Everything! When I come to Augusta this is my go to hotel. The staff are generally nice, the facilities are usually clean, and the rooms are worth the stay. My family and I usually take advantage of the breakfast in the morning, which is usually good and filling. No complaints

The location was good. The room was what I expected. The night I checked in I needed to wash clothes. I went to the laundry room and put quarters in the washer which took $3.00 dollars total. I inserted the quarters, and the machine didn't work. I notified the staff, and they were puzzled and didn't know what to do. So, I took my clothes to a local laundromat. I don't know if housekeeping has a policy about which days they service rooms, but I had to notify them twice to service my room during my 7-day stay. There was construction going on downstairs for the breakfast area and kudos for offering breakfast bags or the hotel located next door. The construction took longer than what the signs posted. For example, the signs read the breakfast area will be closed this week Monday - Friday which was the week of 20 -24 Oct 2025. The signs were finally updated over the weekend at the front counter areas but not in the elevators.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. I got up at 5:30 am to take a shower and their was no hot water. The door was hard to close because the hinges were loose so the door was leaning against the jam. This hotel is showing its age.

The hotel was booked with the option of paying at Property. Someone from the hotel called me and asked me to provide my credit card over the phone to secure the room prior to my arrival. I refuse, because I do not ever share my credit card information with strangers over the phone. Also, I asked if they had other rooms available. I was told they did not. But I did see that there were rooms available on Hotels.com. Staff were amazing! Everyone i encountered was so kind and friendly. The pool wasn’t open, but they immediately offered to pay for us to go the aquatic center down the road to make up for it. Was blown away.

Everything!! The staff was the best and most welcoming group of individuals I have ever encountered at any hotel I’ve ever gone to. Most helpful and accommodating. The young lady, Charley I believe is her name, at the front desk was so sweet and friendly and made our stay very memorable.

It was very close to Fort Eisenhower so it was very easy to get my husband from the base for his weekend pass. Everything you needed was very close by, the breakfast was great, and everything was clean and comfortable We had a bit of a problem trying to figure out booking because of military changes but we got there in the end.

One of the bed sheets had blood stains on them and the bathroom door locked from the inside. So if you come out of the bathroom and close the door, it would lock and we had to keep it open during our whole stay. Front desk and check in was easy and the staff was friendly.

Check- in was a breeze. No problem with parking, day or night. The breakfast was great. Room was clean. The only problem i had was the pillows need to be replaced. Have stayed several times and will stay again. Ill just bring my own pillows!

the staff was great! FYI only no completes, room 427 1.the hand held shower spray drip (while the shower was being used) and flooded the bathroom floor. 2. the freezer water tray was full of water and overflowing. also the pool entry door handle was broken.

When I booked a stay at this hotel I was told that check in time would be 3:00pm. When I arrived here, the front desk workers told me my room wasn’t ready, keep in mind that I got here around 4:00pm. To add on, the worker told me that they would call me when the room finished, when I asked them how long it would take until the room was cleaned they told me they would call, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case when an hour passed and I wasn’t called. I took the initiative and walked into the hotel again, when I asked the front desk about my room they were able to give me a key. The staff at check was very polite. The beds were perfect. They were not the new high beds. My mom has struggled at most hotels with the higher beds. We also had 2 dogs with us and again the staff welcomed them. Everyone was welcoming and cheerful.

Our stay at the hotel was fine. I live in Waycross Georgia and the hotels in my hometown need desk workers like Hampton Inn has. The lady that checked me in was so sweet and amazing. The room was spotless and nice. The cleaning crew was so friendly. It was an amazing stay and if I ever have to go back to Augusta again I’m definitely staying at the Hampton Inn.

The staff here is so sweet!!!! The rooms are cozy and this was hands down the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I got great sleep and a fresh breakfast eevry day. Was there for 4 nights! Very impressed.

Maybe 15 mins to RiverWalk - easy straightforward drive but extremely sketchy along the way. This hotel and the one directly behind it were the only two that looked decent. If I ever travel thru here again we would consider staying there again due to it being so much more affordable than at the RiverWalk.

The property was great. Noce and very clean. But when its 100 degrees heat index and you book a hotel with a pool, you expect a pool. When i booked online there should have avwarnong or something stating no pool access.

This hotel advertises a pool, and they have a pool. I'm ready to go relax after a hard day's work, middle of July, outside temperature 95F, and the pool is closed. This was my first stay at Hampton Inn. While the staff was friendly the rooms weren’t clean. I dropped my earring which lead to me having to move the mattress a bit and OMG the nastiness was so gross that we all slept in one bed. I alerted the front desk who stated she’d have a manager call me…that’s it…now we wait.

The booking and checking were quick and easy. When we entered the room, the toilet had urine in it! There was also hair in the shower! The lobby and breakfast area and the rest of the hotel were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
