I’m not going to say there was anything I liked. I got there 11PM and I had no towels in the room; one of the lights were missing and no iron & ironing board. Continental breakfast was a true disappointment, no fruit, on or two breakfast bars and spoiled cream for the coffee. I didn’t like anything and I wouldn’t stay again.

The room was not clean. The curtains and the shower curtain were disgusting. And the room smelled like somebody had been smoking in there for 20 years. You literally woke up in the morning and you could taste the cigarettes in your mouth. The smell is in the mattress, the pillows and the sheets quite honestly it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced.

The staff were extremely nice and polite. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and as described. The only issue was a few girls getting into an altercation upstairs from our room who got a little loud and unruly, but the staff was quick to handle the situation, which I appreciated tremendously. Breakfast and coffee were provided and appreciated! Overall, I would highly recommend it. The price is an excellent deal and I will be staying with them again in the future. The noise from the people upstairs. Which is no fault of the hotel. They handled the situation quickly and professionally.

The room has been updated. The parking lot was well lit and the hotel is in a good location. The staff was very nice. The bed was made and the room was cleaned everyday. I enjoyed the stay and will return on my next visit.

The property is convenient to walgreens righnext door,the hospital is right across the street. Nice places to dine. This property is need of updating. This linens thgive you are stained and they towels they give you are very worn. Don't ask for anything extra because you WANT get it. They count your dirty towels and that is ALL you are getting . There are some that need an attitude adjustments. But then as anywhere you have your good apples in the bunch. I had to leave with my kids due to the safety and the room was nasty the shower head had mold all around it and tub was dirty with hair all in it. People outside smoking weed. The beds were too small for me and 3 kids. The female that checked me in seemed to be on something.

The place has roaches. They didn’t want to give extra towels. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper a day. They came for the trash on the second day. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned. It looked like something caught on fire above the tv.

The AC blew cold but leaked and kept the carpet damp. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic (cereal, oatmeal, toast, granola bars). For the price, the issues weren't worth complaining about. The staff was very nice.

The staff was great they were very friendly and helpful, the facilities need some up keeping. Door knob to the bathroom was falling off, the shower handle and spout were very loose. When we first checked in the room was clean looking but lots of dust on the desk and dresser. Second day everything was much cleaner. Not what one would expect for $250 a night and this was by far the cheapest place in town. I know the Master’s Golf tournament was in town but that’s no excuse for price gouging.

Me and my husband stay here all the time. We actually lived here for almost a year.... long story.. lol. Its a nice hotel and in a good location especially for the price. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Also right beside interstate I20 and Bobby Jones expressway. The Owners/management are also really nice. Would definitely recommend.

I usually understand the whole ‘you get what your pay for’ concept, but this was just too much. The nonsmoking room smelled like someone has smoked an entire pack seconds before we walked in. The only two outlets that worked were the one plugging in the tv and the one plugging in the lamp. The hairdryer/ mount had been ripped (nails, drywall, and all) from the wall and was just hanging there. Same with the fan in the bathroom. The blankets on the bed were so thin and felt like sandpaper but the heater didn’t work. It was also extremely disgusting so we probably wouldn’t have used it anyways. After leaving, I had to double wash every piece of clothing that went into that room, I’ve washed my hair twice to no avail, and had to throw away our toothbrushes to try and get the smell out. You can hear people in other rooms and outside like you were separated by a sheet of paper. Just generally don’t recommend

The room smelled musty and as soon as the light was turned on, roaches scattered. The beds were as hard as pavement and the carpet felt gross. Like it's never been cleaned before. We chose this one because it's directly across from the hospital and we had been there a long time. Our ride home was 3 hours, which we probably should've just attempted.

Intried chat support with Travelocity to update reservation and at the hotel n which they said u would have to call them to change/ uodate reservation. Ended up having to pay again. Left my wallet at family member house out of town from which we were coming back from. When i was trying to update/change name for check in hotel refused to be of assistance, and insisted could only be done from Travelocity. Very very disappointed and the gentleman was very rude and had a smart attitude and wasnt very compassionate or understanding.

Very hard to get attendant at front window since the lobby is not open you have to use a night window. I stood there for almost 15 mins waiting and call the front desk. Finally the employee walked up.

We were traveling from Tennessee to Florida with my family of 5, and stayed here as a halfway point. The price was nice, compared to others we found, however our primary deciding factor was the continental breakfast that was advertised since we were leaving early the next morning. We were greeted by a sign on the front door statung that due to covid, breakfast was not offered due to Covid. While I understand this, this should have been stated on the website along with all of the other Covid protocols that were listed on the website. Very disappointing.

Will definitely never stay at this location again. Booked due to convenience to hospital and affordability. This is the 2nd visit to a “by Wyndham” hotel in just a matter of weeks. The rooms are very old and very smelly, the reservation said the room slept 5- there were only 2 double beds and no couch- that will not sleep 5.

The room was not very cleaned, found hair in different areas in the room, even the outside surroundings where dirty and look like a cheap motel. The room had a weird smell and it was mainly coming from the A/C. I checked out 2 hours after arriving to my room, couldn’t deal with the smell and dirtiness.

We were booked to stay for two nights but could hardly get through one so we left early. Found a dirty sock behind the tv, hair multiple places, cigarette burns and rips in the sheets as well.

This was the worse room i have ever stayed in. No hot water, tub didn't drain and backed up to where there was hair floating in the tub. I had a cockroach crawl across my face at 5 am in the morning and the room smelled like someone had just smoked a joint.

The room and lobby were not particularly clean. The "continental breakfast" consisted of stale cereal in an empty, unkempt lobby. No coffee. No tea. No nothing. It also smelled like Indian curry.

The room was very nice and clean. Check in was a breeze and staff were friendly. I had to call the desk for WiFi password but that was minor. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Renovated room. I was given a plunger for the toilet when I informed it seemed clogged when I checked the room upon arrival. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and making a loud noise when trying to close and opening it! Poor service overall!

The stay was overall good. It was only for one night with fiance and niece.The room was pretty clean. Tub had a bit of a stain however, but we didn't mind since it was just for the night. No bugs so A+ on that. There was an old cigarette hole in one of the bed covers and there were old stains on the sheets. Those were our main issues. Everything else was fine. It was quiet and the night worker was nice. I missed breakfast, but the others had an okay experience.

It was horrible asked for refund to go else where and was refused and basicly held hostage and had to stay there or drive back home...16 hours to oklahoma..room was filthy and definately a smoking room but was supoosed to be non..i have pivs and have complained all was offered was measly 100 credit for next stay...suposed to have been renavated back in may

I liked the outside appearance. I didn’t like the room wasn’t to my liking. Bug found in bathroom. Tub wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The top of tub was dirty. And, when checking out staff came to window, clearly just awaken by my constant ringing of the bell. Gave me a receipt with someone else’s credit card number.

We staid due to a hospital visit early the next morning so the location is very convenient but there are many other hotels within a couple of miles of the Doctor’s Hospital that I will stay at next time. Price was reasonable but not sure it was worth it. Did not try continental breakfast.
