in it. The housekeeper was also a bit rude when it was time to checkout.

There was no power at the hotel upon arrival and there had not been. I have no idea why they would even accept the reservation....I need a full refund on the charged amount for the room, we did not stay and the manager was very rude.

The management was great and very accommodating! The motel was in good shape for the price. There was a nice bar next door and was convenient to Augusta National. The price was good given the Masters was going on nearby.

This was a cheap motel for the Masters and lived up to the task. Pretty worn but that's expected when booking this sort of place, and had been cleaned. If looking for anything beyond place to rest yourself, probably asking too much but with the little fridge and microwave, both coming in handy, and simply the "clean enough place to get a nights sleep" - worked well for us.

Everything was okay and as to be expected. Except the shower was filthy. There were two or three old bars of soap left from previous visitors in the shower. I didn’t even notice until I was already in it.

The place looked to be a drug dealers place of business and the front desk staff made a young black couple wait outside while inviting my elderly white mother and myself into the lobby for check in. Seemed a bit racially motivated. My sister's room had no doorknob on the inside of her room.... ridiculous.

they are not travel lodge .. no tv working no internet..not going to say anymore just the last time i will stay here but orbitz was at fault for not saying this is heritage inn... just a falling apart hotel. orbitz didnt show the other hotels next door or down the street that were 10 times better than where we stayed

The room had been somewhat renovated (new carpeting and bedspreads. Ceiling fan in bathroom was hanging by one screw. A lady who usually works the front desk actually fixed it. Bathroom was clean, but ceiling needed to be scraped and painted. Whoever painted in the bathroom did a sloppy job. Free breakfast and wifi were advertised. Both fell short, especially wifi. Should not advertise free wifi if no strong connection.

We were there for the Masters. The Hotel was convenient for our purposes. We were comfortable, Owner was pleasant. Wing place next door was loud with outdoor music until 2 AM. Otherwise, quiet Hotel.

Good location for The Masters. Room smelled upon arrival, had to air it out. But overall a clean room for this level of hotel.

The choice to stay at the Augusta Travelodge was made based on proximity to Augusta National during the Masters, and also made just 2 or 3 weeks before the Tournament. Having said that, of the hotel choices, the Travelodge was not the least expensive option by far ($350 per night), however, it was at least a recognized brand of the available choices. Turns out, the choice was awful given the structure overall was obviously old and run down. The room greeted us with a very strong smell of either a repulsive air freshener or strong disinfectant. After turning up the AC to help flush smell out and leaving for awhile, we returned where my better half discovered a used condom on the floor of the bathroom upon closing the door. As I sat in a chair next to the bed, I observed a rather good size roach running across the bed. Having no real viable options at that point, we stuck it out by using Lysol, sleeping on top of the bed in our clothes, not letting anything touch the floor, etc. I will say that the shower head did provide adequate spay and pressure, however, nothing else to like about the room. After checking out and flying home, we washed everything in hot water, or, dry cleaned, and/or sprayed down with Lysol, or simply just threw away for fear of bringing back anything. In the final analysis, the hotel was close, but, everything else (save the shower head) was just awful and certainly unacceptable...
