Friendly service and comfortable beds

Staff was very friendly at check in and I saw them helping someone who was having trouble with a reservation later that evening. Very helpful, professional, and friendly! Very clean facility!!! Very comfortable! Slept like a baby. It did take a while for the room to cool off. It was a little warm but it cooled off by morning

The staff was excellent, very accommodating. The space available to relax with family both indoor and outdoor was perfect.

Stayed 5 nights and cleaning staff did not provide service the entire stay. We had to ask for clean towels and soap as it ran out. And also toilet tissue.

in addition, from the moment we arrived, staff (maids-cleaning service) was welcoming, and attentive. Note: I usually don't rely on reviews and ignore vague complaints. The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels within 5-10 min of this; I highly recommend choosing another one.

Excellent staff, unfortunately the internet was down for more than 24h and there was no compensation. Also the fire alarm went off at past 10pm and no one explained it was a false alert.

For a multi-night stay, this level of service fell well below expectations, especially for a Marriott property. The lack of proactive housekeeping and follow-through after requests made the stay less comfortable than it should have been. This experience definitely needs improvement.

I was very impressed with how clean the room was. All the staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Sandy, from the bistro, (I hope I got her name right), was a delight. She was so kind and friendly to talk with. Excellent service! Also the kind gentleman that brought us our food was excellent. It felt so good to be around the staff here. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and attentive. The environmental staff were friendly and polite. The staff of a hotel strongly reflects on the experience of your stay. They work hard and it didn’t go unnoticed. We have stayed at other places and said we will never go back there. This is not one of those. We would come here. Great job! My brother recommended this location. Great job everyone!

We had a great experience. The staff was super nice and accommodating — check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about the outside of the property at first, but as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was spotless, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt really well-kept. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — close to everything in Augusta, especially downtown where our event was. I’ll definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Spent extra to overlook the pool. Pool was closed all day because it rained in the morning. No thunder or lightning in the area (soccer wasn't cancelled) but closed all day. Advertise a fire pit but wouldn't go buy a new propane tank so it worked? Spent a lot extra. Disappointing.

I didn't like the way breakfast was handled. I didn't know I was signing up to eat breakfast at Starbucks. I prefer the typical buffet style breakfast. Don't get me wrong. Breakfast was very well prepared and tasted great--and the staff was excellent too.

Never got past check in. Person at desk was unhelpful. When had an issue with our credit card and when we offered to pay cash, she refused it. Then she didn’t offer us any help.

We were greeted with a friendly smile after driving for 16 hours. We even were offered water. Room was cold and clean.. somewhat dated a little but in the bathroom area but overall nice. Would have loved free coffee for the morning!

Property was nice and the staff was friendly, but we found the tip of a joint left in our room. My sister took it to the front desk and they offered to comp us the cost of the room, but that never happened. I was still charged.

Loved that it offered a pool and a beautiful courtyard, if only weather had allowed me to enjoy it. Nice lobby and having Starbucks that offered a full breakfast in the morning was very convenient. Very impressed with the offering for a smaller hotel.

I've stayed at many courtyards by Marriott. This one was no different. They always maintain same standard of quality which is why i like to stay at courtyards when i can.

Everything was great except for the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable I literally had to sleep on the sofa in order to finally get some sleep. Other than that great and friendly staff. Very Very clean.

Hotel was nice but old, not what I was expecting. Staff was exceptional especially in the bistro. Missing soap nd lotion in the room.

The Courtyard at the Marriott May be in an outdated looking building but the inside is renovated to look fresh and inviting. My family says here whenever we visit family and friends in Augusta and we always enjoy our stay.

The hotel, and room itself was great. What I had a problem with was trying to get breakfast. The person in front of me was pissed, saying "never again " as they left. I asked if this is where breakfast was. I was told that I had to order breakfast. She had an attitude about it. I needed to leave to meet the contractors at my house. I went hungry until the contractors (trying to get my power on) broke for lunch. I won't be staying here again until you have a buffet style breakfast like most hotels have.

I love this hotel. This is not my first time staying here however one staff member made me very disappointed. The lady name Teresa, I was trying to buy coffee and she told me no I was not on the list for breakfast. I then asked so I can’t get coffee she said no. I had to go to Starbucks to buy coffee. Teresa’s demeanor and facial expression is distasteful for the public.

Front desk staff was not courteous. There is no elevator to second floor which was not mentioned while checking in. Rooms were cleaned and spacious enough for our family of 4. Breakfast staff had great customer service. Unfortunately we forgot our iPad in our room and even though it was cleaned right away, it was not turned in as an object left behind. Very disappointing.....

Check in was good. Direction to find room could've been better than-"you're in the back of the building". It would've been nice to have a menu at least for the cafe on site so we knew what was being offered-prices for items would be nice also. As older couple traveling without children, not having a baby next door/adjoining room would also be nice. The view of the courtyard and pool was beautiful but VERY noisy with children yelling, etc. Loved the room size, bathroom, etc. A tv guide also would have bee nice to have. This hotel was by far the nicest and best value for our trip(1 of 4) overall!! Thank you!!

The rooms, lobby and bathrooms are very clean. Actually the hotel looks new and well maintained. The carpet in my room was very clean. There was no accumulation of dust. The shower looked new, maybe it was remodeled recently. I recommend this hotel. It’s quiet and in a very nice area. I was pleased with the hotel and the front desk staff. I did not use amenities.

The hallways were clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I slept well in a clean bed. The entire room looked brand new. When I turned on the TV it had a greeting with my name.
