Roaches, no phone in room, TV didn't work, shower was disgusting, rags and towels were filthy, cigarette burns in sheets. Can't give it anymore of a bad review but this place is horrible! Stay elsewhere even if you're desperate.

We are a transport company. After being behind the wheel all day, we just wanted to sleep for a few hours. We understand paying for a full day. They expected us to pay extra. Totally ridiculous. The women was standing behind a glass window. No mic. I couldn't hear what she was saying. I had to bend over and put my ear up against the glass and still could barely understand her

The staff are amazing and very down to earth! The rooms are very clean please believe me! Just across the street you have shopping and food so it's convenient!!!

Don't stay here. Sheets and hand towels were dirty with dirty footprints still on them. No bath towels provided but you don't need them because bathtub was filthy with layers of grime that hadn't been cleaned in ages and no hot water.

we paid $233.00 for i night to much for this place. Room had a smell to it. we also paid $40,00 for the shuttle to the airport

This motel frightened me when I pulled up. Soiled mattress under the stairs shown in the photo. Felt like a dangerous place to stay. Backed the car out without checking in and found another hotel.

The hotel is really nasty. It was the only hotel we could find for Master's week. I packed extra sheets and pillow cases. We bought some dis-infectant and air fresheners. To give you an idea I had to unpack my suitcase outside so the odor from the hotel would not get in our house. The managers were nice enough, there just isn't much you can do with a property that is in such bad condition.

Worst place ever. Roaches, cigarette butts in sink, paint and wall paper peeling, mold in bathroom, employees stealing from guest rooms, horrible coffee, charged $35 for one night roll-away bed,argumentative owner. I would never ever stay at a Scottish Inn again and no one else should also.

This hotel is overpriced, in poor condition and in a poor location. The free breakfast is terrible. Book this as your last resort and find somewhere else to stay.

The Scottish Inn looks NOTHING like the quaint photos in the advertisement... It is off the beaten path in a really run down area of Augusta, GA - across the street from a K-Mart. It looks like a rundown motel set from every crime drama on TV. I expected someone to come out of one of the rooms to try to sell me some crack or something. The room was dingy, small and dark (I inspected the mattress carefully for bed bugs - didn't find any). The bed (while bug free) however was REALLY uncomfortable. We tossed and turned and got no rest. The bathroom was cramped and had cracked tile and a wobbly toilet. We requested a non-smoking room, but it reeked of old smoke and there were burn holes in the curtains. The cleanliness was not up to MY standards (but I have been told I can be picky about stuff like that - if YOU are particular about it, I guarantee you won't like it). The only good thing about our stay there was the shower had good pressure and was hot - felt great... oh, and the front desk clerk was personable. I will certainly NEVER stay there again.

The bathroom shower curtain was covered with mold and the bathroom was in generally poor condition. I had reserved the room for two nights, but checked out after one night. I drove back to Atlanta, found a great hotel near the airport, for the second night's stay.

Brought my son for The Masters - first time for both of us. We enjoyed our stay and the front desk woman was fantastic and helpful with every little question we had about the tournament, food, parking, etc. Would stay there again.

Listen, if your looking for upscale, with a view, this is not it. However, I went for the Masters and needed a place to sleep that was not going to cost a mortgage payment and this fit the bill. The cost was better than half and more and was right in Augusta. My fear was, what's the catch? Turned out, no catch. The staff was pleasant and I was very happy that I picked this place. Looking for a real nice, not here, looking for a night to sleep and be close to Augusta, you found the place.

We booked our one night stay two weeks in advance. We didn't expect much. The staff was very friendly but the facilities are old. I forgot something important after checking out. I called then returned that evening and retrieved the item. They also provided excellent driving directions.

This was the dirtest room. There were dead bugs in the bathroom the floors were not vacuumed the beds were not changed . There were very suspicious people watching your every move. I was so uncomfortable that I left and stayed else where. YOU WOULD BE JUST AS SAFE IN THE STREET AS HERE!

Also, the hotel does look nice in pictures, but the room they gave me smelled strongly of stale cigarettes and body odor. There was also an unusual amount of foot traffic in the parking lot, with a few folks just hanging around, asking for cigarettes and such. They seemed like nice enough folks, but between the noise, the smell and getting ripped off, I won't be staying there again.

Went into the room with no lights. Then I had to put the bulbs in my self. After I had light I pulled back the sheets and find little hairs on the pillows and sheets. Go to other bed in the room and pull back the sheets and find black bugs in the bed.
